In an episode titled, “Move It On Over”, Rayna (Connie Britton) considers moving on after Deacon (Charles Esten) starts to set boundaries in their relationship. I want Deacon to end up with Rayna! I also love JJ on this show!

But she in love with Deacon…. Your heart cant lie!!

I find him rather bland & don’t care if he even stays on the show. But as debikra pointed out, Rayna is married. It would be nice if she remembered that on occasion instead of hanging out with Deacon all the time. Not sure what’s going on with Teddy; if he’s cheating, then perhaps Rayna will be free to be with Mr. Bland in the future.

I looked forward to this show but have found it disappointing. I still catch it [on OnDemand] but my first choice is to watch Chicago Fire. If Nashville gets canceled, I won’t miss it.

Chloe, I was really looking forward to this show too, but am disappointed. So far there are no characters that I feel like I can get invested in. I’m still watching, but like you say, if it gets canceled, there’s always Chicago Fire!

Besides, if it does get canceled, that frees up JJ to come back to GH!

I still say, as I have since before the show even premiered, that Juliet is Rayna and Deacons daughter from their past affair. Mark my words. Lol. I know my soaps.

Rayna’s oldest daughter is Deacon’s daughter….that’s already been said twice. Also, if Juliette was Deacon’s daughter…then there have been several instances of gross incest going on…and I don’t think the show is gonna do that.

Rayna,. I think they made the right decision to complicate the relationship of Rayna and Deacon in the show by keeping them away from each other last episode. The comfort zone between them is gone and all we need to see is the heat we saw when they sang at the Blue bird.

The editing of this show needs to improve though- and quickly. Sometimes I think I missed a part. I don’t think it works as too comfortable.

I think that Rayna’s oldest daughter ( Maddie) is Deacon’s. Remember Rayna’s dad threatened her with some paternity issue when he was demanding she show at her husband’s side the night he was nominated.

Love Rayna, love Deacon and together, if done correctly, they will be good.

I totally agree with you. Love Rayna and Deacon. However the show needs to work out the plot, cause the viewers are getting bored.

WATCH: Jonathan Jackson + Enation’s New Music Video “The Days Are Evil”

Five-time Daytime Emmy winner from General Hospital, and former Nashville star, Jonathan Jackson (Ex-Lucky, Ex-Avery) has released a new music video for the new single “The Days Are Evil” along with his band Enation.

The music video features shots of Jackson in a very dark incarnation, and the track will also appear on Jackson + Enation’s upcoming album due out later this fall, Ultraviolet Empire.

Jonathan says of the new album: “Our new album, Ultraviolet Empire, is a throwback record. It’s a record we played together live in the studio. Most of the songs are one take -just letting the band play.  It was amazing playing with our co-producer Colin Linden and capturing something so raw and visceral.”

This will be the band’s follow-up to their 2017 album  Anthems for the Apocalypse and their successful 2018 tour in Europe opening for Echo & The Bunnymen,

Check out the music video featuring Jonathan released this week below.

Then, let us know, should Lucky return to Port Charles for the Nurses’ Ball with his band and play a tune off the new album next spring? Will Jonathan come home to GH for a guest appearance? Will you be checking out the new music from him in the coming months? Comment below.

NASHVILLE To Become Broadway Musical

Looks like the Music City drama, Nashville, originally on ABC and then on CMT, has more than nine lives! Now the popular soap is headed to the stage and Broadway after six seasons on the small screen.

The show is set to have a musical adaptation with 10-time Tony Award winner Scott Delman (American IdiotRagtimeBook of MormonHello, Dolly!Fun HomeMean Girls) in charge.  In addition, Delman will serve as lead producer of the show and he has acquired the live theatrical rights from Lionsgate and ABC Studios.

Nashville, with its complex, relatable characters and sweeping emotional gestures, has all of the narrative elements that I look for in great theatrical source material,” Delman said in a statement. “From that rich DNA, we will be building an original story with entirely original music, written by major Nashville and Broadway songwriters.  We are particularly excited to deliver Broadway’s first score of true contemporary country music — a genre that has exploded with mainstream audiences in recent years. Lionsgate has a treasure-trove of sterling IP, and I’m honored to be a part of this new phase of their live entertainment division.”

Additional information on the upcoming musical, including production dates and a creative team, is expected to be announced shortly.  Now the question becomes; will some of its beloved series stars be in the Broadway rendition of the series?
