THE BOLD AND THE BEAUTIFUL: What Do You Think of How Steffy, Thomas & Taylor Engineered Getting Ridge Away from Brooke?

On Friday’s episode of The Bold and the Beautiful, Steffy(Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) and Thomas (Matthew Atkinson), with an assist from Taylor (Krista Allen), seemed to have been successful in getting their parents back together – as their plan to throw a wrecking ball through what was left of Brooke and Ridge’s marriage kicked into high gear.

Brooke, who is in hot water for her drunken night with Deacon (Sean Kanan), although she only shared a kiss with him, and others have embellished what happened between them after that, is desperately trying to get a hold of Ridge, who headed to the cliff house where Steffy, Thomas, and Taylor are all together.

Courtesy/CBS

Thomas hijacks Ridge’s phone as Brooke is calling her husband, but he never gets the messages. Later, when Brooke shows up, Thomas goes outside to block Brooke from getting inside the house, so Taylor and Ridge can reconnect. Thomas has some very harsh words for Brooke, including the time she pushed him over the cliff.  Before she leaves, Brooke defiantly tells Thomas she will never give up on Ridge, “Never.”

Courtesy/CBS

Inside, Steffy is all manipulation telling Ridge she needs to hear Taylor out and listen to the woman who truly cares and loves him unconditionally. Steffy says she is going to leave them alone so they can talk.  Meanwhile, Brooke heads home in anguish telling Hope (Annika Noelle) and Liam (Scott Clifton) that her marriage is falling completely apart and she can’t stop it from happening.

Courtesy/CBS

Alone with Taylor, Ridge asks her honest opinion of his marriage to Brooke.  Does Ridge really think Taylor does not have a stake in the game to give an unbiased opinion to him?  Taylor goes on to say that Brooke isn’t worthy of him and has never been and there’s many reasons why that is – but – number one is her pattern of turning to other men. Taylor goes on to say that Brooke wants what she wants and when she wants, and then if caught cries a river of tears out of it.  She ends her ‘analysis’ of Brooke telling Ridge, “I think you deserve so much better.”  Of course, to Taylor, that so much ‘better’ is her!

Now that she has positioned herself in the right place and the right time (and remember she’s a shrink so she knows how to get reactions out of people), she shares a kiss with Ridge, which in the end prompts Ridge to says that it’s time for him to come home!

Watch the final moments of Friday’s B&B cliffhanger below.  Now weigh-in: What do you think about how Steffy, Thomas and Taylor have been behaving to get Ridge away from Brooke and back with their family? Are you rooting for them, or for Brooke and Ridge to work things out? Share your thoughts in the comment section.

It’s been impossible to watch. The End.

Amen Magherita, couldn’t watch anymore. Tuned out since New Years, just hoping plot line over by summer.

Whatever needs to be done to make Brooke miserable, I’m all for. Steffy and Thomas hit the nail on the head when talking about how Brooke just has to cry and say I’m sorry and gullible Ridge falls for it every time.
On a side note, if this was Hunter Tylo getting Ridge back, I would be dancing on the ceiling. Nothing against new Taylor, but this has been a long time coming and as a viewer from day one, I would have been overjoyed to see Hunter finally win.

Totally agree about Brooke and I like the new Taylor.

Genna
I prefer Hunter and this new one wouldn’t be bad if she acted her age and stopped throwing herself around like a teenager, which she sure isn’t but seems as if she is in as much competition with Steffy as she is with Brooke. Grow up lady!

i feel like steffy and thomas are acting as if they are 2 middle school aged children. taylor nice job as a psychologist she must have won a degree on the price is right! pathetic and hypocritical as well

richard
Where was she when Thomas was really going off the deep end, making out with the Hope dummy. What an idiot!

That is a writers decision. I cannot question that because I don’t feel that Bell was ready to bring Taylor back until he recast the character.

There is definitely no love lost between Brooke and Thomas. And both Steffy and Thomas clearly believe that Brooke took Ridge away from their mother.

You can’t take someone away from someone if they don’t want to.

Anne
We’ve all said and believed that over the years but I’ve come to believe you can’t steal another woman’s husband unless he really wants to go.

Steffy and Thomas need to grow up! Steffy should focus on her own marriage and Sheila looming in the background and Thomas needs to get a life!

This B.S has been going on for years. Steffy and Thomas are grown up and should be living their own lives, not interfering in their parents. Dumb Thomas can’t even manage his own life, obsessed with his step-sister Hope whom he gives his son to. That’s stable right and he knows how to tell his father how to live his life and who to love. I think Ridge should have stood up to this bunch and told them that he loves his wife and they will figure out their marriage on their own. It also wasn’t that long ago when he made a fool out of himself, again, with that blonde bimbo from Vegas and Brooke stood by him.

Yes, yes, thank goodness some one with some good since and telling the truth about Taylor and her brats get rid of that ( B ) Taylor.

I am still trying to figure out how Ridge can be so self righteous. And why is no one looking in to how she went back to drinking on that night. Deacon already stated that it was not him. So who else in that town would want to see her go down? Tough story to follow but think Deacon and Brooke would be the hotter couple. So let Ridge go back to Taylor!

Clb
This is a mystery only a detective could figure out… or maybe a Psychologist?

I love the fact that Bold and Beautiful had a true fight! I hate it when Soaps allow one person to hit the other person without that person defending himself. That’s the reason that I never enjoyed the confrontations on General Hospital because Sonny and Jason were allowed to win all fights without allowing the opponents to land a blow! Plus , when Carly slapped Nina , she didn’t respond in any manner. That’s not a reality unless the other person is using Scripture by turning the other cheek.
Finally , speaking of Brooke , Taylor , Ridge , Steffy , and Thomas :all hypocrites! Taylor should remain low key because she shot Bill without anyone knowing the truth! I can’t recall who knows that she shot Bill. However , I do know that he didn’t broadcast the incident. What a bunch of characters!

Boop, here’s the scoop! You had me cracking up with your analysis here, particularly, “I hate it when Soaps allow one person to hit the other person without that person defending himself.” Of course, you’re absolutely right! Most of us would fight back. I totally agree with your assessment of fights on GH as well as these “hypocrites” on B&B. Brooke doesn’t deserve such treatment.

One other soap practice that drives me up a wall because it virtually never happens in real life: Two people in a room (typically containing a cart that is always stocked with glasses, liquor, and ice — but I digress) are having a conversation, not face to face, but with each person staring in the same direction, one person a couple of feet in front of the other person. Of course, soaps do it so that the audience can see both faces at the same time, but it just doesn’t happen among humans…

Another thing? Whenever someone is looking at a picture, a page, a book, you’ll notice that the object is often held off to the side, at an angle, so that the cameraperson can capture a shot of the item. In real life, you hold such items directly in front of you. This practice is more forgivable, but I always notice it.

Boop
I agree with most of your analysis but keep in mind that there are good guys and bad guys and we are supposed to think that Sonny’s guys are the good ones, so consequently no fair fight. As far as Carly slapping Nina, she feels guilty and probably felt she deserved the slap so if she slapped her back it would be like defending herself.

This is WAY OFF topic but here goes: is the hair dept. shorthanded because of COVID? Because Thomas’ hairline in the back looks like someone put a mask on their eyes when cutting it. Up, down, sideways…how can such a great-looking guy not give more attention to one of his best assets? One pass with a straight clipper could fix the problem, Heck, I’d volunteer for the job.

Soaphound
Hi, how are you doing? This hair thing is I think of interest to a lot of us. How could it not be, watching them hour on hour. My home care worker has a Beauty Salon and on the days she is here, she has a coffee break and watches with me. We discuss the hair styles all the time, men and women. Mostly, she agrees with me but sometimes she’ll explain that the hair styles have changed a lot, especially the young guys that will get these weird cuts and she says it takes everything in her not to say, oh, please don’t do this, also trying to tell an older man that he’d look so much younger if he’d get rid of most of that facial hair. I think one of the worst is Austin with that stupid little pony tail on top of his head. I know you favor the full head of hair like Chance has, but I just want to get the pruning shears after him. Well have a good week-end, stay well.

Hello dear VIOLET, I’m hanging in like most of us…Just waiting for life to resume some sort of normalcy. On the plus side, I’m finishing 3 – 4 books every month which is good for a fairly slow but dedicated reader like me. I’m only glad I don’t have to read the awful scripts that are turning up on GH and Y&R. What’s going on? You and I could produce better plots for a lot less money! The Sonny Show is unbearable; you’re so right about Austin’s hairdo…is that a dead sardine up there? The man is past 50 and should know what looks good on him. I liked when he was Todd (and Paul on ATWT) when he highlighted his locks a bit…very sexy. Now he looks like a geriatric hippie. Thank God for adorable Chase. And Chance does need a conditioner of some sort. Pretty soon they’ll be looking for Dom’s lost toys in that mess. And WHY are he, Abby, and Devon on EVERY SINGLE DAY? I want more Noah, Nick, a decent Phyllis story, Sharon without Rey, Traci and Ashley, Kevin, Gloria, Paul, even daffy Esther. I want my shows back!

Soaphound
So nice hearing from you. I’ve missed you lately. I’ve been an avid reader most of my life but the last few years, it’s been hard on the old eyes so I usually use my Tablet for anything I have to read.
Is it just me, I can’t be the only mother they would have to tear away from a sick baby, 24 hrs a day and not be hanging out on the sofa, “miles” away on a baby monitor? Oh,and something I have to disagree with you on, I’d rather have Rey without Sharon, although I do not like him getting closer to Chelsea. Iam wondering if this is their way of reuniting Sharon and Nick?

Violet, I agree they’re going for a Sharon & Nick go-around…AGAIN. I do like them together, but that’s just my sentimental side. I prefer Sharon with Adam now because she and Mark G. really work well together. I’d also hoped that Noah and Adam could become more like family but they dropped that just like they dropped Adam and Nick getting closer. Oh, and this awful Dumb, sorry, Dom story. Outpatient bone marrow treatment…really? Where? A hospital in the year 2100? And what if they misplace that omnipresent baby monitor…that thing works more than all the Fisher/Baldwin clan combined. It should have its own contract. As should Chance’s hair…its own zip code as well.

Soaphound

Sharon is just too “perfect” for me, from the way she speaks, acts, interacts with everyone. She dresses too well as if she’s working at Society and not a little coffee shop. She’s even nice to Nicki, who until recently hasn’t been able to stand her, thought she was marrying Nick for his money. Its just me I guess, most everyone thinks she’s a paragon of virtue.

There is no fun in watching this mess. Brooke should tell them all where to go and walk away. What hypocrites Ridge, Steffy, and Thomas are. Let them without sin cast the first stone. Always disliked how no one fights for their relationships on B&B. Ridge is weak of spirit. Kids are brats, acting like this in their mid-30s. No wonder RJ never comes home!

Awful. Same tired storyline but should’ve known the minute Taylor came back. Steffy & Thomas weren’t huge Brooke fans but it was like they all flipped a switch the minute Taylor arrived back in town and were out to get her. If I talked to my father the way Steffy talked to Ridge….he would tell me to shut it.

On a side note why is Sheila so bent on destroying Brooke when steffy smacked her twice I would think she would be going after steffy

Richard
Sheila has to mind her Ps and Qs around Steffy on the off chance of her getting close to Phin and the baby. Probably her best bet would just be to throw her off the cliff.

I’m over it. Every episode is everyone talking about storyline A. Why not have A, B, and C storylines? They should get rid of half the cast and come up with new interesting stories to cover. The Paris/Zende/Carter story is a snooze fest. Paris is so listless in her performance. Get actors who have energy already!

A kiss is no big deal. A few years ago, Thomas and Brooke were on an island with berries where they almost did more than that. Thomas also has no room to be righteous after what he pulled with hope.

I know the plan is to break Brooke down and Ridge to move on with Taylor only to find out Sheila is behind it all and have a change of heart. Dumb. We can see it coming a mile away.

When will this soap try something new? There are so many ways they could go and they just want to retread (and rewrite) history.

That was the hottest kissing session I have seen on this show in years. I wasn’t prepared for how passionate and tender this moment was between Ridge and Taylor. It was romantic, it was longing, it was passion, compassion, tenderness, and caressing. It was loving and kind and understanding and human. This was not obsession and throw-down sex. This was full of really deep feelings and it was intimate, so intimate. I really have to compliment the actors in this scene, they really knocked it out of the park. I felt them. I felt the kind of love they share. It is not about the SMACK for them. They connect on a totally different level than Ridge and Brooke ever could and it came out in that kissing session very clearly. I felt that Ridge could finally exhale. He was truly home and I think since Taylor has returned Ridge has been wanting this. I believe that after he found out about Bill the last time, Ridge wanted to leave then and yet he gave her one more chance. This time was just enough. With Taylor back, I think it gave Ridge the courage he needed to finally leave Brooke for good. He never was her destiny or she wasn’t the love of his life either. Brooke has an obsession with Ridge and she wants to possess him body and soul. She was never HIS soul mate. The truth is, Brooke wanted Ridge and believed he was HER soulmate but she wasn’t his and she believed he was HER destiny but he never believed she was HIS destiny. Brooke is a toxic co-dependent and all Ridge was, was her enabler. After watching him with Taylor I see now clearly that he never belonged with Brooke and I think we all knew that. Brad Bell tried to whitewash this story and Brooke but for those of us who know the history, Ridge was never meant to be with Brooke Logan.

Genna,
There will be opposing takes on this but I see a man who has been hurt by his wife and thinks “she’s done him wrong” you are forgetting Sheila manipulated this whole scenario to hurt Brooke. Ridge’s ego has been hurt and it takes longer to fix one as big as he’s got. His kids constantly throwing their own mother at him, doesn’t hurt either. Ridge had many turns with Taylor years ago and it never worked out. He may love her as the mother of his kids but Brooke is in his blood. When the truth comes out, and it will, he will not be able to get back Quick enough. Do I care? No. I can’t stand any of them!

Sheila is not to blame for Brooke lying to Ridge. That is what is going on with Ridge. He just can’t trust her. It is that simple. However Bell plays this, Ridge and Brooke should be over for good. I realize that Bell thinks that his lead female character is the be-all and end-all of his soap but honestly, people are just tired of her. Bell should have diversified this show a long time ago. I really think that her co-dependence and his constantly enabling her should be over. Everybody is tired of it. Hopefully, Bell will see the light before his show ends from sheer fans’ lack of interest.

I’m over it!! The writers did a terrible job. Who allows they’re kids to manipulate them like that and Taylor isn’t perfect either acting like she’s just so good. Remember she slept with the doctor back in the day that never came out. And planning out the scene sooooo long omg. I’m so over it. Why couldn’t Ridge and Brooke win!! Not allow them to brake up!! Gosh

Sheila Carter
OMG Remember when Brooke’s son Ric and Taylor were involved and also when she and Nick had a thing and Jack was born who turned into Brooke’s child/egg that was Brooke’s and wrongly implanted in Taylor?

I think Thomas is a fool for wanting to tell ridge what sheila did if brook k8ssed deacon cause she was drinking then why did she kiss bill brooke is a terrible person on the show but for some reason the writers always let her win. Please let brooke lose in the end just this time & in a year or so make her a hero again but I am sick 9f brooke or maybe I should just tune off of b&b for a year & hope wen I come back it’s time for br9oke to b on r he short end of the stick

I’ve only been watching this soap for about 3 months but Ridge and Taylor seem to be friends more than lovers. They respect each other and share a child. You can see the love with Brooke not Taylor.

I think Steffy Thomas Taylor should stop and let Ridge llive his life with Brooke the way they want stop bad mouthing Brooke I know it hurts Ridge they can’t stop!

Ridge is so 2 faced !!!! Taylor is not nice !!! Steffy got her husband back! Pushing her parents getting back together! Thomas? All bathetic! Also thy are notForsters! Look back ? Taylor been gone for how long ? I hate it !

Ditto!!!

I’m sooo sick of Stephanie and Thomas trying to break a bridge and Brooke

I quit watching the bold and the beautiful because the storyline is getting to be ridiculous the same thing over and over and over again do something new please

I cannot stand what stuffy and Taylor are doing it that is so rude to go after another man’s husband and shame on ridge, he’s the biggest hypocrite of all Brooke can’t talk to any of her exes but he can go kiss I’m playing around with his. Steffy needs to butt out!!!!

get new writers – get rid of Sheila for good – who cares who Ridge picks – been going on for 20 years. Just stop watching this soap

DAYS OF OUR LIVES: Marlena Looks Back at 50 Years in Salem

Published

on

By

The June 22 episode of Days of Our Lives reminded us all of why Deidre Hall is iconic in the role of Dr. Marlena Evans. Here we are 50 years later, and Marlena is still the heroine of the long-running soap opera, and Deidre remains one of the most most recognizable names in the history of soaps.

To pay tribute, and to look back at the life and times of Marlena, the story starts with Marlena flipping through a photo album of her with John (the late Drake Hogestyn) over the years. As she misses him dearly, she gets a knock on the door and its none other than John’s son, Paul Narita (Christopher Sean).

With Andrew (Colton Little) in Salem working on a case, he sits down with Marlena, who says she can’t believe its been fifty years since she first arrived in Salem! Cue: Deidre’s first scenes on DAYS when she finds Mickey Horton (the late John Clarke) playing chess against himself inside the mental institution she worked.

THE FLASHBACKS OF MARLENA’S LIFE

From there, viewers definitely got the cliff notes version of the history of Marlena and entrenched within them, some of the biggest moments in Deidre’s enduring run.

Paul thinks he is looking at 70s, and early 80s Marlena while going through her scrapbook, but he is actually looking at her twin, Samantha (Andrea Hall)Cue: when Marlena confronted Samantha about impersonating her, and then later getting a call on her radio show from the Salem Strangler (Jack Coleman as Jake Kostichek) who killed Samantha thinking it was Marlena.

In the present, Belle (Martha Madison) has arrived at this time to meet up with Paul, unaware of this trip down memory lane. She wants to go over the findings in the chess board mystery Stefano willed to Marlena and John, in private with him, since Marlena previously said she wanted nothing to do with it.

Back to the history lesson, Marlena speaks highly of Don Craig and even though their marriage didn’t work out, she could find a path forward with the new love her life, Roman Brady. (Wayne Northrop however is never shown, possibly to keep the story focused on John as Roman for confusion sakes?)

Paul sees a photo of a young Carrie (Christie Clark) in the album and Marlena says she was such a godsend after losing her baby. In fact, Marlena says caring for Carrie prepared her for her having and raising her own twins, Eric and Sami. Cue: The twin visiting Marlena in the hospital.

JOHN AND MARLENA’S LOVE CONQUERED ALL

Then, in a way to get through and incorporate the wild storylines only Marlena could have been in, she tells Belle and Paul, she has been through so much in her life, how lucky she was to find John, and some of the most unbelievable experiences no one could imagine. Cue: Marlena possessed by the devil and levitating from the bed. Next, John confronting Marlena being the Salem Stalker, where she admits she killed Alice Horton, pretends she needs help, then pulls a gun on her beloved John!

The comment is made by Paul and Marlena, that she literally has been to hell and back and she could not have survived were it not for her beloved John. Cue the big emotional highpoint clips; The Pier Scene! Marlena steps out of the fog when John sees her from a distance. After believing she was dead for four years, here she was before him in one of the greatest reunions in a soap opera love story in history. What followed were other times of the life of times of Jarlena.

Courtesy/Peacock

MARLENA’S ‘GIFT’ FROM STEFANO HAS A NEW CLUE

When Marlena makes a brief exit to the other room, Belle fills in Paul on the chess set Stefano left her mother and the photo of the Lire. Paul said he will investigate. Marlena comes back into the room and overhears, and says to promise her if things get dangerous he will back off, she does not want anyone hurt by Stefano’s games.

As the episode comes to a conclusion, it’s just Belle and Marlena going through the photo album giggling about 70s hairstyles and all the memories. Belle speaks on the impact Marlena has had in everyone’s lives, and that she is both the heart of their family and the heart of Salem.

An end card comes up acknowledging Deidre Hall’s 50th anniversary as Marlena, and we fade to black.

So, what did you think of Marlena’s walk down memory lane? Were you happy to see the flashback clips utilized throughout? Were you touched by the scenes and the performance of Deidre Hall? Let us know what you thought of Deidre’s 50th anniversary episode via the comment section below.

GENERAL HOSPITAL: Sidwell Surfaces; A Twist in Britt’s Condition

Published

on

By

On the Thursday, June 18 episode of General Hospital, Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) makes his shocking return right in Port Charles, after fleeing (thanks to Cassius) to supposedly parts unknown to escape capture for trying to kill Dr. Lucas Jones (Van Hansis).

How does he show up in town? First, Ezra (Daniel Cosgrove) gets a text from Jacinda (Paige Herschell) to meet in his hotel room. Ezra thinks the two are going to have a sexcapade so he puts champagne on ice for his favorite escort.

Suddenly, there is a knock at the door. Ezra’s excitement turns towards fear as instead of Jacinda, Sidwell is standing in front of him. Next, Sidwell blackmails Boyle telling him he has plenty of leverage he can use against him. Sidwell wants to use Ezra to help him takedown, Sonny (Maurice Benard), Lucas, Laura (Genie Francis) and Cullum.

Courtesy/ABC

ARE SIDWELL’S DAYS NUMBERED?

Meanwhile, Sonny confides in his brother, Ric (Rick Hearst). He says he knows who killed Marco an he is going to use that intel to lure Sidwell out of hiding.  Sonny also shares he is going to kill Sidwell, and handle this by himself. He gave the PCPD a chance, but they failed to nab Sidwell for good and lock him up.

Sonny also has been tracking the whereabouts of Britt (Kelly Thiebaud) and Rocco (Finn Carr) through Brick, and learned they took a flight to San Juan, Puerto Rico, and then boarded a fairy to take them somewhere off the island.

Courtesy/ABC

BRITT’S ‘SYMPTOMS’ RETURN

Turns out, Britt and Rocco are hiding out in the British Virgin Islands. Britt set up Rocco with a burner phone and a VPN on her tablet, that is not traceable. Rocco reads on the tablet about Lucas’ shooting. Britt starts to have the shakes and passes out. When she comes to, Britt won’t let Rocco call a doctor, but he uses his phone to step on the balcony and call Charlotte (Bluesy Burke) and ask for help. Charlotte looks shocked to hear from her brother as Danny (Asher Antonyzyn) looks on!

Courtesy/ABC

However, Joe (Jonathan Bennett) could be the one to put two and two together! While at General Hospital and after questioning Lucas about a syringe he found that was in someone’s possession. the toxicology report showed traces of saline solution, not actual medication. He asks Dr. Jones, why someone would inject themselves with saline? Lucas responds saline is harmless and would have no effect on someone.

So, does this mean that this entire time, Britt has been led to believe that the medication she was taking to treat her Huntington’s disease was placebo? Has Britt been lied to into believing she is dying? Is something else wrong with her instead?

Share your thoughts and theories via the comment section below, and if you are ready for Sidwell to finally get his comeuppance from Sonny! But first, watch the scenes where Sidwell comes out of hiding and blackmails Ezra Boyle.

GENERAL HOSPITAL: Dante and ‘Nathan’ Have It Out, Valentin and Carly Share Passionate Moments Which May Be Their Last

Published

on

By

On the June 16 episode of General Hospital, the PCPD under acting police commissioner Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) is in a bit of mess and does not go unnoticed by ADA Turner (Nazneen Contractor).

First, there is the whole Chase (Josh Swickard) defending Willow Cain (Katelyn MacMullen) over Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot), who he arrested for allegedly tossing Willow in the waters next to the Quartermaine boathouse. Turner has had it with Chase’s good guy act and how he tampered with evidence in her case against Willow for shooting Drew.

Later, Dante and Justine question “Nathan” (Ryan Paevey) about Sidwell’s escape while in his custody. Turner is not buying his cover story that he was ambushed by Sidwell and his men. Once “Nathan” left the interrogation room, Turner went in on Dante about having “Nathan” on the force after seven years away, and Chase she views as a “dirty cop.”

However, Dante defends both of his officers, but Justine warned that “Nathan” and Chase’s behavior would reflect poorly on Dante as commissioner and she should really think about that. Later, Dante has a terse confrontation with “Nathan” on how he botched a prison transport and that he better watch his back as Justine is one step away from turning this over to Internal Affairs.

COP MADNESS

Next, “Nathan” apologizes for the way he handled the situation with Rocco and says he feels badly. But then in the twist, Dante said that he was grateful that “Nathan” had been there for his son in his time of need (referencing after Rocco shot Cullum and covered it up).

Then, there’s the newest police officer in the precinct, Joe Fitzpatrick (Jonathan Bennett). He may actually be on to “Nathan’s” double life when he questions him about a syringe found in Britt’s room at Bobbie’s. “Nathan” made up a story to counter Joe’s, that he was not aware that his sister was taking anything for her Huntington’s disease diagnosis. Joe called the forensic department lab wanting to know what drug was exactly in the syringe.

BEFORE YOU GO

At Carly’s (Laura Wright), Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) tells her that he must travel to Geneva to speak to the head of the WSB, named Z. Valentin feels it’s the only way to save Josslyn if he informs Z about Cullum (Andrew Hawkes) being a double agent. Valentin shares with Carly that he has to stop Cullum from bringing his dangerous cold fusion device online. Carly is beside herself. She doesn’t want Valentin to sacrifice himself by turning himself into the organization who has made him a fugitive in the first place. Valentin stands firm that he must meet Z in person.

Knowing that revealing himself to the WSB meant he was likely going back to prison, Valentin asked Carly if she’d get in touch with his daughter, Charlotte so he could say good-bye to her. Next, Carly and Valentin make their way to the bedroom to make love, which may be for the very last time, if Valentin is caught and put back in Steinmauer Maximum Security Prison.

Courtesy/ABC

CAUGHT BY CULLUM

At the same time while at Wydemere, Cullum is talking with one of his WSB operatives. Now, he is pondering if Valentin and Sidwell were working together all along.  Next, Cullum entertains the idea of involving the FBI to locate Britt and Rocco. He says he plans to kill them both once he knows of their whereabouts. Cullum sees the only other threat to the completion of the cold fusion project to be Anna Devane.

Cullum wants to track the location of the unidentified person who called the private clinic in France trying to get in touch with Anna, while pretending to be Kevin Collins. When the agent came back with a report, he says it emanated from a cell tower near Shoreline Road. It’s in the that moment that a light bulb goes on for Cullum! Valentin is in Port Charles and hiding at Carly’s!

So, what do you think of the PCPD cops, Chase, Joe and “Nathan?” Who should Dante fire? Do you think Valentin will go the run?Are you digging Carly and Valentin’s relationship and want it to continue, especially with Finola Hughes on her way back as Anna next month on-screen? Weigh-in via the comment section, and in case you missed it, you can check out our latest interview with Dominic Zamprogna below from his appearance on the Michael Fairman Channel, where he talks the PCPD cops, Rocco on the run, and more.
