As The World Turns
GL’s Kim Zimmer, Robert Newman, ATWT’s Elizabeth Hubbard, Ellen Dolan & More Set For Special Episode Of THE TALK!
25
Will be there with my wife and friend!!! Cannot wait!!!
OMG , Watched these shows from beginning. Cannot wait !
Lucky you, very cool!
Love it. Great for us fans.
It was always funny how fans of AMC and OLTL say they boycott ABC over those two soaps cancellation but CBS cancelled these two iconic soaps GL ans ATWTs and no one said they were boycotting that network!!!
hey Jimh..
ABC has the best primetime soaps, really great entertainment programing.
If they want to be kooky and miss out on the awesome series, their loss, and foolish..
Like g’ma would say;
”don’t cut off your nose to spite your face” ….
Anyways, I have no idea as to who those people are lol, so you enjoy seeing them, once again !
You missed out on a lot…so many soaps and most were good!!!
WILL WATCH THE TALK FOR THAT SHOW…ONLY!
Exactly!
Me too! I have never watched The Talk or Let’s Make a Deal
yeah I definitely won’t watch Let’s Make A deal since it replaced Guiding Light.
Same here, I see it on at work but don’t try to watch it at home.
Finnaly I I Hope They Bring Them Back 🙂 It’s Been Far Far Too “Long” for “GUIDING-LIGHT And “AS THE WORLD” Turn’s I missed my Old Soaps when one ch Had them Right after another lol Never had to Turn The Station lol Except For 4:30 PM For The Y&R On GLOBAL lololololololololol
Philip and beth….I am super excited
Yes!
Ellen Dolan also played the original Maureen on Guiding Light, so she represents both shows!
Can’t wait to see, watched GL & ATWT since I was a little girl because my Mom always watched.
Loved Reva & Josh !!!!!!!
Yeah I told my mom and sister and they are gonna watch it for the GL actors also.
great news, I will have to watch this! glad that the Guiding Light actors will be there, I will watch for them! I wish Beth ehlers (Harley) could be there too.
Cannot wait to see all of these old friends again.
Good lineup. Count me in.
P&G involved. Complicated. Slings thrown at time. Soaps expensive. 2 entities wanted profit not going to happen.
Looking forward to it!
I loved, watched and miss both of these soaps!
Jusr checked my guide for next week and it didn’t show that as the days show.
Miss ATWT so much . . . can’t wait to see them all again. Just wish it wasn’t on the show that replaced them.
The amount of time spent with the GL and ATWT actors was PATHETIC. Each group must have gotten no more than 5 minutes. Very sad. If The Talk wanted to “celebrate” 30 years of CBS being #1 in the ratings, why not devote a whole week (5 episodes) to it, giving each show its own hour??? There primarily were 5 shows in the period (if you exclude “Capitol” which was cancelled in 1987, after the first year of the 30 year run and “Let’s Make a Deal”)….. MONDAY — Price is Right, bringing on Bob Barker, Drew Carey and (highly… Read more »
