According to TV Guide, if you are trying to figure out who the young Caroline’s bio-dad is, it’s not Ridge! A B&B rep revealed that Caroline — who uses the last name of Spencer — is not related by blood to anyone on B&B which makes her available to all the show’s young men.”

So who do you think Caroline will get romantically entangled with? Let us know! Look for Joanna and Linsey to hit the airwaves on March 27th!

Um, wouldn’t Caroline be related to Liam, being half-cousins and all? I know GL already went there, but enough with the incestuous like relationships already, B&B!

What’s a half-cousin?

Oh good. Can we fold her into the mess that is Liam-Hope-Steffy-Bill-Thomas-Oliver-whoever? Whatever!

I am pleased to see Karen back and wish she would stay. I think an ongoing sibs relationship (Karen and Bill) would really make things interesting in LA and allow for some new plots that do not involve quickie marriages and over-the-top stunts (mistaken sex, hallucinogenic berries, or gondolas!). If we are bidding adieu to the Marones, then make good use of the Spencers, please.

B&B rep needs to remember that Bill will be her uncle and Liam her cousin.

Karen never had a relationship with Ridge she did with Thorne and Connor Davis. She would be Liam’s cousin. Of course there never was a Bill Spencer Jr. either Don Diamont’s character. He gets these young actors cheap I juat rill my eyes still have not watched in months.

GH’s Avery Pohl on Esme’s Return: “She’s Using Her Time Wisely and Waiting For The Right Moment to Strike”

Next week, Esme Prince (Avery Pohl) is back lurking around Port Charles.  When viewers last saw Esme, she went over the parapet at Wyndemere during a showdown with Ava (Maura West).

For months, GH fans have been eagerly awaiting to see just how and when Esme would return to get revenge, or find out what she is after.  From the latest issue of Soap Opera Digest on newsstands now, it looks like the wait is over.

In dishing with SOD on her on-screen return, Pohl shared that Esme is, “essentially on the run.”  However, she adds, “Esme is aware of the circumstances she’s put herself in.  She is aware that people are going to to be after her.  She’s not dumb.”

Just what’s in store for Nikolas (Marcus Coloma), Ava, Trina (Tabyana Ali), Spencer (Nicholas Alexander Chavez) and Ryan (Jon Lindstrom) now that Esme is back?

As Esme’s plan begins to reveal itself, Pohl shares: “Before she goes right back into the thick of it, she scopes things out.  She’s using her time wisely and waiting for the right moment to strike.”

So, are you glad that finally Avery Pohl is back on GH as Esme? What do you hope happens next? Who do you think is Esme’s biological mother? Do you want her to get her comeuppance from the Cassadine clan and Trina? Share your thoughts in the comment section below.

Mishael Morgan Reveals Why She’s Taken ‘A Bit of a Step Back’ From Y&R and Gone on Recurring Status

This past June, we all celebrated the groundbreaking victory of The Young and the Restless‘ Mishael Morgan (Amanda Sinclair) as the first Black actress to ever win in the Lead Actress in a Drama Series category during the 49th annual Daytime Emmy Awards.

In the months that followed, Mishael has not been seen as much on the top-rated CBS daytime drama, plus when fans noticed she was no longer in the opening main credits, it got them wondering just what is Morgan’s status with the show.

Finally today, via video on her Instagram story, Mishael shared some news after finishing her day of taping in Genoa City.

The Emmy-winner revealed she has indeed gone on recurring status with the show: “I just wrapped my last scenes back at Y&R, and I just wanted to let the cat out of the bag a little bit.  A lot of people have noticed that my name is not on the main credits anymore, and I wanted everybody to know that it was my decision.  I decided, actually, back in December, that I wanted to take a bit of a step back from the show.  I just felt like at this point in my life and this point in my career, I wanted to mix things up a little bit. But Y&R will always be home. I have so appreciated this safe place to land that they have given me, so I know that I can be back. They are like family to me, and coming back just reminds me of that.”

Morgan also thanked the loyal viewers and her followers expressing, “I’m so appreciative of you guys, and all the fans who have supported me along this Y&R journey. But I’m still on it, I’m still going to be recurring, so you’ll still catch me in Genoa City.”

The talented star ended with a tease of projects and roles to come, telling her fans to, “Keep looking out for new things.”

So will you miss not seeing Mishael as much on Y&R?  Are you exciting to see what roles and projects she gets involved with next? Are you glad she is still recurring with the show and will continue to make appearances in stories? Comment below.
