Put your casting director hats on daytime fans! The Young and the Restless has put out a casting call for two new roles, who will obviously be written for by the new Sally Sussman regime on the top-rated CBS daytime drama series.

The first new role is that of Marcus, who is said to be caucasian and age 32.  Marcus is described as a dashing, passionate journalist.

The other role is that of Ivy, 25-years-old.  She is a young free-spirited fun-loving singer.  The role is said to be contract. Soap Opera Digest first reported the casting news.

So, who do you think for daytime or primetime would make a good Marcus? Who from music, recording, or from daytime or nighttime TV could hit the right notes as Ivy? Share your inspired casting ideas in the comment section below.

I hope she turns this around but someone clue me in why was their not any script adjusting of Pratts writing? I fast forwarded seven episodes in thirty minutes! You have destroyed the character of Travis and dam get Nick off my screen and his greasy hair

I’m hearing you about Nick and his hair. Lately I think about Nick the way I use to think about the scruffyness of Stitch. They look like they need a good hot bath.

Right, soaphound? Chelsea was never seen without Connor. I mean, do TPTB think we do not notice?

how come the director doesn’t have connor on the show more. he is cute. they have nick on the show more. travis should leave town with michelle and don’t come back ever. i hate travis so much. the character i like more than travis is billy .

Not sure why but I believe her writing starts on 12/7

Maybe Chelsea can do a Nick “do-over”? I mean, she spends every breathing moment with him. Where’s Connor?

I know, Celia! Too weird the way Chelsea and Nick are constantly together, and
often with Christian and Faith, too, lately. They are suddenly this cozy little family
but with Connor nowhere in sight. Sure, Chelsea and Nick could use a new friend,
but this is way overboard!

@Nanci.
Hi,
Good to hear from you, my friend…..Poor Connor!! LOL.
I don’t know what the heck TPTB are trying to conjure up here. Are they preparing us for an Adam return, as I said to Timmm?
A romantic relationship between Chelsea and Nick would really complicate matters if Adam made an appearance.
Another reason, I think, is to make Chelsea an important character to the soap. She really has no relevance; other than being Connor’s mother: A NEWMAN. But, we never see him…HaHa. Strange, that!! Suddenly all the attention is on Christian and Faith!!!!

@Nanci.
Hi, Nanci,
I did respond to your post. But soon after, I upgraded my iPad ( not liking upgrade, at all), so, I don’t know if I erased it, or what.
Anyway, I find it strange, as well. This sudden coziness with Nick and children sans her own child, makes Chelsea seem unrealistic.
I think TPTB need to keep Chelsea on because Adam will be back. When he does return, he ill be faces with two huge shockers: Christian is alive and Chelsea and Nick are involved.
But, if we thought the Dylan and Nick court battle makes no sense; wait until Adam is back, and the real battle over the baby starts.
Thing is, I really think Nick is the bio father….thanks to Victor’s manipulations.

I was thinking the same thing when I was watching the Friday December 2 episode. She has been so protective of Connor since Adam died. Practically joined herself to the hip with him. No all of a sudden she is bonding with Faith and Christian like she has all the free time in the world

Agree completely with your entire post, Celia. God, it is all too weird now and
Chelsea has become someone I dont much like anymore. At least before, she
was a great mom to Connor, and now seems oblivious. Dont remember her
even mentioning him lately. I also think Nick is Christian’s bio-dad. And at this
point, I dont even know how an Adam return would work as far as Chelsea
because she isnt much outwardly mourning him anymore. And would it be
yet another Oh my God, Adam youre alive! kind of reaction from Chelsea?
Been there, done that!

@Nanci.
Right? Well, one thing is for certain; we are talking about it….keeping us engaged in conversation.
This story will stagnate if someone’s feathers aren’t ruffled. Enter Adam. He must be brought back for drama, otherwise, this sorty is dead, as far as I am concerned. A love match between Nick and Chelses is neither palatable or appetizing.
Yesh..”He’s ALIVE” has been worked for a hundred years…..what else can they do?
The mystery needs to be resolved, albeit we are all sick of the same old same old.

chelsea should spend time with her son connor more. she spends time with nick more than sometime with connor. where does connor go when chelsea and nick are out. chelsea really should spend time with connor or bring him with them.that’s sad you don’t even see connor that much. does connor go with a babysitter maybe. you don’t see much of billy and victoria’s kids either. what’s the point of having younger actors play as connor and billy and victoria’s kids

there wasting the parents and the young actors time. so i heard cane and lily’s son charlie is being recast . is that true or not true that charlie is being recast

i agree with you about travis . they should take him off the show. nick is ok.

I could probably see Denyse Tontz [ex-Miranda, AMC] as a singer on Y&R

How about Taylor Swift!!!!????
I know, I know, she Will NEVER,EVER BE ON A SOAP!!!

I need to have Tom Pelphrey back on a soap, so he can be Marcus and Kristen Alderson can be Ivy as she is a singer as well as an actress.

Tom Pelphrey, yes.

yeah he is super talented and should be on a soap again!

Both Kristen Alderson and Brittany Underwood come to mind.

Yes…Liz, good choices, as well. Love both.

Please no more newbies lol, bring back Dina Abbott Mergeron. Y&R need to cast Elizabeth Hubbard ex Lucinda Walsh ATWT to play Dina. Also I am glad that Judith Chapman is coming back as Gloria. I am very happy with that. She will be getting a storyline with Lauren and Michael. Judith first airdate is December 22, I cannot wait for the fireworks.

I agree with you on the newbies Claudio. Maybe it won’t be so bad. As long as they aren’t anything like Stich and Luca. Anything will be better than seeing Hillary reading her GC Buzz comments and falling in love with herself. I am so loving and patiently waiting for the return of Gloria. Not to mention the fact that she is having a storyline with Lauren. Judith Chapman, and Tracey E. Bregman are long overdue to be back on the screen. I love how they interact with each other. And adding Christian LeBlanc and Greg Rikaart to the mix is happiness abound. If its not asking for to much, maybe we can have a Fen sighting for the holidays? Since they are looknig for a young female singer, I say Gloria should reincarnate Gloworm and turn into a sultry nightclub. Every event in town happens either at the coffee house or the athletic club. GC needs some new haunts. I loved when Gloria was briefly running Gloworm. I felt she was really in her element. And keeping in mind that Lauren is Jill’s sister and Gloria’s daughter-in-law, it would be fun to see two of John’s ex-wives sniping at eacn other from time to time. I say let the games begin!!!

Oh, soapqueenforever; tell me about it.
Stitch, Luca….you have just awakened a bitter taste in my mouth, LOL.
Every time I hear GC Buzz, I get a sinus headache. Now they have little Faith mentioning that ‘great institution’ of complete nonsense. Out of the mouth of babes!!!!!…..as the adage goes….

OMG that is a brilliant idea to have Hubbard play Dina!!

I completely agree, or even Eileen Fulton ex Lisa McColl ATWT.

LOL, Claudio. You and I so desperately want these ladies back on Y& R. I do believe we talked about this before….Plus, “Vivian” on Days. Deja-vu? LOL.
I wish the writers would listen to us, my friend.

I agree with you Celia, the writers need to be fired lol. we can take over Celia my friend. Vivian my madame needs to come back on Days, and Elizabeth Hubbard as the new Dina Abbott on Y&R.

I would love to see Eileen Fulton and Elizabeth Hubbard back 8n screen as well. If memory and back history of the Abbott family serves me correctly, Dina isn’t Ashley’s real mother. So my idea is have one play Dina and one play Ashley’s realcm mother. But I am uundecided as to who should play who. Ashley needs a good story line. Her talents are being wasted as a sounding board for Billy and Jack

Soapqueenforever, if my memory serves correctly, lol…Dina is Ashley’s real mother for John isn’t her real father. I remember when Ashley was dating Eric (Brian Matthews) and Eric happened to also be involved with Dina.

Ivy should be played by Lea Michelle. No one comes in mind for Marcus.

Lea Michelle isn’t taking time off of her network TV show or movies to play a new role on Y&R; maybe someone like Kristen Alderson who can act and sing who does daytime would work

I love Lea, too, Roxanne. She’s a little older, but, I doubt that matters much on soaps.

It’s about time that Y&R gets YOUNG in the cast ..
When Y&R 1st started a majority of the main cast were actually young.
Also there is a great need for new characters and new stories.
It’s a bit tiring seeing the same 12? faces every single day for decades.

New Young people New stories. will be a good thing.

Decades and decades of Billy and Vicitora and Sharon and Nick and Jack and Phyllis are never ending recycling for decades…
Looking forward to some new and hope they put it front.

Looking forward to Mals takeover..

Mal Young took over July 14th, so you’ve been watching his “stuff” for 5 months.

the new writing is supposed to start on 12/7

Yeah, Suoo. I thought you knew everything.
One positive thing to mention; Tristan Rogers Tweeted that he will be making a lot more appearances this month. I am hoping the new writing regime will appreciate this gem of an actor.

hi Addison ..
I wish I did lol
I do know Mal has been producing ect for awhile now, I meant the old new writer.
I hope she makes Sharon hang! Sharon needs to pay and pay hard. I have no pity for the character LOL ..
It will be interesting to see how the new writer will end up in 6 months.

I’m also tired of those recycled couples I no longer care about. I am fast forwarding through all of them which is basically the whole show at this point. The show desperately needs young blood. All the other soaps have a good set of young actors except for Y&R where almost every character is 40+.

Would rather have a handsome, intelligent man with solid journalism credentials.

I am replying to myself. Handsome is in the eye of the beholder. Everyone does not have to be knock down gorgeous to be intriguing. As said below, how about in addition to being honest try introducing a humble man.

Right on, Tani. Humility goes a long way.

WELL,I WANT SOMEONE FOR MARIAH ,HOPE MARCUS WILL BE THAT,

bring back Redaric williams , tyler, for mariah
bring back austin from the ‘dead’for summer
or just bring back noah and marissa
theres more than enough younger people that can return instead of creating new characters with no ties to genoa city

No, Yes, Yes, No.

Forgive the deletion: I would like him to be honest!

Tani, you seem to be having a lively debate with yourself.

Touche! I was laughing at myself!

That’s funny, Addison. I know you’re teasing. I like Tani. I love her posts. Cute.
I wish I knew her in person….as so many others.

Kristen Anderson can play Ivy. She can sing and has a terrific voice.

Nice girl but I was so happy she left GH, dont want her here!

I think they should rather recast Abby instead. No need for new young folks when we have Mariah, Abby Devon Kevin

they should recast adam newman.

Young and Sussman : please recast Devon

Corbin Bleu , ex-Jeffrey King, OLTL would be perfect

YES!! He’d be terrific.

Please enough with the new characters Y&R. How about shoring up what they have and getting rid of the dead weight and getting back to good storytelling. Instead of rehashing old storylines that characters have had over and over again. Y&R has become a real madhouse storyline wise. Characters like Victor and Nikki are the worst. I mean what does Nikki suffer from Stockholm syndrome or something? Or is it pure selective memory? When I hear her justify Victors behavior or blasting Sharon, I think to myself; “wasn’t this girl a stripper who gave up here child ,alcoholic, and had numerous affairs and marriages?” Yet she constantly slams Sharon for her choices and the girl is no saint. Instead of the writers giving Sharon some dialogue to slam her back with, it’s like the characters just get away with being all self righteous and no one calls them out for it. Come on writers, use the rich history of the show to tell new stories that push the show forward and stop adding useless characters.

Nikki is a rich snob, Sharon should spit on her!

LOL, Timmmy. What are the similarities between Nikki and Chelsea?
Sound familiar? Both these women could be straight out of Dickens’ OLIVER TWIST, under the tutelage of Fagin.
Soooo sanctimonious!!!!
Do the writers expect us to forget from whence Nikki hails?

So agree with you!

and so it begins—- every new writer creates new characters to “interact” with the vets, but eventually the newbies take over like Dylan, Stitch, Avery, Joe, Hilary etc— the new characters are always a flash in the pan– sizzle for a season, then fall flat over time– personally they should be is fleshing out the established character’s extended families– why can’t Kyle be a dashing playboy turned journalist– or recast Summer so she can become a singer instead bringing on a new character Ivy—-sigh— but it is what it is, as long as the stories and writing get better I can embrace new characters as flavoring — not the main dish.

Shades of the Brookes clan from yesteryear. The newspaper the singing and Plano playing..I’m not sure what Sally Sussman is leading into I’m a bit skeptical and also hopeful at the same time. While next Wednesday there’ll be change..I don’t expect to really comment until at least six months into her tenure..well see

I agree Mary but right now their isn’t a man on the canvas for Ashley as for the young girl I’m not sure what that is about ? That is the way I feel about the baby everyone is fussing over a character that wasn’t needed just another quick romance for Nick I will give them a chance but a lot of work has to be done .

Much of the problem lies in the fact that the characters are all related to each other. I agree, I’d rather see Kyle, Fenmore, Chance, Mac, Scotty. Before they even create new characters. Heaven help us if the singing takes over.

Not really looking forward to singing on the show. The roles don’t excite me right now.

I watched episodes of Patty Weaver, as per my grandmother. She was both on DOOL and Y&R.
Her voice was spectacular….so, if the singer’s voice has that certain nuance; if the voice is powerful enough; if the singer can convey a message through dong, I am all for it.
We have to wait and see, Mo. who know? We may be pleasantly surprised.

Did Gina Romalotti ever marry? I can’t remember. If so, maybe IVY can be her daughter.

@Ron.
Hi Ron,
What a great idea! As Gina Roma’s daughter, Ivy would have ties to Y& R.
I believe Gina married someone named Clint?

She married an ex con named Clint Radison no children. Clint Radison was the one who found Marge Katherine’s look a like to steal all Katherine’s money. Some great storylines back then. Gina came to town fresh out of prison years earlier and fell in love with Lauren’s dad but Lauren’s mother came to town and Lauren and her broke them up. That is why it is so stupid that they made Jill/Lauren’s sister because Jill was the same age basically as Lauren’s dad.

I forgot all about Patty. She wa s also Danny Romalati’s sister and she owned a restaurant where she would sing whenever the mood struck her. If memory serves, she did have a nice voice

The singing was fine in the 80s and the 90s but it comes across dated & cheesy now. Days tried it with Claire Brady but they’ve since moved on.

I thought Claire was going to sing at Thanksgiving, but fortunately, she did not.

Dont need a new female singer UNLESS she is singing at Gloria and Jeff’s new restaurant!

New male cast member? Look now further than the talented Brandon Barash!

I’m with you, Timm. Brandon and Robert Scott Wilson are my top choices. Though the singing thing doesn’t thrill me.

I’m all for your idea timmm. As I said in what I posted above, GC needs a new nightclub. And who better to run it than Gloria. She coul reincarnate Gloworm into a sultry nightclub, and Colin and Jeffrey could have shady business dealings in the back offices. And than Michael could use his legal skills to keep the place open

I love Colin and Jeffrey in cahoots!

Promising. A new writing team will bring in new characters… and escort others to the door. Seems the media game in Genoa City will heat up, and I like that. As for a singer, well… one of the great joys of Y&R in the past was the music. Danny. Gina. Lauren. I liked that side of the show. Added some pizzazz to the dull (lately) corporate goings-on with Newman Enterprises and Chancellor Industries (What is it exactly they do?). I would like to see some real model/cosmetics action on the J’Abot front. Am looking forward to changes as the winter months pass.

I agree Iakovos…I miss the era with Gina/Danny/Lauren singing…Patty Weaver is a superb singer. I remember Patty being on Days before Y&R…a very talented lady.

Not sure what you mean by the “media game” but would hope it is perhaps an expansion of legitimate journalism, so to speak. Playing with this a bit, a powerful local paper with a rich enough owner could introduce an interesting presence. Genoa City needs more than two families.

The music can work. I remember.

Finn Wittrock ( American Horror Story).
Jesse McCartney ( JR Chandler–AMC)

Jennifer Stone ( theater)
Lucy Hale ( A CINDERELLA STORY)

There really is ONLY one obvious choice for the 25-year old Ivy:

JOAN COLLINS!!!

How about the talented and gorgeous Robert Scott Wilson, ex of DOOL? Or Brandon Barash? We sure miss him on GH.

Of course, Rob Wilson….why didn’t I think of him!!!!! He’d be great in any role.
I hope he wins the Emmy. He does deserve it.

I hope he doesn’t get overlooked, Celia. Sometimes great work just falls through the cracks and I’d hate for Robert to be forgotten. I don’t know what this says about me, who hates violent scenes, but Rob turned me on even when he was beating up Chad. Must be the muscles..

Rob Wilson is very charismatic….and, oh, so sexy. He has that quiet, mysterious way about me that is sooo enigmatic…draws me in.
As yourself, I’m not fond of violent scenes ( he played the part of the fiend sooooo well), but, we can separate the actor from his role, yes?
Yeah!! Those muscles make it easy to forgive….SWOON!!

Yes Michael, I am happy that you agree with me. Elizabeth Hubbard is a terrific actress and would be great as the new Dina Abbott Mergeron. Imagine the fireworks with Dina Jill and Gloria.

Andrew Walker star of many Hallmark movies would be great, or how about Paul Telfer who Days made a mistake in getting rid of. For the female role they could not do better than Brittany Underwood.

DAYS didn’t get rid of Paul Telfer, mike. He chooses to only be available for short gigs.

Mark Lawson as Marcus and Jennifer Landon as Ivy

David Gregory…ex Robert Ford OlTL is gorgeous and he can act; and (drumroll)…Teresa Castillo. It’d be interesting to see her in another role.

Just not interested in additional newbies. Would rather see solid storylines with current
people! More of Ashley, for one.

Mandy Moore … She does a marvelous job on “This is us” ….

For those fans of American Idol, and those from the Chicagoland/Genea City landscape, I recommend Haley Reinhart ( a couple of seasons past) for the role of Ivy. Not only is she a terrific singer, she’s bubbly, cute and sultry whenever she wants to be. She’s about 25 yrs old.

I’ll reflect on the role of the journalist, but I’d sure like to see FRESH FACES for these roles, not actors from other soaps, etc.

I’m excited about these two characters because the show could use stories that focus on news events and might even clean up the mess the current writers have made with Hillary and her attempt at broadcasting. From Neville’s medical nymph to this! Yikes. It should be so easy getting lucrative (well, maybe not) careers with no prior experience. Maybe a college degree isn’t really that necessary. And it’s about time we returned to some quality singing sessions on the program.

Sal Stowers would be perfect or an unknown who can act & sing.

Sal Stowers is back on DAYS, penny.

Is she playing an invisible character because I haven’t seen her?

She’ll be airing in January.

is Michael muhney returning as adam newman or not

My understanding is MM is not allowed to step foot inside the Y&R studio and no matter how many fans want him back, alexis, his hands are tied.

‘Brilliant Minds’ Officially Canceled After 2 Seasons at NBC; DAYS Alum Al Calderon, OLTL Alum Teddy Sears and Zachary Quinto Among the Cast

Published

on

By

After languishing on the bubble for months, on Friday, NBC handed down the decision and canceled the medical drama Brilliant Minds after two seasons.

Brilliant Minds stars Zachary Quinto as neurology physician Oliver Wolf, who’s character and the series is inspired by the life and books of neurologist. Oliver Sacks. The series focuses on the medical mysteries of the mind, as Wolf a larger-than-life neurologist and his team of interns explore the last great frontier, the human mind, while grappling with their own relationships and mental health.

The final six episodes of what will now be the end of its second and final season were already set to air beginning on May 27, after being pulled off the network schedule in February as viewership saw a steep decline. Brilliant Minds second season became the lowest-rated drama on linear TV viewing, which didn’t bode well fo a network renewal, although it had its hard core fan base.

Photo: NBC

There are some exceptional notables in the cast along with the talented Quinto that includes Days of Our Lives alum, Al Calderon (ex-Javi Hernandez) who joined the series in its second season as Nurse Nico Silva, and One Life to Live alum, Teddy Sears (ex-Chad Bennett) who plays Wolf’s love interest and fellow physician, Dr. Josh Nichols.

The rest of the talented cast includes: Tamberla Perry, Ashleigh LaThrop, Alex MacNicoll, Aury Krebs, Spence Moore II, Donna Murphy, John Clarence Stewart, and Brian Altemus.

In an ironic twist of fate on Thursday, April 30, Days of Our Lives finally revealed the actor who was Al Calderon’s successor in the role of Javi, when they announced that actor Jacob Martinez had now stepped into the role. Since DAYS tapes ten months ahead of streaming new episode, Calderon left in the spring of 2025, but will be seen in the part for the final part this month, and then on June 20, Martinez debuts as Salem’s new Javi.

Taking to his Instagram with a sorrowful and heartfelt post on the Brilliant Minds cancellation was Teddy Sears who wrote, “Thank you, Brilliant Minds. I got the call today and I didn’t want to hear, but I knew that it would come, You have to be a particular vintage to quote Don Henley from memory, but that’s the line that came to mind earlier today after I got off the phone with our inimitable showrunner Michael Grassi who delivered the news that NBC has cancelled the series”.

Photo: NBC

Sears continued, “To say that I feel sad to be moving on from these stories, this character, and this cast and crew just doesn’t paint the entire picture. I’m sad, sure. But I’m also deeply grateful that I got hired to play this part, so proud of the stories we told, and the other actors I got to play alongside. I’m excited to see what comes next, what adventures await, and terrified to be without a professional home. A quick and heartfelt thank you to everyone, all over the globe, who found us and found themselves in us, in our characters and in our stories. We wouldn’t have been able to tell them without you. And we still have 6 fresh episodes yet to air, and I do hope you tune in enjoy the remainder of the series. They’re the best we’ve done.”

As he wrapped up his sentiments, Sears signed off with, “The more I know, the less I understand. All the things I figured out I have to learn again. I’ve been trying to get down to the heart of the matter. But everything changes…Thank you, Brilliant Minds.”

The medical drama was created and executive produced by Michael Grassi alongside Greg Berlanti, Sarah Schechter, Leigh London Redman, Lee Toland Krieger, DeMane Davis, Jasmine Russ, Henrik Bastin, Jonathan Cavendish, Andy Serkis and Shefali Malhoutra.

So, what do you think of NBC’s decision to cancel Brilliant Minds after two seasons? Share your thoughts in the comment section below.

Taking to his Instagram to celebrate the nominations, GH’s Bennett, enthused, “3 Critic Choice Nominations! I’m so proud of the FINDING MR CHRISTMAS and to be in the company of all the legends in all these categories is so surreal! Congrats to Hallmark Channel and to our nominated cast and nominated show and everyone who made this magical show possible. This is crazy! This gives FMC 6 Critics Choice nominations in 2 years. Not bad for a little show on Hallmark Channel. What are your thoughts on our show?” Jumping first into the comment thread was one of his new GH co-stars, Dominic Zamprogna (Dante) who expressed, “Yeah buddy!!!🔥🔥”

In the series, Bennett, the host and co-creator spends eight weeks guiding 10 aspiring actors through a series of “festive face-offs” and acting challenges alongside actors like soap opera notables, Hunter King (ex-Summer, Y&R) and Alison Sweeney (Sami, DAYS). Along the way, they develop their skills and a bond with one another. It should be noted that Traitors received the most Critics Choice Real TV Award nominations with 6 nods, followed by Dancing with the Stars with 4.

Bennett is very familiar to daytime fans having started his career as JR Chandler on All My Children in 2000-2001, before landing the part of Aaron Samuels in the motion picture, Mean Girls in 2004 starring Lindsay Lohan, which would become his breakout performance.

‘General Hospital’s’ Kelly Thiebaud on Britt and Cassius Sibling Drama, But Who Will Ultimately Blow His Cover?

Published

on

By

On the April 30 episode of General Hospital, Britt (Kelly Thiebaud) had some choice words and warning for her brother Cassius Faison (Ryan Paevey) who has been masquerading as his twin, the very dead, Nathan West.

As the story has unfolded, viewers learned that Britt knew all along that when “Nathan” showed up in Port Charles seemingly resurrected with a missing 7 years of his life unexplained, that Cassius was taking his place.

Now in developments on today’s GH, Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) is figuring out that this guy pretending to be Nathan is someone else, and Cassius learns from Britt, that Joss is not just a ditzy sorority girl as he claimed, but a WSB agent! The moment stuns Cassius. Are the walls about to close in on him and his charade?

Courtesy/ABC

Daytime Emmy winner, Kelly Thiebaud spoke to Soap Opera Digest, about the story point and getting the opportunity this time back at GH to work with Ryan Paevey, when she hadn’t had the chance to before.

BROTHERLY LOVE?

Thiebaud expressed on sharing scenes with Ryan Paevey, “It’s just been so wonderful to have him back and to actually work with him! When he first came onto the show (as Nathan at the end of 2013) I was kind of heading out — it was right towards the end of my contract, so we didn’t actually work together a ton. It’s been really refreshing and so much fun to really spend time together and get to know each other and work together. I think we have really great on-camera chemistry and banter with each other. I really enjoy working with him.”

With the stakes at an all-time, Thiebaud explained how she views her on-screen alter-ego’s involvement with her more hot-to-temper sibling and why Britt revealed the truth about Josslyn to him. “People finding out about Cassius would expose what she’s involved in and what she agreed to do,” explains Kelly “And now Josslyn is digging around, and she’s connected to Carly (Laura Wright) to Jason (Steve Burton) and that whole dynamic! It’s messy!”

BRITT’S MURKY FUTURE

Britt has currently also reached her breaking point with Jason being carted away by the WSB, Rocco (Finn Carr), the child she gave birth to, shooting Cullum (Andrew Hawkes) to protect her and Jason, Marco (Adrian Anchondo) being killed after trying to help her, and Cullum holding over her head getting her Huntington’s disease medication to control her symptoms, while blackmailing her into finishing the research on her father, Cesar Faison’s, final project. Thiebaud summed it up best for Britt right now, sharing, “It’s been a really tough time for her.”

So, who do you think will be the person to blow Cassius’ cover? Will it be Britt herself? Josslyn? Liesl? Brennan? Nina? Lulu? Rocco, Maxie, Cullum or someone else? Let us know your pick in the comment section.
