Will B&B's Ridge Make It To The United Arab Emirates On Time To Stop Bill and Brooke's Nuptials?

Beginning next week, fans of the CBS soap opera The Bold and the Beautiful will get to see the location shoot sequence of scenes taped in the United Arab Emirates featuring: Katherine Kelly Lang (Brooke), Thorsten Kaye (Ridge) and Don Diamont (Bill)!
In story, Bill is intending on marrying Brooke in the middle of the Middle East! However, Brooke’s ex Ridge is hot on their trail! In fact. according to an interview with TV Guide Magazine’s Michael Logan with Thorsten Kaye, Ridge falls out of a helicopter and lands in the Persian Gulf and is MIA! So does he succeed in busting up Brill’s wedding? The scenes from the story arc begin airing on May 23rd and will play out through June 3nd. Here is an excerpt of the interview featuring Thorsten on what happens when the action takes place in Abu Dhabi and Dubai!
On why Ridge feels so compelled to get Brooke away from Bill, when he has supposedly moved on with Brooke’s sis Katie (Heather Tom), Thorsten expressed: “Ridge doesn’t like sharing toys. Not now. Not ever. He still wants what’s best for Brooke, and Bill certainly ain’t it. Also, Ridge is now in possession of that selfie Quinn (Rena Sofer) took of her and Bill having sex. Sticking with our Dubai theme, it was the straw that broke the camel’s back.”
And as far as what this means for Ridge and Katie’s future, Kaye revealed, “Why would she put up with her man flying halfway across the world to stop a woman he’s supposedly over from getting on with her life? (Laughs) I don’t blame Katie for being pissed!

It looks like the current run of Lucas Adams (Noah) and Tamara Braun (Sienna) on The Young and the Restless is coming to an end, after the Monday, August 3 edition of the CBS daytime drama revealed that Noah and Sienna are leaving Genoa City and heading back to Los Angeles.
In the storyline, Noah informed his mother, Sharon (Sharon Case) and half-sister Mariah (Camryn Grimes) that he and Sienna made the decision to move back to the West Coast to put distance between themselves and Matt Clark (Roger Howarth). Although Noah did not say it was a permanent move, he did assure his mom that once Matt is hopefully gone from Genoa City they could return.
However, as previewed already on the video teaser for this week’s episodes of Y&R (see below), it appears Noah left Genoa City’s The Shadow Room to be run by a returning Danny Romalotti (Michael Damian). So with that, coupled with today’s episode, it would appear the move could wind up being more permanent.

COMINGS AND GOINGS
Adams made his Y&R debut on November 4, 2025 as the successor to Rory Gibson who last played Noah on-screen in April of 2023. Earlier in 2025, Gibson took over the role of Michael Corinthos on Genera Hospital replacing Chad Duell, who stepped away from the part after 15 years.
Braun who played Adam’s mother on Days of Our Lives when she was Ava Vitali and he was Tripp Dalton, first appeared on Y&R back on October 14, 2025, where we soon learned she had become Noah’s lover as the new character, Sienna Bacall. It should be noted, Adams was on contract with the number #1 soap, while Braun has been on recurring status.
With Josh Griffith now exited as head writer of The Young and the Restless, and the newly announced co-head writing team of Jamey Giddens and Dan O’Connor having taken his place and starting their new tenure this week, it will be interesting to see how the duo resets the show, and if a Noah and Sienna return is in the cards for the future or not.

Rosie O’Donnell revealed that she plans to head back to a seat at the table of ABC’s morning talk show The View.
The announcement came during Monday’s episode of The Tangle Podcast where she shared she will participate in “in whatever way they want” her or “just as a guest” for its upcoming 30th season.
The View’s season 30 will kick-off this fall in September. O’Donnell explained, “They’re bringing back all the hosts, I think. And, you know, I’m pretty proud of that show, what it’s become and how it really speaks to the people and to politics.”

ROSIE ON HER PREVIOUS GO-ROUNDS ON THE VIEW
As fans of The View know, O’Donnell famously had two different one-year stints on the talk show in 2007 and again in 2014- 2015. She often feuded with then co-host Elizabeth Hasselbeck.
However, during her discussion with host, Kyle Ridley on The Tangle Podcast, O’Donnell also noted she often had tense moments with longtime moderator and anchor, Whoopi Goldberg.
O’Donnell also expressed, “Many, many people got the short end of the stick there. It was, you know, it was a factory where people were being churned in and out and their tenuous security, nobody got to be calm. It also was a show at the time that was run by a man. A show created by a woman, for women, about women, and the man was deciding what we should talk about. And that didn’t sit right with me, you know.”
Back in 2023, Brooke Shields had asked Rosie on her podcast, Now What? with Brooke Shields, about how she felt on her two stints at The View and all the controversy that surrounded it. Rosie at that time, stated, “I know this, it’s not the best use of my talent to get in a show where I have to argue and defend basic principles of humanity and kindness. It was not something I’d ever do again.”

General Hospital Fan Club Weekend brought out many of your favorites to the four day event; with the main cast gathering on Saturday, August 1. I wish Brooke would disappear in the middle east. Let Bill and Ridge fight over Katie. Why does Brooke always get the men. God she’s in her 50’s now. Give viewers a break. Actually I would like to see Ridge & Katie together and Bill & Quinn. Bring back Taylor & Thorne. Show needs some diversity from the same old Brooke show.
I thought I was the only one who didn’t understand what the big deal is about Brooke. Why does she whisper all her lines? And most of her “acting” is actually just squinting. I can’t believe she’s nominated for an emmy. Maybe there’s some scene I didn’t see where she was able to show she really does have some acting chops!
I agree with you. Brooke’s nomination for best actress is not deserved. As you said all she does is squint, whisper lines, oh and let a tear run out of the left eye. If Bill Bell wants this and I hear he does, she will probably win this year. Remember last year when Michael Muhney lost to Tony Geary. Although I love Tony, I felt Michael was so much more deserving. Anyway he started trying to change the way they do the Emmys. We see where that got him. Anyway, I truly believe it’s all politics.
I agree with this entire post, Bill and Quinn were beyond hot together. I really like the chemistry Thorsten Kaye and Heather Tom have together. And I just can’t stand Brooke anymore. She always needs a man in her life and after her affair with Bill I lost what little respect I had left for her.

Spot on Susan! I hate Brooke and Bill! Let him get with Quinn, Katie and Ridge should be happy together. I’d also love to see Hope kick Liam to the curb since he knew all along that his dad had sex with Quinn and didn’t say anything. She belongs with Liam, and this coming from a former Lope fan.
I think it is pretty nasty and not to mention judgemental of them to give Bill and Brooke such a hard time. If Brooke is nasty then what in the world is her sister Katie? We half expect it from Brooke’s character but now, Katie seems to be a slut puppy as well. Lets not leave lil Hope out. Her character is just like her moms but I think, Liam can do better, but her character annoys me. One day she wants to act like a little girl, the next she wants to be grown and sleeping with him, his brother (literally), and next, there dad (like mother like daughter)! I’m just saying……….I need some real life scenarios in here people!
B&B has done the interrupted wedding so many times I have lost count. The names and locales might change, but it is the same plot device, so course Ridge will make it. Maybe he will ride in on a horse like Brooke did when interrupted Ridge’s wedding to Taylor, but at this point in the story the question isn’t will he make it, the question is does anyone care if he does?
I do not care. So tired of this same old story line. Bring back Taylor.

I don’t understand why Ridge has to follow Brooke to the Middle East. I don’t think he loves Brooke but his behavior is beyond the pale. Thorsten doesn’t understand it and neither do I. I enjoy Brooke and Bill, dysfunctional as they are. I’m rooting for Brill to get married, Ridge to disappear in the water, and when he’s rescued or found, I hope he has an attitude adjustment. In the meantime I’m hoping this story causes some major problems for Katie and Ridge. They need a good shake-up.
I would like to see Brook & Ridge back together, or Ridge make a play for Brook and have her turn him down. He has an attitude that she’s just waiting for him and Katie, I can’t stand. I wish she’d move far far away. She has blamed Brook for everything even though Brook was happy waiting for Ridge to come back from Paris, Katie pushed them together again & again. Even when Brook was pregnant she stayed away from Bill & tried to get Eric to marry her & be the father to the baby. At that time Bill was back with Katie but she had hidden cameras hidden around the house. She lost Bill because she’s nuts and blames everything she does on someone else.
Worn out plot I want to know why they keep doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result. Brooke is not a sex kitten anymore the giggling like a school girl for 27 years has gotten old and now viewers get to see another 27 years of Kim Matula/Hope doing the same thing. Also FYI Rena Sofer/Quinn is not even in the same ball park as Kimberlin Brown/Sheila as a villainess.
I think Bill and Brooke get married but then Ridge goes missing.Plus maybe when Ridge is found he has amnesia and doesn’t remember been with Katie and still thinks he and Brooke are together.
Why not let Brooke be kidnapped by Prince Omar Rashad (sp?), the prince who kept Taylor for a while. He’d be a great guy to take care of our blonde LA Lady! And maybe Taylor (his one-time Leyla) will return and try to claim her place by his side, thus creating a catfight between Brooke and Taylor for the prince (a worthy fight, for a change!). It would be QUITE interesting to see that happen! And he could claim them BOTH for his harem, making both of them jealous of the other for life…yeah, that’d be the ticket…

This is why I am boycotting this show..Scenes being recorded in a land where being different, gets you killed by law..I am actually surprise by you, Mr Michael Fairman??..Why promote a show being produce in a land where being gay equals being dead??
A show about fashion without gays and going to places that torture and condemn gays to death is a show that people should boycott!
“Being gay equals being dead?” I think you are confusing Dubai with Afghanistan or Iran. While it may not be Tel Aviv or San Francisco, there is a lively gay scene in Dubai. What I do find boycott-worthy about recording scenes in Dubai is Brooke and Bill’s constant oohing and aahing about all the buildings and development in the city-state, considering how it was all built by slave labor from the Indian subcontinent.
This is why I no longer watch B&B, and only rely on recaps, spoilers, etc. It’s a pathetic waste of time…this Brooke worship is getting entirely out of hand. Again, Ridge is inserted in Brooke’s life, and God forbid he have an intelligent storyline worthy of TK’s acting abilities. Who’s next for Brooke? Will Deacon come back declaring his undying love for her again as well?
I read somewhere that when Thorsten Kaye was first hired Katherine Kelly Lang said she didn’t want to work with him as Ridge’s replacement. Now she is regretting it when she sees how popular TK is and great story line with Katie. Bill Bell always gives Brooke her way. Why is Bell so mesmerized by her? I just don’t get it.
None of us get it. It’s true; KKL didn’t want a Bridge redo; of course, in walks TK, fans love him and voila….here he is chasing Brooke again.
That’s why is B&B is a waste of time; they waste really good talent.

I love Katie and ridge together.
I only watch sporadically because I’m a fan of Liam and Hope but definitely not a fan of Wyatt or his mother. I like Brooke and Ridge together but writers just can’t seen to allow them happiness for more than a week. I think Katie acts like a psycho most of the time. So needless to say I only watch every couple of weeks. I do think Donna and Pam are fun to watch.
I think it’s ridick for Ridge to want to break up Bill and Brooke. What does Katie think?

A few days I’ve watched the entire show in about 5 minutes. Liam should just get on with life and find someone else. Now we have Logan and Little Logan. The apple doesn’t fall far does it?
This development with Ridge fighting with Bill and trying to run Brooke’s life is too-too much. I so liked the new Ridge and having him with Katie but K should send him packing right now. She’s too good to go thru this again with her sister. Oh R loves K and plans a life with her but will always care about B.
That is crap and no woman in her right mind would put up with it. Kids or no kids. Ridge has gone too far!!! He should make up his mind. Fighting with Bill and stealing Brooke’s ring – REALLY. Who writes this blather? They have Ridge acting like an out of control schoolgirl.

Ridge Morone-Forrester is a HUGE Hypocrite! He doesn’t want Brooke to move on.
He criticized her for being with BILL after he ran off because of a
TEXT MESSAGE FROM DEACON SHARPE! He is marring someone else (Brooke’s Sister)
And saying she basically can’t ever move on!
I hate this storyline. I don’t think Ridge loves Brooke-he seems so devoted to Katie. But why doesn’t he just email Brooke the photo from Quinn? She will see it and leave Bill, and that way Ridge can stay and focus on his relationship with Katie, and marry her.
I’m so bored of the Hope-Wyatt-Liam love triangle. Liam has let Hope down way too much and no doubt he will again in the future. She’s really making a fool out of herself. I say bring Steffy back, either so that Hope can see Liam will always love her, and she can choose Wyatt OR so that Wyatt is sick of waiting around for stupid Hope and dumps her just to hop in the sack with Steffy. Either way would be a great twist.

I really hope they totally lose this Thorsten/Ridge, maybe he can get swallowed by a Dune worm. The role of the sophisticated aesthetic elegant man of the world, Ridge,as portrayed by Ron Moss, has been turned into Mr. Lurch Shambles, who makes a suit look like it came out of a charity shop throwout bag and still has crumbs & soup stains from last night’s dinner on its’ lapels. His lovemaking is more like being jumped by an orangutan, than being wooed by a godling. I have to repress a shudder, or switch channels. I’m sure there is a good role for the man somewhere but it ain’t Ridge. He does not convey the ethos of what Ridge should impart to role of Head Designer of Forrester Creations. He’s just not Ridge Forrester. Think Clooney, not Nolte.
All these rediculas claims that Bell is controlled by the cast, please it’s his show and he does what he wants, KKL has done many stories she diden’t like. And KKL was one of the first people to welcome TK to the show, she has not refused to work with him at all, she just preferad not to have Brooke and Ridge get back together cause it feels odd for her without RM, but she will act out whatever the script says.
As for that the show should not shoot in the Middle East because of there Anti Gay Laws, that is rediculas if anything it’s positive that they air a show that represents a coulture that is so differant from theres, Boycotting is not the way to make change and The US has a long way yet to go themselfes when it comes to HBTG rights.

I want Bill and Brooke to be a couple and the secret of the helicopter never come out. They should get married. Ridge should be found and not remember what happened and marry Katie. Hope and Liam should be a couple. Stefffy should come back and be with Wyatt. Quinn should be alone, she is evil.
The onlt reason I said for Hope and Liam should to be together is because Hope is so back and forth about things. As much stuff Liam has done, she should pick Wyatt, but she won’t. So let Wyatt be happy with someone else. Also, can Ron Moss come back to play Ridge? The new guy just doesn’t seem like Ridge.
Please find away to let Brooke and Bill get narried, they deserve it after all they have been through. Ridge never is just thinking of Brooke. Katie is to controlling for Bill. Brooke and Bill are the perfect match!
