In the most heartbreaking report we have written at On-Air On-Soaps, former One Life to Live star Nathaniel Marston died late Wednesday afternoon after valiantly trying to survive from injuries and complications sustained during his horrific car accident on October 30th in Nevada.

Nathaniel’s last prognosis was not good and doctors said that he would most likely live out the rest of his life as a quadriplegic.  Now, Nathaniel instead is in heaven.  Martston’s mother, Elizabeth Jackson, who has continued to post updates since her 40-year-old son’s tragic accident, broke the news of her son’s passing on her facebook page.

Jackson, in her grief and sorrow expressed, and related the news on Nathaniel’s passing:  “Dear family and friends, it is with a heavy heart that I share this devastating news. My beloved and cherished son, Nathaniel Marston, who was putting up the good fight until last night was not able to continue due to the traumatic and devastating nature of his injuries. Nathaniel passed away peacefully as I held him in my arms. Father William, myself and his second Mommy Lisa, and our dear friend Charlotte were by his bedside, he was not alone. His injuries, which Dr.’s did their best to heal were not responding to treatment and one after another his bodily functions failed to support his life. Had Nathaniel lived he would have required a ventilator and would never have been able to utter one more word and would have been sentenced to life as a quadriplegic. A condition that Nate would have never have been able to tolerate. By Gods love and mercy Nathaniel was spared this living hell and has traveled on to be with God, his cherished Grandmother Mary Jackson, Grandfather John Jackson and my sister his Aunt Nora…. God is merciful and because of his mercy God ended Nathaniel’s pain and suffering at 3:15 today PST in Reno, NV. Nathaniel now lives with Father God, surrounded with peace, love and light.  Know that I am deeply grateful for all of you for taking this tragic two week journey with me Nathaniel and our family. Your unfailing support, prayers, love and positive thoughts that you have sent our way, in what has been the worst two weeks of my life, have held all of us up giving us the strength to get through each hellish day.  Arrangements will be made for a memorial service in New York City, NY, Kauai, HI and Gerlach, NV. As soon as dates for these services are known they will be posted. Again, thank you for your prayers, your love, your kindness and your friendship which has allowed me and my family to be strong enough to be by my son’s side for these past 12 days. The outpouring of your love came as an unexpected gift and I don’t know how I will repay you for all of your love, prayers and support. Thank you for sharing your love, your experiences with me about how my treasured child, a man who grew into an individual who touched more lives than I ever could have known. XOXOXOXOXOOX”

Please share your condolences, memories, and thoughts in the comment section below as the soap world and Nathaniel’s family, friends, and colleagues cope with this tragic turn of events.

The length of the day does not diminish the light— condolences to his friends and family over this tragic loss.

That was the saddest FaceBook post I have ever read. His mother showed so much grace and compassion sharing her grief with his fans. She could have just as easily told very one to leave the family alone but she continued to update everyone daily.

he

“…would never have been able to utter one more word and would have been sentenced to life as a quadriplegic ”

this would… have been; HeartBROKEN

the pain and loss is not any less

Thank you God for taking my child

I am so so so sorry,He will be missed.

I am sooo very sorry to hear of Nate’s passing. There is no greater loss than the loss of a child. I’m not surprised he passed with all of his critical injuries. But I really had hope for his healing. God rest his soul!!

OH. I don’t have the words. He was a sweet, beautiful and talented actor.
This is unspeakable sad.

Yes, unspeakably said. I loved watching him on OLTL.

Sad…my condoloscences to the family…always liked his character with Marci!

Right, Jim. I loved his relationship with his big brother, John McBain.

I forgot he was Johns brother…miss those wonderful OLTL years!

I just been speechless to heard or read from this website.
My heart goes to his entire family gave grief and sorrow.

I loved him on OLTO when he was Marci Husband. Recently he was on Blue Bloods. I am so sorry for your loss. God has a plan for each of us. He isn’t suffering. Rest in peace.

I am so very sorry to hear this news. Thank you Nathaniel for sharing your beautiful talent with us. May God grant you peace and peace and strength to your entire family.

Sooooo sorry for your loss.

I can’t begin to express how sorry I am to hear this. It’s incredibly sad news. I’ll always remember Nathaniel from OLTL. Some actors don’t get a chance to play one memorable character, but Nathaniel played two different ones. God bless him and his loved ones at this difficult time.

My heartfelt condolences to his family. What a beautiful man.We gained another Angel

Nathaniel is free. His mother never will be free of grief, she needs the prayers.
Have a blessed journey, Nathaniel ..

AMEN.

So very sad Rest in Peace, hugs and prayers for family and friends

I am so sorry to hear this tragic news. I loved him on One Life to Live and his original story line and then when he was a soul in another body. I cried when he died on the show. I am crying again now, but for his real life death. May God comfort the family knowing he is no longer in pain and suffering.

I’m so deeply sorry for your devastating loss, Mrs Jackson. I loved him on OLTL as John McBain’s brother. I know he is in Heaven with God in the Light. You raised a good man and should be proud of that and of him. I will be praying for him and for you. With Love, Trish

so sorry to hear that he was 1 of my favorites on oltl god bless his family n his oltl family you will be missed

RIP, Nathaniel. My heart goes out to Nathaniel’s family. What a sad day.

I loved OLTL’s Marcy and Michael.

he was one of my favorites on OLTL…may he RIP and may his mother find peace

I remember him playing Marcie’s love interest, Al. And when OLTL killed off his character, the fans fought to bring him back and they did and in a “Heaven Can Wait” storyline, he became Michael McBain. He will be missed. God bless his mother Elizabeth and give her the strength she needs. RIP

My thoughts and prayers are with each of you during this very sad and traumatic time. I am so sorry that Nathaniel has died!! I loved watching him on OLTL!!

From a OLTL fan . Sorry to hear my deepest sympathies to you and your family.

I am sorry for your loss your son was a great actor. He will be missed
My condolences to his family and friends
You will be in my thoughts and prayers

I am so sorry for your loss.

So sorry to hear of Nathaniel passing…My thoughts and prayers for Nathaniel’s mother Elizabeth Jackson, family and friends…May God give you strength, love and comfort…Rest in Peace Nathaniel…you will be missed….so, so sad….

Devastating and heartbreaking…this is not the ending we would have written for Nate. The Michael and March storyline was so enchanting and I just adored how he brought Michael to life. It’s strange how you feel you know a character that follow on a soap. The cast of OLTL is so very missed and as a 30 year viewer I lost a family member today. Nate’s mom Elizabeth is so courageous and gracious to keep his family, friends and fans updated on Facebook with daily updates. Where do you gather the strength to do this…she is amazing and can’t imagine what she’s been through. God bless her and the entire family .

SO SORRY FOR YOUR LOSS..I’M SURE THE LORD TOOK HIM IN HIS LOVING ARMS AND TOOK HIM HOME AND MAY THE LORD BE WITH YOU AND YOUR FAMILY IN YOUR TIME OF GRIEF…
SO SAD…

MAY HIS SOUL FOREVER REST IN PEACE, AMEN…

My deepest condolences to the family,,,, such a talented man,, loved him on OLTL,, always had a wonderful smile on his face,,,,, he will be sadly missed,,,, due to his injuries he is now at peace,,,and making the angels laugh,,,,,,God be with all of his family , friends, and fans.

Mrs. Jackson
I am truly sorry for your loss. I can feel your pain in your words. Your son is at peace. My Brother was a year older than me and was in a car accident when he was 20 and he passed away when he was 41. He was a quadriplegic and I got to tell you it was a very very hard life for him. For this reason I know that your son is definitely in peace. He is in a good place. I will pray for you. My sympathies to you and your family.

I am so sorry for your loss, he will be greatly missed. Rest in Peace dear Nathaniel. To Elizabeth and the rest of his family may you find peace and strength at this devastating time, you are in my prayers.

My deepest condolences to you and your family. Though, I only followed Nathaniel on One Life to Live I was shocked to read of his tragic accident and now saddened to hear of his passing. My heart feels your grief and I pray that your spiritual beliefs will sustain you. God Bless!!

Very sad but he is now pain free and at peace. Prayers to his mother and family who are dealing with his passing.

So sad, prayers going out to his family….RIP

My Heart broke when I heard the news. He was such an amazing Actor. So gifted. It’s true, in His passing feel like I have lost an extended member of my Family, because Soaps are like Family. So very sorry for His Mom. I loved how She kept His Fans and Friends updated on Nates condition. I was praying so hard that He was going to make it, but God had other plans. So RIP Nathaniel. Gone too soon. You will be missed, but never forgotten. Bless You on your Journey.

So sorry for your loss. Nathaniel will be remembered by so many in the soap world for his role as Michael on One Life to Live. My daughter and I used to watch regularly and loved his character. May God bless you and hold you close during these difficult times ahead.

So sorry for your lost he will for sure be missed. He was one of my Favorite actors on one life to live. He was the sweetest , amazing and cutest actor made me smile every time he was on. He is and always will be in our hearts. RIP Nathaniel

My deepest condolences to you and your family he was talented, I loved him on One live to live

My heart is breaking for the loss that not only his immediate family will have but also all of the rest of us his adoring fans. May you fly high Nate.

So heartbreaking to hear the news of Nathaniel’s passing. He was a talented actor and I loved seeing him on OLTL. We never know where life will take us so we have to live each day as if it were our last. My heartfelt sympathy to his Mom & family, and his friends. I hope that the outpouring of love for him will help you to heal. He was loved by many. Although he had left this earth I truly believe he is in God’s hands and is no longer suffering from his horrific accident. I pray he is at peace and feeling nothing but love.

Rest in everlasting peace,Nathaniel.

Nathaniel’s memory will live on in the legacy of OLTL. Tremendous actor whose talent will be missed. Prayers for the family. God bless.

Nat stood out in the crowd. He had that natural acting talent that shined through especially in his scenes with Kathy Brier. I am glad he is not suffering any more. Condolences to his wonderful family.

So sorry for your loss my prayers go out to the family God Bless ou All Amen

Words cannot express how sorry I am to hear this. No mother should ever have to bury her child. Prayers sent to the entire family.

Lucas Adams and Tamara Braun Written Out of The Young and the Restless

Published

It looks like the current run of Lucas Adams (Noah) and Tamara Braun (Sienna) on The Young and the Restless is coming to an end, after the Monday, August 3 edition of the CBS daytime drama revealed that Noah and Sienna are leaving Genoa City and heading back to Los Angeles.

In the storyline, Noah informed his mother, Sharon (Sharon Case) and half-sister Mariah (Camryn Grimes) that he and Sienna made the decision to move back to the West Coast to put distance between themselves and Matt Clark (Roger Howarth). Although Noah did not say it was a permanent move, he did assure his mom that once Matt is hopefully gone from Genoa City they could return.

However, as previewed already on the video teaser for this week’s episodes of Y&R (see below), it appears Noah left Genoa City’s The Shadow Room to be run by a returning Danny Romalotti (Michael Damian). So with that, coupled with today’s episode, it would appear the move could wind up being more permanent.

COMINGS AND GOINGS

Adams made his Y&R debut on November 4, 2025 as the successor to Rory Gibson who last played Noah on-screen in April of 2023. Earlier in 2025, Gibson took over the role of Michael Corinthos on Genera Hospital replacing Chad Duell, who stepped away from the part after 15 years.

Braun who played Adam’s mother on Days of Our Lives when she was Ava Vitali and he was Tripp Dalton, first appeared on Y&R back on October 14, 2025, where we soon learned she had become Noah’s lover as the new character, Sienna Bacall.  It should be noted, Adams was on contract with the number #1 soap, while Braun has been on recurring status.

With Josh Griffith now exited as head writer of The Young and the Restless, and the newly announced co-head writing team of Jamey Giddens and Dan O’Connor having taken his place and starting their new tenure this week, it will be interesting to see how the duo resets the show, and if a Noah and Sienna return is in the cards for the future or not.

So, what do you think about the seeming departures of Lucas Adams and Tamara Braun from The Young and the Restless? Weigh-in via the comment section. But first, check out our recent live chat with Tamara and Lucas on the Michael Fairman Channel.

Rosie O’Donnell Says She Will Return to ‘The View’ During its Season 30

Published

By

Rosie O'Donnell

Rosie O’Donnell revealed that she plans to head back to a seat at the table of ABC’s morning talk show The View.

The announcement came during Monday’s episode of The Tangle Podcast where she shared she will participate in “in whatever way they want” her or “just as a guest” for its upcoming 30th season.

The View’s season 30 will kick-off this fall in September. O’Donnell explained, “They’re bringing back all the hosts, I think. And, you know, I’m pretty proud of that show, what it’s become and how it really speaks to the people and to politics.”

ROSIE ON HER PREVIOUS GO-ROUNDS ON THE VIEW

As fans of The View know, O’Donnell famously had two different one-year stints on the talk show in 2007 and again in 2014- 2015. She often feuded with then co-host Elizabeth Hasselbeck.

However, during her discussion with host, Kyle Ridley on The Tangle Podcast, O’Donnell also noted she often had tense moments with longtime moderator and anchor, Whoopi Goldberg.

O’Donnell also expressed, “Many, many people got the short end of the stick there. It was, you know, it was a factory where people were being churned in and out and their tenuous security, nobody got to be calm. It also was a show at the time that was run by a man. A show created by a woman, for women, about women, and the man was deciding what we should talk about. And that didn’t sit right with me, you know.”

Back in 2023, Brooke Shields had asked Rosie on her podcast, Now What? with Brooke Shields, about how she felt on her two stints at The View and all the controversy that surrounded it. Rosie at that time, stated, “I know this, it’s not the best use of my talent to get in a show where I have to argue and defend basic principles of humanity and kindness. It was not something I’d ever do again.”

You can check out the clip with Rosie and Kyle Ridley discussing her return to The View in some form for its upcoming 30th season below.

Then weigh-in: Would you be excited to see Rosie, even for a one-day or a week guest stint on the upcoming celebratory season of The View, or not so much? Let us know via the comment section.
