‘The Young and the Restless’ Alum, and ‘The Bay’s’, Max Ehrich, Arrested for Domestic Violence Allegedly Assaulting His Mother
Former Y&R actor, Max Ehrich (ex-Fenmore Baldwin 2012-2015), and who is set to be seen in the upcoming season of The Bay as Wesley McKinnon, was arrested earlier on Tuesday night on domestic violence charges for allegedly assaulting his own mother.
New details on Thursday shed more light on what went down. According to TMZ and the police report, Ehrich was accused of roughing up his mother while abusing nitrous oxide.
In further details, the police received a domestic violence call Tuesday night from someone who claimed Ehrich was live streaming himself beating on his mother. Police say they responded to the Florida home Ehrich shares with his mom, who officers found at a neighbor’s residence after an altercation with Max.

The mother, revealed, Max “heavily abuses inhalants” and had “consumed nitrous oxide before turning violent during an argument over her phone in their house,” police said. Ehrich’s mom, Rhonda Ehrich. allegedly told the police Max chased her outside into her neighbor’s backyard, pushed her to the ground and kicked her in the thigh. However, she did not suffer serious injuries.
In the initial report, Ehrich was arrested for battery on a person 65 or older. He posted $1,000 bond, and was released Wednesday. His arrest came amid fan concerns regarding Max’s behavior. He was allegedly on his Instagram live earlier in the day, acting erratic and making cryptic posts. One post included Max giving out his mother’s phone number saying, “Link in bio give zelleto my mom RHONDA.”

Ehrich is best-known in the mainstream media as the ex of singer Demi Lovato. On their break-up, Lovato expressed in her recent documentary, “I think I rushed into something that I thought was what I was supposed to do. I realized as time went on, that I didn’t actually know the person that I was engaged to.”
Demi added,”The hardest part of the breakup was mourning the person that I thought he was … but I’m not the only one who felt fooled. I was just as shocked as the rest of the world at some of the things that were said and done.” Lovato went on to tie the knot with Jordan “Jutes” Lutes back in May of this year.

Reading this, Demi didn’t just botch a bullet, she got away from a nuclear bomb. As for the mother, I hope she heals.
Honestly, his lives on Instagram on Tuesday were disturbing, and it was clear his mother was doing her best, but he really was not treating her properly. Wishing him the best, and that he is able to find happiness and a healthier place to be.
Omgosh that is so sad I hope his mom is ok.
The lowest of the low. He needs to be taught a lesson.
That is just awful. It is quite apparent the young man needs help and he also needs to be held accountable for his actions in a court of law.

THE 411 ON TIA AND KALISTA
Speaking with TV Insider, about their soapy experience in Fairmont Crest, Tabitha Brown previewed about her host with the most, “Tia is very professional, but she’s a girl’s girl. She is a protector of women and wants to tell their stories in a beautiful way, but she also wants to make sure they’re seen in a very good light.”
However, Burruss previews that Kalista arrives with a score to settle. “She’s spicy,” shared the recording artist. “I always love playing somebody that has come to start trouble. It’s always fun to play a villain of sorts, but Kalista feels like she’s been done wrong and she’s hurt by what she feels has been done to her. So Kalista is stirring up trouble, but she feels justified putting Dani on blast. Kalista is ready for some payback.”
Beyond the Gates is produced by CBS Studios, as part of the CBS Studios/NAACP Venture, in partnership with P&G Studios, a division of Procter & Gamble. Created by head writer Michele Val Jean, executive producers include Val Jean, Sheila Ducksworth, Julie Carruthers, Tracey Thomson, Leon W. Russell, Derrick Johnson, Anna Saalfeld and Lela Coffey.
