Anthony Geary On Luke's General Hospital Send-Off: "He's been A Difficult, Eclectic Character To Find A Logical Motivating Conclusion For, But They've Done That."

As General Hospital and pop culture television fans prepare to watch Monday’s July 27th episode of the ABC daytime drama series, which will feature the final scenes of eight-time Daytime Emmy winner and icon, Anthony Geary as Luke Spencer, the actor had a few parting shots and thoughts for the Los Angeles Times in a terrific piece on the daytime legend.
Just exactly what is said as Luke departs Port Charles on today’s airshow is yet to be seen in most of the country, but for many, this is a a major landmark in a historic 37-year career on General Hospital. As for his final decision to leave GH, which he has been contemplating for 15 years now, Geary related: “I feel very positive about my decision. That’s tempered by leaving a character that has been part of me for more than half my life.”
And as far as today’s big final wrap-up, as viewers tune in with hankies ready to say farewell to the much beloved, and at times, much maligned character of Luke Spencer, Geary said it is very challenging to wrap it in some bow: “They’ve given me a terrific wrap for my character. He’s been a difficult, eclectic character to find a logical motivating conclusion for, but they’ve done that.”
Even in the wake of being very public about not wanting to hear about Luke and Laura (Genie Francis) ad nauseam, Geary did pay homage to his time with Francis and their on-screen chemistry, when he smiled and said: “Those clear eyes, that porcelain skin. When Genie looked up at me, I really felt like somebody. She gave me romance. I gave her danger. That was the gift we handed each other without realizing it.”
So, daytime’s unconventional leading man, who broke the mold for daytime actors, is taking his final bow today on General Hospital. Hard to believe, but it is truly an end of an era.

I was bored with his finale episode…the entire ep. shouldve been about him leaving with flashbacks ect…maybe a suprise going away party at Niks mansion with the entire Spenser family with Heather popping out of a giant BLT with a knife…but it was more the Nina hour…at least they had him leave on a fog shrouded pier like i wanted…too bad they couldnt had a shocking twist where Luke and Sonny run off together as secret lovers!!!…lol…that shouldve been Luke and Laura in that last scene on the pier and him giving her the letter as some farewell type song played in the background!!!
Well, Luke couldve revealed he is a woman caught in a mans body…he goes to Amsterdam for an operation and returns to PC as a woman calling herself Caitlin Spenser and played by Robin Strasser or Susan Sullivan or Susan Lucci…lol

Im glad to move forward but not passing the torch to Sonny…this is an ensemble show and each actor deserves their moment to shine…less Sonny days for me the better…he is more of a gloomy dark cloud than anything So(u)nny…lol
I thought it was a real let down. They did not even have him seek out his daughter to say goodbye. The episode should have been devoted to Luke.Other than saying goodbye to Bobbie the other day and the part of the episode on Friday with Laura Wright as his mom and seeing himself as a child, and leaving with his alter ego, there has really been little that was hinted of it being dedicated to Luke. Couldn’t they have devoted today’s epi solely to the so-called Luke farewell?
And then they had to parse it out–a bit of Sonny, a bit of Lulu–and–what?–nada with Laura. A letter addressed to “My Angel” you say? Wow! where’s the drama in that, I ask?
And now, NOW, Tony can finally say something positive: “Those clear eyes, that porcelain skin. When Genie looked up at me I really felt like somebody.” (Aside: Tony, how do you think Genie felt when you wouldn’t even LOOK at her??)

Say what? Surely he didn’t just NOW (that he is leaving) just realize it.
Too little. Too late, I say. Unfortunately, all the other bitter, angry, unprofessional things he said about the Luke and Laura romance overshadow what he is saying now. Leaves a bitter taste in my mouth, but Genie, always the professional comes out of this smelling like a rose. A tip of the hat to you, Genie!

I am angry that I spent 6 weeks watching what is now an awful show but I liked supporting Genie. But… how would you like to be stuck traveling a guy who destains the sight of you and barely talks to you and then gets to go back home and just be meeting with the kids and grandkids. The only really meaty scene she had is with Scotty. I love watching the old episodes on youtube but the current show is hopeless and I feel that making Tony Geary the center of the show was a huge problem. Even when Luke and Laura were huge, there were so many really great actors and stories going on. That’s not the case and the stories are just awful.
Amen! I don’t care what Tony Geary or anyone says……his last scene should have been with Genie Francis. Whether he likes it or not, this show (if you can call it that these days) wouldn’t be on if it weren’t for that couple’s magic!
I, too, thought Luke & Laura should have been on the pier together and the episode should have been dedicated to him. I will so miss him.
I agree with all of you. Holy Anti Climatic, Batman! I really could have done without Geary playing Luke’s father bellowing at Luke. (By the way, The Soup parodied that scene–you can find it on Youtube)
Indeed, Luke’s exit scenes were ripe with possibility–so ripe that they should have been fool proof and should have basically written themselves.
We got a whiff of how good it could have been with the goodbye scene which transpired between Bobby and Luke last Friday. It was well acted, subtle, yet powerful, because it was replete with history and it was underscored with a small flashback.
Could not the same approach been utilized with Laura? I like Kathy’s idea of Luke saying good bye to his angel on a foggy pier. Then, he could walk off into the fog with her standing there watching him disappear into the fog. Then fade to music and flashbacks.
The fact that the head writer even blew Luke’s exits scenes speaks volumes about his lack of talent and lack of romantic vision.
We should have been in tears watching Luke walk away forever but instead we wanted to give him a big hefty push off that pier.
I have mixed feelings…ill miss the character more than the actor!!!

Luke has been nothing more than a loathsome, alcoholic skirt chaser ever since he put his beloved Laura in a sanitarium in September of 2002.
I seem to recall reading interviews with Tony Geary over the past 10 years or so where he clearly stated that as far as he was concerned Luke and Laura were over; a thing of the past. Tony Geary wanted Luke to be involved with other women. I think that the story of line of Luke/Tracy was one that Tony pushed for and wanted.
How could they waste an entire show on filler crap and give us 7 minutes of Luke’s exit????? No flashbacks, and no scene with Genie?? I feel so letdown!! RC should be ashamed of this poorly written exit of the most iconic character ever to grace daytime

I’m sure it was Tony’s doing and the letter was put in by the panicked writers. Cruel, selfish and a lack of regard for others and this is what he received Emmys for. The competition in the 80s and 90s was too great but the 2000s, there was no competition at all and the Daytime Emmys became a joke.

I want to know what is in the letter he wrote to his angel, Laura. I felt this exit story was empty. Luke’s legacy deserved more. It deserved longer scenes and more dialog. It deserved more chemistry like the few long scenes shared with Jonathan Jackson and the one scene shared with Jackie Zeman. It deserved a lot more flashbacks. ABC doesn’t have the budget anymore to do an adventure storyline properly, so they should have steered clear of the adventure storyline. The “adventure” scenes were cheap, campy and embarrassing. They missed an opportunity to make the best with their small budget and focus on good acting and good storytelling. They could have have had longer scenes with Luke and Tracy, Laura…anyone for that matter. It was fine to bring Holly and Ethan back but it was useless to waste so many weeks on Jennifer Smith and Frank Smith. The little Jake storyline was fine and I’m glad it only took about a week instead of 3-4 weeks like the 2 Smith characters. Very disappointed. Luke offered to help Lucky when the darkness felt like too much. I was hoping the writers were hinting Luke was going to be with his son in Ireland and they help each other with their demons. There are so many different (better) ways this story could have been written. The Jennifer and Frank Smith stuff felt like it was written by a teenage boy. The other stuff felt like it was written by a nonchalant person trying to meet a deadline.

I seems that everyone who is disappointed with today’s show needs to remember that the show must go on. Everyone complained about how long the Fluke story took before it was resolved. Now complaints about how little time his departure took. Some people are never happy with the writers. Yes I will very much so miss Luke.. Nothing person Nancy Dillingham I just decided to coment and I was at yours.
The episode was a total disgrace. The usual minute long scenes. Luke’s finale didn’t even focus on Luke. He was seven minutes of the entire show that was filled with Franco,Nina,Ava, kiki, Morgan, Madeline. You just have to be kidding.
RC may have written it, but Valentini put it on the air. How do you promote Luke’s send off and he is barely in the episode and there are no flashbacks? A disgrace and it is not just on RC. Frank is the EP and ABC is involved as well. I am totally speechless.

I was horrified at Ron’s team’s writing until I saw the end. The two episodes at the house and the one with Bobbie was wonderful. So Laura didn’t deserve anything and Scotty? At least stop at the bar! I feel I was mislead and the letter thing is geared toward making me think that someday Luke will come back and really get back together with Laura.
I just watched Tony Geary’s final episode, and let me just say, that was an embarrassing disgrace of a sendoff.
I’ve defended FV and RC a lot more than most, but there’s no defending what I just saw. No final scenes with Genie Francis. And yeah, I know Geary’s take on the whole Luke & Laura thing, but they couldn’t even put together one farewell scene for the longtime fans of the show, if for nothing else? Instead Laura gets a letter. What a disgrace.
The final show of an icon who has been part of the show for 37 years, not one flashback, nothing. Instead we a couple rushed scenes with Luke and Sonny, and Luke and Lulu, so they can spend the other 95% of the show shoving Valerie, Denise, Kiki, Franco, Morgan and a bunch of other useless characters down everyone’s throat.
I had mixed feelings on Ron Carlivati getting let go, but after this, I’m glad he got fired. And as far as I’m concerned, they should have booted Frank Valentini out the door with him. He’s the executive producer, so he’s ultimately the man with the final say on what we see on our TV screens. Today’s episode was a slap in the face to everyone that has ever invested any time and emotion in the character of Luke Spencer.

Ron may well not have written the script, outlined yes but written it, perhaps or not.
There are writers who write for Luke..
Certain writers write for certain characters..
Ron does not entire scripts .
Tony has in his contract he himself can change his lines etc in the script, also..

Never been more disappointed in GH!!!! So much hype about the final farewell and this is what we got!?!?!?! He was not even really on the scene until the last few minutes and although it is sad he is leaving….. it was BORING to say the least!! I thought they were waiting till the end to show him remembering ALL the memories through the years .and NOTHING!!! I can only hope that as Laura reads her letter …there are lot’s of flashbacks. While his last scene with LuLu was a little touching … I think he should have tracked her down to say good bye, not her looking for him!! 🙁

It was very wrong and very Tony. The letter was the writers’ idea to smooth things over. I see the final photos of the party in a whole new light between them. She must have been very hurt and a bit desperate. This is her legacy too and she is still working. Both Laura and Tracy deserve good men who are interesting and exciting. I was alarmed when Tracy said she was not only backing away from Luke but ELQ too? So what is she supposed to do? Be rich and stay home to find herself? Good lord!
So true. What a missed writing opportunity for Tracy. Tracy needs to lock horns with Nikolas to control ELQ. The writers could do so much with this story right now. It could be a good chance for Tracy to prove her late father wrong and run ELQ successfully.
I wouldn’t be surprised if they don’t show Laura reading the letter. Or I wouldn’t be surprised if the letter isn’t really personal. Maybe in the letter he is asking Laura to take over his half of Kelly’s Diner. Genie said she would like for Laura to run Kelly’s. …makes me wonder if that is what the writers are about to do for Genie. Luke was trying to skip town without saying goodbye to anyone. Bobbie found him. Sonny’s men stumbled upon him and took him to Sonny. Lulu found him. Since he was so H*ll-bent on skipping town in a hurry, I can’t imagine Luke taking time to stop and write Laura a beautiful letter. I agree with other people on this post who have said the letter was probably a last ditch effort to appease the LnL fans. I will always love LnL and young Luke will always be my favorite Luke. Genie/Laura deserved more airtime but as far as the character of Laura goes, she’s too good for this Luke. Tracy is too good for this Luke too. Luke will probably stop off at a few more brothels on the way to wherever he is going. Ewwww.. If he ever returns, the writing of Luke’s redemption would have to be exceptional before I could stomach Tracy or Laura ever taking him back. Remember how he returned from the institution showing Tracy his release papers? If he returns for a visit to Port Charles looking for love, he should have to show Tracy or Laura medical papers stating he tested negative for STD’s. yuck. I love Luke and I want Luke to be healed and more like young Luke. Anthony Geary wanted Luke to exit broken and damaged and he got his wish. I wish Anthony and Luke the best and I will miss them even though I don’t always agree with them.
Correction: Luke will probably end up in Vegas or Amsterdam owning and operating a legal brothel. It would be his way of still being shady but not necessarily on the wrong side of the law anymore. Ick.
The previews made it look like this was going to be a celebration of Luke’s life, with flashbacks and his family and friends toasting him, this was a depressing mess! The only bright spot was Luke’s letter to his “Angel”, Laura. Anyone tuning in today, thinking they were going to be treated to a great Luke-centered episode, full of reminiscing, was in for a big letdown. I just can’t take it any more. This show can’t do right by Luke & Laura, they can’t do right by ANYBODY! There will never be another Luke&Laura-type romance. It’s all darkness and despair, doom and gloom. I hope the new writers can fix it, but I’m not watching until they do.

I doubt very much that RC ever intended for us to know what’s in that letter. As Nancy said, it’s a “crumb” to Luke&Laura fans, no more. Now the new writers might right this wrong .. they are women after all, so they know how important romance is to their female audience. Remember in 1987 when the audience was angry at Robert’s cavalier attitude towards Holly’s death? Months later, he got a letter from Holly, complete with flashbacks in a musical montage, and he mourned her properly. Perhaps, if there’s enough outrage, we will get a scene like that for Luke&Laura. Here’s hoping! 🙂

Whether you watched during Luke&Laura is irrelevant. They are very important to the history of GH, in fact, without them, there would BE no GH! It would surely have been canceled long ago without them. They are the most popular couple EVER on soaps! I wasn’t watching when Luke&Laura were first on either, I started watching during the Aztec Treasure story. But I still love and respect their legacy. Doug&Julie on DAYS were before my time, but I adore them because they were the original supercouple, even before Luke&Laura! They were on the cover of TIME. People who don’t even watch soaps know that Luke&Laura belong together.

Maddiehayes, I agree with you! I don’t know how some people can watch these soaps without knowing and respecting the history. Couples like Doug and Julie and Luke and Laura are iconic, made headlines (Doug and Julie were on the cover of, was it TIME Magazine?), and kept their shows on the air.
Tony’s contract says that he can’t change the writers’ intent, only how Luke would say it. There could have been a reunion with Luke and Laura of some kind. People allow him to bully them and they get fired. Wendy got fired and Ron got fired and Frank didn’t get fired because he pandered to Tony. I don’t know much about the actor who plays Sonny but I hope he is of much better character.
The Thanksgiving show they did saying goodbye to Edward when John Ingle passed away in 2012, that’s how you send off a longtime beloved character. Almost the entire episode was devoted to Edward, with flashbacks and everything. That’s the way Tony Geary should have been sent off.
It’s amazing that the production team that produced that show, which I thought was one of the best and most emotional shows on GH in many years, are the same people that produced the disappointing mess I saw today. It’s no wonder changes are being made behind the scenes. What a huge letdown!

Personally, I would of have left it at Friday’s episode– ending it where it began between Luke and Bobbie– I thought Monday’s show pointless– the whole passing the torch to MB was dumb, that could have been done before Friday’s episode if it had to be in there. Luke already said “goodbye” to Lulu earlier why have another one? Friday’s ending was classy, Monday’s ending was sappy. But hopefully we can now move on–TG has, so let’s get back to business.
Today’s show was truly a let down for me. I feel this was very anti climatic and hoped for a more fitting send off for Luke. I was left disappointed, but will miss the character of Luke very much. I feel General Hospital has lost a bit of the magic it has help for me for so many years.

I suspect the happiest person today is Bob Guza, for not getting blamed for this episode and this exit storyline. Geez. As much as I hated this storyline, I guess I am grateful Guza wasn’t there to end it with Luke committing murder-suicide on half the town. Good grief. Too bad they didn’t take a lesson from this year’s Parenthood series finale and Luke’s 1983 exit. Those were well rounded, satisfying endings and that is how you put an era to rest.

I’m surprised no one has mentioned the whole point of this episode…. ABC planned it for business reasons — the purpose was to show lapsed viewers what’s going on now and hope they stick around and boost ratings. That’s why it was hyped, that’s why all the blog posts and newspaper stories and interviews. That’s why Luke himself was a small part of the episode so the current major frontburner characters were showcased. The only problem is those characters aren’t particularly enticing! Did y’all really think this farewell episode was for the fans? Y’all do know you’re watching ABC, right?

And really, they played a horrid country pop song as Luke walked off into the foggy pier? We all know Tony Geary is a huge jazz/blues and r&b fan so the bad choice of music really was a bit of an insult to injury kind of stunt.
I noticed that song also, Harry. Very intrusive–didn’t really fit the mood at all.
But I’ve noticed all the music lately (when they have any!).

I think I understand why GH chose Sonny to be Luke’s final scene partner,it’s because of the long history between the actors and the characters.Tony and Maurice have been working together since 1993,that’s longer than Luke and Laura,Luke and Holly,Luke and Robert,or Luke and any of his children,in other words Maurice/Sonny deserved to be there at the end.
Laura – 1978, Holly-1982, Robert – 1981 The thinking is that Maurice is going to be the next star of the show. That’s why he was primary and face it he’s a guy.

What an absolutely dreadful send-off for Anthony Geary….first of all, his Luke seemed a mere afterthought on his final episode what with all the other useless characters—most especially the nervy, nauseating Nina, one of the most failed experiments ever to curse Port Charles—being given pride of place. That was a supreme insult not only to the actor himself, but all the longtime fans who were expecting something special, memorable and respectful in his last (ever?) GH appearance. Secondly, putting bromance over romance with the supposedly now kinder and gentler Luke’s fawning farewell to his longtime bud Sonny was beyond the pale…..but then, hey, nothing says goodbye and good luck like the gift of a precious firearm between friends!!! If this now makes Sonny king of the GH hill, then this soap really cannot be saved! A passing of the torch, indeed!!!! As for Lulu’s tearful adieu to her dad, it could have been so much more meaningful and heartfelt with Julie Marie Berman….only she is Luke’s genuine “Cupcake!” Lastly, and certainly not least, the very obvious omission of Laura from the dock scene was perhaps the cruelest slam to those of us who had held out hope that some small, yet ultimate, acknowledgement of the L&L phenomenon would be forthcoming….whether this was done at the behest of Geary or at the hands of RC, it was a highly apparent snub to the legions of viewers who stuck with this awful end of era escapade just to see if our fondest wishes were to be granted. Unless the letter addressed to “Angel” affectionately recounts the storied tales of the Spencers along with accompanying flashbacks, then this closing chapter of the legendary Lucas Lorenzo Spencer rates as a resounding failure!

interesting observation about the foggy exit being a dig at Genie. It could also be seen as the antithesis of riding off into the sunset with Laura. Either way – what a nice cold sholder turned to us fans.
Tony doesn’t care enough about Genie to make anything personal, he just care to have her brought in but went with it for the fans..
As walking into the fog..
It has been much the same as walking into the sunset especially in British movies..
If was befitting for Luke to fade away in the misty fog..

Ahh…at last our paths have crossed, Ms. Dillingham! Thank you very much…I’m glad you enjoyed the impassioned expressions of outrage! LOL. You should have been here during the beginning of the “Clusterfluke” debacle….many of us waxed so incandescent that we exhausted ourselves on that subject! (I believe you arrived fashionably late to that discussion, correct??? Your vociferous–and well-founded—Luke posts essentially picked up where a number of us resignedly left off this past spring…..until now, that is! It would seem that this final(?) arrogant display of contempt for the legendary L&L only served to reinspire our collective ire for perpetuity!) At any rate, wishing you a most belated welcome to this website!
Ah, Shay. I wish I could get into this conversation and contribute something meaningful and heartfelt. Alas, I do not really KNOW these characters and their past, except for what I have read or episodes I have caught on U-tube.
Nonetheless, “…nothing says goodbye and good luck like the gift of a precious firearm between friends!!!” Now, you tell me, Shay? How could I pass-up or dismiss that very comment so deliciously dipped and fried in sarcasm? I just could not. HILARIOUS!!
Thank you, CeeCee! It simply seemed odd–not to mention repugnant–that of all the people to whom Luke could gift his beloved gun, he was compelled to choose this fellow lowlife as the recipient, and not a family member for whom it could serve as future protection or as merely an historical/sentimental heirloom? Oh no, “The Silver Spencer Special” just had to go to old “SonnyBoy”….that symbolic “passing of the (tainted) torch” from one morally-compromised GH leader of his generation to the next! (May it be forever cursed!) Given the fact that so many share our less than stellar opinion of “The Dimpled Don,” it certainly appeared to be the grand finale of countless slights to an audience which had craved—and expected— a more uplifting and upstanding exit for Luke. As for your lack of familiarity with the “bromance” between Luke and Sonny, I couldn’t enlighten you that much, because the Corinthos era marked the first time I sharply curtailed my GH viewing….it failed to interest me then, just as it still does now. Suffice to say those two were “thick as thieves,” and leave it at that! (Please note that this post has also been “dipped and fried in sarcasm”…especially for you, CeeCee! LOL.)

The final scenes with Luke were pointless. They added nothing to what was achieved last week. I thought it odd that his last air day was a Monday. I’ll take away that RC is on Team Scotty as I have always been.
However, I do agree for any true L&L fan this send off was a dud.

General Hospital’s Adam J. Harrington Weighs-in On John and Carly, and How it’s ‘Starting to Get Very Complicated”
On recent episodes of General Hospital, Carly (Laura Wright) came to John “Jagger” Cates (Adam Harrington) rescue as he was beaten down in an assault. Carly put on her “nurses cap,” sort of speak, and got John to his hotel room and watched over to him, to make sure he didn’t lose consciousness.
GH fans also got their first glimpse of what may be a new romance for Carly, if she and John continue to bond. If John and Carly were to have a relationship, it would certainly have a ripple effect with Jason (Steve Burton) and Sonny (Maurice Benard).
Adam J. Harrington shared his view on the scenes and what might be next between the two. Speaking to Soap Opera Digest, Harrington shared, “I thought it was written in a way where there’s an understanding and a respect between them both. I don’t think there was any moment where she was not aware that he’s an FBI agent, and there was no moment that he wasn’t aware of her history and relationship to other people in the town. I really liked it. I was really looking forward to shooting it with Laura and we had a really nice time shooting it.”

When Carly and John part ways, it seems there were some romantic sparks, as Harrington puts it, “Isn’t that interesting that sometimes with people, the one moment they actually show how they feel is when they know there’s an escape hatch. They know they’re about to walk away. So, it’s almost safe in that moment to do it. I thought that was really special about how (the writers) handled John and Carly. Even the music in that scene was beautifully done.”
Where is this all heading? Conflict! Internally and professionally, and as Adam explains, “Who Carly was to John on paper as just a tool to be used as bait is starting to get very complicated.”

General Hospital’s Steve Burton Reveals the Emotional Scene He Almost Could Not Get Through
On a recent episode of General Hospital, Jason received a message from his mother, Monica Quartermaine (Leslie Charleson) via a note. The effect it had on Jason’s portrayer, Steve Burton turned out to be quite visceral.
As GH fans know, although Jason’s bio-mom was Susan Moore, he was raised and adopted by Monica. Speaking on his Daily Drama podcast with his co-host and GH co-star, Bradford Anderson (Spinelli), Steve shared some insight on the difficulties he had getting through that scene.
Burton shared that in the key moment, “Brooklyn (played by Amanda Setton) came in and that’s where she gave me (Jason) the letter from Monica. That was a very hard scene for me to do. That was a tough one. That was the one time I was almost going to call ‘cut!’ It read ‘Jason, I believe in you.’ I was literally going to walk off the set.”

To clarify and in the story, Monica was saying “I believe in you” and that she knows Jason didn’t shoot Dante (Dominic Zamprogna). Steve added, “It was tough, man. Emotionally, it was a tough scene. It was overwhelming in the moment.”
Steve went on to detail to Anderson, “She (Brook Lynn) pushed it to me and I read it and she was walking out and I had to stop her, but I was so emotional I couldn’t even get it out. And at that point, I’m like, ‘Do I just keep going … or do I just walk off the set right now?’ But, I knew just to stay, because it’s so hard to get back there, once you shut it down. I knew, the next take wasn’t going to be the same.”

It’s clear that Leslie Charleson is so missed on-screen as Monica by all of her castmates, and that Jason and Monica had a very special mother/son relationship throughout the decades on GH.

George Russo to Appear on General Hospital as Carmine Cerullo
Coming up, it looks like Brook Lynn’s (Amanda Setton) grandfather, Carmine Cerullo is headed to Port Charles.
According to casting news from the ABC soap opera, George Russo will take on the role. Russo will tape his episode next week on April 15th and will appear on the May 15th episode of the long-running daytime drama series.
If George looks familiar he has been in numerous primetime television shows and motion pictures including: The Offer. Winning Time, Grand Crew and Shameless.

Longtime GH viewers will recall that Lois’ (Rena Sofer) dad, Carmine, was previously showed up in Port Charles on and off from 1994 to 1996 and was played by John Capudice.
Clearly, it seems that Carmine will be a part of Chase (Josh Swickard) and Brook Lynn’s wedding. Will it go off without a hitch? Are you looking forward to it? Stay tuned.
