Shemar Moore is heading back to his home on CBS!

The Daytime Emmy winner who first came to the network as Malcolm Winters on The Young and the Restless, and then played Derek Morgan for 11 seasons on Criminal Minds, will be starring and producing this fall the drama S.W.A.T.  It was announced at the CBS Upfront presentation in New York on Wednesday.

Moore’s S.W.A.T. is based on the film of the same name and follows a locally born S.W.A.T. sergeant who is torn between his loyalty to the streets and the officers he works with when he’s tasked to run a specialized tactical unit that is the last stop in law enforcement in the city of angels.

Action director Justin Lin was behind the scenes on the  pilot, which also stars Stephanie Sigman, Alex Russell and Jay Harrington.

So, excited to see Shemar back on primetime? Comment below!

CBS all access has a new Star Trek series of which the first episode will air nationally on CBS after that you have to pay the monthly service fee. Also B&B stays year round so there’s several years worth of shows available but Y&R episodes are from September to September no back episodes. But it gives you plenty of time to keep up with no ff unless you want to. 2 1/2… Read more »

Now that Victoria Rowell lawsuit is over, when will Y&R replace Drucilla? I hope Troy Beyer get the part. There hasn’t been any real chemistry between Neil and the other female characters he’s has been put with. None of them made the cut as far as I am concerned. I don’t see Victoria Rowell returning to Y&R at this point. All though, it would be nice. I just don’t think her return would work now. Ms. Beyer is a good actress and would love to see her acting again.
