I have to say, they have found the perfect screen partner for Finola Hughes. They definitely have chemistry. He’s a very good singer too!

They deleted my previous comment wishing J.P.S well on his new album, but also warning him off Anna. She’s a very nice person but her relationships have not worked out so well.

I wish I DID like this pairing, Violet, but I just don’t feel it. I liked Valentin with Nina and that’s about it. With Anna, he seems like a high school science geek drooling over the head cheerleader. It’s not a good look.

I agree, that’s why I was warning him off Anna. As I said, she’s a nice person but has that black widow spider vibe going and we all know what they do to their mate. Actually, I can’t see him with anyone but Nina. I also can’t wait to see that whole mess explode, and hopefully Valentin sees Sonny in N.Y and they all come back to P.C Iam sure a lot of us will be dissappointed who ends up with whom.

Violet and Soaphound…I figure Anna and especially Valentin can get caught up in the moment and have temporary romantic feelings. And like Soaphound said, he may be acting out on his unfulfilled romance with Anna way back when. But I can only see Anna with Duke or Robert, and Valentin with Nina. As for Nina, she’s hop skipped around since coming to Port Charles, never settling long term with any one guy. Strangely I like her with “Mike,” but this will be doomed by her lie of omission when Sonny gets his memory back. And for Sonny, of course the… Read more »

I have mixed feelings concerning Valentin.I like him sometimes and others, not so much, depending on what he’s up to. Iam kind of liking him and Brook Lynn now,and waiting for how terrible it will be when he finds out that baby is not his.I do not like he and Anna as a couple.

Oh Rose, can’t you just hear Carly’s clumping shoes when she confronts Nina? And then she’ll proceed to ban her from ever seeing Wiley again. No doubt Nina will then need to get the courts involved. Such drama! I’m so fed up with this stupid “secret” of why Carly and Jason are getting hitched. Spinelli can figure it out but Michael, Jax, Josslyn, Monica, Britt, and especially Super Sleuth Sam are clueless. Right.

I suspect this album isn’t the only way old Val has been keeping busy lately. I think he’s the one who took Heiny’s body out of the freezer & stashed it somewhere. Val was completely in charge of the Cassadine “empire” for a few years, while Nikolas was playing dead (and before he found out he wasn’t Mikkos’ kid after all). During that time, I’m sure he read up on all of Helena’s secret projects over the years, which would have included the not-so-secret basement laboratory at GH. Val was obviously very suspicious about what Heiny was up to, during… Read more »

Love your theory but I always thought those freezers could not be opened from the inside.

Well, now that you mention it, I never saw anybody lock or unlock the freezer with a key, so it might not have ever been locked. But no, Heiny is still in Hell, so his body didn’t get up out of the freezer and walk away. Val acted liked he was totally shocked when Anna told him the story, so maybe it wasn’t him – as he would have no reason to lie to Anna about it now. So if it wasn’t him, who would be likely to mess around with secret labs & dead bodies. Faison & Helena are… Read more »

Satan, Wow,Wow and Wow you covered it all especially Alex. I never believed she died, and that was mostly because Anna was so adamant that she had killed her. So, my money is on her.

Breaking News

Steve Burton Confirms His Exit From General Hospital

Steve Burton has spoken and after so much speculation, the two-time Daytime Emmy-winning star has confirmed he is out as General Hospital’s Jason Morgan.

In his post on his Instagram account on Tuesday, Steve shared that he was let go by the ABC daytime drama series due to their vaccine mandate and that even though he applied for medical and religious exemptions those were denied.  Thus, he has to exit his role.

In story, viewers saw on Monday, that Jason is MIA from being under the rubble of the cave that collapsed in Jason’s attempt to apprehend Peter August (Wes Ramsey).

In his post, Burton shared the following: “I know there has been a lot of rumors and speculations about me and General Hospital and I wanted you to hear it from me, personally. Unfortunately, General Hospital has let me go because of the vaccine mandate. I did apply for my medical and religious exemptions and both of those were denied, which, you know, hurts, but, this is also about personal freedom to me. I don’t think anyone should lose their livelihood over this. But with that being said, you know me. I’ll always be grateful for my time at General Hospital I love it there. I grew up there. I grew up with some of you, so I will always be grateful and I believe when one door closes multiple doors open. That’s always been my perspective, so I am excited to see what the future brings. ”

Steve went on to say, “Maybe one day when these mandates are lifted, I can return and finish my career as Jason Morgan. That would be an honor, and if not, I am going to take this amazing experience, move forward and be forever grateful. I have got to say, that I am forever grateful for your love and your support over the years. It means so much to me. Thank you. I don’t know when my last airdate is. It may have aired or it might be tomorrow or the next day. I am not sure. I want you guys to have an awesome Thanksgiving. I know it is hard, maybe, in this type of situation to be thankful or grateful, but we have so many things to be thankful about. Being grateful really is the key. Love you guys.”

The popular actor began his run as GH’s Jason Quartermaine back in 1991. Later in 1995, after a car accident he had a major personality shift and became Jason Morgan. Burton went to Y&R to play Dylan McAvoy for a four-year stint from 2013-2017, before heading back to his home at GH.

A source close to the show told Deadline that Burton’s last tape date was October 27th.

You can watch Steve’s video announcement below on his GH departure.

Ingo Rademacher Wraps His Run as General Hospital’s Jax

During today’s Monday, November 22nd episode of General Hospital, Ingo Rademacher made his exit as Jasper Jacks.

The actor who is out at the ABC daytime drama series for not adhering and disagreeing to the GH and ABC Covid-19 vaccination mandate, saw his character written-out when Jax shared his final scenes with Laura Wright’s Carly and Cynthia Watros’ Nina.

In story, Jax ran into his ex-wife Carly and informed her he was leaving Port Charles immediately to deal with business in Sydney, Australia.  He adds, he is not planning on coming back to town with this sentiment.“I’m kind of on the outs with everyone in Port Charles right now.”

Things are not be left on good terms with the exes, when Carly spouts, “You know, Jax, I thought I made it clear … my life is none of your business.” After some back and forth about their daughter Josslyn (Eden McCoy), Jax says that he is, “Happy to stay out of your life.”

Later, Jax visits Nina at Charlie’s Pub, and warns her to be careful about getting even more deeply involved with Sonny (Maurice Benard), and she deflects that there is anything going on between them, and telling Jax that her and Sonny don’t have a future together.

Rademacher’s Jax is now off the canvas of the series.

So, what did you think of how GH wrote out Jax and Ingo’s exit from the show? Share your thoughts via the comment section below.

GH’s Steve Burton Becomes Emotional Remembering Stuart Damon

On Friday’s special episode of The Talk, the afternoon series hosted the Soap Hub Awards for the first time as voted on by the fans.

During the Best Actor section, where General Hospital’s Steve Burton (Jason) was the winner from General Hospital and John McCook (Eric) was the winner from The Bold and the Beautiful, co-host Sheryl Underwood asked Steve about the passing of Stuart Damon (Ex- Alan Quartermaine), who played his on-screen father.

Burton became very emotional and with tears in his eyes expressed:  “Stuart was just our rock, like for everybody in the studio. And you can always judge a man by his actions, and he was kind to everybody, all the time. He made sacrifices for us, and his family, and I want people to know that not only was he an amazing actor, he was just an amazing man and an amazing father that I look up to.”

Watch the moment below featuring John McCook, Steve Burton, and the hosts of The Talk.
