GENERAL HOSPITAL Preview: Can Trina Help Michael Stop Willow From Taking Away His Children?
This week on all-new episodes of General Hospital, the action picks right back up with Michael (Rory Gibson) questioning Jacinda (Paige Herschell) on what exactly she did to exact revenge on her after Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) got a restraining order against her.
In the newly-released video teaser promo for the ABC soap opera, Michael is with Jacinda and is astonished when he says, “You drugged the mother of my children?” Jacinda realizes she made an irreversible mistake in her relationship with Michael, which may now be kaput.
Meanwhile, in what appears to be the aftermath of her drinking the laced coffee, Willow wakes up from her couch, somewhat disheveled, and is seen asking Nina (Cynthia Watros), “What happened?” Later, Michael and Willow come face to face after the incident with Nina’s voiceover as a precursor to the action, saying, “Willow’s war with Michael is escalating.”

MICHAEL MAY FIND AN ALLIANCE TO FEND OFF WILLOW
Now an angry Willow, who had finally got shared custody of her children with Michael, Wiley (Viron Weaver) and Amelia (Sienna Goerisch), feels emblazoned to get them all for herself. Willow tells Michael, “I am taking my kids.” But, not so fast Willow!
From the looks of it, Trina (Tabyana Ali) and Kai (Jens Austin Astrup) arrive at the Quartermaine mansion just in time to talk to Michael. Trina confesses, “We can help you stop her!” Will Trina and Kai finally admit they know that Willow is the person who shot Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison)?
Finally, the verdict is in at Curtis’ (Donnell Turner) trial. Will he be found guilty or innocent of assaulting Isaiah (Sawandi Wilson), which put an end to the doctors surgical career? Stay tuned.

Unlike other soaps, when these writers plant seeds, eventually they come to fruition. And I’m learning it might take a while, but there’s always a good payout. The time is coming on this one.
I appreciate your positivity. But where is the payout for the ongoing Drew torture? He is paralyzed and unable to speak for almost six months and then he recovers and continues with the same agonizingly bad behavior we endured for over two years. It’s like the writers are writing in circles yielding to zero viewer satisfaction.
I agree. We need better storylines. Drew needs to go. Willow needs to go. Curtis needs to wake the hell up. He is so judgmental and not perfect.
What I want to see in the spoilers, and which I
am not, is that it is revealed that Isaiah was not the driver of the other car. This nonsense has gone on way too long.
It is rather ridiculous that Isaiah has a perfectly good alibi for not being anywhere near the scene of the accident, but he won’t use it.
Now that Cullum is literally a steaming pile of dragonshit on the floor of my stables down here in Hell, and the PCPD has dropped all legal inquiries into the shooting on the docks, Rocco isn’t under any threats – legal or otherwise – regarding that shooting, so there’s no reason why Dr. Gannon couldn’t simply ask Lulu and Rocco to come forward and provide him with that alibi.
Since he and Lucky were close friends, I’m sure Lulu would be happy to help. But of course there’s also the fact that Isaiah isn’t being charged with anything himself in respect to the accident, since the driver of the other car hasn’t formally been accused of anything, and Jordan admits that she was busy kissing Curtis while driving, and was not paying enough attention to the road. So based on that Isaiah’s ego is keeping him quiet, so he can force Curtis to pay his medical bills because he fell on his own hand. Not that a Devil is excusing Curtis hitting him, but it was one punch and really wasn’t hard enough to knock him down.
Honestly, you have two grown ass men acting like a couple of 12 year olds, and they both need to get over themselves. And I still say that what probably actually happened with that accident was that Cullum had previously tampered with either the brakes or the power steering on Jordan’s car, somewhere between killing Marco and attempting to kill Britt & Jason on the docks, before Rocco put a bullet in his back. Cullum was clearly on a serial killing spree that night, though he only pulled off one of them in the end. Who’s to say he hadn’t figured out that Jordan was secretly working undercover against the Legion of Dumb and she was another “loose end” that he wanted to tie up before Faison’s “final project” was completed.
I asked Cullum about this before the dragons ate him, but in typical spy fashion he refused to talk, of course.
Interesting post, and I agree with most of it. I agree that both Curtis and Isaiah have been acting like middle school boys but Curtis has been a sanctimonious, bully to Isaiah ever since he found out he is going to be a new daddy. Curtis constantly harassed Isaiah demanding that he admit to a non-crime he did not commit. Finally, after Curtis got in Isaiah’s face and ordered him to get his hands off “my (his) baby,” causing Isaiah to hit back with his words causing Curtis to hit back with his fist. To me, Curtis is the main culprit. He is coming off as self-righteous, idiotic man with anger management issues.
Curtis could probably use some therapy. Unfortunately, there was only one shrink in Port Charles and he’s on an extended leave of absence somewhere in Ireland. Or is it Maryland??

I realize this is a minor storyline; but, Curtis should most definitely be found GUILTY of criminal assault against Isaiah. There is no way Curtis should walk away from the damage he caused. Isaiah’s surgical career may be over and that is a huge loss to Isaiah and all the people he could help. Curtis must pay.

Yes, he should be held accountable.er all he ran his wife into Isaish’s life. He was seeing Jordan evety chance he could. Jordan is no better, she has kept secrets about her involvement with Sidwell. Still talking to him. To me she is as bad as they come. She wanted Curtis back, well more power to them. Yes it is time for the truth to come out about Willow. And more truth about Drew’s dirty business.
Today’s episode was the first time we saw Rory’s Michael in an almost romantic situation with Willow, and I must say they’ve kind of hot together. Not only are they both equally beautiful, they have a shouldering chemistry. I’d like to see these two be the next generation of Allan and Monica having huge fights that end up in great make up sex. Katelyn is such a talent. She plays such a horrible character that sometimes I am distracted from her superb acting prowess. When she was under the influence of the “Molly” I found myself liking her for the first time. The weird thing is that the drug turned her into Jacinda, who I like. But the drug will wear off and she will turn back into her bitchy viper self.
Yeah… while a Devil would never advocate mortals using recreational chemicals while they’re around children, you have to admit that “High on Molly” Willow was the best version of that character that we have seen in the last two years! Too bad she can’t stick around. And I’m sure some part of Mikey was thinking that himself.
I totally agree, they are both gorgeous and they do have great chemistry, and I like Willow, not her actions, i would prefer to think she’s in her vilian era but lets not forget everyting carly did back in the day, and Ava actually killed someone and is still around, so i’m good with Willow breakdown and attempt to kill Drew, i mean if anyone saw mondays episode and saw poor scout pleading for her dad to allow her to spend time with her brother then saw her after and her face expression, i bet she will be next to take a shot at Drew.

Willow and Nina need go jail for their crimes and Jack for helping them cover up their crimes too
When did Trina become so insipid and pointless? It is not the entirely the actresses’ fault, but she isn’t good enough to rise above the lousy writing. Now her posing as some kind of rising singing star without the talent to back it up is making the character look ridiculous. I worry they’re going to write the character off
because she has become expendable.

RATINGS: ‘Beyond the Gates’ Bests ‘General Hospital’ in Key Demos and Gains More Viewers Week-Over-Week
The ratings are out for the week of August 31- September 4, 2026 and it was a solid one for daytime’s youngest daytime drama, Beyond the Gates, now taping its third season.
According to the latest Nielsen report via Soap Opera Network, Beyond the Gates saw a rise in total viewers, tied with third place General Hospital in Households, and overtook GH in the women’s 18-49 and 25-54 ratings share putting them firmly in the number three spot.
Let’s take a look at the drama that had viewers tuning-in to the action in and around Fairmont Crest: Andre (Sean Freeman) kissed Heather (Ashley Jones) before leaving for Seoul with Dani (Karla Mosley).

Meanwhile, Heather figured out that her brother Joey (Jon Lindstrom) killed Doug. Hayley (Marquita Goings) poisoned Bill (Timon Kyle Durrett) yet again and left him unconscious. Jacob (Jibre Hordges) and Smitty (Mike Manning) made progress in the Impaler investigation, and the Articulettes had to deal with Leslie’s (Trisha Mann-Grant) interference.
As for the numbers, Beyond the Gates came in with an average of 1,677.000 total viewers and gained +66,000 for the week, with total household share at 1.2 up +1, and the key demos: 18-49 rating share of 0.20 up +0.07 from the previous week and 25-54 rating share at 0.29 also up +0.07.

Over at General Hospital, the ABC soap opera was the only show to lose viewers for the week of all four broadcast network television daytime dramas. GH came in with an average total viewers tally at 1,911,000, but lost -24,000 and was now only up year-over-year +27,000.
In story for the ratings week: Ava (Maura West) and Drew (Cameron Mathison) buried Brennan (Chris McKenna) on the ground around the Quartermaine estate, and Drew framed Nina (Cynthia Watros) for the crime by planting Brennan’s wallet in her car.
Chase (Josh Swickard) aggressively pursued the investigation of Jordan’s (Tanisha Harper) car crash which led him to confronting Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton). Trina (Tabyana Ali) overheard information suggesting Brook Lynn might be tied to the incident and later got an earful.

THE BOLD AND THE BEAUTIFUL
CBS daytime’s The Bold and the Beautiful, which has been on a great run in the ratings of late, came in with total viewers at 2,778,000 adding +59,000, and up year-over-year at this time +312,000. B&B was firmly in the #2 position in households, plus 18-49 and 25-54 demos, behind its sister soap Y&R.
In story for the ratings week: Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) struggled to hide her affair with Carter (Lawrence Saint-Victor) from Finn (Tanner Novlan), and Carter did the same in trying to keep it under wraps from Daphne (Murielle Hilaire). In addition, Darcy (Kelly Sullivan) arrived in Los Angeles and stood up to Katie (Heather Tom) for her treatment of her daughter, Dylan (Sydney Bullock).

THE YOUNG AND THE RESTLESS
The top spot once again belonged to The Young and the Restless. In fact, Y&R gained the most viewers week-over-week adding +127,000 with its total viewer average at 3,189,000 tuning-in. In addition, it was also up year-over-year +327,000. Y&R also was #1 for the ratings week in households and in the 18-49 and 25-54 demos.
In story for the ratings week: Phyllis (Michelle Stafford) thought of a plan for Matt (Roger Howarth) to return to Genoa City. Billy (Jason Thompson) temporarily gave up his fight for Chancellor after Sally (Courtney Hope) had a pregnancy scare, which could have lasting implications as they head to the altar in October.
Meanwhile, Kyle (Michael Mealor) and Victoria (Amelia Heinle) secretly arranged another hookup, Nate (Sean Dominic) prepared for surgery with Stephanie (Vivica A. Fox) by his side, and while in rehab, Nick (Joshua Morrow) helped Marie (Jade Harlow) after her frightening confrontation with her abusive husband, Logan (Tommy Walker).

This week on all-new episodes of General Hospital, official spoilers, and the latest teaser video, indicate that the truth is about to come out on many fronts which could put several Port Charles residents in harm’s way, but who will double-cross whom?
First, Nina has been carted away by the WSB, after she is the prime suspect in the disappearance and possible murder of Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna). Now it appears that her daughter Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) is willing to do anything to find her mother. (probably for fear she will somehow implicate Willow!)
Ava (Maura West) meets with Willow at the Metro Court Gardens and informs her, “If Nina is being framed. I may know by whom.” Would Ava risk the ire of Drew (Cameron Mathison), if she throw’s him under the bus and admits he planted Jack’s wallet in Nina’s car, or is she about to accuse someone else to protect him?
Meanwhile, Sonny (Maurice Benard) and Justine’s (Nazneen Contractor) romance is about to become public, or at least fall into the wrong hands! The two are being spied on while making out in a dark location thinking they are alone. Next, Ava’s voice is heard saying, He had to go down!” Is she talking about Sonny who she had teamed with Drew to take down? Cut to Sonny telling Ric (Rick Hearst) “Let ’em try.”
Finally, the action turns to Pentonville, where Curtis (Donnell Turner) is in a dangerous situation, when outside his cell, another inmate suggests to him, “Find a reason not to be in your cell after lunch.” Later, that man and two others, enter the cell as Sidwell (Carlo Rota) just reads a book, as he looks concerned as the men encircle him. Does Curtis come to the rescue of Sidwell? Stay tuned.

Hayden Panettiere’s Memorial Service Attended by ‘General Hospital’ and ‘Nashville’ Alum Jonathan Jackson and More
Over the weekend, the loved ones of Hayden Panettiere (ex-Sarah, One Life to Live, ex-Lizzie, Guiding Light and ex-Juliette Barnes, Nashville et al) gathered in Malibu, California on Saturday, September 19 to honor and celebrate the late actress’ life in what has been reported by TMZ as an extremely moving memorial service just one month after her tragic death.
Attending the funeral were several of Panettiere’s Nashville co-stars and closest friends including: six-time Daytime Emmy winner, Jonathan Jackson (ex-Lucky Spencer, General Hospital, ex-Avery Barclay, Nashville), Connie Britton (ex-Rayna James), Claire Bowen (ex-Scarlett O’Connor), Lennon Stella (ex-Maddie Conrad) and Charles Esten (ex-Deacon Claybourne) who performed one of Hayden’s song from the series with a band set up at the church.
In addition to Panettiere’s Nashville co-stars, her dear friends, Evan Ross, Paris Hilton and Ruby Rose were among the 150 or so guests, and the celebration of life was organized by Hayden’s family, including her father, Skip Panettiere.

INSIDE HAYDEN PANETTIERE’S CELEBRATION OF LIFE
The report shared that Connie Britton and Charles Esten made speeches about their late friend and colleague, and it appears guests watched as doves were released outside the church before moving inside for the ceremony in tribute to the 36-year-old star.
Hayden’s mother, Leslie Vogel was reportedly not invited to the memorial. However, she denies this according to TMZ, and shared that she had a family emergency which precluded her from making her daughter’s funeral. In addition, Hayden’s boyfriend, Brian Hickerson and his brother, Zach Hickerson, were also not invited to the memorial. It was Zach who first found Hayden unresponsive in an Airbnb in Greenville, South Carolina.
Page Six reported, that Hayden’s ex-fiancé, Wladimir Klitschko, and their 11-year-old daughter, Kaya, were not photographed at the event.
CAUSE OF DEATH STILL UNCLEAR
Additionally, recent reports from September 14, have indicated that Hayden’s cause of death is related to her taking a fentanyl-laced oxycodone pill. According to TMZ, multiple law enforcement sources connected to the case believe she took one fatal oxycodone pill laced with fentanyl the morning of her death, Sources with direct knowledge allege that Panettiere had a “long time drug dealer” in Los Angeles who provided her with several black-market prescription drugs, including oxycodone.
However on September 16, a rep for Panettiere told ENews,“As reported by the Greenville County Coroner’s Office, Hayden’s death remains under investigation pending the completion of toxicology results, despite reports from some outlets stating otherwise. Recent reports attributed to unnamed sources are unverified hearsay and have attributed to conflicting information that continues to circulate.”
