Scott Evans, One Life to Live’s  Oliver Fish, tweeted today that he is NOT leaving the soap.  Evans said, “I have no plans to leave OLTL everyone. It’s not even really in my hands .”

This came on the heels of TV Guide Canada’s Nelson Branco’s Suds Report item  in which the journalist brought up the following:  “There are worrisome rumours circulating that recurring actor (Scott) Evans may be leaving his breakout role as Oliver Fish. The actor reportedly tested for a CBS pilot titled Reagan’s Law. When Suds Report investigated, we could not confirm that Evans was planning to leave One Life, despite the fact that the gay icon tweeted earlier this week that he has some big decisions to make ahead of him.”

Also out today, Michael Fairman has a brand new interview item with Scott featured in Advocate.com’s Soapside column, all about Kish, and the drama of baby, Sierra Rose that is turning Llanview on it’s ear!

Michael, I have been all your articles this morning, including the ones at Advocate.com…They are all so well done and are very interesting and informative. They must be making the role of Heather Stevens on Y&R bigger for Eden Riegel and more juicy. That role really has been kind of nothing, except only when it has been associated with Adam. So, let’s hope on that one. Also, I was thrilled to see Susan Lucci’s comments on the gay storyline on AMC and how she was affected by true happenings of children, men and women, who tried to come out to their families. She is a real pro….And lastly, I don’t know if I want Fish to be Sienna Rose’s father. That would be a terrific story, but would have to be handled with velvet gloves. I will be watching OLTL to see how that plays out….Thanks Michael, keep sharing with your fans…..
