Former Y&R Star Victoria Rowell Getting Divorced Ending Her 4-Year Marriage!

Victoria Rowell (Ex-Drucilla, Y&R) is in the news, but this time not for one of her new projects, but for her personally.  Rowell is getting divorced from her husband of four years!  According to TMZ.com, “Victoria’s husband, collage artist and sculptor Radcliffe Bailey, filed to end their 4-year marriage.”

The entertainment news and gossip outlet went on to say that they had obtained the settlement agreement, which shows that Victoria and Radcliffe had a pre-nup so no money was on the line.  And, they had no kids, so it seems the divorce was pretty simple, with one caveat.”  According to the settlement, “Each agrees that he or she shall not in any manner disturb, bother, harass or otherwise interfere with the other party.”

The couples wedding four years ago was quite the event with motion picture star, Samuel M. Jackson walking Rowell down the aisle!   In a piece in the New York Times covering the union they said, “Victoria met Radcliffe Bailey in July 2007, while was on a book tour, and her packed schedule had no time for socializing. With a daughter from her first marriage and a son from her long relationship with the jazz musician Wynton Marsalis. Ms. Rowell said her dating life was ‘the desert — just enough water for inspiration.”
So, what do you think about Victoria’s marriage coming to the end?  Comment below!

Victoria looks way older now, she hasn’t aged well at all. She is only 54 years old. i still want her back, as drucilla. she caused to much trouble, they don’t want her back. too bad, she is a diva and very demanding. otherwise please recast drucilla right now. I cannot stand leslie, she is very annoying.

I wish they would get her back on Y&R. I loved the story of KSJ aka Neil did and so candid in SOD this coming month. Loved he gave a warm shout out to Victoria Rowell and said how he wished the show would of gave the fans Neil and Dru to route for. Anyway we fans can get her back. We will ever stop wishing. 😀

I used to love victoria rowell, but not anymore. She is a demanding diva and a troublemaker. she has a big lying mouth, fighting with her michelle stafford and other co workers from the young and the restless. recast the role of drucilla winters. they will never, bring back victoria rowell. thank god. amen to that.

Johnny…WELL SAID, bro!!!!! I agree…Y&R should recast the role of Drucilla…IF it is done CORRECTLY. Dude…I, also, cannot stand Leslie!!!!! And, don’t even get me started on Leslie’s one-dimensional and one-note dunderhead idiot brother Tyler…BLECH!!!!! No Thank You.

Johnny, take care, bro. And…HAPPY 2014!!!!! Peace.

A Hollywood divorce? Shocking.

Nowadays, I don’t care too much for Victoria Rowell. When she was on Y&R, all VR did was act like an arrogant D-I-V-A behind-the-scenes. Her behind-the-scenes battles with Michelle Stafford were TRULY EPIC!!!!! I can see and understand why VR’s soon-to-be-ex-husband filed for divorce…supposedly, VR is NOT an easy person to live with. When Tonya Lee Williams played Olivia on Y&R back in the day, I had heard that there was (and still is) no love lost between her and VR. At all. Victoria Rowell aka SOAP DIVA GONE WILD…LOL!!!!!

LOL.

funny post.

I’d love to see an expose on the behind the scenes, and, I mean… a fun expose….

Y&R could use all the publicity they can… to stop this ship from sinking

i had to google her.. championing.. her STAR…

she “lived” her persona in Genoa City… from 1990 to 2007

which was a mere 5 years ago… doesn’t it seem much longer than that?

what a time for Michelle Stafford to come clean

———-

with so much missing from Y&R… and nothing to lose

why not re-hire Victoria Rowell… as Drucilla moneybags got cashola via take Devon to the cleaners and dynasty her cling on… rags to stratosphere.. queening it up

Your nuts. Victoria Rowell was AMAZING on Y&R. Who cares about all the rumors we want her back

Let’s face it…Victoria Rowell is nothing but a VERY DEMANDING D-I-V-A!!!!! VR was a very demanding diva when she was on BOTH Y&R and Diagnosis: Murder. WHAT AN EGO!!!!!

Fillion shared about this time on One Life: “Everything I did and everything I do I learned on that show.  I never speak poorly on daytime … it was such a warm kind place to be.   I learned everything there.  I don’t know where an actor can go and work with people that have worked in the business for 25, 35, 40 years, and I had no idea what i’m doing …and they said, ‘no problem here is what you do’.  So, it was very good people.”

Goldberg also alluded to that she “missed the soaps” meaning All My Children and One Life to Live that shot right where they are in New York City at the ABC studios on 66th and 67th street.

Watch Nathan talk his early career and more with the ladies of The View below.  Then, let us know what you think about the sentiments he share from his time at One Life to Live via the comment section.
