Amanda admits to Tad that she called the feds on Cara in order to protect her own marriage. Cara reveals that she’s not a terrorist, but slipped off the radar for a while because her cancer had come back and Griffin was the one treating her. After Jake convinces the feds that Cara’s not a terrorist he heads to the hospital to dig up paperwork to prove she’s indispensible to PV. Colby lays into JR and makes it clear she really doesn’t want to hear anymore about “learning from mistakes.” Marissa agrees to help rehabilitate David so he can put his past actions behind him. David tells Liza that all of PV will soon see him as something more than a villain. When Greenlee gets wind of what Marissa’s doing for David she tells her that if she truly believes in David to come with her. In an effort to get Marissa to move back in, JR insists they have a common goal in AJ but she sees right through him and declines. Jesse, Ryan and Greenlee confront David over whether or not he helped Annie get away. David denies knowing anything about Emma’s disappearance. Once alone, David places a call to Annie and Ryan busts in and confronts him.
Tad and Cara pull off their “engagement” façade and the feds let her off. Jake awkwardly congratulates them and is taken by surprise when Tad says they will get engaged so immigration doesn’t find out the truth. Liza tells Colby she slept with Damon. With high doctor bills, Madison asks Greenlee for some extra hours at Fusion. Greenlee suggests Scott take care of Madison and Madison tells her not to play matchmaker, not realizing she already has. Greenlee asks Marissa for help in getting the truth from David and shows her the photo of David and Annie. Ryan continues to question David and informs him that Annie tried to kill his daughter. After Marissa threatens to never speak to David again if he doesn’t tell them where Annie and Emma went he reveals that he sent her to a cabin. Marissa decides she is no longer going to speak to him anymore. Ryan tells Greenlee that Annie isn’t at the cabin and fled. He swears he won’t let JR get away with helping her again and with Marissa’s help plants a bug in Chandler.
Liza tries to explain exactly what happened between her and Damon to Colby. Asher offers Colby a shoulder to cry on and she clings to him. Asher admits he already knew the truth. Tad starts sharing his “engagement” news and informs Krystal and Opal of how he is going to save Cara. Krystal appears to be having a harder time than she thought with Tad’s engagement. Griffin thanks Tad for what he’s doing but warns them to be on the same page otherwise they’ll get caught. Griffin meets up with Jake and says that there can’t be any feelings between him and Cara otherwise that will ruin the engagement façade. Jackson confronts Erica over the issues that are affecting their relationship. Erica realizes she needs to resign from Cortlandt Electronics. Upset over the fact Tad is marrying Cara; Krystal confides in Jackson that she’s having a harder time with it than she should. Amanda tells Jake she called the immigration agent to try and help since she felt so guilty for disliking Cara. Ryan tells Kendall about the metal box found in Zach’s plane and she decides she’d like to see it for herself. Ricky insists to Diana that he will get close enough to Kendall to find the evidence that Zach had. Kendall is released from the hospital. Once home, Kendall receives a package (the metal box) and Ricky watches her open it from nearby. Kendall is shocked when she reads a letter from Zach about his ‘untimely’ death. Jake lets out his anger over Amanda distrusting his word and calling the feds. Tad calls Damon to inform him that Colby knows he slept with Liza. Cara picks up on the tension between Jake and Amanda and is concerned over the drama her situation is causing the Martin family and Tad genuinely consoles her. Ryan, Greenlee and JR head to Montreal to try and find Annie at the honeymoon suite. JR gets things set up for Annie’s arrival while Greenlee and Ryan hide in another room. Madison calls to inform Ryan that Emma called her and said she and Annie were going to a different place instead of the hotel. Scott convinces Madison to move in with him so they can split the rent. Kendall freaks out over the contents of Zach’s letter but has to put it down when the kids enter and want to go through the contents of the box. Ricky takes this opportunity to swipe the last page which contains the evidence and replaces it with another page.

GENERAL HOSPITAL: Ethan is Rocked at News of Delilah; Is Baby Phoebe His Child?
The return story of Ethan Lovett (Nathan Dean began to unpeel itself on all new episodes of General Hospital, when on Tuesday May 5, he is seen on the pier talking on his phone and clearly calling a woman named “Delilah,” and in what seems like concern for her, tells her on voicemail, “you need to show up.”
As viewers know, Delilah (played by Lily Cardone) was the pregnant woman that Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) and Chase (Josh Swickard) found on the side of a road and managed to get her to the hospital. Once at GH, Delilah died, but her baby was born. Brook Lynn and Chase then went to efforts to become the little one’s foster parents, since no other family ties for the baby girl have been found.
Their happiness at finally having a child, may be very short-lived. First, Brook Lynn is a key suspect as the other driver that may have caused the accident that burned and put disfiguring lacerations on Jordan’s (Tanisha Harper) face. At that time, Brook Lynn had a bit of wine with Lucy (Lynn Herring), and had rushed out of the Quartermaine mansion to try to get to Gio’s (Giovanni Mazza) performance with Trina (Tabyana Ali) at the reopening of Charlie’s.

Fast forward to now. Ethan turns up at the Quartermaines and runs into Brook Lynn and Chase along with baby Phoebe. Brook Lynn introduces Ethan to her husband and then they explain they are foster parents to Phoebe.
Brook Lynn then tells Ethan, that sadly, Phoebe’s mother had died, and all they knew about her was her name: Delilah Wilson. As soon as Brook Lynn mentions Delilah’s name, it’s clear Ethan is stunned, although he tries not to let on anything to Brook Lynn and Chase. Previously, Brook Lynn told Chase that it was recommended to her that they try to search on their own for Phoebe’s family. Well, is this her dad starring her in the face?
All this begging the questions: What is Ethan’s relationship to the deceased Delilah? Were they working on some kind of con together? Were they in love? Is Ethan the biological baby-daddy to Phoebe, which would really throw a wrench into Brook Lynn and Chase’s dreams of starting their own family? And, will all of this dovetail into Michael’s plan to get Chase and Willow to hit the sheets? Weigh-in via the comment section below.

THE YOUNG AND THE RESTLESS: Matt Clark Has Amnesia Setting Story Turning Point for Roger Howarth
The latest soap opera amnesiac is none other than The Young and the Restless supervillain, Matt Clark (Roger Howarth).
As revealed on today’s May 5 episode of the CBS daytime drama series, Matt is suffering from seeming brain trauma after being hit over the head by Sienna (Tamara Braun) during their struggle, after Matt set the explosion at the abandoned gas station outside of Las Vegas to kill the Newmans.
While killing the Newmans failed, now it seems that an isolated Matt can’t figure out who the hell he is. The telling moment came when Matt was shown at a diner in Vegas. He finds a Genoa City Athletic Club keycard in his pocket and asks the waitress if she knew were Genoa City is.

The waitress informs Matt it’s thousands of miles away. Stunned, Matt says to himself, “I gotta figure out what the hell happened to me, and who the hell I am.” The turn now makes sense as a way to keep Matt in the story and Daytime Emmy winner, Roger Howarth still on the show, plus it allows for him to build essentially a whole different life interfacing with other characters.
In fact, when Howarth returned to the soap back on April 1, he teased to Soap Opera Digest some changes were afoot without actually spelling it out. Roger explained, “There’s a shift coming up in the story that’s been a lot of fun. They’ve given me some new people to bounce off of and I really appreciate what Josh Griffith (executive producer and head writer) is doing. I hope the fans like it!”
So, are you ready for what could be a redemption story? A story where the people in Matt’s new life are fond of him and he likes them? A way he can restart his life without all the crimes and misery he has perpetrated on others from his past?
Eventually, Matt will remember he is the evil Matt Clark, and then what happens? Clearly, he would go back after the Newmans, just when they think the guy is dead long enough. After all, Sienna believes she killed Matt.
Share your thoughts on Matt Clark having amnesia on all-new episodes of The Young and the Restless, and if you are here from the story which keeps Roger Howarth on your screens for some time to come. Comment below.

GENERAL HOSPITAL: Brennan’s Eyes Are Opened About Carly and Valentin, Josslyn Finds Herself Locked Up Like Anna
In a pivotal episode of General Hospital, Monday, May 4 finally blew the lid off of Brennan/Carly/Valentin and showed off Josslyn’s super spy prowess, and Cassius dark side all in one fell swoop!
Here’s what went down: Brennan (Chris McKenna) went ballistic after catching Carly (Laura Wright) after hitting the sheets, only he didn’t know (yet) with whom. The Port Charles WSB Bureau Chief goes in on Carly wanting to know who is it that she is sleeping with. After his angry demand, Carly tells Jack to “turn around.” Thus, revealing Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) as the other man, who is holding a gun pointed straight at Jack.
Initially, Jack thinks Valentin played Carly due to their vendetta, but au contraire! Jack gets an earful about how Carly flew to Steinmauer posing as his attorney. When Jack tried to understand why Carly would betray him in such a way, Carly spelled it out for him.

Next, Carly let Jack have it for his lies and duplicity about her daughter, Josslyn (Eden McCoy). She knows that Jack recruited Josslyn into the WSB, preying on her grief over Dex’s death to get her to murder Cyrus Renault. Carly adds, you tuned my daughter, “into a lying, murdering spy, like you!” In tears, Carly told Jack that Josslyn will never be the same, because of what he did to her.
SLEEPING WITH THE ENEMY AND LIVING TO TELL ABOUT IT
Jack realized, Carly was the one behind getting Valentin’s transfer from Steinmauser. Now on the attack, Jack told Carly she will wind up in prison for aiding and abetting a fugitive. He tells her that Valentin will grab his daughter, Charlotte and disappear, and when that happens he won’t lift a finger to save her, in fact, (he throws in for good measure) that she might get lucky and thrown into a pit with Jason.

Valentin told Jack that if he didn’t help them, he will turn him over to Cullum, who he knows is a double agent and would like nothing better than to make Jack the fall guy for all of his own crimes. Jack apologized to Carly for lying to her, said he still loves her, but that he wonders how long it will be before Valentin betrays her too.
After the scenes aired, Chris McKenna took to X and shared, “And after we finished the last scene I ran over to Laura Wright and hugged her, and then pulled in James Patrick Stuart too. Thrilled to have that material with those legends. Hope you dig it.”

JOSSLYN LANDS IN A SLEEPER HOLD
In addition, Josslyn and Cassius (Ryan Paevey) had literally, a knock down drag out fight. First, after Cassius grabbed her arm as she was set to leave her apartment, he told her he knew she was WSB! Joss suggested that “Nathan” must be traumatized from years of being presumed dead. She grabs a candlestick and the two go at it complete with kicks, shoves, throws and all; leading to Cassius putting Joss in a version of the sleeper hold and making her pass out.
Later, Cassius calls for Sidwell (Carlo Rota), but speaks to Pascal (Marc Forget), that there is an issue that needs to be dealt with. At the end of the episode, Josslyn wakes up in the same room that Anna was driven crazy in which must be somewhere at Wyndemere, Cassius is seen looking through the one-sided window and we fade to black.
So, what did you think of the Carly and Valentin reveal to Brennan? Did Carly come out the victor in her payback to Brennan? Then, who do you think will figure out Josslyn is kidnapped? Will it be Brennan? Will he help her or use it as leverage against Valentin and Carly? Share your theories in the comment section.
