Jane Elliot Returns to General Hospital as Tracy Quartermaine Comes Home Unaware of Ned’s Heart Attack

In welcome news, next week beginning with the December 15th episode, Jane Elliot is back on all-new episodes of General Hospital, reprising her signature role of Tracy Quartermaine.

Viewers know, Tracy exited the Port Charles canvas about a month ago, giving the veteran actress a much-needed break after being front and center in story following the death of Monica Quartermaine (the late Leslie Charleson) and in a the story arc with Erika Slezak, who played Monica’s sister, Ronnie Bard.

What the Quartermaines kept from Tracy while she was away was that her son, Ned Ashton (Wally Kurth) had a heart attack which required surgery and everyone in the end elected not to tell her while she was getting some R&R, but now that’s about to change! In the latest General Hospital spoiles video, currently on ABC.com, Tracy is seen walking into the Quartermaine kitchen taking Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) by surprise!

Tracy says, “Is anybody home?” It’s at that moment she comes upon Brook Lynn who hugs her grandmother. Meanwhile, Tracy shared that her month of relaxation was wonderful, and says as her cynical self, that she’s not offended that nobody in the family even bothered to throw her a welcome-home party.

Brook Lynn explains that the family wanted to give Tracy and Ned some space, because he has something very important to tell her and discuss with her.  Just then, Ned walks in and says, “Do my ears deceive me?” Then, Tracy and Ned hug, but Tracy wanting to know the 411 on all things Quartermaine, asks Ned, “What did I miss?”

Meanwhile, in the “Next on General Hospital” video teaser that aired at the end of the Friday, December 12th episode of GH, which featured scenes from Monday’s upcoming December 15th episode, it shows Tracy asking Ned, “What kind of health scare?” So, will. Ned tell his mother the whole truth and nothing but the truth?

Wait till Tracy finds out that Ned had his heart attack, right in front of Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison), who did nothing but gloat, and then walked away refusing to help Ned, while he collapsed on the outside of “Bobbie’s.”

So, excited to know Jane Elliot is back on General Hospital after her short break? Do you expect some emotional mother/son scenes between Tracy and Ned? Do you hope she finds out about Drew? Will Drew throw in Tracy’s face how she withheld medication to her own father, Edward Quartermaine, decades ago when he was having a “heart attack,” only for it to be fake (which by the way, Drew mentioned to Ned while Ned was having a real heart attack)? Get rid of Drew, please he won’t be missed

I am so with Marsha… Get rid of Drew!
He will not be missed at all!!!

He’d be missed by me. And others i’m sure. It would be a shame if GH got rid of of one of the best villains in soaps today.

I agree, Mike. What makes Cameron so effective as a slimy villain is his demeanor remained the same after his character transformation. He smiles, has a cheerful tone of voice striking a disparity between the content of his speech and his countenance.

Uhhhh…..no. Not an enjoyable villain. I like Jenz better than that a** hat.

I still think Drew was switched in prison and Sidwel had something to do with it. Since getting out of prison it’s like an evil twin appeared

I think so too, Alicia. Also, the transformation became most notable when Jason came back. He immediately broke up with Carly and became kind of hostile to her. He explained that he couldn’t compete with Jason for her affection but that excuse doesn’t quite compute.

Drew doesn’t have an evil twin. He IS the evil twin. he just doesn’t look like his twin anymore because Ava Jerome ran over his face in a stolen SUV back in 2015.

And even in the extremely unlikely event that Susan Moore somehow had triplets, that guy would look like Jason, not like Drew.

Thank you!!! This is not Drew.

I agree. Get rid of Drew

Please someone get ride of Drew, we have had enough of his threats Show him he other side

100%

There’s gonna be hell to pay – 1st for walking away during Ned’s heart attack, then for stealing all the Q’s heirlooms & stashing them away

I can’t stand him. Want to slap him through the tv. Won’t even watch Beat the Bridge bc he’s the host. He plays a good part on GH but I loath him anyway.

He plays a good part if u like someone who is sooo vindictive.

Drew is getting really Boaring. You have made him so evil. And get away with way to much that I am glad that I watch on Hulu so I can fast forward through his scenes it’s either time he pays for some of his nastiness or it’s time to do away with his character cuz he’s really boring

Icky!

That’s what I do!

I don’t like Drew get rid of him please

Drew is so sweet on Hallmark and so evil on GH. It is a sign of a good actor. I don’t know why anyone would want to be married to him. But Willow is a bit off kilter.

Keep Drew get rid of Willow

Willow is bat sh*t crazy like Nell is and their mother, Nina. Crazy as a bat from revenge Drew wants to use willow and kids to tear Michael and Sonny to shreds. Both are nut cases! Too bad they can’t die together in this show of boring evil. We see evil in MAGA like this every day. That’s enough already!

Drew needs to go to the ‘Train Station’ to coin a phrase from Yellowstone

So sick of Drew !!! Give us an early Christmas present and end this horrible storyline. Dragged out way too long !!! It’s time for Valentin to give back to the viewers !!

Leading into this week, viewers know that Willow doesn’t want the former escort anywhere near her children, Amelia and Wiley. Is this how she stops her, or is Jacinda up to old tricks and wants to frame Willow? Remember when Jacindsa drugged Drew (Cameron Mathison)? Stay tuned.

Published

Vincent Pastore, best known for his memorable role as Salvatore “Big Pussy” Bonpensiero on HBO’s The Sopranos has passed away.

The veteran actor was found dead on August 1st in his home in the Bronx, New York. Pastore was 80-years-old. The cause of death is yet to be determined.

As well as his role on The Sopranos, many soap fans will recall he played multiple smaller roles on the beloved One Life to Live from 1995 and 2004. However, in 2008, he landed the short-term role as Maximus Giambetti on General Hospital.

PASTORE WANTED TO BE ON GENERAL HOSPITAL

Maximus was the mobster father of Sonny Corinthos’ (Maurice Benard) bodyguards: Max (Derk Cheetwood) and Milo (Drew Cheetwood)

According to Soap Opera Digest, Pastore told Soaps In Depth back in 2009, after appearing in a SOAPnet promotional campaign as a celebrity fan of General Hospital: “‘I’d love to be on the show. So they called up GH’s casting director (Mark Teschner) and Bobby (Robert Guza Jr. ex-head writer, GH) and they wrote me in!”

Pastore was a huge General Hospital fan from way back, who at one point told producers that he would watch the ABC soap opera while working in bars and nightclubs in the 70s and 80s.

Throughout his decades long career, Pastore appeared in films including: Goodfellas, Carlito’s Way and Men of Respect, The Jerky Boys: The Movie and the 1996 HBO TV movie Gotti.

In TV, besides The Sopranos, Pastore’s credits included: Law & Order, The Practice, Son of the Beach, Queens Supreme, Hawaii Five-0, Wu-Tang: An American Saga, plus the miniseries The Last Don II. Most recently, Vincent was a series regular on Gravesend and guest starred on Yellowjackets.

Pastore is survived by his daughter, Renee, son-in-law and granddaughter.
