We love us some Josh Duhamel! The former All My Children star who won us over and won a Daytime Emmy for his portrayal of Leo Dupres, and went on to motion picture and primetime television fame, new CBS TV series, Battle Creek has a new premiere date and timeslot.

Looks for the midseason series Battle Creek to debut on Sunday nights starting March 1st in the 10PM slot, two weeks after the CSI: Cyber’ finale.

The new drama from Breaking Bad creator Vince Gilligan and House creator David Shore stars  Duhamel and Dean Winters as two mismatched law enforcement officers in rural Michigan.

The guys polar opposite views of the world and crime-solving breed frustration, disdain, and humor as they clean up crime on the streets.  Janet McTeer, Kal Penn, Aubrey Dollar, and Edward Fordham are also part of the A-list cast!

So will you be checking out Josh on Battle Creek? Intrigued by the premise? Let us know!

I will give anything Vince Gilligan creates a look and I have always liked Josh Duhamel from his AMC days. He is a classy guy and I am happy for him that he made the successful leap from soap star to movie star.

I think you meant CsI Cyber premier? It hasn’t even begun so it can’t have the finale 🙂 so excited about both of these new shows. Love Josh Duhamel and Luke Perry!

All My Children Alum Finn Wittrock To Headline ‘Green Lantern’

From Pine Valley to the DC Universe! Now comes word that former All My Children star, Finn Wittrock (Ex-Damon Miller) will take on the role of Guy Gardner/Green Latern on the upcoming HBO Max series, Green Lantern from Berlanti Productions in association with Warner Brothers Television.

According to Deadline who dropped the casting news, Wittrock’s Guy Gardner/Green Lantern is “a hulking mass of masculinity, and, as rendered in the comics, an embodiment of 1980s hyper-patriotism. And yet, Guy is somehow likable.”

In the premise of the series, Green Lantern reinvents the classic DC property through a story spanning decades and galaxies, beginning on Earth in 1941 with the very first Green Lantern, secretly gay FBI agent Alan Scott, and 1984, with cocky alpha male Guy Gardner (Wittrock) and half-alien Bree Jarta. They’ll be joined by a multitude of other Lanterns — from comic book favorites to never-before-seen heroes.”

Previously, Finn received Emmy nominations for his work on American Horror Story: Freak Show and for Versace: American Crime Story.

So what do you think of Finn’s new role? Comment below.
