The Bold and the Beautiful’s Linsey Godfrey (Caroline), who last week was struck by a car in an incident that left many fans, colleagues, and loved ones concerned for her future, has finally come forward with her first public statement, of sorts, via social media.

Gdofrey took to Twitter on Monday to thank everyone publicly for their concern over the past week stating:  “I just want to thank everyone for the outpouring love, support and well wishes! I truly appreciate your concern! I feel so lucky & grateful!”  She went on to say: “I’m about to start a long road to recovery but thank everyone for reaching out!”  In addition, Linsey shared a photo of herself with her baby girl Aleda from her hospital room with these words:  “She gave me pre- surgery cuddles and then took a nap. Now I feel ready for anything. She’s the reason…”  Check out the photo of mom and daughter here

As to when Linsey will return to B&B, there is no official word from the CBS Daytime drama series.  Last week, the talented young actress also received a Pre-Nomination in the Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Drama Series category.

My word! What a lucky lady, but unlucky at the same time! A freak accident. So glad all involved is ok! Mental and physical scars! Look at that beautiful baby. Thank goodness baby wasn’t with or hurt! I’ve actually only recently came upon her work on #BoldAndBeautful but wow! What a great little sl she’s in right now. The young man, Freddie Smith on Days recently in a car accident as well. Glad all’s doing better. Interested to see how this will be written in, but mental & physical health is absolutely 1st priority to get home to that sweet… Read more »

I’m so glad that she’s recovering; such a tragedy that happened, and I’m glad she’s able to return to her daughter and fiancé; I’m less worried about her position at The Bold and the Beautiful, as I’m sure Brad will re-work the Caroline storyline around what Linsey is able to do. Focus on that all important recovery!

Such a little thing she is and a new mother who really didn’t need this setback in her life.

It could have been much worse. She is lucky to be alive. 🙂

Get Well Soon Pretty Lady! You are needed the only reason I am watching this show again and enjoying it is because of you and Thorsten Kaye. They have put sexy back into that soap opera.

I AGREE!! Thorsten Kaye is so Hot and he is certainly bringing out the best in Linsey. What a couple! Can’t wait to get home from work to see what they are up to everyday. They are the only reason I keep watching after all this Rick – Maya performance. Now Brooke is back and thinks she is just going to tell everyone what to do. If Ridge goes back to her I’m done. Well so much for my little rant.
Take Care and get well soon Linsey

Ingo Rademacher Speaks Out On His Dismissal From GH Sharing: “I Was Hoping to Play Jax For Another 10 or 25 Years and Unfortunately, That’s Not Going to Happen”

For the first time since he was fired for not adhering to General Hospital’s and Disney/ABC’s Covid-19 vaccine mandate, Ingo Rademacher (Ex-Jax), addressed his exit from the soap opera via an “official video” message on his Instagram account.

Ingo expressed: “I’m sorry that I didn’t put out this video earlier, but this is about thanking you guys, the fans of the show and also the GH crew and cast. I was on the show for 25 years. They were like my family a lot of the people there. I was hoping to play Jax for another 10 or 25 years and unfortunately, that’s not going to happen. I want to thank you guys for sticking with Jax for 25 years and I’m sorry that I’m not there anymore to play Jax, which is still something that I am trying to process  … it’s just kind of crazy.”

Rademacher also took aim at his former co-star, Nancy Lee Grahn (Alexis) for announcing on Twitter that he was no longer on the show, before he had a chance to do so, which he says was a huge disappointment to him given that they worked together for 25 years.

He went on to say how he appreciated all the positive comments from the fans adding, “A lot of you come on there to say that you’re vaccinated but stand for medical freedom, I love hearing that, because I believe it should be a choice.”  Ingo continued to express his view, “I don’t agree with vaccine mandates or corporations ever being able to mandate a vaccine to keep your job.”

The actor closed with another nod to the viewers of GH adding, “Thank you so much for supporting me for 25 years. I will have more news later on, but for now, just wanted to thank all of you amazing fans. Thank you.”

You can watch Rademacher’s full statement via his IG post below.  Then, let us know what you thought of Ingo’s long-awaited exit message in the comment section.

Kristina Wagner Shares She’s Back On Contract at General Hospital

This past week, General Hospital fans were thrilled with the news that longtime fan favorite, Kristina Wagner (Felicia) was on her way back to the soap opera to tape new episodes.  However on Saturday, the actress shared even bigger news.  She is back on contract at the ABC daytime drama series.

Kristina revealed via her Instagram: “I’m pleased to announce I just finished my first work week on contract with General Hospital. The good people there have made it a well oiled machine. I’m so impressed with the way they navigate the Covid protocols. It’s not easy but we’ll worth it. We’ve got some fun storylines coming up. I’ve been thrown in the middle of a current storyline and I think Felicia’s part in it gives it some color. Stay tuned!”

Earlier in the week on Tuesday via Twitter, Kristina expressed: “Tomorrow I head back to work on General Hospital! Lucky me. I couldn’t be more thrilled to be a part of that family once again. Here we go. More to come. Felicia Scorpio rides again.”

Wagner began her GH role as Felicia Cummings, the Aztec princess back in 1984 and has appeared on and off the show since then.

So what storyline do you think Felicia will get thrown into? Will she return to Port Charles to help Maxie (Kirsten Storms)?  Share your thoughts in the comment section below.

‘Dr. Oz Show’ Taken Off the Air in NY and PA Due to Senate Run; Daphne Oz ‘The Good Dish’ to Fill Time Slot

In light of his announcement that he will be running as a republican senate candidate in the state of Pennsylvania, Dr Oz’s daytime talk and medical show, The Dr. Oz Show, is being taken off the air in key markets in New York and Pennsylvania, according to the Fox Station Group.

According to Deadline’s sources, Fox TV Stations proceeded with pulling the Sony Pictures TV-distributed syndicated series because of the prospect of being forced to give other political candidates running in Pennsylvania equal time, expressing that it “would be a nightmare for us, there was no way we were going to be able to do that.”

In its place, look for Dr. Oz’s daughter, Daphne Oz, to be the fill-in with her show.

Starting on January 18th, Daphne’s The Good Dish, will take over the time slot during the duration of her father’s political campaign.  This potentially could go all the way through November of 2022, if Oz remains in the race through election day.

Last fall, Fox TV Stations renewed The Dr. Oz Show for two more years which gave it life through 2023.

So, do you think more stations will go bye-bye and have The Dr. Oz show pulled? What do you think of daughter Daphne’s series as the fill-in? Comment below.
