Crew Morrow Talks On Auditioning for DAYS and GH But Landing Will on B&B; Plus On-Screen Future Romance with Electra
Since debuted on The Bold and the Beautiful, Crew Morrow has been establishing himself in the SORAS”d version of Bill and Katie’s son, Will Spencer.
Morrow who comes from a soap opera pedigree is the son of The Young and the Restless’ Joshua Morrow (Nick Newman) and although B&B is his first major role and on a soap opera, he previously auditioned for roles on Days of our Lives and General Hospital, but Will is the one that struck gold for the young actor.
Speaking with TV Watercooler, Crew shared on how his audition for The Bold and the Beautiful went and if he thought he nailed his audition. Morrow said, “I didn’t actually think I was going to get this! They had a couple of auditions and I didn’t think I did very well on them. I remember coming in for a callback with (casting director) Christy Dooley and fumbling my lines. I was super nervous and thought ‘Maybe the next one! Maybe The Young and the Restless will come pick me up. It’s the final one (that I haven’t auditioned for).'”

With the recent casting news of the incoming Electra Forrester played by Laneya Grace, Crew has high hopes that the character could be Will’s first love interest.
Morrow teased, “As much as Will doesn’t like to admit it, he’s a playboy like his father. We’ll see. Maybe this new girl can sort of bring him back to reality and they can spark up a scintillating romance between the two. I’m excited for Electra to come to town… Let’s put it that way!”

As for if Will winds up working for Spencer Publications or Forrester Creations, Crew said “His mother’s a Logan! He’s a mama’s boy,” referencing that he would sign on to where his mother worked, most likely. But, stay tuned.
Did DAYS and GH miss the boat by not nabbing Crew Morrow? Are you looking forward to Crew’s potential romance with the incoming Electra? Comment below.
GH And Days Definitely Missed the boat not snatching up crew morrow. He could had been a recast Cameron Webber Or A Recast Tate Black
Will should be the gay Spencer son.
I wonder what roles he auditioned for on Days of Our Lives and General Hospital. Hmm…
I think Crew Morrow is an excellent addition to the Bold and the Beautiful! He has great on-screen chemistry with Heather and Don. I see him going places in daytime. I’d love to see him on-screen every day with his dad, IRL, Joshua Morrow on The Young and the Restless. Crew is his mini-me!
I can see it now…Taylor marries Ridge in a pity marriage, then Finn comes in saves the day (like he did with Eric. Then Brooke is in her usual state…longing for a Forester male to save the day…
SERIOUSLY…..NO!!!
Can’t we find, or figure out, a NEW story line. Why do we keep “re-living” the SAME storylines, over and over…..
STOP already!

‘General Hospital’s Wil Traval Revealed to Be Jude Jacks; the Son of the Nefarious Jerry Jacks

On the October 29 episode of General Hospital, viewers learned that Jude is actually Jude Jacks, the son of Jerry Jacks (last played by Sebastian Roché) ending all the theories of just who his new mystery man played by Australian-born actor Wil Traval.
The reveal came when Jude came a calling to the Quartermaines. Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton), Jason (Steve Burton) and Tracy (Jane Elliot) were in for a shock when he introduced himself as Jude Jacks, the son of Jerry, cousin of Josslyn (Eden McCoy) and father of baby Phoebe!
In the story, Jude explained that he’d been searching for Delilah Wilson for many months and tracked her down to Port Charles. Sadly, he leaned she died, and he never signed his parental rights away so he wants his daughter. Later, Jude showed up at Miller & Davis law office to speak to Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) about an urgent legal matter and she was floored to learn he was Jerry Jacks’ son too.

Wil Traval spoke to TV Insider about finding out he would be playing another member of the Jacks family who has quite the storied history in Port Charles.
“When they told me about the role, they said, ‘Audiences won’t see what’s coming with this guy. Just think of a James Bond villain and James Bond mixed.’ And then they told me the storylines and how I was connected to the entire world, and the history of my family. I was given a run-through of who the Jackses were, and I was like, ‘I must be one of the luckiest people, right?’ It’s such a gift to be so well entrenched and connected to the Port Charles universe and the GH universe that it feels like I’ve been there for 100 years. It’s so good.”
However, Traval knows there are no fans like soap fans and that speculation was running high he might be Jerry Jacks with a new face or some other incarnation.
FAN THEORIES IMP
Wil expressed, “I have a little thing about reading things before I’m on the air. I didn’t want to read too much in case it affected anything I was doing before we got into the swing of things, but I vaguely saw little snippets here and there of people going, ‘Oh, he’s gotta be part of the Jacks family.’ The GH audience isn’t stupid. They know what’s up, and I think they’re pretty clever, and they can read between the lines, which is good.”
As for how far the apple falls from the tree, Jerry’s son, Jude may not be too far behind his father in skullduggery, but time will tell. Traval said of Jude, “He knows how to get things done. And if he doesn’t get it done, then he knows that there are other routes, probably not so legal or ethical.”
Traval noted, “When you’re thinking about who his father is, think about the kind of man Jude might have been brought up to be. Always keep that in your back pocket.”
So, what do you think about Jude turning about to the the son of Jerry Jacks? Do you like the story twist? Who is Hudson Parker to Jude Jacks, since Hudson went and tracked down Ethan Lovett before Jude even showed up in town Weigh-in via the comment section below. But first, check out the scenes where Jude reveals himself to the Quartermaines.

‘General Hospital’s’ Nancy Lee Grahn Hosts Daytime Emmy Lead Actress Dinner Keeping the Tradition With a Twist!

Leave it to General Hospital’s Nancy Lee Grahn (Alexis Davis) to throw an intimate get together in her own style! That’s exactly what the three-time Daytime Emmy winner did to keep the tradition of last year’s Lead Actress winner throwing a party for this year’s nominees.
But as has been tradition, where the ladies gathered for their annual nominee lunch, this year on October 28, Grahn decided to make it a dinner party and she cooked all the food instead of venturing to a Los Angeles hotspot.
The Lead Actress lunch has been a tradition started by four-time Daytime Emmy winner, Susan Flannery (ex-Stephanie Forrester, The Bold and the Beautiful and ex-Laura Horton, Days of our Lives) back in 2005. Now, here we are 21 years later and its still going strong.
GUESS WHO’S COMING TO DINNER?
Joining Grahn for for the Lead Actress dinner were 2026 nominees: Heather Tom (Katie Logan Spencer, The Bold and the Beautiful) and Michelle Stafford (Phyllis Summers, The Young and the Restless), Karla Mosley (Dani Dupree, Beyond the Gates), Tamara Tunie (Anita Dupree, Beyond the Gates), and Stacy Haiduk (Kristen DiMera, Days of our Lives).
This year, Karla Mosley and Tamara Tunie became first-time Lead Actress nominees, while Stacy Haiduk, also earned her first Lead Actress nomination, although she had been previously nominated in the Supporting Actress category. Currently, going in to Emmy night, Heather Tom is tied with Erika Slezak (ex-Viki, One Life to Live) for the most Daytime Emmys won by an actress with 6, while Michelle Stafford had racked up three, two for Lead and 1 for Supporting.
HEARTFELT THANK YOU’S FROM LEAD ACTRESS NOMINEES
Taking to her Instagram, Michelle Stafford posted some snaps and shared, “This is SO special. A beautiful night with truly beautiful, extraordinary women. What an incredible tradition that Susan Flannery started. Instead of women competing against each other. Here we have five women who have become friends, lifting each other up and supporting each other. We walk into Friday night with a true gift of friendship. Thank you Nancy Lee Grahn for opening up your beautiful home and catering this incredible dinner. Thank you Dylan for being a good girl for the picture! 🐶”
Meanwhile, Nancy Lee Grahn shared a video on her Instagram of the actresses chatting it up around the dinner table, while explaining she cooked the dinner for all the gals! (You can see it below).
So, what do you think about Nancy serving up the annual Lead Actress gathering with dinner at her house? Excited to see all the nominees together before tomorrow night? Weigh-in via the comment section.
