She has accomplished it all .. .began her career as a two-time Daytime Emmy winner for her role as Karen Wolek on One Life to Live, became a sitcom star on Who’s The Boss?, then after multiple starring roles in television movies including The Ryan White Story and so many more, she ventured back to the theatre where she won two Tony Awards for her turns on Broadway.

We are talking about none other than Judith Light.  And now, word from the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce last week revealed that Judith will be one of the recipients of a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame class of 2019.

Light was in the honor roll in the live theatre/live performance group which also includes: Idina Menzel, Paul Sorvino and Cedric “The Entertainer”.

However, anyone who has followed Judith’s remarkable career, and her unwavering support and work for advocacy and the rights of the LGBTQ community, knows that the upcoming star ceremony is for her entire body of work.

Love, love this multi-talented actress. From the silly, Who’s The Boss, to her great tenure on the new Dallas, to her role as judge on Law & Order: SVU, Ugly Betty, and of course OLTL, and so much more. She should have received this star years ago,as she is such a shining star herself.

Koslow shared: “Stepping into Monday in alice + olivia black velvet,” She also tagged the post #dressingroomselfie and the words. “Stay strong.”

She also added a quote from poet Maya Angelou: “Love recognizes no barriers. It jumps hurdles, leaps fences, penetrates walls to arrive at its destination full of hope.”

NBC’s Days of our Lives is the next production to put a halt in their taping schedule due to a positive coronavirus test result.  This one from member of the production team as reported by Deadline.

The long-running soap will now shut down production for two weeks   According to Deadline, “The cast, crew and staff of the daytime drama were just notified of the temporary shutdown in an email from Corday Productions.”

Taping is slated to resume October 26.  The pause will not delay air dates, and the show’s  original episodes on NBC will not be disrupted.
