General Hospital
Would You Be Down for a Romance Between General Hospital’s WSB Agent Vaughn and Josslyn Jacks?
Last week on General Hospital, Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) passed her ultimate test after standing firm to Brennan (Chris McKenna) that she witnessed her WSB handler,Vaughn (Bryce Durfee) receive a drop-off while at the coffee shop they were both at. The moment came after an exchange where we learn Vaughn wants back in the field, but Jack told him because of whatever happened in Romania, it precludes him from going back for a long time.
Meanwhile, Vaughn claimed to have no knowledge of what Josslyn was accusing him of Josslyn swore she saw a woman pass Vaughn something but Jack says he believes Vaughn and pushed Josslyn on the subject and then she doubled-down saying she saw Van put a package in his pocket. At that point, Jack ordered Vaughn to empty his pockets and he finds a hard drive.
However, this was all a first big test and set up by Jack and Vaughn. She passed it and Brennan tells her that her first WSB assignment starts today. Later, Brennan tells Vaughn to be Josslyn’s back-up and to keep an eye on her. Now the drama begins … at what point, do you think Vaughn and Josslyn might actually have a moment of passion? It’s clear that these two have some sparks between them, but will GH move slowly or fast, given that Josslyn just murdered her late boyfriend’s (Dex Heller) killer Cyrus Renault after grieving the young police officer’s death?

Bryce Durfee debuted in the role of Agent Vaughn about a month ago on the March 7th episode of General Hospital, and as of yet we don’t know his full name.Could he be connected to someone else in Port Charles as well? Many fans are speculating that Vaughn could actually be Jack Brennan’s son. As for Josslyn, she has lost the two great loves of her life Oscar Nero and Dex Heller, will she be open to find love again if Agent Vaughn proveis the man for her? We shall see.
So, would you be in favor of Agent Vaughn and Josslyn to have a romance? Are we in for a scenario where both work together on a case that ultimately draws them closer together? Let us know your thoughts via the comment section below, but first check out the clip where Josslyn showed her ‘keen observation skills” that graduated her from WSB training with Vaughn below.
I saw this coming the second they did their first scenes together
Predictable
No! No chemistry.
Plenty of chemistry!
Once he drops some of his arrogance, etc, , I think they’ll get along fine. Joss has those same “qualities” also.
Absolutely NOT!!
Joss had the perfect guy for her and this one isn’t it. I realize Dex isn’t coming back but Vaughn
is rude, obnoxious and there is no chemistry whatsoever between them.
And? Joss is rude and obnoxious; she’s the epitome of Carly. As for Vaughn, we have no idea what he’s really like because he was assigned to train her; not be flirty and cute. He had to be tough on her and professional. Even with that, he bandaged her ankle when she kicked him. He didn’t have to do that so obviously he’s not a bad guy.
Give Vaughn a chance, he will be great for her.
I can see they are trying desperately to make these two into the next super soap couple but it ain’t going to fly. First, Joss is not at all believable as a WSB agent and it’s ridiculous that she completed her cartoon- like WSB training in 2 weeks. Second, Joss is ordinary, and hey, that’s okay, let her BE ordinary. They seem to want Joss to be a young version of Anna Devane but Joss lacks her mystique and superspy prowess. Third, these two look like they’re siblings and generate a Flowers- in-the- Attic vibe.
I agree with whoever here recently said if they were gonna write this story, it would have been better with Anna’s granddaughter. The only silver lining (if I try to search) is this new “Wsb Joss” doesn’t feel like Carly 2.0 anymore.
True but it’s kind of like mini Carly joins the WSB. Joss has even mastered her mother’s smirk. Let’s hope she stops before she starts imitating her mother’s annoying fake laugh when she’s trying to be a little coquette.
That fake laugh is a Laura Wright thing. She uses that same laugh when she’s interviewed as herself on a podcast, which leads me to believe she’s fake laughing through the interviews as well, “lol.”
Agree to all you wrote.
Keep watching. I’m sure you will change your mind. These two are going to be great together
They replaced an actor with blonde hair with another actor with blonde hair. Very creative.
I hope they go slowly. Not really over Dex’s death (in soap time). And nothing against the guy playing Vaughn, but I’m pissed that they killed off Dex for this storyline.
I think there is more to the dex leaving story than is being told
I personally think that you here had become bad blood between Eden and Evan
Sure. He’s certainly got the looks and they’re not going to keep her single. I’m just not sure how this “they can’t have emotional attachments screw up their WSB work” would be handled. Obviously they’d be a liability either to each other or the WSB if their feelings got in the way, but maybe that’s the story.
This is completely unacceptable and gross. It is a continuation of the horrendous misogyny that has taken over general hospital. Dex Heller was written out, as far as I’m concerned, because he had a relationship with two women he treated with respect, his boss Anna and Joss. The idea of this makes my flesh crawl. It is absolutely disgusting. If you look at the way Dex was written out they have left a perfectly plausible way to bring him back and that’s what they ought to be doing. This man who looks like he hasn’t bathed for who knows how long is just repulsive. This is nothing but a new gross version of .”Drillow” . What the hell is wrong with the writing staff at general hospital that they can’t have nice couples? They had two people who had fought to be together, who had lost each other and found each other twice against tremendous odds only to be ruined for this crap? After a year suffering the utter garbage nonsense of the Kristina storyline, that we knew every word of the moment that she agreed to be the surrogate, where women were reduced to only prioritizing their reproductive inability or its result, we had to lose a wonderful couple to a nonsensical serial killer storyline that should have ended years ago. They have treated Anna like garbage, too. She is no longer allowed to catch a jaywalker even if she hit them with her car… Dex and Joss, Eden and Evan could have been their next Luke and Laura. And this is general hospital, they still could be. All they have to say is Dex had his death faked by the WSB and is either in custody or medically compromised. For god sakes, we had space aliens and somebody trying to freeze the world on this show, another person brought back via cryostasis, and Jason and Drew who had their memories switched up. GH is sci-fi in the afternoon. I could write bringing Dex back with about 10 plausible lines of stuff they have done before. I want to know when women came to mean so little to the people who are writing for 18 to 49-year-old women? Is it a reflection of the gross misogyny that we are seeing foisted upon us from the top down in this country? I would love to see Evan Hofer back on general hospital, the problem is I don’t know if the show is even worthy of him. And after 40 years I quit watching the week before they wrote him out. I am also a writer and frankly what’s being shoved at us by the alleged professionals at general hospital has been gross and insulting for a very long time. It was unworthy of my attention except for Dex and Joss and Frank and his minions found a way to ruin it for me completely. I will come back when I no longer feel insulted for having a uterus while watching. Right now…that means they bring Dex Heller back and return Anna to being the tour de force she was until the past several years, restore some respect for women to this show, like maybe getting pregnant Sasha out of the kitchen?
And while they’re at it, put some shoes on her! Great rant, Stella. You bring up some excellent points. May I add to your argument by bringing up Willow? Willow came to us as a fiercely, spirited independent school teacher. Then she submerged that identify into the Quartermaine-Spencer clan acting like a Stepford wife. Now she’s transferred those Stepford like traits to Drew acting like his dutiful pet Zombie. Willow was once a popular character and now she’s tied with Kristina ( also once a popular character) as the most unpopular female character.
No so Harry. Yes; Willow was a good teacher and stood up to Nina and Valentin. But she was very quickly portrayed as being controlled by Harmony, being dragged by her to Shiloh’s cult, being drugged and raped…then upon coming to Port Charles falling for Chase, then dumping him for Michael, then dumping Michael for Drew. What I DO think changed is her kindhearted persona. She went from being annoyed with Nina during the parent/teacher year, but then, along with Nina, let their rocky start go (especially after Nina sat with her and waited when Nelle had kidnapped Wiley and Michael went to look for them) to being vicious, vindictive, unrelentingly cruel to Nina, and with absolute no regard that Nina, her own mother, had been in a coma for over twenty years and she, Willow, had been taken from her.
Willow was never “free-spirited.” She was running from Shiloh, living in fear he’d catch up with her and find out her son was his. But she was kind. I don’t find her kind anymore; haven’t for years.
But Willow was trying to break free of both Shiloh and Harmony’s influences. Somewhere along the line she gave up the fight to become self-actualized. For clarification, I did not say she was “free-spirited.” That’s a misquote. I said she was once spirited. In her efforts to break free of the restraints of The Dawn of Day cult, Willow once fought, however fleeting, the good fight for her independence.
Hi Harry. Yes; I reread your comment and see you wrote “spirited,” not “free spirited.” Apologies. Totally different meaning. I agree with your view of her but I’m not sure I saw her as spirited. I think she was desperate. Scared. She knew Shiloh was evil and she knew Harmony was under his spell so to speak. And then when she found out she was pregnant her instinct was to protect her child and get the both of them away from him and the cult. She replied on Chase and Michael to keep her safe from Shiloh; she was stronger (as many of us are) because she finally had the support of others she knew were sane and whom she could trust. But she was still rather “girly” and coquettish; and the aforementioned, kind. For me, there was a drastic unexplained change once she became vicious to Nina. She didn’t just reject her. She REJECTED her. She was cruel; unrelenting. Condescending. Patronizing. She went out of her way to exclude her from her wedding yet invited Sonny knowing they were a couple. She gave her Harmony’s bracelet as a wedding gift (which was ludicrous). She never, to this day, seemed to grasp that her mother lost over twenty years of her life to a coma; had her and her sister taken from her while she lay unconscious. She just became all-around self-absorbed and clueless. As for Drew, she fell back on her need for a hero. She had no loyalty to Michael. She went from loving him and their life to an obsession with Drew. I just think (whether this was the original intention of the writers or not) that she needs therapy. Her screwed up childhood caused emotional/psychological damage. She has no sense of self, and she is completely reliant on a man to guide her; she allows them to influence her. I think her confusion will come out stronger in the near future when she may start to sense that Drew is manipulating her and he’s not who she thought he was. And her detachment from Michael is to such a degree it seems she was running away from stability; afraid she would lose what she had so she sabotaged it first.
Correction: She “relied” on Chase and Michael; not “replied” on.
I think the unfairness/absurdity was happening 40+ years ago. Having Laura be in love with her rapist. And even before that storyline, having a teenage Laura be deemed the town Lolita during the David Hamilton storyline. And how Bobby was shamed for being a CHILD prostitute, like she had made the decision herself. I’m sure there are more examples. These are just a few that come to mind. Sadly, GH was run by a woman back then. And (after Genie was hospitalized for a substance problem) I don’t even want to think about which person behind the scenes said it didn’t matter if Genie lived or died since Tony was the star of the how.
He wasn’t written out because he treated Joss and Anna with respect. I loved “Dex,” and wasn’t happy that they killed him off. I’d love to know the reason but that wasn’t it. If they wanted to, they could have gone more into his past, connected him in some way to a legacy characters (blood-wise), and given him a backstory that came to the forefront. What I think they may have decided to do was go in a different direction for Joss (the WSB) which will in turn trickle down to Carly and Brennan and THAT eventual fallout, etc. Dex’s death was the catalyst for Joss agreeing to join the WSB; without that they probably felt her joining wouldn’t make sense (at least less sense than it does now, lol).
You think Vaughn is “disgusting?” I think he’s quite good-looking, and I in no way see a comparison between him and Drew. We’ve seen Vaughn be “tough” and snarky, demanding, on Joss because he’s TRAINING her to BE tough and take on all sorts of personalities and predicaments. He’s playing a role (I don’t mean the actor; I mean “Vaughn.”) Whatever side we’ve seen of him thus far is part of the WSB training process. We did get a glimpse of his real side when he bandaged her ankle. I think you’re looking way too into the male/female dynamic. If anything, I think GH has swung so far over to making sure females don’t look weak or dependent that characters like Liz, Laura, Jordan, Trina, never stop talking about how they don’t need a man to hover over them, control them, care for them, protect them, etc. It’s freaking annoying, lol.
So they hired dex 2.0 for joss and Vaughn to fall in love you can tell that’s happening
He’s not Dex 2.0. He’s a completely different type of character. But yeah; I expect (I think we all expect) that Joss will fall in love again. It seems like it will be with Vaughn…unless he just serves the purpose of the WSB story.
He is dex 2.0 blonde hair blue eyes that’s what dex had he even looks like dex plus its definitely going to be with vaughn
So he bandaged her ankle?? Big deal. That doesn’t make him a viable option for a boyfriend.
Totally agree with whoever said he needs to clean up.
You obviously are not a fan of Carly or Joss so why bother to comment on their storylines. Find something else to watch if they annoy you so much.
Why bother? Ummm; because like most viewers, I comment on characters I like or love, hate or despise. How many Nina haters couldn’t stop bitching and moaning about her for two years. How many bitch and moan about her still, or Kristina, Alexis,Lulu, etc? That’s what discussing a soap is about. Why does that need to be explained to you??? And yes, it IS a big deal that he bandaged her ankle. They didn’t just throw that in for no reason. It was to show the human side of him; the “guy helping the girl he may be interested in” side of him, when he let his WSB training-role-guard down for a moment. So many of you judge characters before a story even gets going. And “clean up?” What would you like him to clean up? Want him to get a military-style haircut ala white nationalist? lol
Defensive much??
Rebecca1 points are bang on. If Vaughn reminds me of anyone it is way more Frisco Jones than Dex Heller.
Hes dex 2.0 for joss and there going to be a couple
I stick with Frisco v2 thanks
They are going to be a couple
Codofk or Conod.. how long have you or both of you been watching the show? A few years at best? Do you even know who Frisco Jones is? Sounds like you might not… believe me.. Vaughan is more a “Frisco Jones” than “Dex”.
There have been moments where he has reminded me of young Frisco also.
Heart emoji. 😉
You’re right! I thought he reminded me of someone and I couldn’t put my finger on it. I can see “Frisco” there… On another note, he may have been a good Lucky recast if JJ didn’t come back (I’m so thrilled he did!) nor the other Luckys, Greg Vaughn or Jacob Young,
Offensive much?
Thanks Harry! 😉
Don’t think I was replying to you, Harry.
Does Rebecca need you to come to her rescue?
Talk about high school mean girls.
I’m entitled to my opinion so you two can wink at each other all you want.
“Mean girls?” Aside from the fact that Harry’s a guy…it was you who was “mean.” Snarky. Rude. Reread your comment to me before you accuse other people of what you’ve done.
Three cheers for both Rebecca1 and Harry. They both are long time views and have respectful thoughts on the show.
You’re too cute GH fan. Thanks again. Love your comments as well! And Harry’s….
You sound like a real ” piece of work” to me. Snarky, sarcastic,, know it all! I agree with you on one thing though. I think we all have our favorites and get upset when one of them is unduly attacked.
I can’t with this “ love it or leave it attitude.” Folks have the right to voice their opinions about FICTIONAL characters. And for the record, Carly and Joss irritate me too. In fact, I fast forward through both of them.
Thanks Addy. It’s amazing how defensive and snarky, some viewers get, telling others they shouldn’t comment about characters they don’t like or “find something else to watch.” Then they turn it around to seem as if people are attacking them! Ah..the “fun” world of soapdom. LOL
bad storyline
HELL TO THE POWER OF HELL NOOOOOOO….wtf u ppl smokin……cnt ahe just b single, is it against soap rules 2 b single…..dang u writers need to go help show is already bad why make it worse
Jason is onto her . He was looking at her pictures and questioning her.about different places as he has also been to the island where she told her family and friends she was going for a school.assiggnment. I think your going to see Jadon call her out onnit and then confront Bren̈en.
I agree. Jason could see right through her bluff.
My bigger question is… whatever happen to Tobas? Adian’s love interest?? There was a big fanfare about him and now…. he has just disappeared
Well, to be fair we haven’t seen much of Aiden lately either. I would guess that the teenage actors probably have limited availability during the school year, so you might see more of them in the summer months. Probably hanging out at the Metro Court pool. Which somehow seems to stay open depsite some serious accidents taking place on the premises.
Colin Cassidy plays Aiden, and he’s 23 in real life. So they definitely don’t have to worry about the school year with him, lol.
The answer is they obviously don’t care to write a real gay teen storyline, for whatever reason, and I have my suspicions. They had Aiden come out at the end of 2023, and have done next to nothing with the character since then. He’s on maybe 1-2 times a month, if even that. I had hopes when they finally cast Tobias that maybe they were going to do a real story, but it’s been a big fat zero so far. A major wasted opportunity, if you ask me.
Like, who cares??
Violet, I love and respect your spirited comments… but as a gay man.. I do care about Adian’s coming out and relationship storyline. I know you say you are in your 90’s.. so I would suspect you have had a few gay friends in your lifetime.
Big, fat NO!! He’s too blah!!
( Aside—it amazes me how some of these actors cannot pronounce, “forward, realtor etc.) correctly.
I think they should get rid of Joss, she’s not interesting at all, never was.
For some weird reason I love Joss and Vaughn I think that chemistry is so good, even though there’s to many years between them Kind of innocent
General Hospital
‘General Hospital’s’ Finn Carr and Dominic Zamprogna Deliver the ‘Power Performances of the Week’
The on-screen father/son combo of General Hospital’s Dante and Rocco Falconeri as portrayed by Dominic Zamprogna and Finn Carr were part of high emotional stakes scenes on episodes airing May 11-15.
First, Finn Carr’s Rocco is so guilt-ridden and burdened with the secret that he shot WSB director, Ross Cullum that it’s eating him alive. So much so, that he gets into a heated argument with Charlotte (Bluesy Burke) and Danny (Asher Antonyzyn). Rocco feels so badly that Danny’s father was taken from him for parts unknown by the WSB, all because Jason refused to implicate Rocco as the shooter.
In a heartbreaking scene, Rocco shows up at Britt’s door and lets her know he can’t take it anymore and that the secret he is keeping is tearing him apart. The fear is palpable in Rocco’s eyes. Britt calls Rocco a hero for saving her life and Jason’s and he has to remember that. Britt hugs him and promises that he can come talk to her anytime. In that moment, Rocco felt seen and felt safe.

Courtesy/ABC
ROCCO ON THE EDGE
All of the beats mentioned above were played with depth and acting maturity by Finn Carr; that it is so very clear why the writers and the producers are so comfortable giving him the ball in this umbrella story. He steps up to the plate every time and hits it out of the park.
Rocco also overheard his parents fighting over him after Dante figured out that Rocco was responsible for the shooting, and confronted Lulu (Alexa Havins) for withholding the truth from him. As their argument escalated and their relationship was further threatened by the lies, Rocco listened to the whole thing from the outside porch.
Eventually Dante, who had learned the truth by having Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) help him piece together what happened the night Cullum was shot, has a heart to heart with his son. He asks Rocco to tell him in his own words the events that transpired, and promises Rocco, that even though he is the police commissioner, he is going to help him. Rocco goes step by step over how Cullum was about to strike Jason with a weighted-baton and how the gun was loose on the ground and he shot him. Dante says his actions saved Jason and Britt’s life, and that he is going to help his son from here on out. He just wished everyone had come to him sooner, because as the father it’s his job to protect his son, not the other way around.
DANTE COMES TO TERMS
Still later in the week, Dante is visited by Elizabeth, and they discuss how they are going to cover-up any evidence that Rocco was at the hospital the night of the shooting with a hand injury, and that Dante is going to make sure the evidence against Rocco disappears. Something that is a huge disconnect for anyone that knows what a fine and upstanding cop Dante has been through the years, but he is determined to help his son stay safe and to keep him close.
However, Cullum is on the hunt for said evidence, and thinks Danny may have shot him in the back (or does he … and he knows Rocco shot him?). He visits Dante’s office and wants the evidence in the shooting. Meanwhile, bets are we are a few story beats away from Danny learning Rocco shot Cullum.
Throughout all the material given to Finn Carr and Dominic Zamprogna they rose to the occasion. Finn, getting the opportunity to play the often uptight Rocco on the edge, and Dominic, showing us how he can make us feel what Dante is feeling just by watching the emotion and hurt in his eyes. Therefore, Michael Fairman TV names Finn Carr and Dominic Zamprogna our picks for the Power Performances of the Week.
Now below, let us know if you agree with our picks of Finn and Dominic as the standout performances of the week, and if so, what moment really tugged on your heartstrings featuring Rocco and/or Dante via the comment section.

‘General Hospital’s’ Steve Burton Reflects on His Time with TV Parents Stuart Damon and Leslie Charleson
Steve Burton (Jason Morgan) took some moments to share stories and remembrances of two of the all-time greats of General Hospital, who also happen to have played his television parents, the late Stuart Damon (ex-Alan Quartermaine) and Leslie Charleson (ex-Monica Quartermaine).
The moment came during the release of Sunday’s all-new episode of the That’s Awesome podcast with Steve and Bradford Anderson. The episode featured questions from fans of the actors; one of which was for Steve that asked, “What it was like working with Stuart and Leslie as your parents?”
The two-time Daytime Emmy winner, who is currently in the last part of his extended hiatus from the ABC soap, always talks fondly of Stuart and Leslie and often gets choked up doing so. Stuart Damon passed away back in June of 2021, while Leslie Charleson passed away more recently in January of 2025. Burton debut as a young teenaged Jason Quartermaine back in 1991, and as he tells it, without the influence and help of Stuart Damon, his GH career may not be where it is today.

STUART DAMON’S WORK ETHIC
“Stuart was super consistent in how he worked. Super structured. I learned a lot from Stuart about his work ethic, his discipline, showing up, treating people kindly, being grateful,” recalled Burton. “If that’s what you can learn from somebody … that’s amazing. It was just something special about being in the Quartermaines. We had something. It was a special family put together.”
As viewers know, just by watching the death of Monica Quartermaine episodes earlier this year, just how close in real-life Steve was to the late Leslie Charleson. “Leslie was a firecracker. You didn’t know what was going to happen or when it was going to happen,” shared Burton. “I always tell the story about how I would come in chewing gum. I was this little cocky teenager and she’d be like, ‘spit it out now!’ Leslie was such a nurturing person. She loved to help, and had amazing sense of humor. I couldn’t have had two better onscreen parents ever.”
GH did a complete about face with the character of Jason Quartermaine after his motorcycle crash on New Year’s Eve in 1995, and he became Jason Morgan, who is now one of the all-time most beloved characters in the history of the show. But as Burton explains it, it may not have happened if it wasn’t for Stuart Damon.
YOU GOT TO GIVE THIS KID A SHOT
“Stuart was the biggest cheerleader of mine. Not often does this happen where somebody would go up to the fifth floor to whoever’s the executive producer and he says, ‘You gotta give this kid a shot. Give him more, see what he can do.’ That was really nice of him,” acknowledged Steve. “So, if it wasn’t for Stewart … I always speak very highly of him because he was amazing, In real-life, Stuart was just a beautiful soul would give anything to anybody. I always give him credit and Maurice Benard (Sonny Corinthos), because without the two of them there, I wouldn’t be where I am for sure.”
You can check out the entire episode of the latest edition of Steve and Bradford’s podcast below.
Now, let us know, do you think that Stuart Damon and Leslie Charleson as Alan and Monica were two of the greatest TV parents in the history of soap operas? What did you think of Steve’s remembrances? Drop your thoughts in the comment section.

RATINGS: ‘The Young and the Restless,’ ‘The Bold and the Beautiful’ Remain No #1 and # 2, ‘General Hospital’ Only Soap to Lose Viewers
The latest Nielsen ratings data is out for the week of April 27-May 1, and three out of the four network daytime dramas posted gains in total viewers, while one showed a loss in audience numbers, which may come as a surprise.
Let’s take a look at the ratings period with data from Soap Opera Network and then provide some context. The Young and the Restless remained as per usual in the top spot coming in at 3,14,000 on average total viewers slightly up +20,000 more eyeballs for the week.
In story, Y&R served up Matt’s plot to blow up the Newmans inside the abandoned gas station on the outskirts of Vegas, Sienna believing she killed Matt, only for him to be revealed alive with a severe contusion on his head by week’s end, Nick going on a bad drug trip thanks to the fentanyl laced with something else via Matt, and Cane and the Winters family learning that he is a donor match to save Malcolm’s life, while Sally got engaged to Billy.

FASHION HOUSE PROBLEMS
Y&R’s sister soap, The Bold and the Beautiful clocked in with 2,795,000 viewers for the week up +38,000 from the previous ratings period. In story, The Bold and the Beautiful gave viewers; the fallout from Katie’s successful fashion show for her new fashion house, Logan. Dylan continuing to be freaked out. This time when doing her work at Forrester Creations, out from the clothing rack comes somebody that scares her enough to have her let out a blood-curdling scream. In addition, Liam suggested to Hope that she consider coming to work for Logan where she will be appreciated, after Steffy tells her that ‘Hope for the Future’ is back-burnered for now.
General Hospital, which many have considered being the most entertaining on a consistent basis with their storylines, most likely lost some viewers for the week because on Monday April 27, the show was preempted for a special report on the attempted shooting at the White House Correspondence dinner. If viewers did not catch it on Hulu, it aired on the network after Nightline on Tuesday at 1am. In total, GH was the only soap to lose viewers for the ratings week. GH tallied -1,809,000 which is down from the previous week by -168,000.

PAYBACK AND A SHOCKING REVEAL
In story that week, Carly’s double life with Brennan and Valentin caught up with her, Michael initiated a strategic plot against Willow, and Josslyn found herself in immediate danger after a run-in with Cassius.
Beyond the Gates, while having two days of the week fully preempted for UEFA Champions League soccer games, actually increased its viewership. BTG tallied 1,655,00 total viewers which also boasted the highest audience gains across any soap adding +42,000. In story, the soap opera spotlighted: Ashley stealing antibiotics to keep Grayson alive, Smitty zeroing in on a possible suspect in the plasma ring, Vernon taking over Martin’s debt to Joey Armstrong, while Kate recognized a name tied to Lynette’s finances.
It should also be noted for the ratings week; The Bold and the Beautiful once again topped Y&R for the top spot in the key Womens 18-49 demo and in the Womens 25-54 demo, Beyond the Gates once again bested General Hospital for the 3rd spot.
*Nielsen ratings are based on the Live+Same Day Big Data+Panel model.
So, let us know your thoughts on the current ratings picture? Then weigh-in; what soap opera is serving up the best drama right now that is keeping you engaged to catch it every day? Which soap has you the least interested? Drop a comment below.
