Bryan Craig Cast As General Hospital's New Morgan Corinthos!

General Hospital’s Sonny (Maurice Benard) and Carly’s (Laura Wright) son Morgan finally returns! And he too has developed a case of SORAS (Soap Opera Rapid Aging Syndrome)!
According to Soap Opera Digest and a tweet from actor Bryan Craig, the young man began to tape this week on April 15th at the set of the ABC soap opera! Craig tweeted, “Great first day at my new job, love it and everyone involved,” Additionally, Bryan Craig has been put on contract in the role.
Just what will Morgan’s disposition be kike when he returns to Port Charles? After all, he is the son of the often times troubled Sonny and Carly!

DAYS and GH Alum Tyler Christopher Arrested for Public Intoxication
Daytime Emmy-winner, Tyler Christopher (ex-Nikolas, GH; ex-Stefan, DAYS) was arrested for public intoxication at the Burbank, California airport, this past Friday, on May 26th.
According to the Burbank PD and reports obtained by TMZ, Tyler was arrested after they found him asleep and on the ground at the American Airlines terminal. The officers noted that Tyler displayed clear and objective signs of drinking. They also reveal he was unable to care of himself.
Christopher, who remains a fan favorite as the former Nikolas Cassadine on GH and Stefan DiMera on DAYS has opened up and discussed his battle with alcoholism in the past. Last year, he appeared on former GH co-star Maurice Benard’s You Tube series, State of Mind.

Tyler was released from police custody following his airport arrest, cited, and will need to appear in court at a later date.
Back in 2019, the popular actor was cited for two counts of misdemeanor public intoxication and landed in jail for two days, following an arrest in Indiana.

This week’s episodes of General Hospital are set to deliver some needed results and some bombshells. First, Victor’s will is read, but, in true GH fashion, the evil Cassadine delivers his reading via a videotaped message of himself in a return appearance by Charles Shaughnessy,
Meanwhile, Trina (Tabyana Ali), Curtis (Donnell Turner) and Portia (Brook Kerr) have all been awaiting the DNA tests results to prove that Trina is the biological daughter of Curtis, not Marcus Taggert (Réal Andrews) .
At the same time, Curtis is moving back in with Portia, after his lip lock with his ex-wife, Jordan (Tanisha Harper).
Spencer (Nicholas Chavez) and Trina are at the center of both storylines, because Uncle Victor probably left something behind for Spencer, while Trina will be dealing with the fallout from the DNA results.

Finally! I knew they had to be casting Morgan! They’ve mentioned him enough the last few months. Hope it does well. That must be a tad bit intimidating going into scenes with such “dominate” onscreen parents. lol.

He looks like he has really SORAS’d… how old is supposed to be? He and Molly are supposed to be close in age right? He will be with Carly, Sonny, Michael, Molly, TJ and Rafe. He will probably be with Lauren when she comes on the canvas… they met at school or something. I wish it could have been Araon R again… but he is very cute! Can’t wait to see what will be happening!

Robin delivered Molly on screen in 2005. She’s super aged as it is so I don’t think it really matters at this point how old they are compared to each other.

Eventually the writers will pair Felix with someone. Felix is looking for a dating relationship, even pining over straight men ( such as Milo ) that he knows deep down inside can never be.
TG Morgan was basically raise by Jax not Sonny.
The first (and Good) actor who played Morgan, looked like he would be Gay. Hoping they continue with that route. Imagine Sonny and Carly having to deal with this? If Bobbie had issues with Lucas, Sonny certainly will. He is still too young for Felix, but may Lucas will come home and mentor his cousin and hook up Felix in the process?
Felix just may get a love interest in the form of Lucas Jones, Bobbie & Tony’s son, I hope so I lime Felix. 🙂

I highly doubt that Morgan comes on as a bully he wasn’t around Sonny or Jason that much growing up. Unless it’s something he picked up on in military school I don’t see it happening.
It was just a guess…not really sure what theyll do with him…i said the bully suggestion because OLTL and some GH fans have complain in the past that a few RCs GH stories are similiar to some of the stories hes done on OLTL!
You dont have to be around someone like Sonny or Jason to turn into a bully…ive seen all sorts of bullies who act that way for various reasons and you it doesnt matter if you come from a good or bad family. Some teens just like to pick on someone because they just want attention and think its cool to do so. They might do out of jealousy or for no reason at all. There are all kinds! But i doubt RC will do another one but you never know!

Ashlee – you need to get a life and stop being so homophobic. There’s nothing “gross” about having a gay themed love story. Granted, Morgan may be under 18 when he comes on so it may not be appropriate for him to be paired up with Felix – because of his age not due to his sexual orientation. I for one would love to see Morgan be gay and having to deal with coming out.

I’m looking forward to Morgan coming home. I hope they don’t have him come back as a trouble maker. Morgan was always the child with a definite sense of right and wrong, and a good moral compass. He’s the one I thought could grow up to be a lawyer and give Sonny grief about his lifestyle. I hope they don’t give him a complete personality change.

There have been too many actors and actresses in the roles of Morgan, Michael and Kristina over the past three years (8? 9?), that I can’t invest in this.
Sure as the world, 8 months into this kid playing Morgan, the show will fire him just like they did Lindsey Morgan. Just when we were beginning to like her as Kristina.

I have no problem but I don’t want to watch just like I don’t watch fishing shows or someone gutting a deer, thug life shows, pregnant and a teenager shows, the chew and other cooking shows, anything to do with celebrities lives, ect. I’m excited to have Morgan back! But I wouldn’t be surprised if he got mixed up in Sonny’s world. He was shipped off to military school, barely mentioned again by his parents or his brothers, even Jax forgot about that kid and he was more a father to him than Sonny… He’ll probably come back angry and raise hell.

There has been talk about being beaten over the head with same-sex storylines, but compared to the amount of male-female love scenes, there are hardly any. You don’t have to be PC but you are being close-minde. We live in a world of diversity and soaps are realistically trying to portray that diversity. If it bothers you so much, you probably shouldn’t be watching these soaps and you should probably move to your own deserted island.
