Are You Down With a Jordan and Isaiah Pairing on General Hospital?
Jordan Ashford has been hanging around the halls of General Hospital since Isaiah was admitted after he was hit by a car. So, it was only natural for her to be the one to inadvertently save the day, just as he was about to get a lethal injection that would end his life.
As many have suspected Jordan and Isaiah might be headed for a romance and potentially a bonafide couple, at least from the intel that Sawandi Wilson provided Soap Opera Digest, that he did indeed to his GH screen-test with none other than Tanisha Harper and the show was seeing if their was spark that came across on the screen.
As for Jordan, it’s been awhile since the show has given her a leading man, truly not since her ex-husband, Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner). Now, could Isaiah fit the bill? Coming up on today’s September 11th the two characters formally meet now that Isaiah is awake.

Sawandi shared, “I tested with Tanisha. And we had awesome chemistry; we had incredible chemistry. ” And as for their fist official scenes after he got the gig, Wilson added, “It was great because already from the test, it felt like there was so much history there. “

After the first scenes he taped with Harper, Sawandi continued his enthusiasm for Tanisha, adding, “I just love working with her. She is so great.” Harper has been with GH now over two years since her debut as a recast Jordan back in March of 2022. Wilson made his GH debut last month as Lucky Spencer’s (Jonathan Jackson) friend who was sent to Port Charles to get help from the WSB to help free him from being held hostage in Africa.

I definitely like Jordan and Isaiah as a couple! It’s about time Jordan got off the back burner! Hopefully they get good writing,cause if they don’t they’ll fizzle out! I also think they should bring back Spencer for Trina, viewers will accept a recast! GH needs to realize a lot of viewers only tuned in to see them!

Absolutely not! Why would you put that young stunning woman with supermodel good looks with an unappealing man who is old enough to be her father and who can’t act? ( because he’s not an actor). Brick and Jordan do NOT ignite sparks. She deserves better and this guy might fit the bill.
I agree Harry…Jordan is simply gorgeous and radiant…There is NOTHING sexy about Brick at all….Isaiah is way sexier, much younger and definitely more hotter than Brick who looks more like Jordan’s uncle…

Hey, OG, we do agree somewhat, except I don’t see him quite the way you do and I’ve yet to see a woman go toe to toe with him, even Carley who so many , including herself , think she s his Juliet to his Romeo. I’ve always thought she’d secretly have liked to run the whole mob right along side him, if he’d given her a golden pistol. O.k, shut up old lady, nice talking at you O.G.

Dear Havens! I hope so. There have been a number of guys brought on as potential love interests and they fade away faster than the wind. Hope there’s a triangle involving Jordan, Brick and Isaiah.

I really didn’t check ages, though to me she may be a little older. I like her and Brick together as Very good friends, with benefits, but nothing more. As Isaiah says, they do have chemistry, it being silly to deny this.Some times, couples are just pushed too hard for a relationship, but if one automatically happens, why not use it?

GENERAL HOSPITAL Preview: Serena Sets Her Sights on Michael; Jason’s Emotional Exit from the Mob
This week on all-new episodes of General Hospital, new and old motivations come into play with dangerous consequences. According to the just released GH video spoilers video for the week of August 3-7, a bailiff calls out, “All rise!”
Now it’s Isaiah (Sawandi Wilson) vs. Curtis (Donnell Turner), as the surgeon is suing the owner of the Savoy for assault that ruined is ability to operate. At the end of the day, which of these men has enough evidence against the other? Portia (Brook Kerr) is by Isaiah’s side, while Jordan (Tanisha Harper) is with Curtis.
Next, Lucy (Lynn Herring) has a plan to get the controlling shares of Deception away from Michael (Rory Gibson). She wants her daughter, Serena (Kelly Kruger) to seduce Michael. She tells her, “Pick out your most seductive suit.” Soon, we see Serena in her bathing suit at the Metro Court face to face with Michael.
Later, there is a small baggie containing three blue pills. Nina (Cynthia Watros) ask Willow (Katelyn MacMullen), “What did you do?” We also see Michael asking the same thing of Jacinda (Paige Herschell). Leading into this week, viewers know that Willow doesn’t want the former escort anywhere near her children, Amelia and Wiley. Is this how she stops her, or is Jacinda up to old tricks and wants to frame Willow? Remember when Jacindsa drugged Drew (Cameron Mathison)? Stay tuned.
Finally, in the pick-up from last Friday’s cliffhanger, an emotional Jason (Steve Burton) continues to tell Sonny (Maurice Benard) that he cannot work for him anymore. Sonny ask, “So that’s it? You’re Out?” We fade to black.

Vincent Pastore of ‘Sopranos’ Fame and ‘General Hospital’s’ Maximus Giambetti Dies at 80
Vincent Pastore, best known for his memorable role as Salvatore “Big Pussy” Bonpensiero on HBO’s The Sopranos has passed away.
The veteran actor was found dead on August 1st in his home in the Bronx, New York. Pastore was 80-years-old. The cause of death is yet to be determined.
As well as his role on The Sopranos, many soap fans will recall he played multiple smaller roles on the beloved One Life to Live from 1995 and 2004. However, in 2008, he landed the short-term role as Maximus Giambetti on General Hospital.
PASTORE WANTED TO BE ON GENERAL HOSPITAL
Maximus was the mobster father of Sonny Corinthos’ (Maurice Benard) bodyguards: Max (Derk Cheetwood) and Milo (Drew Cheetwood)
According to Soap Opera Digest, Pastore told Soaps In Depth back in 2009, after appearing in a SOAPnet promotional campaign as a celebrity fan of General Hospital: “‘I’d love to be on the show. So they called up GH’s casting director (Mark Teschner) and Bobby (Robert Guza Jr. ex-head writer, GH) and they wrote me in!”
Pastore was a huge General Hospital fan from way back, who at one point told producers that he would watch the ABC soap opera while working in bars and nightclubs in the 70s and 80s.
Throughout his decades long career, Pastore appeared in films including: Goodfellas, Carlito’s Way and Men of Respect, The Jerky Boys: The Movie and the 1996 HBO TV movie Gotti.
In TV, besides The Sopranos, Pastore’s credits included: Law & Order, The Practice, Son of the Beach, Queens Supreme, Hawaii Five-0, Wu-Tang: An American Saga, plus the miniseries The Last Don II. Most recently, Vincent was a series regular on Gravesend and guest starred on Yellowjackets.
Pastore is survived by his daughter, Renee, son-in-law and granddaughter.
