THE BOLD AND THE BEAUTIFUL: Wyatt Announces He’s Leaving Town
On Wednesday’s January 17th episode of The Bold and the Beautiful, Darin Brooks made a return to the CBS daytime drama series for Wyatt to tie up loose ends and announce he is leaving Los Angeles.
In the story, Wyatt comes to visit his dad, Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) and tells him he needs a change and to maybe leave Los Angeles. Nervous, he asks his dad, if he could get behind his move. Bill shares he like his sons close to him, but if it’s something he feels he needs to do he understands.
Somber, Wyatt shares he has a lot of good memories here. He adds, “It couldn’t have been a better place to call home.” Covering his basis, Wyatt reveals he found a good renter that thinks Bill will approve off, which comes as a relief to Bill. (The smart money is on RJ?).

Later, the conversation turns to talk about the new woman in Bill’s life, Poppy (Romy Park). Wyatt recounts how he heard the two actually met years ago at a music festival. Bill says they had an incredible night there and made, “Beautiful music together. I think you could say we created magic.”

Brooks had been with the CBS soap since 2013 and revealed in October of 2023 that he was off-contract with the show, hence he was no longer in the opening credits.

They are spending to much h time on that insane Thomas they should get him off the show l can’t stand the show any more with him and hope after the sick thing he hS done to her and other people on that show
Oh Violet. Now’s the time to reintroduce Dillon with Tracy on the canvas for the foreseeable future. Brooks brings the comical element that Scott Clifton originated in Dillon. Pair him with Maxie or a scandalous May-December fling with Lucy to drive Tracy bonkers.
Genoa City could definitely benefit from Wyatt showing up, and reconnect with Sally. Nobody on the Y and R cast has the comedic capacity, and the show needs some humor and fun.
I agree, let him come to G.C and wrestle Sally away from Adam.

Don’t think she’ll turn out to be Bill’s daughter. Sheila got pregnant with Finn when she was at the same hospital as his father. He kept it from his wife so they could adopt Finn with no one knowing he was Finn’s real father, including hus wife.
I miss seeing Wyatt. Him and Liam are great as brother’s and being Bill’s sons. Whatever happened to his last girlfriend? I thought they were suppose to get married? He’s a great actor. Would like to see him on the young and restless. Maybe as a boyfriend for Claire!
This was ridiculous! Him coming back to say he’s leaving. I thought he left town a long time ago. Poppy & Bill is a stretch. ONE night THAT long ago? Meant THAT much to both of them? So Luna will turn out to be Bill’s kid. Don’t love any of them.
This is what is wrong with this show. The mention of Taylor in passing yesterday that she’s gone and now Wyatt.
Why are characters brought on for the viewer to get invested in and then BB just casually ends their time on the show?

I agree, they focus on the same characters ALL the time. May have a little different story line but always the same people. I’m so tired of seeing Ridge, nosy Brooke and Stephanie. Hire and Keep more characters.
Ridge and Brooke are the main characters. They were in the writing in the pages of the earliest story line. Authors don’t get rid of your main characters. It won’t happen here for sometime either. People have grown up with them had babies with them… shared deaths, weddings, and other milestones… leading characters lead… love them or hate them…

The Brook family came during Y&R’s infancy. Their viewership was hardly what it’s been over the last 30 years.

Zende acks like a phoney, he tries too hard for me, always saying he loves the family and willing to stab RJ in the back, with Luna
Sounds like jealousy to me. He knows he’s not “blood” and it drives him crazy that his”Granddad” and Ridge would choose RJ over him, so he goes after RJ’s girlfriend as a way to get back at RJ.
Well after all broken Ridge have been the stars of the show since day one. And yes I have watched him day one I’m an old fart
What a disappointment… I thought his return meant that Wyatt would finally get another story, or at least play a part in some other stories. Hell, pair him with Taylor and give them both a story! If Steffy can sleep with Bill, Wyatt can sleep with Taylor.
It’s really a shame that B&B continues to get rid of characters with so much potential and forget ones from the past (Thorne, Bridget, Felicia, Rick… the ACTUAL Forresters) in favour of Brooke, Ridge, Steffy, Hope and Liam.
I agree but that’s happening in all of TV. Look at all the good stories that won’t be back after this season. Looks like reality crap is taking over. Cat fights, cursing etc. hate it.

Send him over to Y&R. Think the reaction Sally would have now to seeing him hired by Jabot in whatever role. Adam could see how his arrival makes her react and instantly make Wyatt an enemy of Adam.
Then have Wyatt meet Chloe and they hit it off. Their characters have similar energy. Of course that makes Sally nervous so she starts to make out that Wyatt was bad news.
Eventually Sally’s past has to come out… and my money is on that it turns Adam on at how vengeful she is. Haha
As for Chloe and Wyatt, Kevin’s portrayer is living it up in Salem. It’s time we added drama to the show and kill off Kevin to give Chloe (Hendrickson) some meaty story that involves good guy Wyatt
And that would give michael story losing his best bud and brother. And of course the amazing Judith Chapman and losing her son. Imagine if her old friendship with Jack… always the nice guy… leads to them becoming better friends and it’s Gloria who discovers Diane has been up to no good.
(Damn. Just realized that if Diane’s plan was to take control of Jabot, that would give Phyllis and Stafford’s overacting “I told you so” rights! Ugh)

The current Wyatt, who is apparently out is a scene stealer. I guess Flo is gone too? He was better than the guy who plays Zende.
Do like the justice for Emma storyline though. I felt that if Ridge and Thomas just took it (her murder) to the grave, that black lives don’t matter on BoB, especially how Zoe and Paris, Xander* just faded away. How Carter, Mr. Decency, had to be tainted , Zende, also Mr. Decency for a spell, now apparently has some Thomas in him?…who knew. Are we going to see Thomas in a cell, or does Hope just cut him off and he loses his marbles again and gets more therapy? I’m waiting to see the “do Black lives matter on BoB” question answered. I suspect the answer is as ut gas been, “No!”
Waiting to see the look on Steffi’s face when Ridges facial reaction gives away that he knew the whole time. Will Hope please lose the deer in headlights look with all things Thomas?
Thomas BTW is not a bad boy, i hated that angle in the roll out of a him being Hopes long term office fling. A bad boy sleeps with half the office and all the ladies know, and still sign up for their turn. Thomas is a obsessed stalker, not a bad boy.

Now is a good time to stop the habit of watching b&b it’s so predictable & not keeping Darin Brooks is a bad move. Ridge looks like he needs a good scrub, had enough of Brooke prefer Taylor. Needs a good writer or too. Let the cast go ad lib might make the show watch able.
Yeah it seems that their heading for Luna, to be bills daughter they already got rid of Wyatt, they got liam, off on the side somewhere, so Luna must be the new.spencer, since.caroline is no more she is the new Spencer girl.

I think Finn isn’t Sheila’s son. I think Poppy is Finn’s mother when she was having an affair with a doctor and her sister raised Finn like a son from her husband’s affair with Sheila. Who is Luna’s father? Most probably Bill. Down the road, we’ll find out Sheila’s baby was probably stillborn……
Jack Finnigan is Finn’s father. He had an affair with Sheila while married to Finn’s mom and when Finn was born they adopted him, but she never knew until the reveal of Sheila’s being Finn’s birth mother came out. I don’t think they’d change the facts of all this now. I think Luna is Eric Forester’s daughter, only to make things more complicated. Too easy with Bill.
I hate to see Wyatt leave. I have enjoyed his interacting with his brother Liam. Wyatt seems to have more on the ball than Liam!!
I don’t want Wyatt to learn leave either.. but if he goes to y&,r.. he could stir up trouble for Sally and Adam

He was used as a recap & venting sound board for Liam. Once his tv mom walked out, it ended his role. He could have been the tie between the Spencers & Logans if they had married him to Storm Logan’s daughter. But the Bell family dropped the ball on that and why?
First of all, they didn’t even need Flo, the ditzy gal from Vegas who just happened to know about Hope’s baby being delivered and stolen to sell to Steffy., and she donates her what was it, kidney or? to Katy, Then her flirty, flashy mother comes to town to seduce and “marry” Ridge, and everything hit the Fan going from one crazy event to the next. Yes, they dropped the ball in the middle of all these messy events.
First of all I thought Taylor bought the beach house back? This is typical Brad Bell if your curious go look up past characters that just disappeared with nothing no exit never to be heard of again.
CBS should continue BOB LOVES ABISHOLA, YOUNG SHELDON & bring back THORNE & ERIC Jr. and his daughter & have him have a new son by ? Technically he would only be 34, born around 1990. Great new storyline could be his possible take over of the company.
Shucks! I’m gonna miss Darin! Him and Scott are my most favorite actors along with many others that have played over the years! In my opinion, The Bold and The Beautiful is never gonna be the same without Wyatt Spencer.

They already take up too much time with hope and Brooke and Liam and Stephanie that’s silly stuff it would be nice to see a refreshing story maybe with Wyatt meeting somebody and being part of the family somehow instead of most of the time he’s gone there’s other people on the boat and the beautiful then the ones that you always show is boring
I think that Bill is Luna’s father. I also think that bringing up Thomas’s pass gives Finn an opportunity to compare Thomas with Sheila. If Steffie can accept her brother why not his birth mom.

I would LOVE to see Darin move to Y&R ! There are plenty of single women! He is a sweet, charming, funny as hell character/guy. B&B did wrong by him. But Darin leaves without any regrets or rancor.

Because there contracts are up . They do have real lives and maybe they wish to move on for awhile . That’s how soaps ok operate been watching soaps on and off since the late 60s and believe me not a whole lot has changed
I hate to see Wyatt leave. He is a very good actor and makes a great character for the role and could have expanded in that role if given the opportunity.

It’s a 30 minute show minus commercials 21 minutes so they don’t have room for them all to have stories. I really do think they should move him over to Y&R and see where him and Sally go because Flo was a character that should not of even came into the show. Bill is long overdue for a story he is one of the best actors on there so if it’s with poppy I’m sure true B&B fans will end up liking it. What needs not to happen is Hope and Finn and it looks like they are going down that road soon, I hope they over think that. If you have watched from day one like I have Brooke and Ridge are a must. Him and Taylor never should have been but we did get the lovely Steffy and Thomas from them. I’m hoping for a Phoebe story and Steffy playing both parts. But that’s just my thoughts and I have some good ones and still do if Bradley Bell ever wants to talk LMAO
I have watched it from the beginning. I prefer Ridge and Taylor over Ridge and Brooke. Remember Brooke’s boyfriend or rather fiancee the police officer? She dropped him like a bad habit less than two second of walking into the Forrester mansion. She has no class! Can’t those Logan women find some man that they ALL don’t end up sharing?
He should go to Genoa city and reunite with Sally.

I think that the writers are way off on bringing the Thomas crap back up, if anyone should go give Thomas the boot. Should have put Wyatt back with Hope or left her with Liam and brought in a new love for Wyatt. Also I’m sick of the mystery of Poppy and her daughter, Finns mother another person I do not like. Her all mighty attitude! The writers are not doing well with this soap.
Will someone please explain why Finn is sticking his nose in Thomas,’ business. Finn believes a stranger over his own wife. Finn and Hope is disgusting ! Enough Steffy and Hope triangles !!!!!!!! GENERAL HOSPITAL: Jason Reconnects with Danny; Tristan Roberts Arrives in Port Charles, Lots of Nods to #16
General Hospital’s 16,000th episode was packed with little reminders through points in today’s script that the ABC daytime drama series has set another milestone and it paved the way for the return of fan favorite and newly nominated Daytime Emmy Lead Actor nominee Steve Burton (Jason Morgan). The 16,000th episode also introduced viewers to the new surgeon in Port Charles Dr. Tristan Roberts played by Dean Geyer.
Here are the key takeaways and what went down on the July 13 episode: Tristan and Jason are seated next to each other on a plane heading to Port Charles. Throughout the flight, a beaten up Jason has flashbacks to being thrown into, and being held captive in a cell and tortured. It appears Jason is suffering from some form of PTSD from what he was put through after being dragged out of Port Charles by the WSB months ago.
As the plane prepares to land, Tristan tells Jason there would be a car waiting for him once they land and to enjoy the rest of his life. Later, Tristan arrives at the nurses and doctors hub at GH and approaches Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst). He tells her his name and that he is the new surgeon on staff.

A REUNION PLUS A HEAD NURSE DEFENDS SONNY
Meanwhile, at the end of the episode, Jason is outside the Quartermaine boathouse looking bewildered when he runs into Danny (Asher Antonyzyn), who is so thrilled to see his father, and the two hugs each other as tears are shed.
Elsewhere, Elizabeth tells Sonny (Maurice Benard) that he thinks its a great idea for him to get the 16th seat on the hospital board, but when it comes times to convince Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) of that, things go awry when Tracy, Laura and Sonny try to work things out. After Tracy launches into Sonny about killing Alan and Monica’s son AJ, Sonny walks away dejected.
Next, Sonny runs into Elizabeth, where he informs her what happened with Tracy. So what’s a head nurse to do? Elizabeth marches into the conference room and reminds Tracy of all the different donations and ways Sonny has contributed to the hospital from the Stone Cates AIDS wing, to the Michael Corinthos Center for Pediatric Head Injuries as well as his constant support each year for the GH Nurses’ Ball.

Then, in one of the best parts for longtime fans of the series, Elizabeth talks about her legendary grandparents, Audrey and Steve Hardy and she tells Tracy they would have wanted Sonny to have a seat on the board for all the good that he has done for the hospital. After Elizabeth states Sonny’s case, things took a turn and Tracy and Sonny wound up shaking hands as Sonny is board member #16.
In the how great was it to see Anna (Finola Hughes) and Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) together scenes department, the pick-up of last Friday’s cliffhanger is played out as the two former lovers fill each other in on what has gone down in their lives in the last several months including Valentin admitting he had been living in Carly’s attic, and Anna realizing she was kidnapped by Cullum, Sidwell and Cassius Faison. During their conversation, Anna sees the hallucination of Peter August (Wes Ramsey) right while Valentin is standing there.

Later Anna was on her way to saying goodbye to Valentin, when the two share an emotional hug. After Valentin made his exit, Peter reappeared and warned Anna to not let Valentin distract her because she has important work to do. Anna answers, “I know.”

This week on General Hospital begins with the ABC soap opera’s 16,000th episode which brings Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) back to Port Charles after being released by the WSB; all thanks to the deal made between Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) and Z (John Oliver).
On the same episode, the upshot of Anna (Finola Hughes) and Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) coming face to face, and seeing each other for the first time in months plays itself out, and it may not be how you think. Josslyn hopes sending Valentin to the side of Anna, will break up his burgeoning relationship with her mother, Carly Spencer (Laura Wright), but will it?
It appears Valentin has a warning for Anna. In the GH video preview for the episode, Anna is seen saying “How do you know that?” What does Valentin know, and will he be the person that will catch on that she is being haunted by the ghost of Peter August (Wes Ramsey)?

In addition, look for the debut of Dean Geyer in his role of Dr. Tristan Roberts (named after the beloved late Tristan Rogers (Robert Scorpio), as he and Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) may have a tense exchange or two.
Then, in the aftermath of their argument, Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) asks Chase (Josh Swickard) “Did I push you towards Willow (Katelyn MacMullen)?” Is Chase going to admit his fixation with his ex-wife, or reassure his current wife that he is not interested in Willow? Stay tuned.
Finally, Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) is seen talking to someone saying that the idea of this person filling the 16th seat on the hospital board is a great idea. Who is she talking to?

GENERAL HOSPITAL: Sidwell Offers Jordan a Way to Get Surgery On Her Face; Will She Cave and Comply with His Demands?
On General Hospital, Sidwell (Carlo Rota) and Jordan (Tanisha Harper) finally had it out at the PCPD. The scenes played out on the Thursday, July 9 episode of the ABC daytime drama series.
In story, Sidwell requested a meeting with Jordan. Angered, he wanted to know why she’d given the police the location of his safe house. After months of being undercover, Jordan finally admitted the truth!
Jordan reveals the entire time she was gaining his trust, she was working on the inside at SRE Worldwide, to find evidence against him and bring him down. Snidely, Jenz admitted he’d been suspicious initially of Jordan. However, she eventually won him over, and he saw the value in her being the pretty, public face of his criminal organization to throw everyone off.

Trying to make a deal to save his own skin, Sidwell offers to pay for restorative plastic surgery for Jordan’s face, and at the same renowned German clinic that had treated Michael (Rory Gibson) for his severe burns.
Sidwell tells Jordan if she would go to Zurich and empty some bank accounts for him, he will help her jump ahead of the long waiting list to get into the clinic. Defiant and standing up to him, Jordan turns down his offer.
Next, Sidwell threatens her intently, that he’ll find a way to pay Jordan back by making her life miserable. He tells her she will suffer and regret turning him down.
Once she exits the PCPD interrogation room, Jordan takes a deep breath, but brings her hands to the scars on her face from the car crash that injured her.
Is Jordan actually contemplating Sidwell deal to get her into the German clinic? If so, will she be the person to set him free into the world with loads of cash from his overseas bank accounts? Weigh-in via the comment section below.
