WOW, what a treat! Usually you get a 2 minute blip of BTS stuff. Laura was great and the host who was on the split scene, Paula, seemed like she followed the show? Cool.

Pretyy cool LW shines at anything she does

Good Morning America is such a poor excuse for a television show.It is actually a daily infomercial for ABC and Disney.I love Frank Valentini but this segment, due to the inept interviewers,is embarrassingly lame.

40 lame years! Seriously?

Right timmm..and the delay is in the relay audio. Or whatever it’s called .it happens on all news shows. .LW and FV aren’t use to that on a daily basis. .do got watch CNN or evening news worth audio delay. .I’ve seen it forever and is hard for even me to get used to seeing it

Do you watch. ..and with. .had to correct that sentence. .sorry for the DELAY LOL

THE CURRENT ITERATION BEARS LITTLE RESEMBLANCE TO THE SHOW OF 40,30,20 OR 10 YEARS AGO.IT IS A HACK INFORMERCIAL FOR ABC AND DISNEY.

I see how passionate you are about this. I hope things turn around for you. ALL three networks have gone to a format where its like Entertainment Tonight with politics and floods mixed into the show. I see what your saying. It doesnt bother me. I get my serious news in the evenings and look forward to 60 minutes on Sundays.

that was awesome behind the scenes stuff, wow its amazing how they make everything look bigger on tv, like sonny’s place, metro court ect.. this was fun to see.

Laura Wright is so real and genuine. This was a treat. I especially love how she couldn’t even say fast enough “There’s Maura…she won this year’s EMMY!” You can’t fake stuff like that, and it was nice to see these people in their work environment. I wish we could see more stuff like this. It doesn’t ruin the magic of television, for me it enhances it. I just wish, as always, that Laura didn’t play such a loud, obnoxious, misogynistic mob moll character. Under the previous three incarnations, Carly was like nails on a chalkboard for me, but in the 10 years Laura has played her, the ONLY reason I don’t change the channel on the character Carly, is because of Laura.

You’re so right. The character is often annoying, but Wright is sooooo good.

Could the GMA anchor have been any more annoying? Laura was doing great and then Paula decides to be inquisitive with STUPID questions and a clear communication delay that made it very hard to have a real conversation. A good journalist should know when to keep their mouth shut. Clearly, this anchor is not a good journalist.

correct

Loved this video! Laura did a great job with the tour! Too bad the audio was on delay. Could have done without the GMA host interrupting her!

I agree

ABC should capitalize on Laura Wright’s tremendous appeal and make her a View co-host or ongoing soap correspondent for GMA. She’s smart, funny and charming – highly watchable and entertaining! What a smile!! Long live GH!

Why would you want to punish Ms Wright by putting her on that sinking ship called The View? She is too clever for that,I hope.Smart, funny, and charming are not welcome on the View.Stupid, sour and nasty are the currency there.

“Behind the Scenes” fascinate!

what a treat…

4 things…

argh! tearful ; seeing Liz wedding dress… that didn’t happen! it had better

“yes” I agree with LW’ Carly ; I love Nicholas bad boy ! sexy as ever

seeing Ellie in the dressing room! she’s downright the cutest

GREAT Job to all the behind the scenes CREW(s) all those magical sets

I love GH

Liz was the most breathtaking bride Port Charles has seen in many, many moons…..

This is as close to a TV drama set I am sure I am ever going to get. Laura and Frank did great on their commentary. The segment did not seem rushed. I enjoyed it very much. Thank you for sharing.

The most amazing thing was that they went twenty minutes without an insipid commercial break. When does that ever happen?

I thought overall it was pretty good, something Katie Couric should have done three years ago when she did an afternoon tribute to GH and a Saturday night special. All they did then was show the hair and make up room.

The worst part was the delay between the GMA host on the East Coast and Laura and Frank on the West Coast. They could have done a better job of ironing out that little issue ahead of time.

I personally would love to know:
How many weeks out they shoot an ep before it airs? I think Frank mentioned they were six weeks out.

How much time passes between a script shooting and it being written?

How many eps do they shoot in one day? And are they full eps or just certain scenes while they have the actors? Are the writers still in NYC as they were with Ron Carlivati? Or have they relocated to LA?

And why can’t they play another song ever when they are in Kelly’s Diner or in the MetroCourt? Its the same two tracks over and over again.

That was an amazing treat! Thank you to all involved in making that happen ans putting this clip on the site, Michael!

That was so cool. Thank you and Happy Anniversary GMA

More of the Story on ‘General Hospital’ Star Josh Kelly’s Latest Film Role in ‘The Workout’

We had previously shared that General Hospital’s Josh Kelly was taking three weeks away from his role of Cody Bell to a shoot a role in an upcoming movie entitled The Workout.

Josh originally revealed his role in the film during an episode of GH castmates, Steve Burton (Jason) and Bradford Anderson’s (Spinelli) podcast.

Now Deadline has filled in some of the blanks, and shared some intriguing intel on the premise of the film and its back-story.  The film stars Kelly along with Peter Jae, and UFC Fighter, Ashlee Evans-Smith. Other cast members include The Bay’s Kristos Andrews.

In The Workout, two army rangers set out to create a workout video, but their plans are abruptly halted when a mob hit interrupts their filming. Tragically, one of the rangers loses his wife in the attack, sending him on a relentless mission to take down the mob and anyone who stands in his way.

The film from James Cullen Bressack, almost did not get financed.  Apparently, ten days before his birthday, Bressack made a post on Instagram about the feature and production, casting, and financing came from the post … illustrating the power of social media. After the post gained traction, a producer provided financing and actors expressed interest in joining the project, leading to a quick production.

In a statement, Bressack shared, “As artists a painter paints, a musician makes music, a writer writes, but as filmmakers we have to ask permission to create. It’s time to change that narrative. This film spawned from a necessity to create. We create. We tell stories. We play pretend. I’m excited to take this journey. This is the truest form of collaboration and a community of friends coming together to make something fun. While our industry has had a rough time recently with strikes and a possible strike looming in the future, it’s nice to remind ourselves why we got into film to begin with. To have fun telling stories.”

No word yet on when The Workout will be released.

So, looking forward to seeing this collaborative effort featuring GH’s Josh Kelly? Comment below.
