On Friday, at the ABC Television Critics Association Winter Press Tour, the network’s entertainment president, Paul Lee assured the press that he has no plans at this time to cancel Revenge in the foreseeable future by relating, that the soap in the Hamptons is not going anywhere.

He added, “We have a long way to go with that show. They’ve reconnected that amazing conflict between Emily (Emily VanCamp) and Victoria (Madeleine Stowe), The producers pitched us the back nine episodes and we loved it.”

Of note is that Revenge is on the move once again starting on March 9th when the new series Resurrection takes their 9PMslot and they move back to Sundays at 10PM.   Lee added that the Revenge creative team is happy for the time slot change: “They love the fact that they are back at 10PM and they don’t have to pull their punches. We love that lineup.”

Meanwhile, on an all-new episode airing tonight entitled, “Hatred”, it’s husband vs. wife …  Emily vs. Daniel (Josh Bowman)!  They look like they are fast becoming the younger version of Victoria and Conrad (Henry Czerny)!  ABC teases for tonight’s episode: “With tensions between Emily and Daniel at an all-time high running high, Emily makes it clear she is not giving up.  However, her own instability could put everything she has worked for at risk.”

Watch a promo for “Hatred” after the jump! Then, let us know are you thumbs up on this season of Revenge thus far? Are you glad to hear Paul Lee’s commitment to continue the series?  Let us know!

The show keeps getting better and better! I think it’s an interesting thought…Emily and Daniel recreating Victoria and Conrad. Which would mean they might ultimately end the show with these two still a pair…

Though I love Jack and initially wanted an Emily/Jack pairing…I’m liking him with Margeaux.

I’m crazy about Aidan as well…and am hoping for that reunion…though it looks like he’ll probably be sliced and diced to oblivion next week. If that’s the case will miss him on the show…

Great news that’s it coming back. I thought it was doubtful for a while….

This season is Waaaaayyyy better than last season! I think it is even better than season 1! Love that it is going back to 10pm! It should have been there all along! I seriously hope for at least two more seasons of this highly addicting show!

Ingo Rademacher Speaks Out On His Dismissal From GH Sharing: “I Was Hoping to Play Jax For Another 10 or 25 Years and Unfortunately, That’s Not Going to Happen”

For the first time since he was fired for not adhering to General Hospital’s and Disney/ABC’s Covid-19 vaccine mandate, Ingo Rademacher (Ex-Jax), addressed his exit from the soap opera via an “official video” message on his Instagram account.

Ingo expressed: “I’m sorry that I didn’t put out this video earlier, but this is about thanking you guys, the fans of the show and also the GH crew and cast. I was on the show for 25 years. They were like my family a lot of the people there. I was hoping to play Jax for another 10 or 25 years and unfortunately, that’s not going to happen. I want to thank you guys for sticking with Jax for 25 years and I’m sorry that I’m not there anymore to play Jax, which is still something that I am trying to process  … it’s just kind of crazy.”

Rademacher also took aim at his former co-star, Nancy Lee Grahn (Alexis) for announcing on Twitter that he was no longer on the show, before he had a chance to do so, which he says was a huge disappointment to him given that they worked together for 25 years.

He went on to say how he appreciated all the positive comments from the fans adding, “A lot of you come on there to say that you’re vaccinated but stand for medical freedom, I love hearing that, because I believe it should be a choice.”  Ingo continued to express his view, “I don’t agree with vaccine mandates or corporations ever being able to mandate a vaccine to keep your job.”

The actor closed with another nod to the viewers of GH adding, “Thank you so much for supporting me for 25 years. I will have more news later on, but for now, just wanted to thank all of you amazing fans. Thank you.”

You can watch Rademacher’s full statement via his IG post below.  Then, let us know what you thought of Ingo’s long-awaited exit message in the comment section.

Kristina Wagner Shares She’s Back On Contract at General Hospital

This past week, General Hospital fans were thrilled with the news that longtime fan favorite, Kristina Wagner (Felicia) was on her way back to the soap opera to tape new episodes.  However on Saturday, the actress shared even bigger news.  She is back on contract at the ABC daytime drama series.

Kristina revealed via her Instagram: “I’m pleased to announce I just finished my first work week on contract with General Hospital. The good people there have made it a well oiled machine. I’m so impressed with the way they navigate the Covid protocols. It’s not easy but we’ll worth it. We’ve got some fun storylines coming up. I’ve been thrown in the middle of a current storyline and I think Felicia’s part in it gives it some color. Stay tuned!”

Earlier in the week on Tuesday via Twitter, Kristina expressed: “Tomorrow I head back to work on General Hospital! Lucky me. I couldn’t be more thrilled to be a part of that family once again. Here we go. More to come. Felicia Scorpio rides again.”

Wagner began her GH role as Felicia Cummings, the Aztec princess back in 1984 and has appeared on and off the show since then.

So what storyline do you think Felicia will get thrown into? Will she return to Port Charles to help Maxie (Kirsten Storms)?  Share your thoughts in the comment section below.

‘Dr. Oz Show’ Taken Off the Air in NY and PA Due to Senate Run; Daphne Oz ‘The Good Dish’ to Fill Time Slot

In light of his announcement that he will be running as a republican senate candidate in the state of Pennsylvania, Dr Oz’s daytime talk and medical show, The Dr. Oz Show, is being taken off the air in key markets in New York and Pennsylvania, according to the Fox Station Group.

According to Deadline’s sources, Fox TV Stations proceeded with pulling the Sony Pictures TV-distributed syndicated series because of the prospect of being forced to give other political candidates running in Pennsylvania equal time, expressing that it “would be a nightmare for us, there was no way we were going to be able to do that.”

In its place, look for Dr. Oz’s daughter, Daphne Oz, to be the fill-in with her show.

Starting on January 18th, Daphne’s The Good Dish, will take over the time slot during the duration of her father’s political campaign.  This potentially could go all the way through November of 2022, if Oz remains in the race through election day.

Last fall, Fox TV Stations renewed The Dr. Oz Show for two more years which gave it life through 2023.

So, do you think more stations will go bye-bye and have The Dr. Oz show pulled? What do you think of daughter Daphne’s series as the fill-in? Comment below.
