General Hospital
Ashley Jones Back Taping At GH: Will Parker Pose A Threat To Kristina's Budding Romance With Aaron?
New real life mom, Ashley Jones (Parker) took to her Instagram account to announce she is back at work and at General Hospital!
That means look for Parker to potentially pose a threat to Kristina’s (Lexi Ainworth) budding romance with new guy Aaron (John DeLuca)! But is Parker the threat, or Kristina’s true love? Time will tell as this story unravels.
Jones was very enthusiastic about her GH return and the opportunity to work again with Lexi Ainsworth! In her post, she shared: “Already back to work today! Ok, saying the inevitable… I’m “checking back into the hospital!” It’s just #generalhospital! With @_lexiainsworth — love working w you!” She added, “Stay tuned to #GH for summer twists and fun!”
So, are you rooting for a Parker and Kristina pairing, or a Kristina and Aaron pairing? Share your thoughts in the comment section below, and welcome back Ashley Jones following the birth of her first child on May 24th no less!
Like a lot of GH’s stories, too much time has passed and we dont give a damn anymore!
Amen!!
Why did u gh writers take way tooo long
I think the Parker and Kristina storyline should definitely continue. This is 2016 and this kind of things happen… Let it play out.. The chemistry is there.. I feel it’s a very important topic.. Who cares about the age difference.. People fall in Love with people of different ages. Many people get married and later on realize they are gay. Two very talented women who deserve a contract..
100 percent agree. In 2016 the rules are OUT the window!
I think Parker and Kristina should cntinue please if it don’t continue I will not b watching the show anymore if it don’t continue they should b in love.
I love… Ashley Jones period.
I know…. John Deluca is a charmer…
WHAT a conundrum and the best of both worlds
LUCKY Lexie Ainsworth
she has been an absolute delight since her return from “college”
she is right up their with the best couples
and they are all so young !
1. Kiki and Dillon
2. Lexie and Aaron / Parker
3. Molly and TJ
4. Tracy and Sabrina “dont’ you ever leave me again” bff or what ?
5. Monica and the audience… she never misses a beat
when or when… will Mac and Felicia grace our telee
will Kevin and Laura kiss and make love already… Laura will turn!
simmering on the pot… and festering…. is their still stimuli – I hope so – Franco and Liz
Scotty and Bobbi
Brad and Lucas
and then their are the standouts !
oh WAIT ! I WANT an all out exploration of Ava and Nicholas
Anna
Tracy
Huxtley
Claudette
Griffin
YES… i’m still giving Mr. dreamy Nathan a shot
you see how their is so much fun to be had and a feast for the audience
WITHOUT – Sonny/ Carly – Julian/ Alexis – Jason / Sam
BACK to Lexie Ainsworth… you are the best thing going right now… with thee lauded Corinthos clan….. yawn on all the rest… I thought Morgan was thee standout…
Kristina is at the head of the pack
Ingo Rademacher is in the house ” JAX ”
what a cure for what ails ya
As TVLine details, Ingo Rademacher will begin airing again as Jax on the July 29 episode of General Hospital. Spoilers indicate that he will be back for a bit, but an exact time frame has not yet been revealed.
John deLuca looks amazing and sexy in pictures. He fell short for me seeing him ‘live’. He did not click with me, as an actor. He’s good-looking, but no oomph….I thought he’d be taller….
Anyway, I’m with Timmm, not interested in this story anymore.
If there will be a potential Parker-Christina storyline, it must be one so captivatingly reeling, in order to recapture my fancy.
While I would prefer for her to be back at The Bold and the Beautiful, the story at General Hospital is clearly there. So, I’m here for her becoming a more consistent presence in Port Charles.
Parker looks old enough to be Krissy’s mother. Creepy cradle robber if you ask me. Keep her with someone her own age.
I should look that great!Alexis and Kristina have had bad experiences with men,so why not a different kind of story
I am #TeamParker I think that Aaron is using Kristina to get information about Sonny. I hope that Kristina and Parker get together soon I don’t care about the age difference between them love is love I am so tired of people who are judging the Kristina and Parker storyline I feel that people need to stay out of other people’s lives imo I feel that given the events of the past few days in Orlando I feel that society needs to mind their own business
Donna,I’m with you 100%
Exactly right on
Neither pairing for me…Kristana is a snooze but im blaming the writing…i loose interest quick when characters are dropped for long periods then suddenly appear with a story without much buildup…case in point…Molly and TJ havent been shown together since whenever are suddenly shown discussing getting a place together…and TJ suddenly finding out(thought he already did) that Shawn is his daddy-big deal without Shawn…two years ago Dr. Lisel warned that Nathan’s daddy is far more dangerous than Victor Frankenstein and than nothing…GH has improved somewhat but they really need to cut back on cast and more continuity in the storylines!!! JMHO!!!
Meant Cassidine not Frankenstein-lol
Right, Jimmy?….,Dr. O’s cryptic words about Nathan’s father still haunt my mind. LOL. Are we supposed to have forgotten about that?
I suppose TPTB have yet to figure out who this purported evil phantom is. Will ‘they’ ever?
I thought TJ knew about Shawn being his dad, too-and you are right, no real excitement there.
TJ has never been an interesting character for me. He lacks that certain something so inherent to cspturing the viewers’s attention. In my opinion, he drags Molly down.
Thus, no matter the storyline, TJ always leaves me wanting.
I can’t believe Ashley Jones is back to work already. Didn’t she give birth about two weeks ago?
Parker and Kristina please, hopefully handled in a realistic way with a front burner story.
Nothing against the actress but I don’t care for the character or the s/l. Hope they won’t drag it out forever. We haven’t seen enough of Kristina to become invested in her. The producer is too busy introducing too many new characters. GH feels like a revolving door. No sooner do you get interested in a s/l than it disappears for weeks on end.
Yes,a lot of new characters, but Kristina,Molly have grown up with us.Let’s see their story, who cares about Nina?
Nina michelle stafford is a beautiful talented crazy over the top i love nina an franco true love waited to have sex nina is not a slut
My problem with GH in recent years is not that there are no interesting stories, but too many of them. None seem to really simmer and build day to day. They run their course or we get a chapter poof! characters disappear or are gone, replaced by another story with another bunch of people. I am sensing a return to a more community approach to telling stories in Port Charles but there are way too many people around to really invest in someone or something.
Why does gh not let lynne herring aka lucy b on contract not even a bit she was a star on spinoff port charles with hubby scotty great couple get them together again not kissing in her undies at the nurses ball omg
She’s SOO Beautiful, my husband and I Thinks she glows with this young man, Aaron!!!”Congradualtions on your “SWEET BLESSINGS”!!!”TYL”!!!<
Judy, young man tooooo good to be true
Another somewhat “dropped” storyline that I forgot about…
ok-
Kristina and Parker; there is no story of them.
They have had incidents, short go nowhere scenes but no story.
There is nothing. It is another go nowhere short clips.
Kristina and Parker kissed, whoa big deal, but no gripping anything about them.
Way I see them; they don’t even exist/totally empty.
Suoo,Ashley pregnant at that time.Perhaps they could have waited but it should go full blast now
I thought this storyline was left dead in the water..It goes to show how poorly the head writers are doing.
They leave stories and character on pause, only to bring new characters and stories.
Will keep my disdain on check and see if these writers can salvage this story which seem promising in the early stages.
I understand that Ashley Jones was on maternity leave but her absence was not handle well..She is a very good actress, glad she is back.
Paired her up with a grown woman..Alexis anyone? She has been dogged by so many ex husbands and men, make her switch sides for a bit and throw in her daughter history with Parker and that can become top entertainment to watch!!
Omar you could have a point! At this point Alexis must be fed up with men.Maybe the story will go that way!
Oh, my goodness. Being gay is not a choice, is it, Omar? Don’t think so. Neither is being straight. We are what we are. Kristina may be bi, but, I would think Alexis knows her sexual preference by now!!! Nah.
Besides, that would be the coward’s way out for Alexis.
So, every time someone ( straight and/or either gender) comes out heartbroken from a relationship, said person should just try a homosexual relationship?
I guess you also think that if a gay person has been romantically hurt, he or she should give heterosexuality a go.
I wish it were that simplistic, Omar. LOL.
Celia, I am not talking about real life..Being gay or straight is NOT a choice..Anyone that comes out of a heartbroken relationship usually finds the gender that they originally find attractive.
I am talking about the show..FICTION!! I would love to see an over the top storyline for entertaining value..Not some politically correct BS of a story…Who cares about Alexis values, give us some dirty and scandal filled storyline! It is a soap opera NOT real life!!
I guess, Omar…..Fiction can be taken to the extreme. I think there’s already too much of it, as it is. I would welcome some reality with open arms just about now. My opinion only. LOL.
No, I’m rooting for Kristian and Parker!Glad she back and ready for a brand new story line!
Budding romance with Aaron? We’ve seen all of three scenes with them together. Frankly, GH has a very hard time telling a story for characters that aren’t in the forefront (ALexis, Julian, Sonny, Carly, Jason, Sam); other than them, stories are left dangling only to be picked up weeks later. So, as much as I like that Ashley Jones is coming back to revisit this story, Kristina called her like a week ago and that’s where we last left THAT.
While I’m on the subject of dangling stories …. so, GH did a PC move and married off Lucas & Brad only to never see them again??? wth? Not even a reception? First night together? Honeymoon?
If GH isn’t going to bother with these stories, then trim the cast if you don’t care to write for them correctly!
All the couple stories have had a weak start and anticlimax parting.
Not only the couples but all stories are very weak ..
GH used to be the color Red, now it is very pale pink ..
It’s not even pale pink, it just grey and so boring..I been FF so much of the show, that I question myself..”Why am I still watching this show??”
Need new writers please!?? Please bring back RC or someone fresh and young!!
GH just needs to trim the cast by A LOT and concentrate on characters we actually like and want to watch.
I still go back to Genie getting all this hoopla that she signed a 3 year contract and yet, she’s on 1x every 3 weeks! Does anyone care about her story? No, because there is no story.
DeLuca seems like a good addition but doubt he’ll be around for long.
Amen!
Sorry, but even as a straight male, Aaron was a far more welcome presence on my screen. Obviously soaps have a long history of extra-marital affairs, but are we, as an audience, supposed to root for Kristina to be a home-wrecker, especially with someone who seems to be misusing their position as an authority figure? If the college/university found out about it, clearly Parker would be out of a job. Also, the story didn’t really take off in the first place, like Brad and Rosalie’s faux marriage. Sometimes storylines are best left on the backburner. Just my two cents.
Aaron is too green if this is going to be front burner. Rumors are that he is only interested in Kristina to get info on Sonny for his mob enemies. If thats true, I like Aaron but the story is too heavy for him!
Timmm, I also think that Aaron is only interested in Kristina because of Sonny and that this latest bad experience with men will lead Kristina to be even more invested with Parker.
I agree with you Tom. Not because of the possible gay storyline. But because, as yourself, there is a third person involved….a love triangle, if you will. I am not into cheating of any kind.
And, to parrot you, Parker is in a position of authority…. It’s sickening to me. Teacher-student hanky-panky is never applaudable regardless the circumstances; regardless if the people involved are gay or straight. A no-no!!
However, there needs to be a certain amount of cheating, crime, mystery and controversy to whet our interest. Well, for some of us, anyway. LOL.
Listen, IF GH wants to make a name, get some attention, do something DIFFERENT, I would have Alexis, Kristina and Parker in a female triangle! Its not TO crazy. NLG is a forward thinking women. Alexis should be tired of all these THUGS who she married and screwed her over! Wipe out the males in her life and go to the other side. Meanwhile, Krissy is rubbing elbows with Aaron and sees her mother spending way too much time with her Parker and is JEALOUS! BOOM, triangle, probably a first for daytime. Come on Jean and Shelly, DO IT!
Love when big sis sam calls lexi krissy they are cute big sis middle sis and molly much wiser than mom alexis
I vote Kristina and Parker… Hell I vote me and Parker she is hot!!!
