GENERAL HOSPITAL: Curtis Hired Selina Wu to Take Out Drew! Michael and Jacinda Hit the Sheets and Willow Says, “I Do”
New revelations, a marriage, a steamy rendezvous, and the return of an MIA husband were the order of the day on the Tuesday, December 2 episode of General Hospital.
First, Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) and Drew’s (Cameron Mathison) nuptials are under way as officiated by Martin Grey (Michael E. Knight) with a disapproving Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) and Nina (Cynthia Watros) watching and Michael (Rory Gibson) peering through the window.
Drew says “I do” and now it’s Willow’s turn. After flashing back to her conversation with Nina, Willow agrees to marry Drew all for the sake of getting her children back, since she knows exactly what she’s doing. Meanwhile, Michael walks away from the outside of Drew’s house dejected.

Later, Michael heads off to a bar where he runs into Jacinda (Paige Herschell), and admits he saw Willow and Drew getting married and doesn’t know how to break it to his children, Wiley and Amelia. Jacinda is there to comfort Michael, and one things leads to another and she offers that the two be alone at her apartment. Michael gladly takes her up on it, and the two finally have sex.
KEVIN COMES HOME
Laura (Genie Francis) gets a major surprise when a returning Kevin (Jon Lindstrom) shows up a week earlier than expected at their front door. Kevin senses their is something truly bothering his wife. She finally admits that Professor Dalton is not missing, he is dead, and she found him in the trunk of her car. What Kevin doesn’t know yet, is the role Sonny played in helping clean up the mess his wife found herself when she was framed by Sidwell and company.
WE ARE FAMILY
The major drama went down at the Ashfords. First, outside, Nathan (Ryan Paevey) shows up and explains that new information has come to light on Drew’s case and if Curtis (Donnell Turner) doesn’t come down to the station, he will come back with a warrant for his arrest. Curtis along with Jordan (Tanisha Harper) agree to meet Nathan at the PCPD.

Now inside, Trina (Tabyana Ali) is upset when Stella (Vernee Watson) says she is glad Jordan was there to help Curtis. However, Trina explains that Jordan is kissing on her dad. Stella tells Marshall (Robert Gossett) that she is upset to learn that Curtis and Jordan are hanging out together when his wife Portia (Brook Kerr) is pregnant. Trina is upset because she is the last to know about her mom’s pregnancy, and everyone has their wires crossed because Portia is having an affair with Isaiah (Sawandi Wilson) and may be actually having his baby!
CURTIS HAS SOMETHNG TO HIDE
Trina is worried that Curtis has a motive for wanting Drew dead for what he did to Aunt Stella and to Portia. Back at the PCPD and inside the interrogation room, Nathan wants to know Curtis’ whereabouts on the night Drew was shot. He explains the security alarm company had him logged as leaving the Savoy at 9:51pm – a half hour before Tracy found Drew shot, and about an hour before he met with Jordan. So, Nathan wants to know what Curtis was doing for that hour.
. Curtis has a shocking flashback of meeting up with Selina Wu (Lydia Look), where he tells her he wants Drew dead and he will pay her $1 million to take care of it. We fade to black.
When viewers last saw Selina Wu, she was sent packing by Jenz Sidwell, back on on the July 2 episode when he framed her for the firebomb that burned Charlie’s to the ground. That fire saw Marco Rios saving the life of Kristina Corinthos-Davis in the process. In order to avoid retribution from Sonny, an enraged Ms. Wu had no option but to get out of Port Charles.
So, what did you think of the scene where we learn that Curtis enlisted Selina Wu to kill Drew Cain? Did she do it, or get someone to shoot the congressman? Meanwhile, Willow has hoodwinked Drew and married him, can she pull off her plan to get her children back at all costs, even her own happiness? Were you happy to see Jon Lindstrom back as Kevin? Will the events that transpired for Laura with the help of Sonny ultimately be the downfall of their marriage? Share your thoughts via the comment section, but first check out the moment when Kevin comes home to Laura below.
I’m calling dragonshit on this one. For one thing, Selina Wu wouldn’t have access to Edward Quartermaine’s gun collection. Also, in Selena’s business, you don’t hire shooters who can’t actually do the job.
So while Curtis may have met with her to discuss sending Drew to Hell, that’s got nothing to do with what actually happened to him. Hopefully the bright side there is that Selina still has a contract and can bring in a competent shooter to finish the job right.
Yeah. Red herring. As you said, this shooting was done by an amateur, not professional. This was a crime of passion
Always great to see Selina. Wish it wasn’t spoiled by having Lydia in the opening credits. An unexpected twist in the story.
The confrontation between Stella and Marshall was rather intriguing.
Great to have Kevin back. And, an Ace sighting as well. Does Ace call Laura grandma?
Curtis hiring Selina Wu to eliminate Drew is a shocker. I don’t think she got a chance to do the deed. I’m sure her shooter would not have been a sloppy as to leave the target alive. Here’s hoping she accepted the contract and will successfully complete the all important task of killing Drew. Nothing against Cameron Mathison. He’s doing a wonderful job. It’s just that character has become too hate filled and sleazy to continue to live. If they want Drew to get a head wound and recover and become a decent human being again, that’s fine.
damn what’s Curtis annual salary ? he can give away 1million for a hit on his boss? This whole investigation is tainted with to much conflict of interest here, Now we have real/fake Nathan investigating a new suspect when his niece has already been charged with the crime, and lets not forget the acting commissioner who can’t keep his own son out of trouble, whose technically the brother in law of the arrested suspect whose other investigator is the ex husband of the suspect. oh wait theres more, the arrested suspect is being represented by a prior suspect and the suspected and charged suspect is now married to the “victim”. Is the jury gonna be made up of friend and family ? maybe the hired help (Cody) will be call for jury duty.
Perhaps he was going to embezzle the money from Aurora? It would’ve been more believable if he offered her half ownership of The Savoy.
The gun coming from Edward’s collection is a quandary. How would Selina or her crew get access? Why would Curtis do something to implicate Michael?
I DO believe that some other female beat Selina’s boys to Drew’s house. As everyone knows, the mafia wouldn’t have left their victim still breathing. AND, I don’t think it would be good for the writers to have Curtis be the one ultimately at fault. One a bonus in all this is that Selina was back! They need to bring her back to town, even if only non-contract. Her exit was so lame. Maybe in February, during sweeps, we’ll get the real truth.

‘General Hospital’ Casts Australian-Born Wil Traval as the Mysterious Jude

General Hospital is welcoming yet another new face to the canvas when Australia native Wil Traval join the cast as a mysterious stranger named Jude, who will arrive in Port Charles come October.
Traval becomes the second new Australian-born actor to join the cast. It was back on July 13, that GH viewers first saw Dean Geyer in the role of Dr. Tristan Roberts, whose name is an homage to the late Tristan Rogers (Robert Scorpio, GH). Could Jude and Tristan be related?
If not that theory, might Jude join the mystery involving JJE (Jasper Jacks Enterprises), which is currently under the investigation by the WSB? Since Josslyn’s (Eden McCoy) father, Jasper Jacks, is from down under, could Jude be connected business-wise or otherwise, to the mysterious Hudson (Troy Lennon Appel) who came to Port Charles with several agendas?

FROM DOWN UNDER TO PORT CHARLES
Traval is a native of Victoria, Australia, who had a recurring role in Season 3 of The CW’s Dynasty. In the primetime soap reboot, Traval played Father Caleb Collins, whose faith was put to the test when he developed feeling for Cristal Carrington (Daniella Alonso).
The GH newcomer is no newcomer to TV and film roles with an extensive credits including: Netflix’s Jessica Jones, ABC’s Red Widow and Grey’s Anatomy, Arrow, Chicago P.D., Grimm and Once Upon a Time, to name but a few.
In his homeland of Australia, Traval is best known for portraying Dr. Jack Quade in the medical drama All Saints, and Detective Peter Church in the crime drama White Collar Blue.
So far in the last couple of months, General Hospital had brought on the following casting additions, the aforementioned Geyer and Appel, plus Kayden Brenna Tokarski (Scout Cain), Kelly Kruger (Serena Baldwin), Alimi Ballard (William Baines), Kearran Giovanni (Dr. Nichols) and Blythe Howard, who will debut next week on the Wednesday, September 23 episode as Monet.
So, with all the newbies hitting the screens on GH, is hard for you to keep up, or are you excited to see how Jude fits into the storyline with the arrival of Wil Traval this fall? Let us know your thoughts via the comment section.

GENERAL HOSPITAL: The WSB Extradites Nina After Drew Frames Her for Jack’s Disappearance

It was not a good day on the Thursday, September 17 episode of General Hospital for Nina Reeves. However, while it was not a good day for Nina, it was a good day for GH fans because of the performance (as per usual) of Daytime Emmy winner, Cynthia Watros who is at the epicenter of this leg of the story.
In story, Nina has been dragged down to the PCPD and Agent Baines (Alimi Ballard) shows Nina, and her now lawyer, Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst), evidence of Jack (Chris McKenna) Brennan’s wallet found in Nina’s car. Baines says he has enough evidence to extradite Nina immediately.
Nina loses it and fumes and cries. Baines instructs Ric to get his client to cooperate before heading into the squad room to tell Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) that Nina would be transferred to a WSB facility. Now alone with Ric, Nina tells him she is being framed. She did nothing to Jack other than have a public argument with him. Ric asks her if she can think of anyone who would frame her for Jack’s disappearance or possible murder?
After not giving Ric any thoughts as to who could be framing her, Baines returned and informs Nina she is being extradited and taken into WSB custody immediately. Just as a frantic Nina is being carted away, Ava (Maura West) has shown up at the police station and witnessed the whole thing.

AVA LEARNS EXACTLY WHAT NINA AND WILLOW DID TO DREW
Earlier in the episode, Ava got a mouthful from Drew (Cameron Mathison). He informed her that Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) and Nina drugged him for months with a paralytic drug and he never had a stroke. He also informed her Willow shot him.
Ava was not surprised about Willow shooting him in the back. However, Drew told Ava that Nina tried to kill him when she pushed him into the water at the Quartermaine boathouse while he was locked in his wheelchair.
Drew admits to framing Nina with Brennan’s wallet, although Ava is upset because Nina is her friend. He then reminds Ava that Nina also gave her drugs, induced labor and stole her baby. Ava says Nina is a very different person now than she was then. A vengeful Drew wants Nina to suffer after all she did to him, plus he has a plan for taking down Willow next.
So, what do you think of Nina being taken into custody by the WSB? How will she get out of the new hell she is in? Do you think Ava will help her friend, or continue to help Drew because of their alliance to take down Sonny? Weigh-in via the comment section below.

Kelly Monaco Honors Her Late ‘General Hospital’ Co-Star Billy Miller, Sharing Letter He Wrote After Taping His Final Episode as Drew Cain

Kelly Monaco (ex-Sam McCall, General Hospital) has taken to her Instagram for the second time this week and now honors her late dear friend and General Hospital co-star, Billy Miller (ex-Drew Cain) on what would have been his 47th birthday on September 17.
In her post, Monaco wished Billy “a heavenly birthday” and shared a typewritten note from her beloved co-star after he exited General Hospital in the role of Drew Cain. The three-time Daytime Emmy-winning actor played the part from 2014-2019.
Monaco wrote accompanying the photo of Billy’s letter: “He (Billy) sent me this a few years ago, after he left (the show) wanting me to post it… I didn’t/ But… I know he wanted anyone who’s ever supported his work and or got to know him as a friend to read this letter.”

BILLY MILLER WON THREE DAYTIME EMMYS FOR HIS WORK IN SOAPS
Billy Miller was one of the most respected actors to ever grace the daytime screens for his portrayals as Richie Novack on All My Children from 2007-2008 and Billy Abbott on The Young and the Restless from 2008 until 2014 and of course, his final soap stop on General Hospital. He also appeared on primetime’s Ray Donovan and Suits.
TOUCHING GOODBYE LETTER AFTER EXITING GENERAL HOSPITAL
Here now, is what Billy shared in his letter after exiting GH: “Hello, friends… With a slight air of sadness it is time to ponder what ‘goodbye’ means. However, instead of dwelling on what is gone and sure to be missed, there is another way.”
“Maybe our goodbye is really a remembrance of love felt, an appreciation for lives shared and the lifelong reminiscences that come from embraces given and received, Maybe our goodbye is an earnest hope for the brightest path forward for us all,” expressed Miller. “Maybe our goodbye is honoring growth and lessons learned.”
The beloved star added, “Now, instead of sadness, I am filled with gratitude for all your support, encouragement and every emotion shared. I cherish the journey we have taken together, Thank you for allowing me into your homes and lives. With every ounce of myself, I thank you for being you. I would be remiss in this crazy, unpredictable world we all love so much if I did not hold out the possibility that maybe our goodbye is really… until next time.”
Sadly, Billy died by suicide three years ago on September 15, 2023, just two days shy of what would have been his 43rd birthday. You can check out Kelly’s post below.
