GENERAL HOSPITAL Preview: Jason and Anna Talk About ‘That’ Kiss; Kristina Takes Matters Into Her Own Hands, Lucky Waits for News and a Mother/Son Reunion
This week, many citizens in Port Charles are in the hot seat for completely different reasons. The action on all-new episodes of General Hospital will feature Anna (Finola Hughes) and Jason (Steve Burton) finally talking about that kiss that came out of nowhere between them while being held captive in Africa by Sidwell (Carlo Rota). Will the two decide to just keep it amongst themselves and their relationship will go no further, romantically or will they admit that they have feelings for each other that took them by surprise?
Elsewhere, Kristina (Kate Mansi) might just put her foot in her mouth in her effort to save her mom, Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn), for a murder she did not commit. Will Kristina admit to wanting to kill Cates and taking Sonny’s (Maurice Benard) gun to do the deed on one rainy, stormy night? Meanwhile Alexis voices her concerns for Kristina to Sam (Kelly Monaco).
In addition, it looks like the final test results are in for Lucky (Jonathan Jackson). Can this confirm 100% that he can be Lulu’s liver donor and save his sister? As he awaits the news, his mother Laura (Genie Francis) returns to town and the mother/son reunion years in the making is set to happen later on-screen this week. Will Laura and Lucky be able to be there for one another while Lulu fights for her life?

Look for Holly (Emma Samms) and Robert (Tristan Rogers) to see each other now that she is back in Port Charles. Will their reunion go well or tank given all that has happened between them in the past? And, Lucas, now played by Van Hansis, will spend some moments at his mother Bobbie’s gravesite, what might he reveal?
Check out the official GH spoilers for the week of October 7-11th below.

Now let us know, what storyline are you looking forward to seeing the most? Which are you liking the least? Share your thoughts in the comment section.
It’s hard to look forward to things happening on the show when doomsday is coming with the show killing off Sam, it’s really all anticlimactic. Hope the show doesn’t take this Anna and Jason kiss any further, as for everything else I’ll be watching but I can’t say I’m really pumped about anything. even Lulu coming back is already marred by sams exit, its like they have Dante going from one love dying to the other waking up. Is he even going to mourn?
I kind of feel the same way, that Dante has to give up Sam to get Lulu back. They were not even a couple anymore when Lulu was injured.
I’m thrilled that Lucky is back and I hope Jonathan Jackson is thinking about sticking around for quite some time. I love having Holly and Rick back, yet it’s disappointing knowing that both won’t be hanging around long being that Emma Samms lives in the UK and Rick Hearst lives in New Jersey.
I love the thought of an Anna/Jason couple. That’s THE aspect of the show I’m hoping for even while so many are freaking out for no logical reason.
I think our reasons are just as logical as yours. First of all Rick and Holly are nothing but trouble makers and the thought of Anna and Jason is daunting, to say the least, but I think we agree on ” to each his own,” right?
I have my opinon Violet, and the reasons I heard were not logical. Presumably everyone watched soaps for many years and know the genre. So freaking out that Jason dated Anna’s daughter thirty years ago or that she’s older than him is not logical. There are many couples on GH who have dated their parents or son’s or daughter’s ex’s. Ava and Kiki dated Morgan and Griffin. Monica dated her nephew (through Alan) Ned. Carly stole and had a thing with her mother’s husband, Tony. Sam slept with Rick when he was married to Alexis. Sam and Dante have the same sister, Kristina, and the same brother, Leo. So no; I repeat it makes no sense for THIS potential couple to have people freaking out.
But, yep. To each their own. I just don’t want those who can’t wait to see if a couple works or not before they even begin, ruin the chance FOR them to begin because the thought of these two as a couple just has great potential in my view. And finally, Jason will have a different story instead of the lapdog he’s been for thirty years. And it doesn’t have to be with a woman younger than him or someone not already on the canvas. To me, he and Anna dating is about as soapy as it gets.
As far as “that kiss” goes, I felt that if Anna wasn’t interested, she would have just left the whole incident alone and ignored it. Steve sure didn’t look like he was interested in pursuing it at all.

GENERAL HOSPITAL Preview: Serena Sets Her Sights on Michael; Jason’s Emotional Exit from the Mob

This week on all-new episodes of General Hospital, new and old motivations come into play with dangerous consequences. According to the just released GH video spoilers video for the week of August 3-7, a bailiff calls out, “All rise!”
Now it’s Isaiah (Sawandi Wilson) vs. Curtis (Donnell Turner), as the surgeon is suing the owner of the Savoy for assault that ruined is ability to operate. At the end of the day, which of these men has enough evidence against the other? Portia (Brook Kerr) is by Isaiah’s side, while Jordan (Tanisha Harper) is with Curtis.
Next, Lucy (Lynn Herring) has a plan to get the controlling shares of Deception away from Michael (Rory Gibson). She wants her daughter, Serena (Kelly Kruger) to seduce Michael. She tells her, “Pick out your most seductive suit.” Soon, we see Serena in her bathing suit at the Metro Court face to face with Michael.
Later, there is a small baggie containing three blue pills. Nina (Cynthia Watros) ask Willow (Katelyn MacMullen), “What did you do?” We also see Michael asking the same thing of Jacinda (Paige Herschell). Leading into this week, viewers know that Willow doesn’t want the former escort anywhere near her children, Amelia and Wiley. Is this how she stops her, or is Jacinda up to old tricks and wants to frame Willow? Remember when Jacindsa drugged Drew (Cameron Mathison)? Stay tuned.
Finally, in the pick-up from last Friday’s cliffhanger, an emotional Jason (Steve Burton) continues to tell Sonny (Maurice Benard) that he cannot work for him anymore. Sonny ask, “So that’s it? You’re Out?” We fade to black.
Take a look at the official GH spoilers for the week below.

Vincent Pastore of ‘Sopranos’ Fame and ‘General Hospital’s’ Maximus Giambetti Dies at 80

Vincent Pastore, best known for his memorable role as Salvatore “Big Pussy” Bonpensiero on HBO’s The Sopranos has passed away.
The veteran actor was found dead on August 1st in his home in the Bronx, New York. Pastore was 80-years-old. The cause of death is yet to be determined.
As well as his role on The Sopranos, many soap fans will recall he played multiple smaller roles on the beloved One Life to Live from 1995 and 2004. However, in 2008, he landed the short-term role as Maximus Giambetti on General Hospital.

PASTORE WANTED TO BE ON GENERAL HOSPITAL
Maximus was the mobster father of Sonny Corinthos’ (Maurice Benard) bodyguards: Max (Derk Cheetwood) and Milo (Drew Cheetwood)
According to Soap Opera Digest, Pastore told Soaps In Depth back in 2009, after appearing in a SOAPnet promotional campaign as a celebrity fan of General Hospital: “‘I’d love to be on the show. So they called up GH’s casting director (Mark Teschner) and Bobby (Robert Guza Jr. ex-head writer, GH) and they wrote me in!”
Pastore was a huge General Hospital fan from way back, who at one point told producers that he would watch the ABC soap opera while working in bars and nightclubs in the 70s and 80s.
Throughout his decades long career, Pastore appeared in films including: Goodfellas, Carlito’s Way and Men of Respect, The Jerky Boys: The Movie and the 1996 HBO TV movie Gotti.
In TV, besides The Sopranos, Pastore’s credits included: Law & Order, The Practice, Son of the Beach, Queens Supreme, Hawaii Five-0, Wu-Tang: An American Saga, plus the miniseries The Last Don II. Most recently, Vincent was a series regular on Gravesend and guest starred on Yellowjackets.
Pastore is survived by his daughter, Renee, son-in-law and granddaughter.
