I love how Eric aka victor said fuck up so real. LOve you guys. Thanks for including me in your grieving. I’ve been with this show since I was a kid. To me your friends family and coworkers cause your part of my life every day. Thanks you for letting kristoff go in peace. Thanks for allowing us to grieve with you. Thank you for making this special Kristoff deserved this. !! Xxx ooo

Today’s show was so emotional I’m going thru a loss right now myself the cast was so real with their emotions especially shemar

Hi, Tammy,
I mistakenly read your name wrong and called you T, which is what I call Timmm on these sites.
However, I pressed ‘post’ accidentally and it disappered.
Nonetheless, here goes…..I could not watch the end because the emotional scenes brought me to my knees and everything became a reality for me. This is real—tears and all!! It made such an impact because what was imparted by the “characters” was authentic pain!! I cried so much because, I too, went through the greatest loss of my life—a child.
Such anguished scenes bring more grief to my already wounded heart, a thousand times over.
I was just finishing typing when the post went into space…..so, you may get an unfinished comment.
Aside: I was wondering why the PTB did not fess up and reveal that Malcolm is Lily’s bio dad—the main reason Neil and he were so at odds with each other. I think it should have been incorporated into the ‘confession’ speeches.
Stay strong!! I feel you, Tammy. ❤️

Well done honouring the memory of Kristoff

This week has been very beautiful and emotional and I personally thank Y&R executives, staff and crew to help us mourn him through the show. To current and past castmates, Each of you are very talented individuals !!!

Thank you all for all you are doing to keep Kristoff’s memory alive and giving him a proper send-off!! So beautiful but heartbreaking!! I’ll keep praying for you all and everyone in Kristoff’s life!! I love this LIVE with all the guests!!

I will miss him so much this was the most devastating thing that has happened I cryed when today’s show was on my respect to all the cast and crew to the young and restless this was so awesome may he Rest In Peace love you beal

I mean Neal

I’v been calling i but I keep getting cut off. 🙂 I think Kristoff died from a broken heart from the loss of his son.

I too have almost died, twice from a broken heart and I feel I can see what was going on. I wish I had known of this before he died because I met him at the grocery store about two moths before he died.

Had I known what he was going thru, I think I could have given him hope to hold on.

Hello Daniel, I absolute adore you

Kristoff was an amazing actor

Great tribute

Thank you for the interviews with the cast it was great to hear each one of their story of Neil/ Kristoff. I’ve been watching the show for 40 years with my mother, sister and friends. The show (funeral) today was heartbreaking and everyone that I know who watched it said the same thing, my daughter in law said it brought back memories of her parents who died 17 years ago. Lily was super I don’t know how she could even talk while crying I know I couldn’t at my dads funeral. Thanks again for sharing this wonderful tribute about a beautiful man. May God Bless him in heaven. ❤️

It was awesome to hear them as people and not characters talk about the man that was Kristoff. I am so glad the Victoria came back because it was so fitting to end the interview with her. Well done.

I am so very saddened by the death of Kristoff.I have been a fan since a tiny tot in Trinidad, sneaking peeks to watch Y&R. The Winters famiy was and is such a great addition to the Y&R. Neil was such an amazing husband, father and friend on the show and someone that I loved as and actor. I could only imagine the type of man he was in his real life. May he rest in peace and may everyone who have been a part of his life be comforted by God’s grace. He will always be remembered.

So happy with Y&R’s show this week memorializing Neil/Kristoff. It really brought closure I can’t believe how many years I’ve been watching this show. WAY back when their storylines started, Dru, Neil, Malcolm – just brought the tears flowing. Well done. Just a heartbreaking week.

I don’t have the words, it feels like a personal loss. I remember a young, fresh faced Neil Winters arriving in the office of Victor Nemwman’s. He had just earned his MBA from Stanford University. Neil Winters has become an integral part of the Y&R family, so much so that we all took him for granted.
His loss is huge and the look of abject grief washing over Lilly’s face speaks for all of us long time fans.

Well done podcast. Well done tribute Y&R. Well done to the beautiful Kristoff ST.John.
May he be peacefully in the arms of The Creator.

Chandler Massey Talks The Emotional Life Of Will Horton; Rob Scott Wilson & Victoria Konefal Share Insight On Key Scenes On ‘Inside Salem: Days of our Lives Podcast’

Viewers of Days of our Lives recently watched Will (Chandler Massey) cross over to the light as he hovers near death, and sees his great grandma Caroline (Peggy McCay).  While happily Will survives, Caroline did not.  And through Will’s trauma of surviving a brain tumor, fans were treated to touching scenes between Chandler Massey and his on-screen love interest Freddie Smith (Sonny).

In addition, Will had the difficult task, at the time, to have to tell his beloved grandmother, Marlena (Deidre Hall) that he was dying in more moving and emotional scenes.  So what did Chandler Massey have to share about all the drama? Check out the latest episode of Inside Salem: Days of our Lives Podcast and find out!

With June being Pride Month in many cities in the U.S. and countries around the world, Chandler also weighs-in on the importance of Will as an LGBTQ character on the canvas on television, and in particular, on daytime.  In this podcast, Chandler relates how it’s been amazing to make a difference to people and their lives.  He shares the story of how a man told him in a letter that he watched Days of our Lives with his mother and through watching the storyline; where Will came out to Marlena, how it inspired him to have that conversation with his own mother at that time.  He thought his mother would not understand or accept him, but because she watched Days and saw Will’s journey to come out, she supported her son and who he was.  As Chandler explained, it was confirmation that the story was helping people.

Later, #Cin fans get a treat when Rob Scott Wilson and Victoria Konefal sit-down on the podcast and offer up commentary on some of their most recent and pivotal scenes.  Rob and Victoria take us through cabin fires and police station scenes, and their on-screen love story – a must listen for viewers who are rooting for this duo against all odds in Salem.

Inside Salem: Days of our Lives Podcast is available now via iTunes for download or you can listen at NBC.com/Inside Salem.
