THE BOLD AND THE BEAUTIFUL: Brooke to Ridge, “Have Fun With Taylor … Your Second Choice!”
Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) and Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) have officially disintegrated following the Monday, January 6th episode of The Bold and the Beautiful.
During a tension-filled conversation, what at first, seems to be Brooke and Ridge coming together and mending fences turns into Brooke’s worst nightmare.
Brooke explained to Ridge why she agreed to take on position of CEO of Forrester Creations. She explains she was going to reason with Carter (Lawrence Saint-Victor) and Hope (Annika Noelle) and make them give the company back to Ridge and Eric (John McCook). Her plan was done out of love and loyalty for him.

Ridge says he believes her, but then goes at her about not using the moment on the livestream to denounce her own daughter, Hope and Carter. She tries to reason with him, but Ridge continues on about resenting her for not defending his family. Brooke is infuriated at how quickly he dissolves their relationship time and time again and goes running to Taylor (Rebecca Budig).
Brooke hauls off and smacks Ridge in the face, after how he refuses to see her side of anything. She tells him to enjoy being with Taylor .. his second choice. As she storms out of the Forrester mansion, Taylor comes in and before you know it, Brooke pushes her out of the way, before she makes her grand exit.
Take a look at part of the conversation between Brooke and Ridge below.
Now let us know, are you fed up with Ridge? Brooke? Are you rooting for Taylor and Ridge? Doesn’t Brooke have some merit to the points she made? Share your thoughts in the comment section.
KKL brought it in this episode nice slap and nice Taylor toss those 2 losers Taylor and ridge deserve each other and I will say it again Rebecca Budig is no Taylor!
Absolutely right,so glad she slapped him,he deserved that and much more let that mealy mouth Taylor have him. His family is a complete mess of trouble and Steffy the witch. I hope and pray that Carter and Hope along with Brooke rise high and succeed in there business. I hate to see Eric hurt though he has always been there for Brooke.
Yes I am tired of the Steffy getting her Way how many times she went after Liam and I been sick of Taylor
This is so unwatchable why can’t you just etc Ridge and Brooke be together so tired of the back and forth and
If Ridge and Brooke breakup why can’t Ridge have someone else so tired of the Brooke van Taylor…writers need to change the script we habe been through this before just let Ridhe and Brooke be happy. I’ve been watching for over 30 years come one B and .
Their destiny socks! And it’s old
As many times as Hope did
Blah, blah, blah… this soap is TIRED!!
Put a fork in it. This triangle is done.
This whole soap is done.
I am getting sick of Steffie getting her way with Ridge, anything she suggests he does it! I wish someone would kidnap Steffie and take her far away!! Ridge isn’t a man he is a wuss!! Taylor isn’t even a good actress! Take her off already! I’m going to watch it this week and if it is still the same crap that’s the end for me. I have better things to do, like clean the toilets!!
Steffy*
ridge has alot of nerve what has he done all these years but flip back and forth between to stupid women he wasent loyal to taylor when they were first married he left his marrage and children to go with brook and back again with taylor i stop watching the bold and the beautiful years ago because of it the writer need to move on to new topics and story lines if they want me back as a viewer thortstan is to good of an actor to be on this show at lease when he was on all my childen he has a meater roll to play.
Ridge just has to have a woman. Always between Brooke & Taylor. He is terrible.
I wish they would bring Nick Marone back with Brooke’s son. They can turn the company back over to Forrester’s and then use what they’ve learned to bankrupt it. I hate this story line and the way that they are trying to make Brooke the bad guy. I don’t watch any more I can’t stomach it. Once in a while I will read a recap. You know once they get the company back Steffy is going to have an even bigger ego
If Ridge goes back with Taylor, I will not watch the show again!! I’m sick of the cheating he does without thinking of who he hurts. I wish Brook and Taylor would both drop his ass and they could bring on more men to the show for them. Leave Ridge high and dry!!!
Exactly what I said!!
Yesssss great idea and I’ve always said too to bring Nick Marone back for Brooke, they would make a hot, great couple together, she probably headed back to her Stallion maybe, cause Katie’s always been right about those two….
Nick and Brooke would be awesome
Taylor would drop Ridge in a heart beat
She has a history of going after any man interested in Brooke
Is Steffy aware that Taylor has also been with all the Forester men including Brooke’s son as well as others
Taylor tries to come off as virtuous- so not so Phony!!!
I’m rooting for Brook! I can’t stand that holier than thou and egotistical A** that Ridge is. Then he has that poor, mealy mouthed Taylor along with Steffy and Eric to back his worthless self. I would like to hope Brook will wash him off her heart and feet. Sadly, the heart doesn’t work that way.
That is not the characters Bill Bell created and it is an insult to both Ronn Moss and Hunter Tylo what Brad has miscast and changed who they were.
Wish they could bring back Ronn Moss. He was just so much better
Ridge is a jerk for what he is doing to Brooke he won’t even listen to her. Seems like he couldn’t wait to jump in bed with Taylor. Really sick of this story line. I think Brooke would be better off without him. Find her a new man. I don’t watch Stefy anymore she’s a real witch and she makes me sick. All Foresters think they are better than anyone else. I record my episodes of BATB and don’t watch episodes with Steffy in them. May end up not watching it anymore to many spoiled rotten Foresters!
After 35 years if watching, I stopped…the storylines are e horrible and the names ridge called hope is ridiculous. I couldn’t believe the writers sank this low, especially when steffy has killed her niece and shields twin. Ridge is a dick and belittles women in genral.
So true
Look up self defense please
Brooke has to move on from Ridge. It’s been years & years of going back & forth with ” her destiny”. Who on earth in real life would put up with him. As for the “World Famous Psychiatrist “, she can’t even see what her own daughter really is… A spoiled little rich girl who gets her own way with Daddy & Mommy & Granddad & her weak husband Finn & of course the ever waffling Liam. Carter the first man to stand up to her. Oh, PLEASE don’t tell me I’ve given the Writers a new Storyline.
Either bring back Jack Wagner as Nick Marone for Brooke or pair her back up with Deacon. I cannot handle Tristan’s Ridge these days. He seems to be sleeping through his lines now that he has won best actor two years in a row.
It seems like there’s no limit to B&B’s ability to simultaneously destroy characters and create preposterous stories. The whole FC takeover story is ridiculous, and the character of Ridge has become insufferable. Not to mention Taylor, who should know by now that Ridge is only settling for her because of Brooke’s perceived deception and support of her daughter. And Rebecca Budig is totally miscast in the role, which is making the whole situation worse.
Also, where is R.J. in all of this!? He should be pivotal in this story, given that he’s Ridge and Brooke’s only child together. What a mistake it was letting Joshua Hoffman go, ditto for Matthew Atkinson. Both R.J. and Thomas had much more story potential, especially in a story like this one.
And then there’s the whole mess with Luna, which makes zero sense. She was convicted for double homicide (with no trial!) and is allowed out of prison on house arrest less than a year later!? In the care of the man with whom she’s obsessed!? Completely implausible, and yes another reason R.J. should be around. But I guess now that psycho Remy is MIA, Luna will cause trouble for Will and Electra, before the writers inevitably drop them like they do with all their young characters.
It’s a tough feat given what’s going with the other soaps at the moment, but B&B has the laziest and most ridiculous writing BY FAR.
Nobody liked Popeye he’s fine being fired
I’m sick of Ridge going back and forth I have quit watching it
Finally Brook slapped Ridge and dumped his fat butt. Rebecca you ain’t no Hunter Tylo! Ridge lose weight and clean up, you’re too sloppy for a Forester. Steffy you are the biggest hypocrite and liar alive, you needed to stay in that cage. Finn is another wimpout. They already have Luna thirsting for Will, whoops looks l8ke she won’t be under house arrest for long, what a ĥoe. I hope Carter finds Daphne Rose and Steffy out soon, don’t let high on her horse Steffy keep winning. I only watch this flunkie show when there’s absolutely nothing else good on, including Premium channels!
Hey, whatever happened to Shela being the resident baddie?
Go to streaming then
Good! Leave the jerk, his bitchy daughter and rhe no self respect idiot in the dust! She will survive and thrive and that dog will come sniffing around again.
The writers make Ridge a wussy little lost boy who always has to be with a woman
AND fix his hair
So happy that Brook finally stood up to pathetic ridge, and hard up Taylor. Those 2 act like they are so perfect, Brook has it all over them Now,please clip Steffys wings, once in for all
I am all for Ridge and Taylor unity and pray this time RIDGE finally stays with her.. that’s where he belongs
You got these butthurt logan azz kissers wishing bad on Ridge and Taylor. BROOKE is a horrible woman. How many times have she cheated on Ridge with other men alot. But these so called fans wanna sit here trashing the forresters especially Steffy. They think Brooke slapping Ridge is a yay movement. Is not.
Exactly! And let’s not forget how Brooke’s trashed Thomas and Steffy for years but now she acts so hurt that Ridge called Hope out of her name. Puh-lease! Ridge has no reason to want a future with a woman who can’t accept his kids.
I love thorsten as ridge, very talented, not his fault writers give him bad storyline, I stopped watching a month ago after being a fan for yrs, the brook ridge Taylor saga ridiculous after yrs, and spoiled Steffy always interfering and getting her way when she’s done so many despicable things, Finn should be tired of it, since writers can’t come up with any new storyline after yrs of repetition TAKE IT OFF THE AIR
I love how Brook slapped Ridge he had it coming & how Brook told him off& then Brook shoved Taylor out of her way.
I like to see Taylor leave she’s too flimsy
Why have do you have Taylor? Is it true Ridge isn’t a Forrester? Instead of having Ridge & Taylor scene how about digging who’s the actual name right to Forrester Creation that would stir up an ant bed.
It was about time she stood up to Ridge and speak up for her daughter and I’m so tired of the same people getting back together let it go already and steffy needs to take care of her own family where are they now anyway please give Brooke a new new man and tell her to tell ridge bye boy
I can never get tired of Ridge and Brooke love story, they’re the reason I watch bold and the beautiful, so please don’t separate my favorite couple
I can’t stand Taylor please hurry up and get rid of her and her weak character
Ridge is a drag and Taylor is a chronic complainer they deserve each other, but watch out Taylor your always runner up and he uses you two dumb twits , Sister WIVES
Ridge=narcissist. I’d love to see an exciting murder mystery. The victim obviously should be Ridge. Bye bye
I’m so sick of the repeat story line the Brooke, Taylor ,Ridge bring someone else into the fold. I know it’s only a 30 min show ,but damn bring something new.
I’m sick of Steffy too acting as if she’s never done anything wrong or interfered in relationships. I can’t stand her or her daddy.
Brooke and Taylor are very poor role models for women! I’m disgusted with the way they let Ridge control them! Get a backbone and dignity! Writers let these women, stand up and say enough is enough, and kick Ridge to the curb!!

GENERAL HOSPITAL: Ric’s History of Jealousy Where Elizabeth is Concerned Has Come Back Around

On General Hospital, Ric Lansing (Rick Heart) is about to fall back into dangerous old patterns by the foreshadowing during the Wednesday, August 19 episode. After first coming to see his brother, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) and telling him of his plan to propose to Elizabeth Webber (Rebecca Herbst) his longtime love tonight, Sonny has concerned.
Next, Sonny reminds his brother of what has happened in the past, when things have gone south with Elizabeth and wonders if it’s too soon for him to propose to her. What Ric did not tell Sonny is that he has seen the developing closeness between Sonny’s son, Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) and Elizabeth, which is propelling his urgent need to propose.
Meanwhile, Dante ran into Elizabeth at the park during a break from their mutual team softball games. She needs help with a bookcase after the game at her house. Dante wants to put it together for her. Later, Dante arrived at Elizabeth’s house, limping after injuring his knee during the game. Head nurse Liz wanted to check out the injury as much as Dante protested, which required him to take off his pants.

RIC BEGINS TO UNRAVEL
Outside Elizabeth’s widow, Ric arrives with a bouquet of roses and the engagement ring. When he leers through the widow he is shocked to see Elizabeth rubbing Dante’s leg while Dante is in his boxer/shorts. He storm troops into the house, demanding to know what is going on here? Both Elizabeth and Dante look surprised by his reaction. In the pick-up of today’s Thursday, August 20 episode (see GH video teaser below), viewers will learn the upshot for all three characters.
A VENGEFUL PAST
As longtime GH fans know, Ric has done some horrible, vengeful things in regards to Elizabeth starting back in 2003 after she lost her baby after Ric’s ex, Faith Rosco pushed her down a flight of stairs. Ric accused Sonny for the accident and to get revenge, Ric kidnapped Carly (who was married to Sonny at the time), and stashed her in a panic room below the house where he was living with Liz.
On top of that, Ric fed his wife Elizabeth birth control pills to keep her from getting pregnant so that they could raise Carly’s baby together after it was born. Eventually, Elizabeth found Carly in the panic room but ended up having a pulmonary embolism. When she woke up in the hospital, Elizabeth was all confused by what happened, and Ric convinced her that her vision of Carly was just a bad dream. Eventually, Elizabeth learned the horrifying truth and divorced Ric.
Years later, Ric noticed the connection between Elizabeth and “Jake Doe” who eventually turned out to be Drew (Billy Miller) A jealous Ric hired Hayden Barnes to show up and claim to be “Jake’s” wife. Elizabeth stepped aside, and when Ric planned to propose to Elizabeth at the 2015 Nurses Ball, Carly exposed his manipulations, and Elizabeth dumped him yet again. And those are just two examples of the lengths Ric will go to for Elizabeth!
So, we ask you, given the history of Elizabeth and Ric, how do you see this playing out with Dante in the picture? How will Ric derail their growing bond? Share your thoughts via the comment section below.

THE BOLD AND THE BEAUTIFUL: Steffy and Carter Get Lame Excuses From Their Spouses, and Try to Shake Off Their Night Together

If you caught the Wednesday, August 19 episode of The Bold and the Beautiful, and if you were Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor), and your wife, who literally took off, threw of her wedding ring and abandoned their marriage to head to Paris, shows back up saying she overreacted and wants to be with him, would you bother to even take her back?
As for Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood), now that Finn (Tanner Novlan) is giving her the spiel about how he took her for granted, how he is so sorry for not listening to her, and that Sheila will never be in their lives again, would you want to listen to that, either, after so many broken promises?
That’s the situation hungover Steffy and Carter found themselves, while still reeling from the seeming fact that they had sex the night before while drunk in the Forrester Creations CEO office.

Courtesy/CBS
STEFFY AND CARTER GETS EARFULS
Daphne (Murielle Hilare) doesn’t understand why Carter is being so distant, and he says, “You said I wasn’t family.” She wants to put all of what she said and did behind them and now explore other ways to have a child. Carter seems hurt and annoyed.
Back at the cliff house, Steffy is so upset between sleeping with Carter and getting drunk, and Finn and his mother, Sheila (Kimberlin Brown) in Monaco. She tells Finn, “I need you to stand up for me. I can’t live like this. I won’t.” Finn begs her not to let “one terrible mistake” (get it!?) tear us apart.
Finn promised Steffy he will get a restraining order on Sheila if it calls for it. He understands why Steffy is so scared of Sheila after she shot her … and him. In the closing moments of the episode, Finn pronounces how lucky he is to have the “perfect wife.” To which a rattled Steffy in tears goes, “Oh, I’m not perfect.”

STEFFY’S GUILT
Steffy is losing her grip at this moment as Finn says he wants to step up and be the husband he deserves. Along with Daphne, I kind of want to kick Finn to the curb, too. Then Finn lays it on real thick and adds, “You’re pure, you’re honest, you’re loyal.” Steffy interrupts, “Not quite.”
Suddenly a guilt-ridden Steffy says to Finn, “There’s something I need to tell you.” Can she actually get the words out about getting drunk and having sex with Carter …or, will she keep it under wraps so we can have months of the line “one terrible mistake?”
Take a look at some of the scenes between Steffy and Finn from today’s episode below.
Now let us know: would you bother to take back Daphne or Finn, if you were Carter and Steffy? Would you like to see Steffy just blurt out she had sex with Carter to her husband? Weigh-in via the comment section.

THE BOLD AND THE BEAUTIFUL: Carter and Steffy Have Drunken Sex … Or Did They?

On the Tuesday, August 18 episode of The Bold and the Beautiful, viewers were tuned-in to see if Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) and Carter (Lawrence Saint-Victor), who were were both on benders, wound up having sex in the Forrester Creations CEO office.
As the Monday, August 17 episode concluded, Carter and Steffy shared a close moment where it looked like they would kiss. Now in the pick up which starts the morning after, Steffy awakens from the couch in the office, and realizes she has no clothes on and is mortified to see Carter on the end of the couch also naked and under blankets.
In that moment, Steffy realizes they had sex, and begins to unravel to Carter as she scrambles to get dressed: “We shouldn’t have done this. Oh my God, I shouldn’t have done this!”

Photo: JPI
STEFFY RACES TO GET HOME
Steffy’s panic of the situation escalates when she finds her phone, and sees multiple text messages from her husband, Finn (Tanner Novlan), desperately trying to reach her. He told Steffy he was on his way home from Monaco.
Suddenly, a hungover Carter speaks up and agrees. He says to Steffy they made a terrible mistake and wanted to talk about it, but Steffy kiboshed any discussion, not dealing with Carter, and racing home to be with her kids and Finn. As a disheveled Steffy ran out of Forrester, Carter stayed behind to straighten up the office and get rid of any remnants of their drunken binge.
Just then, Daphne (Murielle Hilaire) showed up as Carter is shocked. She apologized for running out on him, and details how when she got to the airport to board the plane to Paris, she realized she couldn’t leave him. She loved him too much, and asks him to please forgive her and her, “terrible mistake.” Daphne hugs Carter and he looks like a man who has no idea what to do or make of this entire situation in the moment.

Photo: JPI
WHAT WILL BE THE REPERCUSSIONS OF CARTER AND STEFFY’S DRUNKEN NIGHT TOGETHER?
Cut to: Steffy comes home and runs into her mother, Taylor (Rebecca Budig). She explains what happened with Finn and Sheila (Kimberlin Brown) in Monaco. Next, Steffy details how she took off her wedding ring after Taylor noticed it was no longer on her finger. Just then, Finn arrives. Taylor leaves the two to talk. Finn begs for Steffy’s forgiveness and the episode comes to an end with Steffy facing away from Finn and towards the camera, trying to figure out what to do next. Take him back?
Now the real story begins: it would appear that the intent was to have Carter and Steffy face long-lasting consequences of their drunken night together. So that, Steffy would become pregnant with Carter’s child, which would cause the ripple effect in Carter’s marriage to Daphne, who is unable to carry a child.
One other theory, unless, Carter and Steffy believe they had sex, but they passed out in compromising positions but nothing ever happened? Perhaps one of them, or both will have flashbacks of them carrying on together on the couch? Were they set up? Stay tuned.
So, we ask you. What happens from here? Steffy gets pregnant with Carter’s child? Does Steffy goes back to Finn? Carter goes back with Daphne? They really never had drunken sex? Weigh-in via the comment section. But first, take a look below, and a bit of what went down when Steffy and Carter realize what happened between them.
