The catfishing storyline on Prospect Park’s reboot of One Life to Live may have been a bit confusing, but the actress at the epicenter of the storyline, Amber Skye Noyes (Ex-Michelle), has certainly been making a name for herself since the online revival fizzled.

First, Noyes was cast on CW’s Beauty and the Beast, and as well on NBC’s The Blacklist.  Now comes word via TV Line that she has been cast in a key role opposite James Franco in an HBO pilot about the porn industry in New York City set in the 70’s and 80’s entitled The Deuce!

The pilot stars Franco as twins Frankie and Vincent.  And as for Noyes, she wil play the role of Ellen, a tough, smart and attractive employee at a Times Square bar run by Vincent, with whom she may be an employee with ‘benefits” thing happening on the side! HBO describes the concept of The Deuce as:  “The story of the legalization and subsequent rise of the porn industry in New York, exploring the rough-and-tumble world that existed in midtown Manhattan ‘until the rise of HIV, the violence of the cocaine epidemic and the renewed real estate market all ended the bawdy turbulence.'”

So, what do you think of Amber and James Franco playing opposite of each other in the “porn” project pilot? Do you remember Amber’s storyline with Rob Gorrie (Ex-Matthew) on One Life? Comment below!

Sadly, when i think of the re-booted OLTL…it is not with good thoughts. Mostly, I just recall the music being far too loud and drowning out the dialogue…and it was also very cheesy music too. Also that recap show was the worst of it all !

I still miss ABC’s OLTL very much thou.

Well, I do remember her, the storyline was confusing at best on the re-booted On-line version of One Life to Live. I wanted to like it and I think it was just slowly starting to find it’s footing when everything came to a screeching halt. They had FAR too many scenes taking place in that idiotic nightclub and too much filler. It never somehow quite captured the heart of the ABC-TV long-time version. I’m not exactly sure what the missing component was.
At any rate, good luck to Amber in her future dramatic endeavors.

B&B’s Kimberlin Brown Shows How-To Do The Sheila ‘Makeover’

Wednesday’s episode of The Bold and the Beautiful, brought with it a very much alive and in disguise Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown).

While smart B&B viewers knew there was no way a bear ended the life of Sheila, and that she would return to the canvas to cause more trouble, no one quite knew how she would integrate herself into society to not get caught by the police for her crimes.

Now donning a red wig, some facial prosthetics and a new sexy wardrobe, Sheila tested out her transformation on a tipsy Deacon (Sean Kanan), who had too much to drink.  Next thing you know, the two ‘strangers’ have sex.  Does Deacon really not know its Sheila?

Meanwhile, Kimberlin Brown posted a video on her Instagram of just how the B&B make-up and hair team came up with Sheila’s new look.

The actress expressed: “#behindthescenes #transformation #sheila goes red! Thanks you @danmakesstuff and @tinsleystudio for the wonderful #prosthetics and of course the wonderful Chris Lia Johnson #makeup @stephpaughhair for her #wig work! What a great #team

You can watch the time-lapsed video below.

Now let us know, what do you think of Sheila’s new look? How will B&B incorporate Sheila’s disguise for the next leg of her storyline to still be a part of Finn’s (Tanner Novlan) life? Share your thoughts in the comment section.
