John DeLuca Cast In New Recurring Role On General Hospital!

A new hottie is joining the cast of GH! According to Soap Opera Digest, John DeLuca who starred in Disney Channel’s Teen Beach Movie and the sequel Teen Beach 2, as well as the 2015 film Staten Island Summer, is coming to Port Charles.
DeLuca will play the recurring role of Aaron (not Adam) as previously reported, according to TV Line. John and is set to debut the week of April 26th on the ABC daytime drama, and will play a young man who crosses paths with the Corinthos family.

At first reading your post I thought- wrong wrong- since why were we taken down ladypond lane- but you are probably right on the money- as soon as they trot her out as possibly gay they will hurriedly trot her back to straight as otherwise she would have to go as they will not have that storyline in any real way I feel.
My comment was meant as Kristina is still confused, she does not know what she is. We do know she had relationships in the past and was married. I do think she is attracted to Parker but her first intention was to get a good grade. I think Parker may be flattered that a young women is attracted to her, as maybe her marriage that she wants to keep is a bit fragile.
If you look at the men she has been with or wanted to be with Ethan, Johnny, Trey and the boyfriend that she killed. Very poor judgement. Verdict is still on her feelings.
I don’t get this!!!! Daytime soaps are always CLAMORING for something that has NEVER BEEN DONE on soaps before!! Here we have it…a bi-sexual. NEVER BEEN DONE ON SOAPS!!! They do exist, you know!!!! Ahhh, CeeCee….Looks and brains! An unbeatable combination…..sounds like it runs in your family! But seriously…..I’ve already told you I find Michael Easton to have a unique and purely soap-friendly façade and I can also appreciate Griffin’s considerable charms…all well and good! However, variety is the spice of life, and I regard the lack of a golden boy on the GH canvas to be highly remiss. The closest thing is Billy Miller’s All-American appeal, and I do enjoy that, but as I have previously mentioned, one thing this soap did so well in the past was to bring in international talent, so if they cannot locate even one suitable fair-haired fellow on this side of the Atlantic, then by all means, let’s import a Nordic God, Blond Brit or even generically-pale male of European extraction to fill the bill. I’m tired of having to locate them solely for my viewing pleasure on such foreign fare as Scandinavian Noir, English dramas and Italian mysteries, though I must admit that their vast array of attractive men certainly surpasses much of anything I see on domestic programming these days.
Well with two beach movies to his name, we know he is in shape and ready to be shirtless—LOL—- Sonny does need a new enforcer since Sean is in jail and Jason isn’t interested–maybe if he is in many scenes with Sonny it will give me something to look at– no offense to Max– who looks more like a teddy bear than a bodyguard– but Sonny needs a new go to guy and I can see this guy being him.
Alexis needs a paralegal and will have one. Or two.

As I have read on here a few times, and believe it is an homage to Rod Serling’s Twilight Zone? Anyway I like it, so- May I present for your consideration- This hot stud and a young hot stud- has arrived for Laura. Yes. Time Genie was thrown a bone and this one seems a magnificent specimen. So what if she is a few months older? I would thrill at a new save the world adventure with her new loving adoring boytoy. When I read Genie got a three-year contract, I was happy- but from these pages I gather that those precious contracts can be quashed without any warning. The cast is huge, and some have called for pruning or a plague, and I am open to that. Maybe what Laura is seeking should be a good-sized hand mirror- or full-length, even. So that she might take a good look at herself- and certainly a pleasing reflection- but who is Laura, really? She spent years in a vegetative state only to occasionally be rinsed in cold water and tossed in a salad that seemed shy on the blue cheese. I would enjoy a slice or two of avocado, as well. When was the last season that a GH star was on DWTS? I can not remember. And is Jax completely out of the picture forever on GH?

What in heaven’s name do we need another new face on the G.H. canvas for when those of us who’ve been watching this show for decades don’t get to see the people we really tune in for??
I want to see Mac and Felicia, Lucy, Laura, Scott, and anyone else who’s been missing from Port Charles or is only there off-screen. These characters’ history with the show and fans should be equally, if not more, important than bringing on yet another new face.
And can we please stop having these actors referred to as ‘hotties’ and ‘hunks’. They are actors with experience and, presumably, talent to bring to whatever show hires them. It’s not always about sex appeal, okay?!

I was done with them before it began. No spark, No chemistry, No chance,
they’ll never be the “super couple” TPTB were hoping for. That magic was
with the original Jason played by Steve Burton…. For me B Miller will always
be Jake. Moving on to Hayden…she’s got to STOP calling Elizabeth’s children
brats or make any other derogatory comments about them, that sincerely irks me.
I see the writers testing the waters and pairing unlikely characters together…Some
actually look quite good as an alternative “couple”… Curtis could make a piece of
toast look gooooooood!!! even rotten Hayden. Nick & Elizabeth should give it ONE
more try… down the road, there are no secrets, no lies between them, there’s a lot
to be said about your long history with someone… They R very protective of one
another. Julian and Nina looked better suited together than he currently looks w/
Alexis…Don’t get me wrong I was a huge Julian & Alexis fan when they first met
and bonded over Danny. The reveal at the gallery and subsequent love affair was
spectacular. Julian needs to be his mobster self again, under the guise of the
newspaper editor. Since Anna & Sonny are gunning for him…Should he go down…
he has to dirty his hands in order for the storyline to come full circle.
Nathan, Claudette storyline who cares another dead end. Finn is still a puzzle

As yourself, I really liked Alexis and Julian together, at the beginning. I thought they were steamy hot….until their sexusl interludes became too much for a working mature woman ( actually any woman, man) who found so much time to indulge anytime, anywhere…..to the point where their offspring and then some , kept walking in on them.
Obviously, that was the direction they were given, but it got to be too unrealistic for me. My opinion is my opinion, and I hive it without reservation or apologies…comme vous, ma belle dame.
If today’s display of ‘a hissy fit’ from Nina is any indication of sexual tension between herself and Julia…?….I don’t know…maybe. But, he is such a miscreant….a snake, ready to pounce at any given moment. The last thing I want is for Nina to get hurt.
I care not what happens to Alexis. She new better. She’s as burly as he, been around. If she gets hurt by Julian, she’ll survive the syorm as she has many others before him. But Nina is a butterfly with delicate wings. She is just starting to spread those gossamer feelings. And, yes, ajulian should go down; only because he is not trustworthy nor forthcoming with his wife or anyone else. He is a doublecrosser…no contrition.
I have already said that this Claudette thing is stupid. I had spun a tale when i first said thst the glove belonged to a girl in Nathsn’s past. However, i also expected for her to materialize in zpC. THAT would make for a challenging story/love trisngle. Other than thst, it is a wash.

Jason got boring as soon as he became JASON and got back with Sam, together they are a snooze fest. I hope Liz gets with Griffen, and I agree about Hayden needing to stop picking on Liz kids, Liz should tell her call me anything you want but leave my kids out of it . Love Nina too and I hope Anna gets Julian soon he needs to pay for his crimes.

GENERAL HOSPITAL Preview: Serena Sets Her Sights on Michael; Jason’s Emotional Exit from the Mob
This week on all-new episodes of General Hospital, new and old motivations come into play with dangerous consequences. According to the just released GH video spoilers video for the week of August 3-7, a bailiff calls out, “All rise!”
Now it’s Isaiah (Sawandi Wilson) vs. Curtis (Donnell Turner), as the surgeon is suing the owner of the Savoy for assault that ruined is ability to operate. At the end of the day, which of these men has enough evidence against the other? Portia (Brook Kerr) is by Isaiah’s side, while Jordan (Tanisha Harper) is with Curtis.
Next, Lucy (Lynn Herring) has a plan to get the controlling shares of Deception away from Michael (Rory Gibson). She wants her daughter, Serena (Kelly Kruger) to seduce Michael. She tells her, “Pick out your most seductive suit.” Soon, we see Serena in her bathing suit at the Metro Court face to face with Michael.
Later, there is a small baggie containing three blue pills. Nina (Cynthia Watros) ask Willow (Katelyn MacMullen), “What did you do?” We also see Michael asking the same thing of Jacinda (Paige Herschell). Leading into this week, viewers know that Willow doesn’t want the former escort anywhere near her children, Amelia and Wiley. Is this how she stops her, or is Jacinda up to old tricks and wants to frame Willow? Remember when Jacindsa drugged Drew (Cameron Mathison)? Stay tuned.
Finally, in the pick-up from last Friday’s cliffhanger, an emotional Jason (Steve Burton) continues to tell Sonny (Maurice Benard) that he cannot work for him anymore. Sonny ask, “So that’s it? You’re Out?” We fade to black.

Vincent Pastore of ‘Sopranos’ Fame and ‘General Hospital’s’ Maximus Giambetti Dies at 80
Vincent Pastore, best known for his memorable role as Salvatore “Big Pussy” Bonpensiero on HBO’s The Sopranos has passed away.
The veteran actor was found dead on August 1st in his home in the Bronx, New York. Pastore was 80-years-old. The cause of death is yet to be determined.
As well as his role on The Sopranos, many soap fans will recall he played multiple smaller roles on the beloved One Life to Live from 1995 and 2004. However, in 2008, he landed the short-term role as Maximus Giambetti on General Hospital.
PASTORE WANTED TO BE ON GENERAL HOSPITAL
Maximus was the mobster father of Sonny Corinthos’ (Maurice Benard) bodyguards: Max (Derk Cheetwood) and Milo (Drew Cheetwood)
According to Soap Opera Digest, Pastore told Soaps In Depth back in 2009, after appearing in a SOAPnet promotional campaign as a celebrity fan of General Hospital: “‘I’d love to be on the show. So they called up GH’s casting director (Mark Teschner) and Bobby (Robert Guza Jr. ex-head writer, GH) and they wrote me in!”
Pastore was a huge General Hospital fan from way back, who at one point told producers that he would watch the ABC soap opera while working in bars and nightclubs in the 70s and 80s.
Throughout his decades long career, Pastore appeared in films including: Goodfellas, Carlito’s Way and Men of Respect, The Jerky Boys: The Movie and the 1996 HBO TV movie Gotti.
In TV, besides The Sopranos, Pastore’s credits included: Law & Order, The Practice, Son of the Beach, Queens Supreme, Hawaii Five-0, Wu-Tang: An American Saga, plus the miniseries The Last Don II. Most recently, Vincent was a series regular on Gravesend and guest starred on Yellowjackets.
Pastore is survived by his daughter, Renee, son-in-law and granddaughter.
