B&B's Katherine Kelly Lang Files For Divorce!

News out today is that Katherine Kelly Lang (Brooke, B&B) has filed for divorce from her husband Alex D’Andrea, to whom she has been married since 1997.

According to TMZ, ” Divorce papers filed were earlier this month.  Lang cites irreconcilable differences for the split with D’Andrea.  Katherine is asking the judge to block Alex’s  right to be awarded spousal support.”  So,  that would indicate Katherine is seeking sole custody of their 15-year-old daughter, Zoe.

We wish Katherine the best, and hope things get settled for her, and the outcome she feels would best help her family.

Wow. This is pretty shocking. Whenever I’ve read interviews with KKL, her family seemed to be her whole world and her and her husband seemed to have a solid marriage. I wish her the best moving forward and hope that the situation isn’t too painful on her or her family.

This is entirely shocking to hear especially sincem KKL has been partners with her husband for long time.

My heart goes out to her. It must be a terribly uncertain time for Kelly, what with this divorce and Flannery leaving the show, changing the entire playing field on B&B forever. Kelly needs to turn to her Brooke spirit in troubled times and she will weather these storms.

Fifteen years is a lot these days. So sad when families split up.

It is eery that real life is mirroring onscreen life right now.

Alex D’Andrea raised a family of FOUR YOUNG children. Mr.D’Andrea as a Tv/Film executive & raised her quote ON B &B! Furthermore, he worked arduously at an international brand for KKL. They were once a camelot couple ! IT IS LUDICROUS THAT KKL WANTS SOLE CUSTODY AS SHE KNOWS THE BOND FATHER & their DAUGHTER HAVE. AS fans your hearts go out to KKLl but it is a two way street & Mr. D’andrea wishes her love & no hastiness + an EMMY as he knows how hard she works at her profession.

Corbin Bernsen to Reprise His Role of Arnie Becker in ‘LA Law’ Revival Pilot

Corbin Bernsen (Father Todd, The Young and the Restless) and the son of Y&R’s late great Jeanne Cooper (Katherine Chancellor) has signed on to reprise his signature primetime television role of womanizing lawyer Arnie Becker in the upcoming LA Law revival pilot.

This makes Corbin the co-lead of the series alongside Blair Underwood (Ex-OLTL) who previously signed on to the pilot to reprise his role of Jonathan Rollins.  ABC has greenlit the pilot.

According to Deadline, it is believed that Bernsen and Underwood will be the only original members of the mid 80’s-90’s legal drama on NBC in the pilot, but more may guest-star if the show gets picked up for a full-season order.

In the premise of the reboot, the law firm of McKenzie Brackman, now named Becker Rollins, reinvents itself as a litigation firm specializing in only the most high profile, boundary pushing and incendiary cases.  The show will feature familiar characters working alongside new ones on the most hot button issues of the day.  As for Bernsen’s Becker, now in his 60’s, look for him to struggle with a rapidly shifting sexual and political landscape.

The original LA Law ran for eight seasons from September 15, 1986 to May 19, 1994 on NBC.

So, what do you think of Corbin taking on the role of Arnie Becket in a revival of LA Law? Would you be intrigued to check out the show if it makes it to series? Comment below.
