There is nothing more soap fans love better than when their favorite daytime drama updates their opening title sequence to showcase all the new characters, replace long-held images of the cast and delete those who are no longer airing on the series.

Now comes word from the B&B app (Bold and Beautiful TV) that there is a brand new opening title sequence as the show heads towards its 40th anniversary celebration next year on March 23, 2027.

The new title sequence uses previously seen images mixed with brand new images and begins with series long-running stars, John McCook (Eric), then Katherine Kelly Lang (Brooke), Thorsten Kaye (Ridge), Jacqueline MacInnes Wood (Steffy), Tanner Novlan (Finn), then comes Lawrence-Saint Victor (Carter), Annika Noelle (Hope), Scott Clifton (Liam) and Rebecca Budig (Taylor).

Next up, the Spencer clan with Don Diamont (Bill), Heather Tom (Katie), Crew Morrow (Will), Sydney Bullock (Dylan), Delon de Metz (Zende), Brayan Nicoletti (R.J.) Laneya Grace (Electra), then Lawrence Saint-Victor, Murielle Hilaire (Daphne), Harrison Cone (Deke), Sean Kanan (Deacon), Kimberlin Brown (Sheila), a shot of Tanner Novlan as Finn, another of Jacqueline MacInnes Wood as Steffy, Naomi Matsuda (Li), Jennifer Gareis (Donna), a shirtless Scott Clifton, Annika Noelle, Darin Brooks (Wyatt) and Denise Richards (Shauna).

In the final set up, look for more shots of Heather Tom, Murielle Hilaire, Katherine Kelly Lang, Laneya Grace, Brayan Nicoletti, Crew Morrow, and at the end of the opening sequence, previously seen title sequence shots of Bill, Katie Ridge, Brooke and Eric, round out the conclusion,

You can check it out in the post below.

‘General Hospital’s’ Bluesy Burke Marks 1 Year as Charlotte Cassadine: ‘It’s The Best Gift I’ve Ever Received’

Published

Bluesy Burke

Today, September 8 makes it one year since Bluesy Burke’s first appearance as General Hospital’s Charlotte Cassadine, the daughter of Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins) and Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart).

To mark the one year anniversary of her time on-screen, Burke took to her Instagram with a post and photo of herself along with her GH co-stars including: Alexa Havins, Asher Antonyzyn (Danny Morgan) and Finn Carr (Rocco Falconeri).

Burke captioned the photo, “1 year on General Hospital. I truly can’t believe it. Time really flies!! I am so grateful I get to be apart of this amazing family. I feel as though I’ve grown so much over this past year and I’ve met some of my best friends. Thank you so much Frank Valentini (executive producer, GH) and Mark Teschner (casting director, GH) for taking a chance on me. It’s the best gift i’ve ever received.”

Several other of Burke’s GH co-stars jumped into the comment thread with their congrats including: Laura Wright (Carly Spencer), Sawandi Wilson (Isaiah Gannon) and Kayden Brenna Tokarski (Scout Cain).

Back in 2025, General Hospital head writers, Chris Van Etten and Elizabeth Korte said of their plans for Charlotte and recasting Scarlett Fernandez in the part, “Charlotte returns to the canvas and assumes a pivotal role. She’s very useful to anyone who wants something from Valentin – and she knows it. She isn’t afraid to exploit her relationship with her father to get what she wants. She’ll draw closer to Danny and Rocco as we develop General Hospital’s next generation.”

Currently, Charlotte is about to be in a whole lotta trouble, after she was the person who discovered it was Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna) who was floating in the pool at the Metro Court. Both she and Danny ran from the scene of the crime. Later, Charlotte realized her bracelet was gone which ended up on Brennan’s wrist before Drew (Cameron Mathison) and Ava (Maura West) buried the body.

Something tells us the body will be found and Charlotte may be looked upon as a prime suspect in a murder case, even though she didn’t do it!

Share your congrats to Bluesy Burke for her one-year milestone as General Hospital’s Charlotte Cassadine via the comment section below, and if you think Charlotte will land in hot water.

Sherri Shepherd

Sherri Shepherd, who sadly saw her daytime talk show Sherri canceled after only four seasons, is already making moves for the next leg of her career, starting with two major announcements this week.

First, Shepherd will be heading to Broadway to play none other than Genie in the hit musical Aladdin! She will be having a limited run in the musical beginning October 16 and running through January 3.

General Hospital fans know that earlier this year, the characters of Gio (Giovanni Mazza) and Emma (Braedyn Bruner) traveled to New York, where they met Gio’s old friend, Michael James Scott who had played Genie the longest. In fact, Scott played the character for over 4000 performances before bowing out in May of this year. On GH, Michael later came to visit Gio and Emma in Port Charles and performed at The Savoy.

Next, guests are expected in the lineup for the rest of season 30 premiere week. Shepherd is expected to appear on the Friday, September 11th episode. Throughout the big season, The View is said to be bringing back past cohosts, but we shall see, who ends up back at the table and who does not.

‘The Bold and the Beautiful’s’ Heather Tom to Chat Live on the Michael Fairman Channel

Heather Tom

The Bold and the Beautiful’s six-time Daytime Emmy-winner, Heather Tom (Katie Logan) is set to visit You Tube’s Michael Fairman Channel for a live conversation on Wednesday, September 9 beginning at 7pm ET/4pm PT.

As previously announced, Heather is once again nominated at the upcoming 53rd annual Daytime Emmy Awards in the Lead Actress in a Daytime Drama Series category. Heather is vying for the gold statuette along with: Stacy Haiduk (Kristen DiMera), Days of our Lives, Karla Mosley (Dani Dupree), Beyond the Gates, Michelle Stafford (Phyllis Summers), The Young and the Restless and Tamara Tunie (Anita Dupree), Beyond the Gates.

If Heather were to win, she would become the most-winning actress in Daytime Emmy history breaking her tie with Erika Slezak (ex-Viki, One Life to Live). Will she do it? Stay tuned on October 30th.

THE FASHION HOUSE WARS

Meanwhile on B&B, Heather is front and center in story in 2026 as Katie Logan has launched her own fashion house and brand over the last several months named Logan with the help and backing of Bill Spencer (Don Diamont).

Now at war with her sister Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) and the Forresters, Katie is doing everything she can against the odds to make it a success, and she has even so far poached Brooke’s daughter, Hope (Annika Noelle) from the competition to become her lead designer. That move set-up fireworks between the Logan sisters and even banished Katie from the family.

In recent scenes, Katie has also spent her time attempting to protect her son, Will Spencer (Crew Morrow) from the likes of Melissa Dylan (Sydney Bullock), especially after Will and Electra Forrester (Laneya Grace) broke-up.

PROTECTING WILL SPENCER

Katie doesn’t trust Dylan’s intentions where her son is concerned, and in key scenes just met Dylan’s mother, Darcy (Kelly Sullivan), where the two confronted each other about their children. Will Katie’s meddling just completely backfire on her? Looks like it thus far!

How will things all play out for Katie? Will she lose everything including her son, or come out on top with her fashion house? The multi-talented Tom, also has the distinction in daytime as being the only female performer who also writes and directs on the soap opera in which she appears. Quite the feat.

Be with us for this very special chat with one of the greatest actresses to ever appear on in the genre. Make sure to join us with your questions for Heather and we may just ask it during the live broadcast.  If you can’t be with us live, but have a question you would like potentially posed to her, you can drop it in the comment section below. And, for upcoming celebrity features, livestreams and special event coverage, make sure to “subscribe” to the Michael Fairman Channel.

So, would you like to see Heather make actress Emmy history by winning a seventh Daytime Emmy? Do you hope Katie will keep up the good fight against Forrester Creations? Do you think Katie will be proven right about Dylan? Share your thoughts via the comment section.
