GENERAL HOSPITAL Preview: Bad News for Nina and Willow, Britt and Carly Find Out Jason is Back in Port Charles

This week on all-new episodes of General Hospital official spoilers and the video teaser for the ABC soap opera, share that Nina (Cynthia Watros) is in for a stunning surprise, when Drew (Cameron Mathison) reveals to her that he can talk.
Meanwhile, Britt (Kelly Thiebaud) and Carly (Laura Wright) learn that Jason (Steve Burton) is back in Port Charles, but did not let the two women know of his return or whereabouts and more. Let’s take a look!
While paying a visit to Carly, Charlotte (Bluesy Burke) blurts out. “You didn’t hear? Jason’s back.” That declaration stuns Carly that her bff never contacted her or told her that he was released by the WSB and was in Port Charles, which leaves her confused.

JASON SEES BRITT
The other woman that previously was in Jason’s life was Dr. Britt Westbourne. Now in this latest promo, it looks like Britt got her job back at GH, and she sees Jason walk though the doors of the hospital and greets him with a big smile. But will her smile turn to heartbreak when he has something to tell her that will end his former burgeoning relationship with her?
Elsewhere, Anna (Finola Hughes) continues to search for the truth about Cullum’s (Andrew Hawkes) overall scheme and confronts Jack in the PCPD interrogation room (Chris McKenna). She tells him that she believe’s Cassius had the motive to shoot Cullum on the pier. However, Jack tells her, “It wasn’t Cassius.” Is Anna about to learn that Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr) shot Cullum, or will Brennan continue to keep it on the down low?
At the end of the teaser, Nina is trying to lock the brakes on Drew’s wheelchair when suddenly he speaks! Drew says, “What’s wrong, Nina? Bad news?” Nina is absolutely shook. Can she warn Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) in time?

Now weigh-in: Do you hope Drew delivers massive payback to Nina and Willow, or do you want them to stop him? Will Jason tell Carly and Britt, he is changing his life and shifting his priorities? What is Anna up to with the information she is trying to glean about the WSB activities if she is being haunted by Peter August to do something bad? Weigh-in via the comment section.
It’s about time for Drew to be released from his living torment. He is a snake; but, he’s gotten as good as he gave. Now, it’s time for deceitful Weeping Willow to fry. She needs to be sent off the Heather’s old holding cell.
I agree drew is a poor excuse for a human being but it’s time for willow and nina to face the music.
As much as I adore Nina, I want Willow to be found out. Then I want Willow to throw Nina under the bus for her complicity. Why do I wish such misery on Nina? Because I want her to finally recognize that yes, her daughter can go too far culminating in her taking a stand against her. Willow tricked Nina into complicity by asking her to give Drew the paralytic drug injection and saved the needle with her fingerprints. Willow even later told her mother she needed that as evidence for her own security. I want the jig to be finally up for Willow and unfortunately, that means more pain for Nina.
I really like Jason with Brit
I love Jason with Brit and they should stay together
I really like Britt with the Invisible Man. She’s been acting like an annoying, unappreciative, entitled, spoiled brat. I quite frankly just want her to disappear and run off with the Invisible Man.
Thank you. Britt is so bad that she makes me appreciate Carly. And I hate Carly.
Yessssssss!
They are about to make Jason this all around good guy and I’m not sure that’s gonna be a good thing. I mean he’s a good guy anyway, he just go after the bad ones, like he suppose to.
I don’t want Anna thinking like she knows the truth when she’s apparently not well in her thoughts. Anna can’t see the truth. I want Chase to finally see the truth about Willow…Jason & Britt should have a chance since they’re never free of issues from the past. I think Valentin & Collum both caused the fire bomb at Sonny’s. Danny needs to grow up…Willow & Drew deserves each other for unhappiness; and Nina jealous over Valentin…drama before moving forward …I want Michael’s name cleared and Josiah…
I want Jason’s role to support Sonny , have a relationship with Britt and put his son first. Willow should get what’s coming and Drew should clear Michael. Drew should not be accepted back in family. Carla andSonny should slowly rekindle
I agree,
It’s a shame that the writers never gave Britt and Jason a chance. However, they forced Nina and Brennan on us. Again, Jason’s return is a bust !!!!

GENERAL HOSPITAL: Are Michael and Willow Headed Back Into Each Other’s Arms?

Could it be after all is said and done that Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) and Willow Cain (Katelyn MacMullen) might actually get back together? It sure seemed like a possibility after viewers witnessed the Monday, August 10 episode of General Hospital.
In it, Michael raced to Nina’s after Jacinda revealed she drugged Willow. Out of an abundance of concern, Michael wanted to make sure his children, Amelia and Wiley, were safe, but also to check on his ex-wife.
When he arrived on the scene, Willow was high as a kite and Michael was trying to defuse the situation when he sees Amelia and Wiley witnessing the whole thing. He is shocked to find out from Willow that Yuri dropped off the kids to her when it wasn’t her night to have them, because Yuri said he had a hot date. Michael noticed the iced coffee on the table, realizing he has to keep it away from Willow (who had been drinking it).

THE SPARK BETWEEN MICHAEL AND WILLOW
Once the kids left the room, Michael informed Willow she was high. She tells him she would never take drugs and that he was ruining her buzz kill and asks him to please not fight with her. When Michael finally gets Willow to lay down on the couch she tells him that she likes when they were friends and his calming voice. Michael told Willow, “I liked that, too.”
In that moment between Michael and Willow, it appeared like the spark was still there between the former couple, but how could they go back to anything after all the terrible things they have done to one another, and mostly all of Willow’s machinations, which to this point Michael doesn’t even know?
If Michael finds out (as in the preview this week where it’s teased that Trina and Kai tell him about Willow shooting Drew), will he still feel the same about her, or understand all of her motives and what led to it?
JACINDA IS OUTTA HERE
At the end of Monday’s episode, Jacinda (Paige Herschell) called Michael, and was so relieved when he told her he was able to get to Willow in time, before things escalated further. Jacinda say, “No harm done. That’s good, right?” Michael looks over at Willow asleep and is beyond pissed with Jacinda.
Now. in the preview for today’s Tuesday, August 11 episode of the ABC daytime drama series, Jacinda is in tears telling Michael, “I’ll go, on one condition.” Looks like this will be the end of Michael and Jacinda, but what will she ask of him before she makes her exit? stay tuned.
So, do you think the GH writers will circle back to Michael and Willow getting back together for the sake of their children, and fall back in love with each other? Do you think Serena Baldwin and Michael being teased as potential pairing, was just a tease and no more than that? Glad that it seems like Jacinda is on her way out, or do you like Jacinda and Michael together?
Weigh-in via the comment section, but first check out the scenes from Monday’s GH, where Michael rescues Willow, and the GH video teaser for today’s episode below.

GENERAL HOSPITAL Preview: Can Trina Help Michael Stop Willow From Taking Away His Children?

This week on all-new episodes of General Hospital, the action picks right back up with Michael (Rory Gibson) questioning Jacinda (Paige Herschell) on what exactly she did to exact revenge on her after Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) got a restraining order against her.
In the newly-released video teaser promo for the ABC soap opera, Michael is with Jacinda and is astonished when he says, “You drugged the mother of my children?” Jacinda realizes she made an irreversible mistake in her relationship with Michael, which may now be kaput.
Meanwhile, in what appears to be the aftermath of her drinking the laced coffee, Willow wakes up from her couch, somewhat disheveled, and is seen asking Nina (Cynthia Watros), “What happened?” Later, Michael and Willow come face to face after the incident with Nina’s voiceover as a precursor to the action, saying, “Willow’s war with Michael is escalating.”

MICHAEL MAY FIND AN ALLIANCE TO FEND OFF WILLOW
Now an angry Willow, who had finally got shared custody of her children with Michael, Wiley (Viron Weaver) and Amelia (Sienna Goerisch), feels emblazoned to get them all for herself. Willow tells Michael, “I am taking my kids.” But, not so fast Willow!
From the looks of it, Trina (Tabyana Ali) and Kai (Jens Austin Astrup) arrive at the Quartermaine mansion just in time to talk to Michael. Trina confesses, “We can help you stop her!” Will Trina and Kai finally admit they know that Willow is the person who shot Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison)?
Finally, the verdict is in at Curtis’ (Donnell Turner) trial. Will he be found guilty or innocent of assaulting Isaiah (Sawandi Wilson), which put an end to the doctors surgical career? Stay tuned.

‘General Hospital’s’ Steve Burton Reveals Jane Elliot’s Reaction to His Lead Actor Daytime Emmy Nomination

On General Hospital, Steve Burton (Jason Morgan) and Jane Elliot (Tracy Quartermaine) have been appearing together more and more in scenes together and storylines than in recent years on the ABC soap opera. The result has been emotional moments built within the rich history of the Quartermaine family between Jason and Tracy.
In 2025, it was Jason who found his mother Monica Quartermaine upstairs in her room passed away, which then led to Jason having to tell Tracy that Monica was gone. This began the beats of the story that played out for weeks and then months as General Hospital paid tribute to the late Leslie Charleson.
Coming up at the 53rd annual Daytime Emmy Awards, Burton is up in the Lead Actor in Daytime Drama Series category and previously reported, Steve revealed on his That’s Awesome podcast with Bradford Anderson that he did not include scenes from Jason at Monica’s funeral in his Emmy-nominated reel. However, he did share without naming specifics, he did include some moments from Monica’s death.

JEFF KOBER DOUBLE EMMY NOMINEE
Now on Sunday August 9, Steve and Bradford welcomed double Emmy nominee, and former co-star Jeff Kober to their show. Kober is up for a Primetime Emmy in the Outstanding Guest Actor in a Drama Series for his role as Duke Ekins in The Pitt. He is also up Outstanding Guest Performer at the Daytime Emmys for his work as Cyrus Renault on GH. Kober previously won a Daytime Emmy for Supporting Actor back in 2022.
Kober was discussing how many takes he may get working on a scene in various projects from movie roles to primetime to General Hospital and one particular note he received from a director on a take was just to do it and be ‘simpler,’ and as an actor to strive for ‘simplicity.’ That prompted Burton to recall the moment Jane Elliot congratulated him on his Daytime Emmy nomination last month.
A TEXT MESSAGE FROM JANE ELLIOT
Steve shared, “Jan was gracious enough to to text me when I got nominated and she said something to the effect of like .’thank you for not chewing the scenery’. Thank you for not chewing it. You know, because it’s easy sometimes when you get that meat (referencing a scene or story material) and you’re like, ‘Here’s my shot,’ and especially in daytime, and you go, ‘This could be my Emmy material,’ OR ‘Here’s your chance to blow it. Here’s your chance to ruin everything.” (Laughs) It’s just all very interesting.”
Check out the discussion with Jeff Kober, Steve Burton and Bradford Anderson below.
Then, let us know what do you think of Jane’s comment on Steve’s Emmy nomination, ‘thank you for not chewing the scenery.” Coming from Jane, who shared several scenes with him during the aftermath of Monica’s death, it’s a very high compliment, because Burton moved many to tears with his moving portrayal of a man grieving the woman that raised him.
