OMG THANK GOD THE BAY IS BACK!

Truly good soap entertainment like this is so scarce now.. this show is literally my sanctuary!! I’m truly addicted to it

O…..M……G…YES! WE ARE BACK!!! I loved every minute. Steve Jensen Oh Steve Jensen you sly devil. and Janice was Hilarious!!! Thank you Michael for sharing, and Thank you Gregori for THE BAY!!! Here we go again!!!

YES! Thank goodness this show is back. With so few soaps left, this really is one of the only shows left worth watching. Thanks to everyone at The Bay for continuing to bring us wonderfully entertaining and high quality soapy goodness! Loved, loved Harold and Zoey, and Lillly Melgar plays such a wonderful drunk Janice. And of course I can’t wait to see what happened to Lee. Poor Sara! LOVE THE BAY!!

I’m so glad to see The Bay return. I’ve missed it. The Janice/Christine scenes in the bar were great, as were all of the reactions at the wedding. Harold and Zoey are perfect as father and daughter (and the Santa Barbara shout-out was fantastic). Can’t wait for more . . . especially regarding whether Lee was really caught in that explosion.

I agree with Christina. I’m addicted as well. So glad The Bay is back! Love the drama and can’t wait for more!

I’ve never watched this show, but after seeing all the soap stars in it, I’ll have to start. Bravo! And thanks for sharing!

Thank God for The Bay! In a world where soaps are a dying breed, we have a great new show that is on its way up! I say long after all the other soaps are gone, we’ll still be enjoying Gregori’s masterpiece!

Long live The Bay!

So glad this show is back. Love the sets, storylines and charasmatic actors. Mary Beth Evans just lights up the screen-very classy lady. You have me hooked guys-great fun show to watch.

The Bay is back! I love The Bay! I got interested when I heard Mary Beth Evans was going to play a pivotal role in it…I’ve always loved her.

I’ve watched The Bay since its inception, and wow! I just love the cast that Gregori Martin has assembled. From Lane Davies, Charles Shaughnessy, and Jed Allan to Martha Madison and Matthew Ashford as well as the aforementioned Mary Beth Evans…It’s a real treat.

Through the Bay, I’ve come to love even more actors and actresses than the ones I anticipated seeing when the show started. Lily, Taylor Stanley, Sandra Ferguson, Real Andrews…They’ve all done such a great job in this continuing drama!

I have fun watching The Bay! May the fun continue for years to come…

Thank you for this BAY article! I’m so glad that we have something else to watch that’s so worth watching now that so many of our soaps are gone. Jed and Taylor are sooooo flippin’ good as father and daughter. You just believe every word they say. And I was really impressed with Lilly Melgar and Sandra Dee Robinson in their bar scene. Lilly’s drunk hit every note just wonderfully, and Christine has a layer of sanity beneath all that wack! It’s so great to see these characters with so many dimensions. Mary Beth Evans was the reason i started watching The BAY, but now I’m hooked on the great plots that Gregori has woven for everyone. And one more thing. That bartender had more presence in his pinky than alot of people on hit primetime shows today. Can’t wait for the rest of the season!

Yay The Bay is back better than ever. I love everything about this show, can’t wait to see what happens to the Garret’s next week. Mary Beth Evans is fab as wealthy socialite Sara Garret and the creator Gregori J Martin is amazing 🙂

Another great webisode. There’s more drama and action in 10 minutes than I see on most soaps in an hour long episode. Love it!! Keep it coming.

Thanks for another quality production! The Bay has a dream cast! Love how the soap keeps the genre updated and fresh while maintaing the elements of a great soap. It should be on primetime.

At long last the wait is over. Great season opener. I look forward to next week.

B&B’s Sean Kanan, Heather Tom and Lawrence Saint-Victor All Had Creative Hand in Sheila’s ‘Ten Toe’ Reveal

Bringing it from the page to the stage is the actor’s job on any theatre, television or motion picture project. In the case of The Bold and the Beautiful, longtime soap MVP, Sean Kanan, has been delivering some powerful performances as Deacon has become increasingly freaked out and obsessed with the fact, that in the crematorium, he saw that “Sheila’s” (Kimberlin Brown) body had ten toes, not nine.

Deacon now believes Sheila might be alive somewhere (given she only has 9 toes), and especially after seeing the communications between Sugar and Sheila on her laptop.

Then, on Monday’s April 15th episode of the CBS daytime drama series, Deacon says to himself (as he pours himself a drink), “Maybe Finn’s right. Maybe I’m losing it.” He flashes back to the crematorium, saying “Sheila had nine toes, but I saw ten on those feet.” He then utters, “Why Sheila? Why did you go to Steffy’s that night? And who the hell is sugar?”

While Kanan has played the only guy in town who thinks something is off here, he was ably assisted by two of his castmates. First, six-time Daytime Emmy-winner, Heather Tom (Katie) directed the episode where it was revealed that the woman’s body in the crematorium had ten toes.

Second, Lawrence Saint-Victor (Carter), wrote that ‘ten toe’ reveal episode, and he took to Kanan’s instagram and expressed, “I had a lot of fun writing this episode. (Sean Kanan) killed it!!!!”

Coming up later this week, Tracey E. Bregman (Lauren) is back from Genoa City and The Young and the Restless and gets into a heated conversation about Sheila with Deacon. Stay tuned.

So, what do you think of Sean, Heather and Lawrence all using their creative talents to make the ‘ten toe’ reveal come to life? Comment below.

General Hospital

General Hospital’s Adam J. Harrington Weighs-in On John and Carly, and How it’s ‘Starting to Get Very Complicated”

On recent episodes of General Hospital, Carly (Laura Wright) came to John “Jagger” Cates (Adam Harrington) rescue as he was beaten down in an assault. Carly put on her “nurses cap,” sort of speak, and got John to his hotel room and watched over to him, to make sure he didn’t lose consciousness.

GH fans also got their first glimpse of what may be a new romance for Carly, if she and John continue to bond.  If John and Carly were to have a relationship, it would certainly have a ripple effect with Jason (Steve Burton) and Sonny (Maurice Benard).

Adam J. Harrington shared his view on the scenes and what might be next between the two. Speaking to Soap Opera Digest, Harrington shared, “I thought it was written in a way where there’s an understanding and a respect between them both. I don’t think there was any moment where she was not aware that he’s an FBI agent, and there was no moment that he wasn’t aware of her history and relationship to other people in the town. I really liked it. I was really looking forward to shooting it with Laura and we had a really nice time shooting it.”

When Carly and John part ways, it seems there were some romantic sparks, as Harrington puts it, “Isn’t that interesting that sometimes with people, the one moment they actually show how they feel is when they know there’s an escape hatch. They know they’re about to walk away. So, it’s almost safe in that moment to do it. I thought that was really special about how (the writers) handled John and Carly. Even the music in that scene was beautifully done.”

Where is this all heading? Conflict! Internally and professionally, and as Adam explains, “Who Carly was to John on paper as just a tool to be used as bait is starting to get very complicated.”

What would you think of a John and Carly pairing? Would you prefer him with Anna, or neither of them? Let us know via the comment section and take our poll below.
