EP Frank Valentini Gives Fans A Friday Cliffhanger: "Huge GH News Coming Next week!!! Stay tuned."

While Sam (Kelly Monaco) is tumbling down the stairs on General Hospital on-screen, off-screen the daytime drama series’ executive producer, Frank Valentini tweeted out his own cliffhanger to fans of the ABC soap opera!
With February Sweeps upon us, and some storyline twists and surprises being rumored about, Valentini has something else to share with the passionate and loyal fans of the show. On Friday afternoon, Frank teased: “Huge GH News coming Next week!!! Stay tuned. #GHWildWinter”
After the tweet went out, many GH viewers tweeted Valentini back wondering what is the news! Guesses and hope’s have ranged from Duke (Ian Buchanan) being alive and well, or Michael Easton (Ex-Silas) returning to the soap, or Kelly Thiebaud returning as Britt, since she tweeted some pictures that looked like she might be on the GH set. Nobody knows if the news is casting-related, or if it has something to do with the show as a whole.

‘General Hospital’s’ Dominic Zamprogna Shares He Was ‘Happy to Hear’ of The Triangle Storyline Developing Between Dante/Elizabeth/Ric
General Hospital’s Dominic Zamprogna (Dante Falconeri) opened up about the burgeoning love triangle forming between his Port Charles alter-go, Elizabeth Webber (Rebecca Herbst) and Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst) after recently aired scenes, plus his hopes for the future of a Dante and Liz pairing, during his appearance on the Sunday, April 23 edition of the That’s Awesome podcast with Steve Burton (Jason Morgan) and Bradford Anderson (Spinelli).
On last week’s episodes of GH, Ric has made the decision that he wanted to propose to his ex-wife, only when he showed up at Elizabeth’s front door, he misread the scenario he walked in with Liz tending to Dante’s injured leg from the softball game. From there, the legal eagle’s jealous streak is reemerging which may cause him to act out and do something unforgivable, or will he take the high road? Stay tuned.
Speaking with Steve Burton and Bradford Anderson about where Elizabeth stands in the annals of the long-running soap, Zamprogna said, “She’s up there with Steve and Maurice (Maurice Benard) as one of the most legacy-filled people on the show.”

HOW DANTE AND ELIZABETH CAME ABOUT
Dominic jokes it’s a far cry for where Dante and Elizabeth previously, recalling, “We had some scenes together years ago and we were both laughing. Becky’s like, ‘Well, I guess we’re not going be paired up anytime soon.’ I remember we laughed immediately after they yelled ‘cut,”‘and said to each other, ‘Well, so much for that!'”
Fast-forward to early 2025 and as Zamprogna remembered it, “Elizabeth Korte (co-head writer, GH) came up to me at the General Hospital Christmas party, and I think it was a year and a half ago and she said, ‘We’re going to have you in scenes with Elizabeth,’ My internal monologue is going, ‘I’m not with Lulu (Alexa Havins) anymore and Sam’s (Kelly Monaco) gone, so maybe they want to see if this works.’ I didn’t want to get scenes with Becky and try to find the chemistry. I just wanted to play whatever honestly was written and came across for both of us and hope it was what people liked, and I don’t know if it is … or not.”
Knowing how beloved Elizabeth is to the GH faithfuls, Zamprogna added, “She got a big fan base with Ric … and a big fan base with with Jason … and you know, you’re going to piss somebody off. But, didn’t Ric drug Elizabeth and put Carly in a panic room?”

DANTE AND ELIZABETH PAIRING COULD STIR UP STORY FOR OTHERS IN PORT CHARLES
In closing, Dominic felt that the wide-reaching tentacles of a Dante and Elizabeth relationship is something he is 100% down for. “The triangle thing; I was happy to hear it was with Ric and her, because I felt it’s important to have her the top of it as opposed to Dante, Lulu and Elizabeth.”
Zamprogna added, “When you get into relationships on a soap, things seem to fizzle out a little bit, The buildup is what’s the fun part, and the getting to know each other, and the people who are affected by this coming together. When with this case it’s going to affect: Ric, Sonny, Lulu. There’s so much more story here. To me, it’s going to be a fun story to play.”

GH and OLTL Alum Patrick J. Gibbons Reveals the Story Behind Writing Trina’s Song on ‘General Hospital’ (Exclusive)
At the conclusion of today’s August 21 episode of General Hospital, Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) sings a lullaby to baby Dez, that went into a montage to close out the episode as her father Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) reports to Pentonville and winds up in his jail cell.
However, in a fun fact, the song entitled, “A Lonely Heart To Give” was actually written by none other than former One Life to Live and General Hospital actor, Patrick J. Gibbons.
Daytime fans first met Gibbons as Sam Manning on One Life to Live. At the time, when he started on the soap, he was just 5-years-old. Gibbons played the part from 2010-2013 on ABC and Prospect Park’s editions of the show. Fast-forward to 2018, Gibbons shows up on General Hospital as Wyatt Hoover, the scout who seemed always be injured, but in the thick of the drama. Patrick had appeared on GH multiple times as Wyatt including: 2018, 2019, 2021, 2022, 2023.

FROM HIS GRANDMOTHER’S DEATH CAME THE INSPIRATION FOR HIS SONG
Now in 2026, General Hospital fans are getting to learn about another side of Gibbons’ talent as a songwriter and guitar player after “A Lonely Heart to Give” debuted today! Michael Fairman TV caught up with Patrick, who is now a senior at Penn State entering his final year as a finance major, to get the back-story of how his song wound up on GH!
Gibbons explained he wrote the song in honor of his grandmother who passed away a few years ago with whom he was, very, very close with. “Randomly, my grandmother had a downfall and passed away during the second semester of my sophomore year. I was in my dorm a lot and I was just playing with my guitar. And at the time, I was really into finger-style playing. I wrote the lyric and music to it (with a little help from my guitar teacher Lou), and my mom showed the rough demo to Frank Valentini (EP, General Hospital). He’s like an uncle to me. Frank loved it so much he said, “Finish that up. I want to hear the whole thing, and I want it on the show.”
MAKING MUSIC FOR GENERAL HOSPITAL
Gibbons and his parents took the next steps! “So now, all we needed was a female voice, because I thought that would fit the song well,” Patrick shared. “At the golf club we go to my parents were at a dinner. They liked the singer that was performing and spoke to her about the song, and she says she would like to bring it to her ‘boss’ who ended up being Eric Bazilian of the Hooters fame!” (Bazilian also wrote the smash hit song “One of Us” for Joan Osborne).
Next, “We went in the studio and recorded it and the song came together and it was beautiful. We loved it. They loved it at General Hospital and now they’re putting it the show and they are coming in with a piano, instead of a guitar. Paul Glass, the GH musical director, has been keeping us updated over the last six months of how it was coming along, and when it would air, and how GH put their own arrangement to it. I can’t wait to see and hear what they did with it.”

PATRICK’S ONE LIFE TO LIVE FAMILY
Everyone knows that the One Life to Live extended family share a very tight bond, and Patrick said he does stay in touch with a few of his former One Life to Live co-stars, especially those from the Manning family! “I stayed in touch with Kassie DePaiva (ex-Blair) and sent her little videos here and there. She was like my second mom for five years. We keep in contact with Kristen Alderson (ex-Starr) over X the most, and she can’t believe how big I’ve gotten. Like, none of them can! (laughs). I also loved working with Roger Howarth (ex-Todd) and Trevor St. John (ex-Todd and Victor Jr.), and to me since I was so young, they were just my friends, ‘Roger and Trevor,’ not Todd Manning or Victor Jr.”
It was a trip to California and a visit to Port Charles that ultimately led to Gibbons second soap role of Wyatt Hoover. Patrick explains, “In 2016, Frank Valentini invited us out to Los Angeles to visit the set of General Hospital. I think he heard me say, ‘This is so much fun. I miss being on the set.’ He goes, ‘You should come out. I’ll bring you on the show. We can make you a character.'”
A few years later, Patrick’s dream became a reality! “Then, by the summer of 2018, I was playing Wyatt, the scout, and shared scenes with Wes Ramsey (Peter August), and the best was when I shared a scene with Roger Howarth and Michael Easton (ex-John, OLTL and ex-Silas, Finn et al, GH), it was like chemistry from the old days.”

IT’S ALL IN THE NUMBERS
As to his future aspirations, it’s a career in the finance game that has piqued Gibbons’ real-life interest. But never say never to a return to acting. Patrick explained, “I’ve always enjoyed numbers. And on top of that, one of the biggest parts of finance is being personable and outgoing.”
He continued, “That’s one of the greatest skills I developed growing up. I really love the markets. I’m super interested. I’m never going to close the door to acting. I’m always open to that because I just love it so much. It’s such a great art.”

‘General Hospital’ Alum Chad Duell Admits That He Didn’t Expect the Role of Michael Corinthos to be Recast, and Would Consider Working on Another Soap (Exclusive)
Chad Duell, the Daytime Emmy-winning actor, who stepped away from the pivotal role of Michael Corinthos on General Hospital, opened up about: his previous decision to leave the series after nearly 15 years, where’s he’s at now after time away from the demands of a daytime soap opera, and took a stroll down memory lane with some of Michael’s most-acclaimed storyline during his run, during a livestream chat on August 19 on You Tube’s Michael Fairman Channel.
Viewers last saw Duell on-screen as Michael in January of 2025, and with his successor in the role, Rory Gibson making his debut at the GH Nurses’ Ball in episodes that aired later in May. It was clear that during the conversation, Chad was a bit surprised that the GH brass decided to recast him when he thought he was just taking some much needed time off.
Burn-out of the daily grind of being on a soap was definitely a part of Chad’s decision to take a break. Duell explained “People know when you’re doing something for so long or your character is kind of in the same place for so long or doing the same stuff over and over again, you do get a a little burnt out, you get a little stiff, stale, a little stiff at times. I didn’t want that to be any sort of lasting impression. I have 15 years of a body of work of I’ve done on that show, which is fantastic.”

WHILE CHAD WAS AWAY GH RECAST MICHAEL CORINTHOS WITH RORY GIBSON
Chad shared, his mindset when leaving GH was, “I’m taking some time away, we’ll see what happens.” Then he added, “Obviously, they decided to go in a different direction with Michael when I was gone. I didn’t think they were going to bring somebody back in my place. But you know, it’s the business. You never know what can happen.”
Duell also shared he has not watched a single episode of General Hospital since he left the series, but now feels he reenergized following the loss of his father and stepping away from the GH, “I’m in a place now mentally, where I’m ready to sink my teeth into it again.”

Even though he is no longer Michael on GH, Chad was very happy with his final storyline where Michael was set on fire when a bomb exploded at Sonny’s (Maurice Benard) penthouse. “It was fun to put him in a dangerous situation, because I was wanting Michael to be in something scary instead of trying to be a hero character or just things happening around him, but to be the center point of tragedy happening to him. (I always saw) Michael as the heart of the (Corinthos) family.”
When Michael was badly burned the show chose not burn his face, which normally a soap does when they are recasting role and switching actors. Chad weighed-in, “They didn’t burn my face because I told Frank Valentini (EP, GH) I’m willing to come back. It was just a little bit of a break. So, I assumed that if they would have burned my face, they could have brought somebody back looking different than me… if that’s what their plan was.”

MEMORABLE MICHAEL STORYLINES
One of Chad’s most memorable performances was the in the storyline of Michael’s rape while he was sentenced to prison in 2010 and the confession of it in 2011. “It was so well-written and I was very nervous,” recalled Chad. “When I get really nervous about something, it ends up being really good when I do it, because it just means I care a lot about it”
“I have to put a lot of effort and work into it, and I really want it to be good. I was working with Dominic Zamprogna (Dante) and Steve Burton (Jason) a lot during those scenes, and Laura Wright (Carly). It was great working with Steve and Dominic, especially, during that storyline.
A NEW SOAP ROLE FOR CHAD?
As to a future soap opera role, Chad is open to the idea and would love to jump back in to a juicy role, “I know people over at The Bold and the Beautiful, and The Young and the Restless. They know that if they’re interested, I would love to come in for a screen test or something, and they can see what I’m doing.”

Daytime needs a lesbian story & her character is a good candidate!
That cat is pretty much out of the bag.
Ashley Jones talked about it to SOD on their website. GH wanted to keep the gender of Professor Parker a top secret and how she was not allowed to tell anyone about it till now. This doesn’t confirm 100% that Kristina is a lesbian but I am pretty sure that’s where it’s headed and it’s a great move by the show.
Frank Valentini is talking about something for next week. It’s already being reported that Ashley Jones has joined the cast of GH and it’s all but certain they are launching a lesbian storyline. This must be something totally seperate from Kristina/Parker storyline.

Yes, we have assumed that Kristina MAY be a lesbian. But, there are still doubts. What if she is not? What if Professor Parker is and Kristina was play-acting just to get a passing grade? It could be that Kristina found out Parker was gay and she took advantage of the prof’s situation by promising sexual favors? Now, i don’t care if she is a lesbian or not….it’s no big deal; but if she used her sexual wiles for such underhanded reasons, then Kristina is lower than low.
Now, as far as the cliffhanger? I don’t know if that’s made such an impact. I think the cliffhanger is…..IS SAM DEAD? And, if she isn’t , will Jakey , spawn of Helena , kill her? Where I though Liz was staging all the mysteries and mishaps in and out of her household, lately…..it was Jake all along, as most of you guys had predicted. I suppose my mind can’t settle on the fact that a child could be so evil and screwed up. Then, I think of Helena, and everything falls into place.

…don’t like that kind of story when, especially when they use children.

I think Krissy will be Bi only because Alexis hugged her a couple times Friday and encouraged her to be patient and she will meet the right “Man!” Who cares. Is Sam dead? Hell no! Those airbags broke her fall. Ha, ha, ha! No, Jake will toy with her for a while and then tell someone about Sam. What pisses me off is Helena screwed with Lucky AND Jason and neither Liz or Jason rushed Jake to counselling IMMEDIATELY when he was rescued from Cassadine Island! DUMB! We all hope and pray children are sweet and innocent BUT some fall by the waist side and some fall under HELLena’s spells!

Besides, as you say, even without any visible signs, she should have known that her son would the the stamp of Helena, considering their history. Soon.

Duke and or Silas are good guesses. I would love to see Frisco return. Wally Kurth and Stephen Nichols probably would not be possible. What I would love to see under ONE Quartermaine roof is Larry & Ned, Paul & Dillon with Tracy in the middle! Oh, I got it, I bet you Emily is alive! Thats it! Someone has to step in between Nick and Hayden.
Wally Kurth can come back to GH as Ned because he was demoted to recurring status on DAYS!
I’m thinking Greg Vaughn coming back would be awesome….
If that’s true then they need to bring Wally back too, and get him signed to a contract ASAP. I thought Ned and Olivia showed real potential as a couple, and with all of the shenanigans going on with ELQ, The Quartermaines could use a strong representative to go head to head with Nikolas.

I adore “The Britch,” so that would be excellent news, but it sounds as though there is something even far larger than her return at play here….ditto for Tristan Rogers…his Robert has revitalized both Anna and weary viewers! I’m guessing it is either a totally unexpected return of a vet or yet another in a long line of soap opera refugee “gets.” How I hope I am wrong on the latter….we know how well that has worked out in the past! All I can add is that if this is about Luke making his way back to Port Charles, then Laura had better not be portrayed as a virtual pariah to his character this time around!

Kristina’s sexuality should not be so sensational as to make it a biting storyline in itself. Yes, it would be great if TPTB would put together a beautiful, romantic lesbian storyline. I just don’t think it’s about love in the making with birds singing in endless fields and meadows abloom with a myriad of flowers; honeybees all-abuzzing!! They are using this story ( if true) as leverage to bolster something much darker, lurid and huge. My head is going everywhichway right now…..galloping away at maximum speed. I hope I am wrong because I detest when characters are used as a temporary convenience. Soon enough, when the bosses have used, abused and beaten this subject to death, both the professor and Kristina will disappear; until the next time.

I think the disappoint us many of us have with the Franco and Nina characters is not the actors. It is just they are so unpleasant, so ‘out there,’ it is difficult to bond with them. And the plot twists have been beyond belief.

Yes, the plot twists were written by Martians; as were the plot twists about Ava; Helena; MadMaddie; Sonny, with Carly coming back over and over for more of his cynicism and evil; Rick and his plot to destroy Jason , whom he knew as Jake, just to win Elizabeth? Lucy, the Vampire Slayer; the upside-down marriage-story between Brad and Rosalie; Alexis and Julian ( who was actually six, lol, when they met), finding each other after decades of never really knowing each other, but form a bond because of a child, Sam, who is only eight years younger than her father!!!!!…did I miss anyone? I think I made my point.
….which is; it’s a soap. Those of us who cherish certain actors/actresses….in my case Michelle and Roger, to name two, already know their true talent; those who do not, or have taken a dislike to them are welcome to feel what they feel. No one forces them to ‘like’ certain actors or characters. But, to disparage their talent or worth as actors, is not fair and unreasonable. Fluke was the worst insect, but I appreciate the actor’s worth….as the story goes for so msny other actors/actresses in similar roles. Dr. O (etc) was despicable; but I love her. We do not have to bond with an actor to recognize his/her talent. Later.

While I can appreciate that Nina and Franco were written as mindless children, at one point, it is very offensive to abase their talent. That was their role to play…and they played it like a Strad. I, for one, can criticize and be picky, as you know, but, I give credence and recognition to their craft. I think Michelle and Roger have been dragged through the mud long enough. We are not discussing cleavage, or mode of dress here. We are discussing their work, their livelihood….big difference. Yes, let’s talk about Nina’s childish behavior; her infantile moues; her too-short skirts ( she looks gorgeous, by the way)…..that’s fine. Gosh we both do that to Alexis….but, we do not call them talentless: especially those who have won awards for their effort. Let’s call a spade a spade. I love Michelle…you guys don’t. To comment on some of the popular theories here, I agree with everyone, hopefully the news is that Tristan Rogers is back on contract. I’ve absolutely loved the scenes with Robert and Anna lately. It just goes to show that no matter how many years go by, chemistry between two great actors is forever. If I understand correctly, he’s no longer on contract at Y&R, so he’s available, the fans would love it. They need to make it happen.
Would also love to see them right the terrible wrong from last year, and bring back Ian Buchanan as Duke. That’s one back from the dead story I would be totally down with. Duke should have never been killed off in the first place.
I like Michael Easton, but the only way I want to see him back on the show is if he’s returning as Detective John McBain. Silas Clay was a boring character. Don’t know if that’s even possible, although it should be, since the Prospect Park project is apparently dead and buried. If they’re not gonna use the characters, GH should be able to.
Maybe Tony Geary is coming back. I know some people here would despise that, but I would love it. I never jumped on the Hate Tony Geary bandwagon that rolled through here over the summer. Luke and Robert raising some hell together again, who wouldn’t like that? Maybe we could finally find out what Luke wrote in the letter to Laura, lol.
I would also love it if the show undid the great wrong of killing off Duke. However, it has been rumored that at a recent fan event Ian Buchanan stated he would never return, being extremely displeased with the way his character was written. The big news for me, then, would be the signing of Tristan Rogers. He was demoted to recurring on Y&R, and GH should note the response and the ratings hikes when he is on…and sign him up! Tony Geary? I am not interested at this time, given his insistence on no farewell scene with Genie Francis. And if forced to pick between Tony and Genie, I would go with Genie.

Timmm, I think it has to do with all the Genie Francis stuff, and how Tony apparently refused to do any farewell scenes with her when he left the show, and the rumors that he was responsible for keeping her off the show for all those years. I don’t know how much of that is true, and how much of it is the usual internet gossip, where everyone thinks they’re a soap insider. If it’s true, I don’t like it, since Genie has always been one of my favorites.
But as I’ve said before when this subject has come up, I don’t necessarily have to like Tony Geary the person to like Tony Geary the actor. Luke Spencer is welcome on my TV screen anytime, as far as I’m concerned.
Because of the way he left, Timmm (as well as some significant disrespect to viewers, especially Luke and Laura fans, over the last few years he was on the show). I’m not exactly a “hater,” because I still respect his talent, but I’m definitely not ready to have him back in Port Charles yet, and after the way he went out, I’m not sure I ever will be, really.
@Timmm…. I believe it was a combination of factors that has led to such widespread Geary disenchantment…..particularly the sour note upon which Luke left Port Charles. First, there was the obvious snubbing of Genie Francis and her character, including the refusal to give fans their much-desired farewell montage of the legendary L&L, and then there was that insulting bromance-inspired passing of the symbolic torch to Sonny as GH’s next grand poobah in its place……it was all a bit much to take. Additionally, some of the decidedly ungracious comments made by Mr. Geary in the past gave a less than appreciative view of the audience which helped to make him a huge daytime star, and that left a bitter taste, even for some of the most diehard fans. Whilst his parting shot at RC redeemed him in my eyes to a great extent, the added remarks almost immediately thereafter about coming back to the very show that he seemingly couldn’t wait to leave also grated….all in all, those considerations have compounded my own lack of desire to see Luke’s return, at least just yet…it’s much too soon. Maybe someday….never say never.

When the 3 heard/read that Anna and Tristan were working as a team again they said, ” I’m Watching again but only on the days of Tristan and Anna, don’t care about the others to waste my time watching more..
I believe a fair many read spoilers, see the promos and when whomever they like are in a story they will watch, then they are not watching again until there would be their favorites back again..
They a sparse watchers and will boost ratings by tuning in to see Robert and Anna etc ..
I also believe the numbers/ratings are very deceiving because they do not count the mega many who FF through an episode because they do not like the episode enough to watch it, just FF to whatever they care to see..
Imagine if FF were counted to show how many dissatisfied watchers/fans there are…
Give it up, Su. You’ll bend yourself in a pretzel trying to avoid giving J&S credit for anything, lol. The ratings are up 600,000-700,000 viewers since Carlivati got fired. The numbers speak for themselves. J&S deserve the credit. People don’t want the silly, cheesy, over the top stories anymore. They want believable, simple, character driven stories featuring characters that they have an emotional investment in, and stories that move along at a quicker pace, not drag on for months and months. J&S are bringing that.
Glad that GH is in good shape again, glad that all the soaps are doing well. A healthy soap industry is good for all of us, regardless of what show is your favorite.

Dan, Great post! You can’t make everybody happy. People complained when it was constantly Sonny/Carly/Jason and mob wars. The show gives more airtime to other characters and tie up stories that went on for a year and some folks still aren’t happy. We should support the four remaining soaps, because the networks are watching. I am wishing GH much success.

Everyone has their own tastes, but Vanessa Marcil’s performance as Brenda on the show will always be my favorite thing in all my 34 years of watching GH. That being said, her last stint was horribly written and I agree that it fell flat but with no fault to Vanessa of course. She did great with what they have her, which was garbage. Also I agree with Laura Wright making the role of Carly her own, I love her in the part. I would love to see Sarah Brown return in either a 3rd role or as a not so dead Claudia Zacchara.

Tristian Rogers and Wally Kurth both back on contract at GH. I have no other interest in any other casting news. No more back from the dead stories and no more returns that are simply not needed. We need Robert and Ned back in Port Charles as full time characters more than anyone else given the current landscape. Do not make the mistake again of letting these two actors leave and give them the contract they deserve. Y&R and DAYS did GH a big favor by dropping TR/WK from contract to recurring so it’s time to take advantage of that mistake and scoop them back up.

With a few more OLTL talented refugees storylined in as the months and years go by. I would be more than OK with that! Better than some of these going-no-where, not connected to anyone newbies! Gotta be able to dream!

As much as I love all four of those former OLTL characters, I have decided that I don’t think crossovers really ever work.
My wish is that OLTL would just come back. I know it’s not going to happen but it sure would be nice to see Roger actually act again.
Huge news for me would be the return of Steve Burton – I don’t care for the character of Jason, but if we’re going to have Jason, then it should be Burton. And face it, now that Ron has left, Burton has more reason to return.
I didn’t know that Prospect Park was no more – and I could see some sort of reintroduction of characters from ABC’s other soaps. I didn’t mind it when the OLTL character were on – I thought it was brilliant actually. If that happens, I’d like to see them revisit the investigation into the Alcazar/Tea’s brother connection. That would also be huge.
The return of AJ (again!) would be great but I don’t see that happening anytime soon. The show burned that bridge too completely for him to come back (at least from a fan’s perspective it seems so… and yes, they burned the Burton bridge too but Burton is all about the money- they offer him the money he wants, he’ll ride into the GH stage pretty fast).
But it’ll probably be that a big star from another soap is joining the cast in another newly created role that won’t really fit into the fabric of GH. Frank’s idea of “huge” and my idea of “huge” are generally two different things.
The good one I’ve heard is that Jack Wagner will be back, and there will be a story involving Anna, Robert, Frisco, Felicia, and Mac. That would be AWESOME

This might be about this year’s Nurses’ Ball and that Lynn Herring (Lucy) will be seen again. I can’t believe they just left her character in the dust last Spring with no explanation. I’d be less excited about the Nurses’ Ball, but more excited about Lynn returning and staying with a great Lucy storyline! She does have two kids out there, and she and Laura were going to open a spa at one time. What happened to that? The possibilities are endless for Lucy, and this show needs more humorous characters!

Who knows what the news is but prior to the Kristina reveal GH was getting stale for me so that coupled with Sam’s injury may spice things up a little. But Biller Miller needs to step up his game he is boring… Now the young lady who plays Kristina is a decent actress and may be able to carry this role I think it will be interesting and that’s wht GH needs some fire they are boring as all heck just as about as Bad as B&B is now with the Steffi and Wyatt joke of a budding relationship .. Would love it if the news were that Carlivati were coming back, but to be fair, the current headwriters haven’t been in the role long enough for the network (or anyone else) to make a fair evaluation of what they’re able to contribute. (I have so far not been all that impressed, but sometimes it takes time for things to gel. I also still think a lot of what I’m dissatisfied with—and probably there are other viewers who are too—is coming from the network and not from Altman/Passanante.)
