At the hospital Elizabeth finds Ewan lying on a gurney in the hallway. She explains she is working the holiday because she was called in and ends up spilling her woes to the therapist: Lucky left her and Cameron blames her. Ewan invites Elizabeth to sit beside him to get a different perspective. If he asks her to stand up and call him “O Captain, my Captain,” we are going to call Robin Williams. Instead Ewan asks Elizabeth to lie back and stare at the ceiling. She tries to make Rorschach shapes out of the stains and tiles, but when she can’t, Ewan verbally paints a peaceful meadow scene for her. He asks her to tilt her head and the scene turns into a starry sky full of constellations. Elizabeth decides to name constellations after herself and for Cameron, who is resentful that Jake and Lucky are gone, but she is here. She then tearfully notes a constellation that looks like a little boy riding a bike. That is Jake. Matt interrupts and Elizabeth gets him to stop being sarcastic long enough to lie down with her to look at the ceiling. They talk about hopes for 2012 and Elizabeth lists things to be grateful for, including not dying recently. At Kelly’s, Spinelli stares at the woman in white. Maxie jealously assumes that is Spinelli’s new love. When Spinelli declines to introduce Maxie to the woman in white, Maxie assumes Spinelli is ashamed of her. She rips into Spinelli, riding her wave of jealousy all the way out the door. Spinelli follows Maxie outside and is relieved to find the patio empty. Maxie assumes that the woman in white felt threatened by her and left. She interrogates Spinelli on his new woman, but leaves in a huff when Spinelli says it’s none of her business. Later Spinelli spies the woman in white and snaps a picture of her with his phone. Later Ethan returns and finds a message from the woman in white scrawled on a cup. He turns and comes face to face with her! She approaches and kisses him before running away.

At the Metro Court Alexis jumps into Sonny and Carly’s argument over Michael. Sonny wants Carly to admit she was wrong to lie to Michael about Jax being alive as Carly says she had to lie to protect Jax from Sonny, who was trying to kill Jax! Alexis accuses Carly for pushing Jax away as Sonny reminds everyone that he is a good man. He loves his children, remember? Carly snorts; she had to send Morgan away because Sonny was too selfish to change his dangerous lifestyle! When Alexis tries to interject, Carly reminds her that she once wanted to “save” Sonny, but now that seems to be Kate’s job. Sonny doesn’t care what he has done in the past; it doesn’t change the fact that Michael is now fed up with Carly! Carly deserves whatever is coming to her because she lied! Alexis opens her mouth to defend Sonny again, which makes Carly suspicious. After all the times Alexis berated Diane for working for Sonny, why is Alexis employed by him again? This brings up Alexis and Carly’s old feud, causing Diane to intervene. She leads Alexis away as Kate inappropriately gets in Carly’s face. Kate takes the chance to rip into Carly, but Carly has plenty of ammunition to throw back. Lulu then gets a call from Dante, who says that there has been an accident. Down the hall Anthony and Tracy are still stuck in the elevator. Tracy rudely declines Anthony’s outrageous marriage proposal, but Anthony tries to charm her. He urges her to look at her ring and lists all the reasons why she should be his wife; starting with the fact she could avoid prison by marrying him. Anthony also reveals that the money Tracy stole from the Solito family was meant for him, so now he wants it back. He promises to handle all the wedding preparations; all Tracy needs to do is show up! Indignant Tracy throws a fit until the elevator lurches, causing her to lose her balance and fall into Anthony’s arms. As Tracy feels ill, Anthony promises to have her ring set and leaves.

Meanwhile Jason and Michael lie unconscious in the snowy street after Jason accidentally hit Michael with his motorcycle. Jason wakes up and rushes to Michael’s side. Michael wakes up and immediately rips into Jason for keeping secrets from him. Dante arrives and leads Michael away before Jason can explain himself. At Jason’s penthouse Sam checks a calendar and realizes her period is late. She remembers Franco’s haunting words on the DVD as he talks about “conceptual art” and congratulates himself and Jason: “They are going to be daddies!” Horrified she grabs her coat and leaves to buy a pregnancy test. When Sam returns home, she forgets about the test when Jason calls to say he has been in an accident. Carly and Sonny arrive at the hospital where Michael rebuffs them. Sonny demands that Carly admit she almost got Michael killed tonight because she lied to him. Carly says she will if Sonny admits he tried to kill Jax! Jason arrives and says he is fine. Carly crumbles; Michael is furious with her! What is she going to do? Jason reveals that Michael is angry with him, too, and probably lashing out because he is still upset over Abby’s death. He urges Carly to give Michael some space as Patrick joins them. Patrick seizes the opportunity to give Jason his long awaited check-up, but Jason changes the subject to Robin. Sam arrives and agrees that Jason should get examined. Later they return home where Sam hides the pregnancy test from Jason. Jason vows to focus on them; he is done chasing Franco until he gets a solid lead.

In the waiting area Kate snottily tells Carly to leave since Sonny can help Michael. They bicker about Sonny until Sonny joins them with the news that Michael will be fine. Carly warns Sonny that if Jax winds up hurt, she will blame Sonny. Also, stay away from Michael! Sonny smirks; Carly will be lucky if Michael even looks at her sometime this year. Dante returns to the Metro Court where Lulu is happy to see him. He assures her that both Michael and Jason are fine — physically, but he is worried about Michael, who is grieving quite hard for Abby. Lulu thinks that is understandable and urges Dante to be grateful that they are together and to count their blessings. Dante wonders if they should take Sonny’s money; maybe Lulu can use it start a business or go to school! Lulu reminds Dante why they can’t take Sonny’s money, so Dante makes a long resolution to love and support Lulu. Lulu smiles and asks Dante to dance as the countdown to midnight begins.

At the Drake household Robin, who is on the couch, wakes up when Patrick. He notes her suitcase. Robin thinks quickly and says she is heading to an HIV conference. Patrick mentions Jason and Michael’s accident and how Jason seemed more concerned about Robin. Kate meets up with Olivia at the Metro Court, who says last night’s New Year’s Eve party was pretty ugly. Kate defends Sonny’s actions, but Olivia says that both Sonny and Carly are at fault. Olivia is worried about Michael, saying he should be able to lean on his parents, but he can’t. The cousins then talk about the holidays and Olivia teases Kate about spending it with Sonny in Bensonhurst. She warns Kate about getting involved with Sonny again, to which Kate takes great offense. Kate turns the tables on Olivia and asks her about Steve. When Olivia admits that Maggie is working with Steve again, Kate urges her to fight for her man.

Sonny arrives at Abby’s apartment to see Michael. Michael reluctantly invites Sonny inside as Jax watches from the hallway. Sonny advises Michael to pack Abby’s stuff slowly, but Michael says there is no point in holding on. Abby is dead. He says he wants something to keep him busy, like a new job in Sonny’s organization! When Sonny insists it’s too dangerous, Michael says that he stayed away to keep himself and Abby safe, but Abby died anyway! In fact Michael wants to find the guy who has been attacking Abby’s stripper friends and if Sonny doesn’t like it, then tough! Like Sonny, Michael intends to find a way to do what he wants at whatever cost!  Sam finds Jason ready to leave to see Michael, but Sam wants to talk about last night. Jason explains he hit Michael because he was too preoccupied thinking about Franco when he should have been home with Sam! Sam offers to come with Jason to see Michael and goes to grab her coat — and hide her pregnancy test under the bed. While he waits, Jason is hit with memories of Jake: playing with him and then his death intermixed with his recent accident with Michael.

Jason and Sam arrive at Abby’s apartment where Michael coldly says that Sam is welcome; Jason is not. When Sonny protests, Michael reveals that Jason knew Jax was alive — and let Sonny believe that he killed him! So much for honesty and trust! Angry Michael kicks everyone out which Jax sees from his hiding place in the hallway. When Sonny leaves, Jax decides to follow him. At the hospital Steve finds Maggie ceiling gazing while lying on a gurney. We guess Ewan’s method of seeking new perspectives is catching. Maggie is depressed about what some of her little patients have to deal with and asks Steve to join her. Steve declines, but that doesn’t stop Maggie from trying to entice him. Johnny asks Steve for a referral and delivers a thinly veiled threat that if he doesn’t get it, then Steve could get in a lot of trouble. Steve gets angry, but he is in no position to decline. Later Maggie returns to find Steve lying on the gurney staring at the ceiling. Maggie recalls one of their adventures in Memphis, leading Steve to remind her that they are definitely over. Maggie asks Steve to relax; she knows Steve brought her to Port Charles to keep her quiet about what happened in Memphis. If only things had turned out differently! Steve pulls Maggie into a hug as Olivia walks in. Sonny meets with Kate at the Metro Court where he frets over Michael. She suggests they make a date for tomorrow night. How about Sonny cooks? It helps him relax, right? Sonny agrees as long as Kate promises not to bail on him. Sam and Jason return home where Sam comforts Jason. Michael will forgive him, sooner or later.  Johnny arrives at Abby’s apartment. He got Michael’s message. Michael grimly says they need to talk as he closes the door.

Jax lurks in the shadows of the Metro Court Hotel, watching Sonny when Alexis enters. She wants Sonny to promise to leave Jax alone. Now that Sonny knows Jax is alive, swear he won’t hunt him down to kill him! If Sonny can’t, Alexis threatens to tell Kristina that Sonny pulled strings to get her into Yale. Mac arrives to tell them that the case into Jax’s death has been closed since he is alive! Alexis fakes some tears to distract the men as Pres approaches. He hopes to get an exclusive about Jax, but Alexis snaps at him and continues to cry, much to everyone’s puzzlement. Jason is still worried about Michael, who is furious with him. Sam gets a call from Molly, who asks her to come to Kelly’s ASAP. Spinelli returns home to announce that he wants to move out. It isn’t right for him to live here now that Sam and Jason are married. Sam leaves to meet Molly as Spinelli tells Jason that he repaid Sonny, but not necessarily with the hidden money in the offshore account. Spinelli reluctantly tells Jason how he earned the money back. He assures Jason that he can continue to work his Jackal magic—despite his memory loss—thanks to Friends of Spinelli. Spinelli pays them and they get him the top secret information he requests. Jason gets an idea; could these Friends of Spinelli help them find Franco? Spinelli nods, but Jason backs off. He can’t do this right now.

Ewan enters Kelly’s where he sees Shawn with Wilson the dog. Shawn looks happy with Wilson, but isn’t sure about having the dog bunk with him. Carly enters with Josslyn and she needs to talk to Shawn about Michael! They move outside where Carly tells Shawn that Michael now knows Jax is alive and is furious that Carly kept that from him. Shawn advises Carly to give him some space before calmly explaining to him why she kept Jax a secret from him. Little does Carly know that Jax has heard everything.  Inside, Ewan approaches Molly. He sees the album that Molly took from Wyndemere and tells her about an old superstition about child spirits hiding in the grass until they can find a woman to be their mother. Sam enters and is affected by what she hears. Sam interrupts their conversation to join Molly for lunch. Molly shows Sam the photo album and hopes that Sam would know who these people were. Molly then shows Sam the button she found; someone has been hanging out at Spoon Island! Johnny gives his condolences to Michael about Abby. Michael asks if Johnny can give him a job! Some freak is beating up Abby’s stripper friends and he wants to stop them! Johnny urges Michael to let the police handle it; besides, he knows Michael only wants to work for him to irritate Sonny. Michael says that neither Sonny nor Jason will give him what he needs to stop the stripper stalker, so what does Johnny say? Johnny says Michael would be a liability as Carly enters. Carly tries to explain herself to Michael, but he rudely kicks her out. Johnny warns Michael that working for him will alienate him from his family, but Michael doesn’t care. As Johnny leaves, Carly ambushes him.

At the hospital Patrick wants to talk to Robin about her upcoming trip to the HIV conference. Robin explains again she wouldn’t go unless it was important, so Patrick asks her to be honest with him. He pulls her into the doctor’s lounge where he says that he knows Robin killed Lisa. Robin says; she didn’t! She thought Patrick killed Lisa! Robin and Patrick piece together what they know of the night, including Patrick throwing the wrench overboard because he thought it was the murder weapon and Robin waking up in a different spot, suggesting that she was moved.  Robin kisses Patrick; as soon as she returns from her trip, she wants to focus on their relationship.  Dante helps Lulu pack up her stuff, including china that Tracy gave her and a pink poodle named Fifi. Maxie returns home to announce she is furious with them for not telling her that they are married. And now she is moving out! Maxie fumes over Lulu’s no-frills-non-traditional wedding. Lulu insists it was romantic—and so not about Maxie. Maxie begs to differ. If it weren’t for her, they wouldn’t be together! Maxie then tearfully kicks Lulu out as Dante takes Lulu’s stuff to the car. Lulu assures Maxie that she will be fine and that she was the best roommate ever. If Lulu and Dante get into a fight, then Lulu can come back and crash here! After Lulu leaves, Maxie sits on the couch, fighting back her tears. She leaves a message for Matt, saying she has a surprise for him.

Spinelli greets Ethan at Kelly’s, where neither one realizes they are both waiting for the woman in white. Unfortunately they both miss her when they literally bump into each other. Robin is at the counter reviewing her will when Patrick surprises her.  At the hospital Monica approaches Elizabeth in the locker room to follow up on a patient. When Elizabeth’s answer is unsatisfactory, Monica immediately takes her to task, adding that whenever Elizabeth has a crisis, she seems to latch onto Jason. For the last time, stay away from her son! They are interrupted by Ewan, freshly showered, and needing to reach his locker and his clothes. Flustered Monica asks if Ewan would be interested in an open psychiatric position at General Hospital. Ewan promises to consider it, even asking Elizabeth her opinion. After Monica leaves, Ewan asks about the tension between Monica and Elizabeth. Elizabeth admits that although Monica can be snarky, she only wants what is best for the hospital. Matt arrives, clearly unhappy to see a half-dressed Ewan with Elizabeth. Matt gets even grumpier when he learns that Ewan was offered a full-time position at GH. When Elizabeth says Ewan would be a great addition to the staff, Matt posits the theory that Elizabeth is replacing her mystery man with Ewan. Robin arrives at the hospital where Monica expresses her concern about Elizabeth going after Jason. Robin defends her friend and moves off as Tracy arrives. What did Monica want to talk to her about? Monica holds up the newspaper; what the hell was she thinking when she agreed to marry Anthony! Livid Tracy heads to Kelly’s to order a retraction from Pres. Pres says that every word in the article came straight from Anthony’s mouth. Tracy calls the legal department of ELQ and leaves, only to bump into Spinelli. Spinelli sees the woman in white and runs after her.

Ethan heads to Wyndemere to look for the woman in white. He disappears into the tunnels just as Ewan arrives. Ewan immediately heads to the tunnels as well. Their searches may be for naught as the woman in white returns to find a bag left for her by Ethan with the message, “No one gets lonely”. She hides when she hears Spinelli arrive. He, too, heads to the tunnels. Later the woman in white returns to the living room where all three gentlemen also appear. Ethan is stunned that Spinelli and Ewan know her. Ewan nods; she is his patient! Back at the hospital Robin looks for Elizabeth. When she finally finds her, Robin reveals that her vial load is unstable. If she can’t get it under control, she will leave. Elizabeth is stunned as she realizes Patrick doesn’t know yet. She tries to get Robin to come clean with Patrick and how this will ultimately hurt him in the end. Robin begins to cry. Patrick will be a single dad and Elizabeth is a single mom. Robin takes Elizabeth’s hand; can she take care of Patrick and Emma (as in be their new wife and mom) after she dies?

Jason is leaving a message for Sonny regarding Jax being alive. Jason asks Sam if it’s okay to go into the office and Sam nods. Michael calls her to apologize for rudely kicking her out that morning and to say that he knows what he needs to do now. Sam urges Michael to talk to Jason, but Michael hangs up. Worried Sam turns to find Jason’s hand clenched. She takes his hand as Jason again blames himself for almost killing Michael. He grabs his gun, saying Spinelli offered to find Franco. If Spinelli can provide solid proof of Franco’s whereabouts, then Jason intends to go after him.

Jason heads to the scene of his motorcycle accident where he bumps into Michael. Jason immediately blames himself for what happened, but Michael tells him not to bother. He wasn’t looking where he was going. Didn’t Jason always teach him to accept responsibility for his actions? Well, because he sent Abby away for her safety, she died. So now Michael needs to find someone who won’t treat him like a kid while he figures out his next move. Michael glares at Jason as he announces that he intends to work for Johnny. Naturally Jason tries to convince him otherwise, but it’s to no avail. Later Jason heads to the hospital to talk to Robin, but ends up collapsing in front of Patrick. Sam leaves the penthouse to gaze upon Franco’s newest graffiti tag, especially the white “O” that Spinelli believes represents beginnings. She pulls out the pregnancy test and realizes that — if she is pregnant–Franco could be the father of her baby.  Spinelli arrives at Maxie’s apartment to inquire about the roommate listing. He would like to apply! Maxie believes that would be a horrible idea since they used to be involved. Spinelli urges Maxie to think about it as he leaves. Later there is a knock on the door. Maxie thinks it’s Matt, but it’s Anthony! He has a proposal for her. Anthony wants Maxie to plan his wedding to Tracy and she has six days. Freaked out Maxie grabs her purse and leaves. She heads to the hospital where she impulsively asks Matt to move in with her.

Great recap. I can’t believe this is how they’re going to play Robin out. Everything she has worked for? She would never just run. It isn’t who she has been on the show for 20+ years. She is too strong. It irritates me!

Can’t wait to see what happens next as she just walked into Seattle Grace/Mercy West (Of Grey’s Anatomy fame!)

General Hospital

GENERAL HOSPITAL: Trina Leaps Into Spencer’s Arms, Valentin Says ‘Goodbye’ to Victor

After Monday’s episode of General Hospital aired, soap twitter was abuzz with the climatic final moment before its end.

For Sprina fans, it was a ‘must-see’ moment, cementing the already popular duo into the history of young supercouples on the long-running daytime drama series, currently celebrating its 60th year on TV.  Of course, we are referring to when Trina (Tabyana Ali) leaps into a very much alive Spencer Cassadine’s (Nicholas Chavez) arms and they passionately kiss.

How did we get there? Let’s recap. Following the drone attack of the Haunted Star and its wreckage, Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) informs Trina they need to return to Port Charles.  She is not going anywhere without Spencer. Trina tells Valentin and herself, she knows Spencer is alive, and she can feel it in her heart and soul. Cue a montage of the relationship between Spencer and Trina.  Meanwhile, Valentin attempts to get her to take Ace back to his mother, Esme.

The agent tells the two that they have recovered a body. Fearing the worst, the two head to check out the body bag.  When they unzip it, Trina is overjoyed and relieved that it’s Victor (Charles Shaughnessy) not Spencer.

Next, Valentin remains in the room with his dead father. He wonders what he’s supposed to say.  He says he’s grateful that Victor stayed away from him most of his life. Defiantly, Valentin promises to make sure future generations of Cassadines are proud of their name. Before he leaves, Valentin is happy to say, “Goodbye father.”

As they are led to the departing plane, Trina with Ace in tow, Valentin, and Laura (Genie Francis) are somber. But all of a sudden, a hand is seen behind the rocks, and Trina catches it.  She cries out, “Spencer!”  Then, Laura gasps in joy, and finally, Trina leaps and runs into Spencer’s arms and all is well for Sprina, for now.

What did you think about the final moment of the episode? Victor’s death? Share your thoughts in the comment section below, but first watch the scene and make sure to check out our latest interview with Nicholas Chavez here.

General Hospital’s James Patrick Stuart Delivers the ‘Power Performance of the Week’

Last week, was not a good one for GH’s Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart).  His father, Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) made him a guinea pig for his insane science project by having Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) inject him with the pathogen, while blackmailing his son for answers (to if he came alone to Greenland, or not) if he wants the antidote to save his life.

Strapped to a chair, Victor and Liesl watch the virus take a hold of Valentin as blood drips from his nose. Victor yells at Valentin that he can end his torture at any moment by talking and admitting who his companions are.

Courtesy/ABC

Cue James Patrick Stuart to delivering the gut-wrenching drama in the next series of scenes which has earned him Michael Fairman TV’s pick for the Power Performance of the Week.

As the pathogen is rendering Valentin delirious and messing with his vision, he believes he is seeing his mother, Helena Cassadine (in a return from Constance Towers).  Valentin begs his mother to help him.  However, Helena laughs and reveals she is not there to save him but to drag him down to hell with her.  Fighting her, Valentin spouts he is not going anywhere, let alone with her.

Helena continues her torment telling her son that everyone he loves will be better out without him, which crushes Valentin. Next, Helena tells him not to fight the pathogen as soon it will be all over.  Suddenly when he looks up, Valentin sees Anna (Finola Hughes) through the observation room window.

Courtesy/ABC

Delusional and thinking he is not really seeing her, Valentin cries out that it’s not Anna, as she fights to make him believe it is.  When Anna finally makes her way into the observation room to be by his side, Valentin is worried that she will become infected with the virus. Next, the scenes between Finola Hughes and Stuart were just so heart-tugging, honest and raw. The two discuss their flaws, their bad sides, their history and why they are drawn to one another, and more.

Throughout all the scenes and in these harrowing moments in the life of Valentin Cassadine, his portrayer, James Patrick Stuart, brought the intensity, the suffering, and the confusion while exposing the emotional root of his character flawlessly.

So, what do you think of our pick for James Patrick Stuart as this week’s ‘Power Performance’? Share your thoughts on the scenes via the comment section below.

GENERAL HOSPITAL: Laura Recalls Formula to Stop Mikkos Cassadine’s Weather Machine In Nod to 80’s ‘Ice Princess’ Storyline

Last time, someone saved Port Charles from a deep freeze, it was Luke Spencer (Tony Geary).  This time it was the love of his life, Laura Collins (Genie Francis) who did the trick and saved the day!  But that was just one heart-stopping moment among others on Friday’s suspenseful episode of General Hospital.

As had been teased by GH head writers, Chris Van Etten and Dan O’Connor, along with GH EP, Frank Valentini, the 60th anniversary of the show would feature a throwback to the original iconic ‘Ice Princess’ storyline, featuring many beloved vets, while bringing in the next gen.

In Greenland, Curtis (Donnell Turner) and Laura have infiltrated Victor Cassadine’s (Charles Shaughnessy) bunker which was the retreat his father, Mikkos Cassadine would hide in while trying to take over the world.  Laura comes upon an old-style computer where she recognizes the weather machine program on it.  Shocked, she explains to Curtis how the original weather machine used carbonic snow to create blizzards, but it was destroyed years ago.  Laura realizes that this computer is running the same program. When Curtis questions her, it dawns on them that there must be a second weather machine out there that the computer connects to. Laura firmly says Mikkos never did anything without a reason.

Now in 2023, Curtis realizes there are two weapons at play here, the pathogen and the weather machine, when Laura figures out the target of the weather machine is Port Charles. When we cut to Port Charles, Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst), Portia (Brook Kerr) and Jordan (Tanisha Harper) are looking out a window at ‘General Hospital’ and watching snow fall. They are curious as to why there would be snow in May, although they brush it off.

Meanwhile, Laura recalls to Curtis that she is the one who saw the formula for the weather machine. She had buried in her brain when she burned the paper with the code on it.  However, she memorized it.  In a throwback clip, Laura remembers Robert (Tristan Rogers) telling her he always feared someone would come after her because of it.  Asking Curtis if he trusts her, she then enters the formula with the one-shot to terminate the program.  Her attempt is successful, one problem solved, but more danger looms.

Elsewhere, Valentin (James Patrick Stuart), who was given the pathogen, thinks he is hallucinating seeing Anna (Finola Hughes), because previously he saw Helena (Constance Towers) talking to him. Anna, who is talking to Valentin through a window from outside his isolation room, promises it is really her.  She wants to get a hazmat suit for him, but Valentin says it’s too late for that.  Somehow, Anna gets into the room, and is now exposed to the pathogen. ‘Vanna’ talks about their connection and love for one another knowing their fates may be sealed.  But hold on! Holly Sutton (Emma Samms) has arrived after her showdown with Victor and has the antidote!  Great performances here from James Patrick Stuart and Finola Hughes.

After Liesl (Kathleen Gati) and Drew (Cameron Mathison) are OK following their confrontation with Victor, they call Carly (Laura Wright) and then tell Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) that Liesl will be back to give her the bone marrow she needs to survive.

Courtesy/ABC

Victor, who has escaped, yet again, winds up back on the Haunted Star along with his pathogen-carrying canister. He is furious at learning from Holly that she rendered him impotent when she slipped something back in his drink a few months back.  Victor learns Spencer (Nick Chavez) took off with Ace and Trina (Tabyana Ali). He intends to leave without his family. Victor pours himself a drink and says he need to get the pathogen and antidote someplace safe. When he opens up the canister, he screams “No!”  Next, Spencer shows up.  He demands his uncle hand over the pathogen. Victor says he’ll have to rip it out of his cold dead fingers. Spencer says “fine” and then proceeds to slam his head into the bar.

On the island, Trina with baby Ace in tow meets up with Curtis and Laura. She warns them of the airstrike, but they tell her its been called off from its original destination and now the WSB is sending a drone strike directly targeted at the Haunted Star. Trina panics realizing Spencer is on the boat.  As bomb sounds go off, Spencer is stunned.

What did you think of the action-adventure, escapades, villainy and heroism and the nod back to the 80’s ‘Ice Princess’ storyline during this episode and this storyline? Share your thoughts in the comment section below.
