Here is the new Fenmore Baldwin of Genoa City! When last seen, Fen was played by little Robbie Tucker, and now when Fen comes home after being tucked away in Canada, he will be a bonafide teenager!

Soap Opera Digest broke the news today that High School Musical 3:  Senior Year star, Max Ehrich has been cast in the role and fans should look for Fen’s arrival on the June 11th episode!

So, do you think that Max looks like a cross between Christian LeBlanc (Michael) and Tracey E Bregman (Lauren)?  Let us know! And, if you are looking forward to Fenmore mixing it up with his folks and Summer Newman as the days get hotter in GC!

Ehrich seems to be a handsome young man and his look as Fenmoire seems to fit what one might expect from Michael and Lauren’s progeny. What is more important, however, is strong story, convincing portrayal, and honest relationships. I hope that si the case here. Y&R rapidly ages its young people as much as Newmans swap wives and/or marry or bring people back form the dead.

The teens do not watch soaps in the summer anymore why the need for this rapid aging whatever they are smoking over there change the brand.

Kay, Nothing on this show makes sense. They rapidly aged Abby and haven’t written a good story for her in two yrs!!

Lew, you know what my husband told me to quit biching about Y&R and just quit watching if it makes me that miserable. I sit down and watched three episodes the other night and did nothing but scream so he is right, so I guess MAB wins she lost a viewer. I will get my fix from GH!!!

I for one am not looking forward to the addition of teenage Fenmore and Summer.

As a teenager myself, I have no desire to watch other teenagers be horny with one another on my screen (which is why I don’t watch B&B either). I prefer WELL WRITTEN adult stories (something that Y&R is lacking in of itself).

Teenage stories generally just don’t interest me. The ones that actually do are a result of the heavy involvement of adults in said storyline.

You know it’s funny David. When I was a teenager I did not like teen storylines either (and still don’t). I agree with your comment.

I completely agree with what some of you are saying. If all you do is bitch about it (like my mother did for years), stop watching it and you’ll be much happier! My mother sure is! I find the teen aging hilarious, but I’m willing to roll with it. Why not. So when is Chloe’s daughter going to be 18? Next year? XP

‘This Is Us’ Season 6 to have Midseason Premiere and 18 Episode Order as It Concludes

The beloved Pearson family drama This Is Us will end after its sixth and final season, and news today from NBC executives Susan Rovner and Frances Berwick revealed that when the show returns for its last run, it will have a midseason, not a fall, premiere date.

Add to that, the fact that the show will wrap with an 18-episode order.  The execs shared to TV reporters and outlets including Deadline: “We know that saying goodbye to the Pearsons is going to be hard enough. So what we wanted to do is honor the fans and get them as close to an uninterrupted run as we could, which is only possible in midseason,” said Berwick.

Susan Rovner expressed: That by starting the story midseason, it will help make the send-off “a great event for the fans to enjoy.” She went on to say, “I think in Dan’s (Fogelman) hands, it’s going to be fantastic.”

In response to the announced season six conclusion, creator Dan Fogelman tweeted: “Whoever casually first said ‘All good things must come to an end’ never had to end their favorite thing. While sad to have just 1 season left, also grateful to NBC for letting us end the show how, and when, we always intended. We’ll work hard to stick the landing.”

For the past five season the cast has featured: Milo Ventimiglia, Mandy Moore, Sterling K. Brown,Chrissy Metz, Justin Hartley, Susan Kelechi Watson and Chris Sullivan, and there are still two more episodes of the current season, until the season finale on May 25th in a special time 10 p.m. ET/PT.

So, are you ready to say goodbye to the story of Randall, Kevin, and Kate and the rest of the family? Comment below.

DAYS Jackée Harry Joins Freeform Comedy Pilot ‘Everything’s Trash’ in Recurring Role

Jackée Harry is one busy actress in Hollywood!  On the heels of learning that Harry has signed on more full-time on Days of our Lives in her role as Paulina, comes this bit of casting news.

Harry will join the cast of the Freeform comedy pilot, Everything’s Trash along with another notable actor, George Wallace.  Both will have recurring roles in the show should it go to series.

In story, Everything’s Trash follows Phoebe (Phoebe Robinson), a 30-something podcast star navigating her messy life. When her younger brother Jayden emerges as a leading politician, she’s forced to grow up, so she relies on her friends and close-knit family to help her figure out adulthood, since she doesn’t seem to have a clue. The series is inspired by Robinson’s book, “Everything’s Trash But It’s Okay.”

According to Variety, “Harry will star as Zora, Phoebe and Jayden’s mother. She and her husband are mid-Western transplants, but they have made a home in NY . They love and support their children equally, but truth be known, Zora acts (and dresses) younger than she is and straddles the line between “I’m my daughter’s mother” and “I’m my daughter’s best friend.”  Meanwhile, Wallace will play the role of Abraham, Phoebe and Jayden’s father and husband to Zora.

So, looking forward to hopefully seeing Jackée on a half-comedy sitcom at night, and doing her role on Days of our Lives? Comment below.
