Victor informs Nikki that they can finally be together. Nikki admits that she still loves Victor, but that they can’t be together. Victor grabs her and begins kissing her, and they make love. Jack ignores Genevieve’s concern that he might not get Beauty of Nature, and presents his fiancée with a diamond bracelet. Cane bonds with his soon-to-be step father and Genevieve shows Lily her wedding dress. Meanwhile, Ashley is surprised when Abby arrives home in time for Jack and Genevieve’s wedding. Sharon tries to convince Adam that Victor is setting him up. Adam grabs Sharon and kisses her passionately, and they begin to make love on Victor’s desk. When Phyllis drops Summer off at Nick’s, Summer convinces Phyllis to stay and watch movies with them. After Nick puts the girls to bed, they decide to hang out together without having sex. They spend the rest of the night playing video games. Michael meets with the SEC agents, who expect to arrest Adam within the hour. Michael informs Victor that Adam never called Tucker with the highest bid. Michael informs Victor that Beauty of Nature has been sold to FMN. Meanwhile, Genevieve learns she now owns Beauty of Nature.

Ronan escorts Deacon after his lie detector test. Ronan remains determined to figure out what happened on the night of the murder. Adam, Victor, Victoria, Tucker, Nick, Abby, Ashley and Nikki, Phyllis and Jack are all summoned to the police station. Ronan announces that since they all lied to the police about Diane’s murder, they are all guilty. Ronan brings out the embroidered pillows that were found in Diane’s room and begins showing the video footage of each of the subjects fighting with Diane. He also shows footage of Adam threatening Diane, which no one has seen before. Finally, Ronan plays the footage of Nikki defending herself against Diane’s attack. Later, Ronan escorts all of the female suspects to a holding cell and all of the male suspects to another holding cell, where they are locked up. Myrna/Patty tries on Genevieve’s veil in front of a mirror and begins saying her imaginary wedding vows to Jack. Genevieve catches Myrna/Patty and she says she was just making sure that Genevieve’s wedding dress was perfect. Genevieve informs her that Paul is on his way over, and insists that she speak to him. Paul arrives to talk to Myrna, but she is nowhere to be found. Genevieve offers to let Paul take a look at Myrna’s computer. Meanwhile, Myrna/Patty hides out in the Newman potting shed. Sharon asks Avery for help in maintaining custody rights to Faith. Sharon tearfully admits that she fears Nick will find out she slept with Adam, and will try to take Faith away from her. Avery asks why she keeps going back to Adam, when it could cost her Faith.

Segundo barks outside as Myrna/Patty continues to hide in the Newman potting shed. Myrna/Patty, who thinks the dog is Zapato, fears she’s being haunted by a ghost. Tucker and Jack accuse Adam of tampering with the evidence, which he denies. In the women’s holding cell, Abby, Victoria, Ashley and Phyllis complain about their imprisoned state. Meanwhile, Ricky tries to convince Avery to give him information, and in exchange, he will arrange for Phyllis’ arraignment to be last. Deacon enters the men’s holding cell. He recounts the story of how Adam and Diane teamed up to frame Victor for Diane’s murder. Diane would use the paralytic drug and pretend to be dead. Diane decided she didn’t want to leave Kyle and was going to back out of the plan, but Adam threatened to turn her in to the SEC. Later, Jack questions Adam about the Beauty of Nature sale, hoping to hear that he was the highest bidder. Jack’s frustrated when Adam won’t reveal who made the winning bid. Ricky steals Myrna’s flash drive from Paul and secretly makes a copy. Later, Paul is shocked by what he finds on the flash drive.

Jeffrey returns to Genoa City with no recollection of who he is. Jill tries to get him to admit that he’s faking amnesia. At the GCAC, Gloria naively asks Angelo to have his associates look for Kevin. Later, Dino calls Angelo and informs him that he’s located Angelina’s cell phone on Long Island. Jill sends Jeffrey walking right past Gloria as she is kissing Angelo. Since he doesn’t recognize Gloria, Jill becomes convinced that he really has amnesia, and offers to take him to a doctor. Kevin lashes out at Angelina for lying to him. He decides to build a raft, and Angelina offers to help. Spencer informs Ronan that he’s leaning toward charging Nikki in Diane’s murder. Ronan promises he will find out who the unknown conspirator is. Paul shows Ronan what he found on Myrna/Patty’s computer. They wonder if Myrna will target Genevieve next. Genevieve quietly practices revealing to Jack that she owns FMN. However, she’s unable to break the news to her fiancée. Davis informs her that Victor is demanding to meet the owner of FMN – tonight. Paul and Ronan warn Genevieve that Myrna may be involved with the murder of Diane Jenkins. Meanwhile, Myrna/Patty, pretending to be Emily, “runs into” Jack. When she professes her love to him, Jack informs her that he loves Genevieve and plans to marry her. Victor reveals to Sharon that he knows she was with Adam last night and that she betrayed him to Adam. Victor states that it’s time for them to get an annulment. Sharon says goodbye to Victor just as Nikki arrives at the ranch. She informs Nikki that Victor is waiting for her.

Billy and Victoria break the news to Jill about the situation with Chelsea and her baby. Jill questions their decision to invite Chelsea to live with them, but she offers to keep an open mind about Chelsea. Privately, Jill warns Billy and Victoria not to let their guard down with Chelsea. Jack and Genevieve are excited on the morning of their wedding day. Genevieve learns that Victor is threatening to file a lawsuit unless he meets the owner of FMN today. At Newman Enterprises, Victor hands Adam a letter of resignation to sign, but Adam refuses. Victor takes Adam to the men’s room and informs him that it’s his new office. Cane finds an article online about FMN buying Beauty of Nature. He goes to the lakeside mansion, where he looks at Samantha’s urn engraved with the words “Samantha Atkinson, Forget Me Not.” Adam questions Tucker about the job at McCall. Tucker says Adam didn’t keep his end of the deal. Adam reveals he knows the deal was a sting operation with the SEC, which Tucker denies. Tucker offers Adam a job if he’ll stay at Newman and report back to McCall as a spy. Adam agrees to the deal. Tucker runs into Myrna/Patty at Crimson Lights she pretends to be Emily. Myrna/Patty, pretending to be Emily, arrives at the Abbott Mansion. Jack gently informs “Emily” she has to move on, and Myrna/Patty is devastated. Back at the potting shed, she takes out a gun and vows to stop the marriage. Victor is surprised to learn that Genevieve is the owner of FMN. He offers to make Genevieve his partner, if she allows Beauty of Nature to stay under the Newman umbrella. She turns down the offer.

DANCING WITH THE STARS: Chrishell Stause Has a Comeback, Kaitlyn Bristowe Overcomes Injury, One Couple Is Eliminated

On Tuesday evenings second night of competition in the new season of Dancing with the Stars, three former soap stars took to the ballroom dance floor in a night which also featured for the first time this season … the viewers vote counting for 50% of the total score, and one couple being sent home.

The “drama” of the episode was if former ‘Bachelorette’ Kaitlyn Bristowe’s ankle would be OK enough for her to dance her routine.  With her being placed at the end of the show and then “wowing” everyone – it was hard to know how bad the injury was, but, as she detailed on the show she did receive a cortisone shot before performing and changed shoes to help her get through.

Meanwhile, Chrishell Stause, the former AMC, DAYS and Y&R star, currently on the reality hit, Selling Sunset, showed improvement, while ex- Passions, Desperate Housewives and Dallas star Jesse Metcalfe continued to bring the heat – although the judges want him to dance with less use of his facial expressions – and Daytime Emmy winner Anne Heche (Ex- Vicky/Marley, AW)  continued to be having the time of her life from her performances.

Here’a what went down…

Kaitlyn Bristowe and partner Artem Chigvintsev (Foxtrot): Performing to Leann Womack’s “I Hope You Dance” and with the uncertainty of if she would dance at all, Bristowe, who wanted to be a dancer, got major kudos from the judges for her dramatic lines and moves fluidly through the dance floor and closed the night – combined total score of last week and this week 42 out of 60

Photo: ABC

Anne Heche and partner Keo Mostepe (Foxtrot): Performing to One Republic’s “Counting Stars”,  Heche revealed this was one of her favorite songs, and she also revealed this dance was to honor her two sons.  Although the judges did not feel Heche delivered as strongly with this performance than in the season opener, Anne still looked like she was enjoying every second of being on the floor – combined total score 36 out of 60

Chrishell Stause and partner Gleb Savchenko (Rumba):  Stause showed her vulnerability including sharing a story from her childhood past.  Then then duo danced to “This Is Me” from the Greatest Showman.  During the performance, Stause looked more fluid on the floor than the previous week and was praised for her improvement  – Combined total score 31 out of 60

Photo: ABC

Jesse Metcalfe and partner Sharna Burgess (Foxtror): This duo performed to Fleetwood Mac’s “Dreams” and played up their chemistry on the floor. The critique from the judges had more to do with Jesse not looking so intense, and also his posture, but all told they did well – Combined score was 38 out of 60.

Now to the first elimination:  Carole Baskin and Charles Oakley were the celebrities in the bottom two.   It was up to the judges to decide which celebrity would be saved.  Bruno picked Charles, but Carrie Ann picked Carole, leaving Derek to cast the deciding vote … and he saved Carole.

So what did you think of how Chrishell, Anne and Jesse did on last night’s DWTS?  Did the right celeb get sent packing? What did you think of Kaitlyn’s dance and ankle injury? Comment below, but first check out their dances.

THE BOLD AND THE BEAUTIFUL: Steffy vs. Liam Opioid Showdown

Things have gone off the rails for Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) now that she is addicted to painkillers, scoring drugs from places other than a prescription from the good doc, Finn (Tanner Novlan), who also has the hots for his favorite patient.

Enter Liam (Scott Clifton), who has flip-flopped so many times between Steffy and Hope (Annika Noelle) and who is the person who finds Steffy knocked out on her couch, while their daughter is not being attended to.

Courtesy/CBS

Now after finding pills that Steffy had tucked away in her couch, Liam goes on the offense and confronts Steffy who is pretending she no longer needs opioids to cope with her physical pain – but as we realize it’s also the emotional pain she has been in for months that have also brought her to this point,

When Liam wants her to admit she has a drug problem,  Steffy fires back “How dare you?” and mocks him over his “over-bearing” concern for her.  He then presents this “holier than thou” attitude where he tells her that he is not cool about Finn being involved with her when he is her doctor.

However, when Liam is confused to hear from Steffy that Finn doesn’t know about the pill bottle he has now in his possession, that is when she cries and admits she is still taking pills.  Steffy then counters that Liam does not understand – that he left her and their daughter, Kelly for Hope – and that she is all alone.  She goes on to say Finn has been there for her, like nobody else has been.

In the end, left with no choice, Liam tells Steffy he is leaving and taking their daughter with him, which leaves Steffy wrecked.  Will she try to stop Liam from taking their daughter?

Jacqueline MacInnes Wood delivered another one of her top-notch performances in today’s episode as well.

So, what did you think of the Liam and Steffy scenes on Tuesday’s episode of B&B? Comment below.

General Hospital

The Cast of General Hospital: The Alzheimer’s Storyline – Delivers The ‘Power Performance of the Week’

General Hospital’s depiction of the battle of Alzheimer’s disease and how it affects the dying, and the loved ones they leave behind, came to its heartbreaking conclusion this past week on the ABC daytime drama series.

Led by storyline standouts: Maurice Benard (Sonny) and Max Gail (Mike), who once again acted their hearts out in their final scenes together, the entire ensemble of actors who were part of this storyline each had their moments and each delivered which made Mike’s passing all the more poignant.

In a first since we started giving out our weekly kudos several years ago, Michael Fairman TV is giving our Power Performance of the Week to the cast of GH who participated in last week’s scenes for their riveting work.

From Laura Wright’s beautiful goodbye scene as Carly with Mike, where she dreams of him telling her she is a ‘daughter to him”, to Steve Burton’s all-knowing Jason, who tells Mike he will take care of Sonny and not to worry, to Michael (Chad Duell) and Josslyn (Eden McCoy) picturing how key moments of their life would look with Mike being witness to it, and the advice he would give his grandchildren, to Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) finding out that Mike is dying while being so far away from his family – each of these beats brought even more heart-tugging moments to the ending of Mike’s journey.

Even the actors who played a part in Mike’s care were touching as Vernee Watson’s Stella prepares Sonny on how to help Mike pass before saying her final goodbye to her friend.  Then there was Felix (Marc Anthony Samuel), who helped Carly and Sonny through Mike’s last moments at Turning Woods, who was also trying to keep it together through his sadness. Brando (Johnny Wactor) showed up at Turning Woods too, trying to make peace with the death he saw in the war in Afghanistan and now losing Mike.

Of course, there was the surprise moment where Mike is met by his late daughter Courtney and escorted to heaven that both Alicia Leigh Willis and Max Gail played so beautifully without saying hardly a word.

But in the end, it was Maurice Benard who showed us the devastation and acceptance of a son having to let his father go, while trying to make peace with their troubled past that was acting at its best, and perhaps some of the finest in his storied daytime career  – and there was Max Gail – the centerpiece of the storyline – who’s emotional heart was seen in all the scenes last week with the actors as the characters visualized moments with Mike.  Throughout the entire story, Gail played the tragedy of a human being trapped within this horrific disease with brilliance.  He will be missed.
