It’s Lexie. She has nothing to lose at this point. She’s dying anyway. This would be retribution for what Stefano did to her in those tunnels all those year’s ago. She may love her Father, but she’s not about to let him get away with killing her either!

Thinking the same thing!

ME 3!! SHE IS DYING ANYWAY WOULDNT BLAME HER A SECOND AFTER FINDING OUT HER DAD CAUSED HER TO GET THE GAS THAT GAVE HER CANCER,WHY DID ABE LEAVE HIS GUN ANYWAY ? EVERYONE PRETTY MUCH PUT THIER FINGER PRINTS ON IT!! LOL…

My first thought when I knew he was getting shot was that it would be Lexie, everyone else was too obvious, but now I’m kind of wavering. Maybe Agent Harmon?!? Or because we got news that he’s leaving the show, maybe Ian.

I’m thinking Ian – As a way to save Kate.

I think Ian did it! Didn’t he have a Phoenix emblem on his walking stick? There is a connection there somewhere besides Kate……

Either Lexie or the feds got wind of the plots and faked his death.

Please god, no! I want him truly dead!

I am caught between Lexie and Celeste. I can see Lexie doing it out of anger for her own death sentence but, also see Celeste doing it for his part in Lexie’s illness.

Hopefully, it will be Lexie who shot jim to protect her family and friends. And she wouldnt pay for it cause she will be dead very soon. And we know he isnt dead cause in an interview Joe said he is already in future story, so much for keeping silent!

Lexi is to good to kill anyone. She loved her father, at their last visit she asked him not to hurt anyone she loves, Also I don’t want to see her character as good as it always has been, die a murderer. I am hoping Stephano isn’t dead.

Lexie has always been portrayed as a soft-hearted, forgiving person. Dare I say Christian? Knowing she was about to leave this earth, Lexie would not deliberately commit the sin of murder.

I’m with Agent Harmon or possibly Ian. Bringing on such a “big gun” with lots of other soap history apparently didn’t work. I never watched General Hospital so can’t say what kind of actor he was over there, but IMO on Days the Ian character was too stiff and not credible. I’m sure he had to read the lines he was given, it’s just his storyline was also too muddy. Even his bed scene with Kate seemed forced to me. So I’m thinking Corday decided to cut his losses and just walk away from the Ian plot.

My money is on Stefano’s death being faked by the CIA to keep him safe since he supposedly gave up all kinds of valuable intel.

I agree with you neenee I haven’t watched days for long but from everything I have seen with Lexi she is not going to kill her father, it’s not in her to do something like that. I hope he isn’t dead either and he is going away for a while but will show up in a few months, I guess they want us to rack our brains to figure out who did it. Ian is a dam good actor he was as you know on general hospital and he was also on all my children for a short time, He could be the killer if we have a murder, guess we will find out in time.

I agree about the CIA. Either somebody we don’t care about, like Ian, shot Stefano and the CIA saved him but faked his death, or the CIA was in on the fake death from the beginning. Either way, Stefano will be back to take revenge on those who wanted him dead, after Joe has a summer vacation. Maybe Stefano lied about EJ not being his son to protect him from danger. Hopefully, the DiMera family will be reunited.

I think someone else. Probably the least likely person, although I don’t know who that would be. Here’s a question: if all 8 of the main suspects touched the gun, why did the shooter wear gloves?

I think Ian was the one to shoot him OR perhaps Kayla.

I think it was Ian, too.

my money is on ian…………….

I’m now thinking Ian since he’s leaving the show. It could also be Agent Harmon or Celeste since they are minor characters. It obviously isn’t one of the 8 on the suspect board…that would be way to obvious and I doubt if any of those characters are leaving.

Ya know what? I don’t really care. I hope Stefano isn’t dead and the nuwriters write so many of the wrongs on canvas.

I think it’s Ian… notice how he read Kate’s divorce papers? she didn’t even look.

Ian’s motive…

he has a stake in her estate… and did love her once… he’s fawning over Kate… “did you do it? I can’t help you if you did…”

which is nice.. cause now Kate can declare her love for Stefano… and wait for the DiMera’s.

I don’t believe that Will did it i do agree that I did it.
