I was hoping the patient was Gigi, but after seeing how bad she wants to get out of OLTL and take JPL with her, I am hoping it is Stacy…..with Crystal Hunts actual face.

Yeah, she does seem kinda bitter, doesn’t she? You know, after all of the great on-going story lines that she has been afforded over the years at OLTL, you would think she would be a little more gracious. Since she came on the scene, she has had one story line after the other… I’m kinda hoping to see Crystal’s face now too. I don’t think Farah doing that Dirty Soap show was a good idea, being that she is showing her true colors. I like Gigi a lot more than Farah….lol

It’s already been revealed that the mystery patient is Stacy since Kim said “That was a close one, Stacy!” after Kim distracted Rex from seeing Stacy in her hospital room! Stacy may also had plastic surgery to get Gigi’s face after Kim’s brother Cutter saw something shocking about how Stacy looked when he first saw her!

I love Kurt McKinney & I’m also thinking that the mystery patient is “Stacy” as played by Crystal Hunt! 🙂

Stacy, really? Why? What is this fixation of not allowing characters to die and remain dead? I know it is a soap staple but even pizza and beer grow tiresome when you have it every night! And does anyone else find it a tad ironic the title of this drama is ONE LIFE TO LIVE. Heck! Seems like you are good for two or three in Llanview PA!! 🙂

Cool that Kurt is coming to OLTL. It would be funny if he shared scenes with Wendy Moniz (the new mayor) since they were Matt and Dinah on Guiding Light. And that Kim Zimmer and Jerry Ver Dorn are on there also!

Crystal Hunt and Donna Mills Headline New PureFlix Streaming Comedy Series, ‘Mood Swings’

Four generations of women are thrown together by circumstance to live under one roof and survive in Los Angeles in the new comedy series Mood Swings set to kick-off on October 24th on streaming service Pure Flix (www.PureFlix.com). New episodes will be released every Thursday for eight weeks.

Some very notable soap opera faces are featured in the cast.  Chief among them is former OLTL and GL star, Crystal Hunt, who also serves as the creator and executive producer of the comedy.

In addition to Hunt, none other than Knots Landing and General Hospital favorite, Donna Mills is along for the comedy ride as Hunt’s mother.. Hunt and Mills first worked together on the defunct reality series, Queens of Drama.

Joining Hunt and Mills and rounding out the cast are: Robin Riker (Ex-B&B and GH), Sophia Gasca (Ballers), Christina DeRosa (Bad Moms), Scott Bailey (Ex -GL and currently, The Bay,) and Jason Earles (Hannah Montana).  Plus, Dyan Cannon plays Hunt’s aunt in Mood Swings.

According to the loglines for the series: “Newly divorced from her mega-successful, controlling and philandering husband Jonathan (Bailey), Farrah (Hunt) is awarded the couple’s Malibu mansion along with an enormous mortgage and minimal financial support to take care of herself and 8-year-old son Ryder. Recognizing she needs an income, yet having no work experience whatsoever, Farah decides to rent out rooms in her house in order to pay the bills. After placing an ad on Craigslist for female roommates, enter Coco (Riker), a disgruntled working woman; Dani (DeRosa), a fiery Canadian-Italian culinary wizard and hopeful Hollywood actress; and Emilia (Gasca), an enigmatic Dominican entrepreneur trying to get U.S. citizenship.  Farrah’s live-in not-so-handy handyman Angel (Earles) adds even more comedic moments to the show as he both struggles and enjoys being the only adult male in the household. While all the women come from different backgrounds and generations, they are brought together by unforeseen circumstances and what ensues is a wild and hysterical ride full of laughs.”

In a statement on the launch of the streaming series, Hunt expressed: “We felt there was a need for a great female ensemble comedy.  Right now, you can only watch reruns of shows like ‘Golden Girls’ and ‘Designing Women’ to enjoy a female-driven show. Our thinking was to embrace the legacy of these programs while adding a modern twist.”

‘Beacon Hill’ Prepping Its Long-Awaited Season Two Featuring Soap Notables

A few years back, Beacon Hill was one of the most talked about web series for its soapy cast and bringing same-sex romance, political scandal and familial drama to the table.  And now, it appears after a four year wait\ the creators and the cast are ready to go back into production for its second season.

In order to do that, the producers are driving a crowdfunding campaign via IndieGoGo to raise funds to make their planned production a reality.

Smith, and Marem Hassler who takes over the key role of “Katherine” from Sarah Brown.

The series promises longer episodes than season one, and it will finally deliver to fans the reveal of that cliffhanger: “Who is at the damn door?”
