2025 Daytime Emmys In Memoriam: The Stars We Lost Including Leslie Charleson, Drake Hogestyn, Eileen Fulton, and Tristan Rogers Honored During Ceremony
During the 52nd annual Daytime Emmy Awards, which were presented last Friday, October 17, the ceremony stopped to take a moment to remember those that the daytime television community lost over the last 17 months.
Host Mario Lopez introduced the In Memoriam segment as images of some of the most beloved stars and names in soap operas were given their due. The ceremony was streamed live on watch.theemmys.tv and on the Emmys app and is available for replay.
With the Daytime Emmy ceremony being moved in 2025 to October instead of its usual June summer slot, it meant that the In Memoriam would cover more ground, hence the 17 months of inclusion for those we lost and who’s memory will live on in daytime television history.
