I really like Paul (Doug Davdison) ..
thing is- I can’t tolerate Christine (Lauralee Bell),
S0– it’s hard to watch/enjoy Paul when the scene includes Christine .
ahaa if only I had the power to rid of what I don’t like lol
but- doing so would break the hearts of the fans that don’t see it as I do.
naww couldn’t do it..

I can’t wait for the day when the soaps are back!!!

((((why is the text in message box tiny tiny tiny small??
and do all have to write in their name and email in every post to post their reply??)))

Suoo! How are you? I hope you and your family are safe. I’m with you about Cricket. I liked Paul best with crazy Isabelle, and I was rooting for her when she tried to drown the Cricket in the bath. I did enjoy the wedding shower which was really a sexy lingerie party. Jesus, Mary of Paul showed up and clutched her crucifix as Lauren came strutting in wearing a see through teddy and stockings. That was before my time (I so seldom get to say this) and I enjoyed it immensely. I really liked Nina and Drcullia who were… Read more »

Thanks for the rundown on the episodes…like the classic episodes because the quality/depth of writing is what made soaps so popular back in the day..

I hope we get to see some Danny and Christine too as they re young love imo has possibly a even bigger fanbase!
Too bad they re not reairing the special primetime episode where Paul and Chris track down Paul mia dad Carl who had amensia.
They Barber sisters Liv and Dru s a bonus!
Any whichway 80s/ 90s y n r was everything. The stellar directing, slow lingering close ups and classic soulful background music, the scenes said so much no dialogue was needed.

Damien, again I agree with you 100% and if you don’t mind me saying AGAIN, lol…YOU and I feel the same about our once great Y&R, the directing, close ups and CLASSIC BACKGROUND MUSIC and of course the writing…

Can we not go down that road! I love DD Character of Paul. I love LLB as an actor but Cricket gets on my last nerve. I hope they are coming back. The last I heard DD doesn’t have a contract?!? I love Phick and the old episodes are pure fire! Anyone know if DD is coming back?

These re-runs show why the writers should bring back the characters they pretend to still have in the cast – Paul, Christine, Lauren, Michael, Jill to name a few.

General Hospital To Air Special Election Episode In Honor of the Passing of the 19th Amendment & Women’s Right To Vote

On the Monday, November 2nd episode of General Hospital, just before election day here in the United States, the ABC daytime drama is airing a very special episode depicting and remembering the 100th anniversary of the 19th Amendment to the US Constitution.

The inspiring female cast will go back in time as Laura Wright takes on the role of Beatrice Eckert, a suffragist, who is more than ever, determined to get women to exercise their right to vote.

Key to the episode are Eden McCoy (Josslyn) and Sydney Miykala (Trina).  In the story, it marks Josslyn’s first time to be able to vote now that she has turned 18. At first, she isn’t very motivated to vote, but when she and Trina find themselves traveling back in time to 1920, things take a turn as Josslyn realizes just how important it is to exercise her right to have her voice heard and vote, as those women before her fought for their rights.

In the all female directed, written episode, also look for actresses: Maura West, Nancy Lee Grahn, Finola Hughes, Rebecca Herbst, Nicole Briana Henry, Brook Kerr, and more of the female cast to be on-screen.

The episode’s key messaging, “Voting isn’t just a right.. it’s a privilege.”   All that to say, remember, to get on vote come Tuesday.

General Hospital’s Halloween Week Promo Touts Wicked Surprises

Looks like everyone will be on edge this week as Halloween comes to Port Charles.  In the newly-released ABC promo for General Hospital, it reveals that this spooky week of episodes will be a rollercoaster ride, featuring wicked surprises, and killer costumes.

After Epiphany (Sonya Eddy) scolds Franco (Roger Howarth) for having his hand in the candy jar, Anna (Finola Hughes) or is it? … is donning a black witches hat. Jackie (Kim Delaney) is seen opening her door, juxtaposed with Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) saying “trick or treat”. But, is he actually at the door of someone else?

Nikolas (Marcus Coloma) asks Ava (Maura West), “Darling, what are you holding behind your back?” That is revealed to be a knife, but is it Ava who truly has the knife?

Meanwhile, Jason (Steve Burton) is looking around in the dark.  Elsewhere, Peter is jumpy.  So much so that Spinelli (Bradford Anderson) utters, “Looks like you’ve seen a ghost.”

Add all that to last Friday’s episode of GH where Carly(Laura Wright) thinks she saw Nelle’s (Chloe Lanier) hand come out of her grave and attack her! Is Nelle (Chloe Lanier) going to be proven to be alive? And if so, will she pop up on Halloween and scare the hell out of Carly?

Watch the promo below, then let us know what you think will happen this week on General Hospital via the comment section.

‘This Is Us’ Preview: Kevin Drops Baby Bombshell On Toby and Kate

When This Is Us returns next Tuesday October 27th  (9 p.m. EST/8 p. m. CST) for its two-hour season five premiere on NBC, there will be social-distancing, mask wearing, and more, going on for the Pearson family as the popular drama series incorporates Covid-19 into the story.

In the just released sneak peek for the season opener, Kevin (Justin Hartley) comes to visit Kate (Chrissy Metz) and Toby (Chris Sullivan) to share the “good news” – socially-distanced, of course.

Kevin announces to his sister and brother-in-law that Madison (Caitlin Thompson)is pregnant with his kids! Yup, they are expecting twins.   Kate is at first radio silent, while Toby tries to process it in his very Toby-like way.

It’s a very touching moment indeed, now the question becomes what will Kevin and Madison’s future look like if she is the baby mama to his kids?
