Billy Miller who was last in the news with whether or not he is staying put at the number one soap opera, The Young and the Restless, has made some headlines again! But this time for an accident on the set of Y&R during a scene, in which the Daytime Emmy Award winning actor broke his hand!

Soaps In Depth reported from Miller, “There was a big scene — and I got really into it, and broke my hand. It was a good scene. It wasn’t smart, but for the [scene] it’s as close to truth as you can possibly get, and I guess that’s what you strive for. I wouldn’t recommend it, though. I shattered my knuckle and broke my hand.” Miller proved to be a trooper, though, noting, “I finished out my day, shot another couple of hours, and then went to the hospital. I had it reset. Fun times!” Because the injury actually works for the storyline, Miller says that the writers promptly wrote it into the show.”

So the question is: What big heated moment occurred for Billy Abbott that caused Miller’s injury? Any guesses? Stay tuned.

I love Billy Miller. I think he one of the best actors in soaps. When he acts it seems very effortless and natural. When the adoption story comes to fruition, if it does, I think all hell will break loose when everything is exposed. I think we will see some great performances . I hope they stop the Sharon story and leave her in the barn. High heels and low cut tops included………

I knew the moment I saw Billy do that, and how red his hand was afterward, that he probably didn’t intend to hit that table so hard. I was sure he had done some damage. Love you Billy! Great scene 🙂 Get well soon!

With other soaps dropping like flies I have always stayed true to Y&R, more so now then ever because of Billy Miller.

Mr. Miller is a great actor, I love it when he is pitted against Eric Braedan.

I hope the PTB do every thing they can to keep him on Y&R/

It’s kind of funny to see that him hitting the table actually did break his hand like they said in the scripts!

Hope Miller stays in GC, he is one of the BEST actors on show. A ytrue ABBOT in every sense. I can definitely see him steering the ship of Y&R into the future…He truly is perfect and seems genetically an Abbot. (Even looks like one.) Case in Point- Broke his hand FOR REAL, while Acting!?! Who does that? Hey Y&R- heads up- DON’T let this fish go! Give Miller what he wants…$$$. He must stay! side note- I too recently broke my hand. I knew his cast was for real. Oh bring Billy back, and right into Victoria’s arms. It bothers me to see Chloe keep Dellia away from Billy, then blame him for leaving. Hey Y&R writers … make things right again!

Love Billy Miller, I predict that he will become a major motion picture star. He has “Star Quality” that is for sure. He is also a very fine actor,he has it all, wildly handsome good looks and he just makes me smile whenever he is on camera.Would love to see him do more scenes with Eric Braeden, they are both great in scenes together, two exciting actors. Mr. Braeden is such a great actor, even as good as Billy Miller is, he could learn a great deal by working more with the great Eric Braeden.I hope that Mr Billy Miller stays on… Read more »

Kim Delaney’s Lifetime Movie ‘Long Island Serial Killer: A Mother’s Hunt for Justice’ Drops Trailer

Coming up as part of Lifetime’s Ripped from the Headlines true crime series of movies, The Long Island Serial Killer: A Mother’s Hunt for Justice, is now slated to premiere next month on February 20th at 8 pm ET.

General Hospital’s Kim Delaney (Jackie Templeton) stars in the film, executive produced by Deborah Norville. in which she portrays, Mari Gilbert, a mother who becomes alarmed when her daughter Shannan (Katharine Isabelle) is MIA and doesn’t return home. Knowing her daughter sometimes works as an escort, Mari fears the worst.

As those who know the true life story, Mari’s attempt to find her daughter and the subsequent investigation leads to a chilling discovery – the bodies of several other missing women.

In the real life story, the remains of the women were uncovered accidentally as police searched for Shannan, who went missing after visiting a client, whom she met on Craigslist, in the gated community of Oak Beach on Long Island, and then fleeing the man’s home.   However, police believe that Mari’s unwavering fight to find her daughter which led to finding the other women is not how Shannan ultimately disappeared.

While the case has yet to be solved the film shares, “Though the search for the serial killer is still ongoing, Mari’s passionate dedication to giving her daughter and other forgotten women a voice, and the attention they deserve, has kept the case alive with hopes of a breakthrough soon.”

PEOPLE exclusively dropped the trailer over the weekend.  Make sure to check it out.

Once the trailer was released, Delaney shared on her Twitter account: “Amazing director @StanleyMBrooks Thank you so much, Stan!Very special producers, cast and crew. An important story!”

Mark Consuelos on the All My Children Primetime Reboot: “I Know They’re Going to Bring Back Some Fan Favorites”

On Friday, Mark Consuelos (Ex-Mateo, AMC) was a guest on the CBS afternoon series, The Talk, where he shared his excitement and some insight into the upcoming All My Children primetime reboot, Pine Valley, in development at ABC..

As previously reported, Mark and his wife Kelly Ripa (Ex-Hayley, AMC) are two of the executive producers on the project.

Consuelos shared on the reboot:All My Children was such a big part of my life and my wife’s life. And you know, I met my wife there obviously, had kids, became a young man on that show, and we got the opportunity to reboot the primetime version and the idea was brought to us, and we’re so excited.  Of all the things that we’ve ever announced that we’re going to do, this is one of the biggest responses we’ve got from our fans. They’re so excited.  It’s a big piece of TV that’s been missing for such a long time, and we’re going to bring it back.”

When avid soap fan and The Talk co-host, Sheryl Underwood, posed a major question to Consuelos that has been on longtime All My Children fans minds, she got a solid response from him.

Sheryl was trying to get some tea on who might appear in the reboot, when she asked, “Is it going to be the Cortlandts and the Warners? Is it going to be everybody?” Consuelos then responded with: “I know they’re going to bring back some fan favorites, and it will take place in Pine Valley, and I’m really, really excited.”

You can watch a portion of Mark’s virtual visit on The Talk below.

Then let us know, which AMC characters do you want to see back and on the primetime series, Pine Valley?  Share your thoughts in the comment section.

Lexi Ainsworth Teases Her Return to General Hospital

With her father Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) presumed dead (although viewers know he is very much alive with amnesia), it looks like Kristina is on her way back to Port Charles – which would be a welcome return to the role for Daytime Emmy winner Lexi Ainsworth.

Rumors began circulating on Inauguration day Wednesday, when Ainsworth shared a pic on her Instagram Story of her watching the ceremonies from a dressing room at Prospect Studios in Los Angeles, where GH is taped.

Later, after reports had surfaced on social media that Ainsworth might be returning to her signature role, the actress shared some of those on her Instagram Story as well, which was seen as her way of confirming she is back on the show.

Lexi has been recurring on General Hospital for the last several years, so there is no telling how long she will be on-screen this time.

While there has been no official confirmation from GH, chances are that if there is a funeral ahead for Sonny, Kristina of course would be there to mourn her father. Stay tuned.

So, excited that Lexi will be back on-air on GH? Comment below.
