THE BOLD AND THE BEAUTIFUL: Finn Hugs It Out With Sheila as Liam Looks On … Is A Psycho Finn Turn Coming?
Friday’s July 21st recap of The Bold and the Beautiful, found Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown), once again, not paying for her crimes and being put behind bars permanently. Instead, Sheila got a get out of jail free card from Judge Scott (Michael Corbett in his guest star role).
Judge Scott with all parties present in his chambers, including Liam (Scott Clifton) who showed up, upsetting Finn and shocking Steffy, announces he understands that they all are waiting for him to render Sheila guilty of her crimes and put it away for good, however it pains him to say the evidence tying Sheila to murder was unlawfully obtained. In addition. the obtained surveillance was not legal, so he must dismiss all the charges against her, and she is free to go on with her life.
Bill (Don Diamont), Ridge (Thorsten Kaye), Liam, Carter (Lawrence Saint-Victor), Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) and Finn (Tanner Novlan) are all in shock, as too, apparently, is Sheila. Throughout Judge Scott’s ruling, Liam could not help but see the gazes between Finn and Sheila piquing his suspicions.

After the ruling and in the hallway, Sheila is overjoyed as Finn shows up. She cries she’s been given a second chance and goes to hug Finn. Once again, Finn wraps his arms and comforts his mother. Only this time, Liam sees the whole thing, and is blindsided.
While B&B had already put Hope (Annika Noelle) with Thomas (Matthew Atkinso), it looks like Liam’s kisses with Steffy, and Finn’s ‘mommy-issues’ will blow wide open Finn and Steffy’s marriage.

Courtesy/CBS
However, will the CBS daytime drama go as far as to make Dr. Finnegan a vindictive psychopath like his mother? On Thursday’s episode while visiting Sheila in prison, Finn hugged his mom, too. It really meant something to the guy (HOW??) because he expressed, “It feels like something that I have been missing my whole life.”
So, are the hugs symbolic of a future character turn by Finn, or do you think it’s just being used as ammunition and justification to cause trouble in Steffy and Finn’s marriage and break them up? Share your thoughts and theories via the comment section below. But first, check out the final moments from Friday’s cliffhanger.
Where’s my fork? I’m done.
So glad I gave up on this show!
This whole Sheila is free is beyond ridiculous !!! It is a great way to get Finn out of Steffy’s life. Back to STEAM,finally !!! Steffy and Liam, Hope and Thomas, FABULOUS !!!!!
I wouldn’t wish Liam on my worst enemy. What a horrible character.
Agree enough Liam
You think he’s bad now, wait until he finds out Sheila saved Kelly, poor Finn will probably hear all about it from Liam for the rest of his life.
Sheila is so creepy and boring and tired as always I have disliked her since first day on y and r and the actress is past her sell date get someone new
Would love to see a Taylor and Wyatt coupling !! Leave Hope and Thomas together !! They have off the charts chemistry. Wyatt and Hope had NONE !!!
Patty,
OMG, Taylor is old enough to be his mother, don’t be ridiculous!
Sorry B & B but, Wyatt has no sex appeal. The character of Wyatt was gone for awhile and no one even noticed. That should tell you something.
Where are the scab writers ?? We could do with someone writing that gives a crap! Disgusting throwing Finn under the bus for sickening Liam ugh
I totally agree. Liam is horrible. I’m hoping that Sheila was set free so that she could kill Liam (for real, no more resurrecting the dead, please).
Soap writers have a separate contract running until next July, so they’re still hard at work on this nonsense.
Dr. Helen Ruth…Can’t you think of another creative ending for Liam. Wishing him to be killed is a lousy thing to wish on anyone
He’s fictional, so he won’t really die.
Leave Finn & Steph alone, get rid of Liam
I watched for Thope nothing else I want these two to have twin Thope babies a boy and a girl in the foreseeable future I tell you Thomas and Hope’s chemistry is on fire
More repetitious blah, blah, blah today !
General Hospital
GENERAL HOSPITAL: Drew Emerges from Nina’s Murder Attempt Ready to Confront Willow

At the conclusion of the Monday, July 27 episode of General Hospital, Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) showed up at the front door of his house much to the shock and dismay of his wife, Willow Cain (Katelyn MacMullen).
The major turn of events, where for the first time in months, Drew is no longer in a locked-in state thanks to the paralytic drug that Willow and her mother Nina (Cynthia Watros) have been serving him, could mean the end for Willow, but will it?
Viewers learned that as Nina was in freak-mode with Jack (Chris McKenna) after pushing Drew in his wheelchair into the lake surrounding the Quartermaine boathouse, that Gio (Giovanni Mazza) found him in the water and saved him. Nina is mortified.

Meanwhile, Willow has just returned from the PCPD where she was brought in for questioning by Chase (Josh Swickard), about her dealings with Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota), just as she was trying to sneak out of town with Amelia and Wiley in tow.
As Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) and Molly (Kristen Vaganos) question Willow on her involvement with Sidwell, Willow gets mighty defensive and offended, while putting on her game face. After she walks out on the interrogation, she heads back to her home, so she can gather her belongings and flee the country.
Little does Willow know, Jack made a deal with Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart), and recovered the missing black box which contains the dossier on Drew so he, Nina and Willow, all have leverage to hold over Drew.

Back at the Cain residence, Willow is gathering things off the living room floor when she sees muddy footprints. Suddenly, the front door opens and shuts. Willow turns around and see a soaking wet Drew with rage all over his face! We fade to black.
Today in the official GH preview of the Tuesday, July 28 episode (see below), Drew says to Willow, “I am so excited about what comes next.” Plus, look for Jason (Steve Burton) and Carly (Laura Wright) to finally see each other after Jason’s captivity by the WSB for months.
So, what else will Drew say to Willow? Do you think he has been affected by the long term use of the paralytic drug? Does he have amnesia? Does he know full-well everything Willow and Nina did to him, and will tell Willow how he is going to destroy her life? What do you hope goes down? Let us know you thoughts via the comment section below.

GENERAL HOSPITAL: Jason Tries to Help Rocco Move On; Nina Makes Last Ditch Effort to Silence Drew

The Friday, July 24 episode ended with quite the cliffhanger with Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros), pushing a wheelchair-bound Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) into the lake surrounding the Quartermaine boathouse.
Previously, Nina received a call from Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) telling her that she received very bad news from Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna).
The WSB Port Charles Bureau Chief called the congresswoman to inform her that the black box containing the leverage he has over Drew has gone missing. Saying he owed Nina, Jack was willing to provide a plane out of town for her and her children, Wiley and Amelia, with passports for new identifies, but they must leave tonight.

Willow tells her mother she can join them if she wants to, but it’s up to her since she has a life in Port Charles, but she has to go and get ready and to let her know. Suddenly, Chase (Josh Swickard) shows up at Willow’s office telling her he has to take her down to the PCPD.
DREW PUSHED INTO THE WATER IN A WHEELCHAIR
After her call with Willow, Nina becomes desperate, so she unlocks the wheels of Drew’s wheelchair in horror, when suddenly Drew speaks (as had been in the ABC promo for GH released on Monday), “What’s wrong, Nina? Get some bad news?” A shocked Nina replied, “Bad for me. Worse for you.” Suddenly, she pushes Drew’s wheelchair with Drew in it into the lake.
Meanwhile, the heart of the episode was brought by Steve Burton and Finn Carr who finally had the scenes where Jason and Rocco talk about what happened the night on the pier, when Rocco shot Cullum and Jason took the blame and was carted off by the WSB for several months.
Jason attempted to ease Rocco’s guilt telling him he is indebted to him for saving his life and Britt’s. When Rocco questioned if Jason would do the same thing all over again knowing how much it cost him, he told Rocco, that they both have to find a way to move on with their lives. Jason tells Rocco its best for him to try to let this all go. Can Rocco? Can Jason?
BRITT IS A COMMON THREAD OF JASON AND ROCCO
Rocco becomes emotional when talking to Jason about going on the run with Britt (Kelly Thiebaud), and how scared he was for her due to her “illness” with symptoms of Huntington’s.
Later, Jason comes to General Hospital and runs right into Britt, who is all smiles when she lays eyes on Jason. However, with Jason seemingly looking for a fresh start and a new outlook, is there any future for Britt and Jason after all that has happened? Stay tuned for the Monday, July 27 episode for some answers/
Now below, and in case you missed it, check out the scenes between Jason and Rocco from today’s GH.
Then let us know, what did you think of the performances of Steve Burton and Finn Carr? Do you think Nina just made everything 10,000 times worse, and Drew will be swimming around in no time in the water revealing he is A-OK much to the chagrin of Willow and Nina? THE BOLD AND THE BEAUTIFUL: Katie is Disowned By The Logan Sisters

The Logan sisters are no more! After the Friday, July 24 episode of The Bold and the Beautiful, Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) has thrown Katie (Heather Tom) out of the family and is backed up by their sister, Donna (Jennifer Gareis).
Brooke throws down on Katie declaring, “We are no longer family! You declared war and this is the consequences!” Katie in tears stammers around the Forrester living room when Donna goes in on her too!
Donna tells Katie that her secrets and lies put her in the middle between her both her sisters and most of all, she messed with her marriage, adding, “You undermined our entire family, Katie!”

Courtesy/CBS
KATIE IS PILED UPON
Next, Katie makes a plea to Eric (John McCook) to tell everyone the truth, that he willingly came to work with her at Logan and promised to stand at the end of the runaway with her, hands raised in the air. Katie cries, “Tell them!” However, Eric walks away from her and tells Donna he wants to go upstairs and lay down after Will (Crew Morrow) punched Eric in the face with a fist that was meant for R.J (Brayan Nicoletti).
Ridge tells Katie her son, Will “is a punk.” Brooke goes in at Katie once again for how her lies and machinations tore the family apart. She ends with, “You’re not welcome here anymore. Get out of this house!”
Brooke tells Katie she chose to be a Spencer and unfortunately Hope made a choice, too. The whole family is fractured according to Brooke. Donna piles up on Katie saying this is the same feeling that they felt when their father abandoned them all those years ago. Katie cries and cannot believe how they are comparing the two situations.
Donna stands with Brooke as Katie in tears says, well, if they can’t love her, she will always love them. Brooke boots her out with “Goodbye Katie.” Outside, Katie completely breaks down.
It looks like Heather Tom, a Lead Actress Daytime Emmy nominee this year, will also have quite the submission for the same category in the competition in 2027, if you combine scenes from this episode with the knockdown war of words with Brooke a month ago. Could Heather win a record-setting 7th or 8th Emmy making her the most-winning actress in daytime history? We shall see.
So, do you think the Logan sisters went overboard by disowning Katie? Will Katie decide to just go make her business a success anyway, or end up kowtowing to Brooke and Donna? Weigh-in via the comment section below.
