Haley Pullos Released From Jail After Receiving Sentencing for DUI and Wrong-Way Crash
General Hospital actress, Haley Pullos (ex-Molly Lansing-Davis) was in court on Monday appearing in an orange jump suit from serving her three-month jail term as she sat across a judge for her sentencing, and to learn if she would be released to go home.
Pullos learned she would be released from jail today, but the judge then placed her on probation for five years and ordered to work 200 hours of community service.
Dan Melnick, Pullos’ attorney, clarified the sentencing to PEOPLE, “Haley was sentenced to probation with 90 days county jail with time served, a nine-month DUI program, Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD) program and continuing private counseling.”

According to the Daily Mail, at the sentencing, the judge warned Pullos to never drink and drive again. He also added, ‘God forbid you cause an accident in the future and somebody dies, you will be charged with murder.’
All of Pullos’ legal woes came from when she finally pleaded no contest to driving the wrong-way on an LA freeway while she was drunk and under the influence and causing a near-fatal car crash. The former GH star also lost her driver’s license for a year and was ordered to pay more than $8,000 in restitution to the injured driver who she collided into.
Pullos was first arrested in April 2023 after that resulted in bodily injury and property damage. She initially fled the scene but was later found to be under the influence. The crash found Pullos trapped inside her car and needing the jaws of life to get her out, while the other drive, Courteney Wilder was hospitalized for major injuries.

In June of 2023, the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office charged Pullos with one felony count of DUI causing injury, one felony count of driving with a .08 BAC causing injury as well as one misdemeanor count of hit-and-run resulting in property damage. Then in January of 2024, Wilder hit her with a lawsuit.
When Pullos was released today not only were her parents Alex and Judy Pullos present, but so too was her on-screen mother, GH’s Nancy Lee Grahn (Alexis). The actress first played GH’s Molly in 2009, and was with the show till May 2023 when Holiday Mia Kriegel became the first of three Molly’s until GH settled on Kristen Vaganos in the role.

I don’t care what she does as long as she doesn’t come back to GH. I’m loving nuMolly. I’d honestly just drop the whole Molly/Kristina/baby story and FF it if Pullos comes back.
I never cared for the Molly character until the current actress came along to play her. This Molly is believable as a young assistant DA who
wants to be a mother. So while I am happy Pullos has served her time and will serve probation, I don’t feel the need for her to come back to GH just yet. Let her work on her recovery.

Molly’s dad is Rick Lansing who is Sonny’s brother. That is how he is her uncle.

Ric Lansing, Molly’s father (who is coming back next month) is Sonny’s half brother. They share a mother (Adela, deceased).
It was the recent scene at the court house. I now see her as Molly.. and a strong Molly too!

I don’t think I’ve ever met Rick. I wasn’t watching when he was on, I guess. Everyone is related to everyone else on soaps—how typical. LOL,

I agree Harry although I thought she was good in the role as a child. I just can’t take her as the older Molly; her voice, that whine, her Valley Girl attitude even though she’s supposed to be a social justice warrior type; just got on my last nerve. This current actress (who still reminds me of Lisa LoCicero a bit, is just excellent in the role. She has a whole different vibe: mature, professional, grounded, and I think she and Kate Mansi play very well off each other.
Where we disagree is I have no desire to see Pullos come back at all. I, lol, just really couldn’t stand her. I read some of her tweets, I’ve seen her IG page, and she just comes off so full of herself to me. Her entire profile is one vampy selfie after another. Maybe she’ll grow up and shift her focus of herself. I know Nancy Grahn is very loyal to her which is why I’m hoping she’s not pushing Frank to bring her back.
To add Kristen Vaganos, as Molly, feels about Pullos being released. Can’t be reassuring to know how close Nancy Grahn is to Pullos; so close that she went with Pullos’s parents to her release. I selfishly hope this doesn’t mean that the show will take her back.
I doubt KV feels slighted because Nancy is so supportive of Haley. She probably understands they have a close relationship seeing as Haley and Nancy have spent nearly 15 years working together. But I don’t think GH will bring Haley back to the show.
I’m glad you made sense of what I wrote. I just reread it and I see I left out a word or two. To clarify, I didn’t mean KV should feel slighted. I just wondered if she was concerned that Haley might be returning and that Nancy was pushing for it. As great as KV is I have a feeling Nancy would love to have her back. And we know how quickly recasts can get screwed if the original wants to or is available to return. Look what happened to Billy Miller (I miss him; still can’t believe he’s gone) when he was cast out of the role of Jason. Thankfully they kept him on the show but it seems he wasn’t happy with the way they wrote for Drew (or so it seemed from some cryptic message Kelly Monaco tweeted back when Billy left, but she decided not to elaborate).
So sad hope she learned her lesson!
I hope this will have been a learning experience for her and she continues her counseling and community service. I wish her the best. However, I think the current actress who is playing Molly is doing a great job and I hope General Hospital does not fire her to bring Haley back. They didn’t bring Tyer back and they shouldn’t bring Haley back either.

I have always liked this actress, best Molly ever. I hope she can pull her life together. Everyone makes mistakes, it’s not the end of the world for her. Lucky that she had the lovely Nancy Lee Grahn there for support.
I really think she should never drink and drive. She made a huge mistake which she has paid for.i hope she has learned her lesson It’s time for her to move on with her life. Everyone should get a second chance. Good luck to this beautiful talented actress.

There’s no need for her to return to GH. After 2 duds, Kristen Vaganos has brought Molly a maturity and style that will work well in the long term.

I adored Haley as Molly. I still remember when she first came on GH. I miss her on the show. I lost a family member to a drunk driver, so I don’t condone her behavior. But everyone deserves a second chance. If she sincerely has remorse for her actions, as Nancy stated, and she follows the judges/courts orders, then I hope she gets another chance to work again.
Kudos to Nancy for supporting Haley and not turning her back on her. They have spent years working together and obviously built a strong relationship/friendship.
I totally get Nancy is very close to her onscreen daughters and I’m sure if she could, she would fight tooth and nail to have Molly back on the show but the actress playing Molly now is terrific and it would be an injustice to let her go just to bring Molly back in the role.
The other side of the coin is that ABC/Disney might have a “No Tolerance” rule on their actors getting slapped with a DUI as severe as Molly’s was.

I’m glad to see her on the road to recovery, and that she has the support of Nancy, who has know her since she was a kid, everyone deserves a second chance, wishing her only the best moving forward. maybe down the line she will return to GH, never say never. But current Molly is doing an awesome job, she was on fire on yesterday episode in the scene with NuJagger (whose now a psycho villain) she stood up to him and was great, and her reaction when uncle sonny tried to hit jagger was on point. NuMolly and NuKristina are doing a great job and in their current storyline I’m on Molly side, Kristina went back on her word and her reason is weak.

The National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences (NATAS) revealed on Thursday, the lineup of presenters for 53rd Annual Daytime Emmy Awards taking place on Friday, October 30, 2026, at the Hollywood Palladium in Los Angeles, California.

General Hospital fans took to social media following the airing of the Wednesday, October 21 episode of the ABC daytime drama series. In story, Molly (Kristen Vaganos) reveals to Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) that she has received an offer to join the top law firm in Chicago that practices civil law. She says it’s her dream job.
The problem Molly says is relocating from Port Charles and uprooting her life and being away from her mother, Scout and boyfriend Cody Bell (Josh Kelly). Wistful that she may lose another daughter to a long-distance situation (Kristina left a few months back to go to medical school in California), Alexis urged Molly to get Cody to go with her.
Molly still seemed concerned and has trouble committing to the idea. Alexis tells her to talk it over with Cody. Meanwhile, Cody asked Tracy (Jane Elliot) is he can have Thanksgiving off because he and Molly planned to spend Thanksgiving together with their families. After initially balking, Tracy agrees.

WILL MOLLY AND CODY HEAD TO CHI-TOWN?
Later, Cody shows up at Miller & Davis and the conversation turned to Thanksgiving dinner that Alexis is hosting. Molly and Cody asked her not to cook anything. Cody hugged Molly reassuring Alexis that he and Molly would take care of whatever was needed on Turkey Day.
So, this raises the question, why out of nowhere are we learning that Molly received an amazing law offer in Chicago, if the character was not being written out? If Molly leaves the canvas, would the character of Cody make his exit too?
Kristen Vaganos joined GH as a recast Molly Lansing-Davis back in September of 2023 and went on contract in August of 2024. Josh Kelly began playing Cody Bell back in June of 2022. Initial reports were that Kelly joined the show on contract and then as of June 2025 went on recurring status with the show per his choice.

It’s been over two-years since his last appearance on General Hospital, now fan favorite Kin Shriner (Scott Baldwin) has taken to social media to share his thoughts on the casting of his grown-up TV daughter, Serena Baldwin now played by Kelly Kruger.
Kelly took over the role of Serena on-screen starting with the July 30, 2026 episode and has been ensconced in the storyline with her mother, Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring), in trying to win back full creative control of Deception for her.
In fact on the Monday, October 19 episode of the ABC soap opera, Serena tried to dupe Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) into signing over Michael’s (Rory Gibson) shares of the company. Jason caught on and wondered why she was doing this. She claimed she just wanted to help her mom gain creative control from Tracy (Jane Elliot) rather than full ownership, and begged Jason to keep quiet about it, which he agreed to for now.

WHERE IS SCOTT?
On Monday, Shriner also took to X and said, “I think Kelly Kruger is doing a great job on General Hospital, and she and Lynn Herring work well together.” That was followed by comments in his thread about the show needing to bring back Scott too.
In fact, back on August 25, Shriner also took to X with a reminder that Scott is still around and ready to come back to Port Charles, sharing, “Scotty Baldwin always fits in he just needs the right sport coat !!!!”
The last time Serena mentioned her father Scott was when Kruger made her debut and informed Lucy that her father was, “living his best life in Key West.” Meanwhile, Shriner posts on his X account continually and shared back on August 2, that it has been 49 years since he made his on-screen debut as then teenaged, Scotty Baldwin and thanked the fans for al the love and support.
