ABC Rep Indicates GH's Teresa Castillo NOT Being Replaced As Sabrina!

An update on some earlier news from this morning, when speculation began after a casting call went out for a role that sounded similar to that of Port Charles’ Sabrina Santiago!
Now, due to the fact that Teresa Castillo (Sabrina) is set to exit General Hospital to go on maternity leave, the description seemed it could be a temporary replacement, if not a permanent one.
On-Air On-Soaps spoke to an ABC rep this afternoon who indicated that GH is not recasting the role and replacing Teresa Castillo. As to whether the casting call is indeed a temporary replacement, or a new character, there was no comment on that from the representative.

‘General Hospital’s’ Dominic Zamprogna Shares He Was ‘Happy to Hear’ of The Triangle Storyline Developing Between Dante/Elizabeth/Ric
General Hospital’s Dominic Zamprogna (Dante Falconeri) opened up about the burgeoning love triangle forming between his Port Charles alter-go, Elizabeth Webber (Rebecca Herbst) and Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst) after recently aired scenes, plus his hopes for the future of a Dante and Liz pairing, during his appearance on the Sunday, April 23 edition of the That’s Awesome podcast with Steve Burton (Jason Morgan) and Bradford Anderson (Spinelli).
On last week’s episodes of GH, Ric has made the decision that he wanted to propose to his ex-wife, only when he showed up at Elizabeth’s front door, he misread the scenario he walked in with Liz tending to Dante’s injured leg from the softball game. From there, the legal eagle’s jealous streak is reemerging which may cause him to act out and do something unforgivable, or will he take the high road? Stay tuned.
Speaking with Steve Burton and Bradford Anderson about where Elizabeth stands in the annals of the long-running soap, Zamprogna said, “She’s up there with Steve and Maurice (Maurice Benard) as one of the most legacy-filled people on the show.”

HOW DANTE AND ELIZABETH CAME ABOUT
Dominic jokes it’s a far cry for where Dante and Elizabeth previously, recalling, “We had some scenes together years ago and we were both laughing. Becky’s like, ‘Well, I guess we’re not going be paired up anytime soon.’ I remember we laughed immediately after they yelled ‘cut,”‘and said to each other, ‘Well, so much for that!'”
Fast-forward to early 2025 and as Zamprogna remembered it, “Elizabeth Korte (co-head writer, GH) came up to me at the General Hospital Christmas party, and I think it was a year and a half ago and she said, ‘We’re going to have you in scenes with Elizabeth,’ My internal monologue is going, ‘I’m not with Lulu (Alexa Havins) anymore and Sam’s (Kelly Monaco) gone, so maybe they want to see if this works.’ I didn’t want to get scenes with Becky and try to find the chemistry. I just wanted to play whatever honestly was written and came across for both of us and hope it was what people liked, and I don’t know if it is … or not.”
Knowing how beloved Elizabeth is to the GH faithfuls, Zamprogna added, “She got a big fan base with Ric … and a big fan base with with Jason … and you know, you’re going to piss somebody off. But, didn’t Ric drug Elizabeth and put Carly in a panic room?”

DANTE AND ELIZABETH PAIRING COULD STIR UP STORY FOR OTHERS IN PORT CHARLES
In closing, Dominic felt that the wide-reaching tentacles of a Dante and Elizabeth relationship is something he is 100% down for. “The triangle thing; I was happy to hear it was with Ric and her, because I felt it’s important to have her the top of it as opposed to Dante, Lulu and Elizabeth.”
Zamprogna added, “When you get into relationships on a soap, things seem to fizzle out a little bit, The buildup is what’s the fun part, and the getting to know each other, and the people who are affected by this coming together. When with this case it’s going to affect: Ric, Sonny, Lulu. There’s so much more story here. To me, it’s going to be a fun story to play.”

GH and OLTL Alum Patrick J. Gibbons Reveals the Story Behind Writing Trina’s Song on ‘General Hospital’ (Exclusive)
At the conclusion of today’s August 21 episode of General Hospital, Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) sings a lullaby to baby Dez, that went into a montage to close out the episode as her father Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) reports to Pentonville and winds up in his jail cell.
However, in a fun fact, the song entitled, “A Lonely Heart To Give” was actually written by none other than former One Life to Live and General Hospital actor, Patrick J. Gibbons.
Daytime fans first met Gibbons as Sam Manning on One Life to Live. At the time, when he started on the soap, he was just 5-years-old. Gibbons played the part from 2010-2013 on ABC and Prospect Park’s editions of the show. Fast-forward to 2018, Gibbons shows up on General Hospital as Wyatt Hoover, the scout who seemed always be injured, but in the thick of the drama. Patrick had appeared on GH multiple times as Wyatt including: 2018, 2019, 2021, 2022, 2023.

FROM HIS GRANDMOTHER’S DEATH CAME THE INSPIRATION FOR HIS SONG
Now in 2026, General Hospital fans are getting to learn about another side of Gibbons’ talent as a songwriter and guitar player after “A Lonely Heart to Give” debuted today! Michael Fairman TV caught up with Patrick, who is now a senior at Penn State entering his final year as a finance major, to get the back-story of how his song wound up on GH!
Gibbons explained he wrote the song in honor of his grandmother who passed away a few years ago with whom he was, very, very close with. “Randomly, my grandmother had a downfall and passed away during the second semester of my sophomore year. I was in my dorm a lot and I was just playing with my guitar. And at the time, I was really into finger-style playing. I wrote the lyric and music to it (with a little help from my guitar teacher Lou), and my mom showed the rough demo to Frank Valentini (EP, General Hospital). He’s like an uncle to me. Frank loved it so much he said, “Finish that up. I want to hear the whole thing, and I want it on the show.”
MAKING MUSIC FOR GENERAL HOSPITAL
Gibbons and his parents took the next steps! “So now, all we needed was a female voice, because I thought that would fit the song well,” Patrick shared. “At the golf club we go to my parents were at a dinner. They liked the singer that was performing and spoke to her about the song, and she says she would like to bring it to her ‘boss’ who ended up being Eric Bazilian of the Hooters fame!” (Bazilian also wrote the smash hit song “One of Us” for Joan Osborne).
Next, “We went in the studio and recorded it and the song came together and it was beautiful. We loved it. They loved it at General Hospital and now they’re putting it the show and they are coming in with a piano, instead of a guitar. Paul Glass, the GH musical director, has been keeping us updated over the last six months of how it was coming along, and when it would air, and how GH put their own arrangement to it. I can’t wait to see and hear what they did with it.”

PATRICK’S ONE LIFE TO LIVE FAMILY
Everyone knows that the One Life to Live extended family share a very tight bond, and Patrick said he does stay in touch with a few of his former One Life to Live co-stars, especially those from the Manning family! “I stayed in touch with Kassie DePaiva (ex-Blair) and sent her little videos here and there. She was like my second mom for five years. We keep in contact with Kristen Alderson (ex-Starr) over X the most, and she can’t believe how big I’ve gotten. Like, none of them can! (laughs). I also loved working with Roger Howarth (ex-Todd) and Trevor St. John (ex-Todd and Victor Jr.), and to me since I was so young, they were just my friends, ‘Roger and Trevor,’ not Todd Manning or Victor Jr.”
It was a trip to California and a visit to Port Charles that ultimately led to Gibbons second soap role of Wyatt Hoover. Patrick explains, “In 2016, Frank Valentini invited us out to Los Angeles to visit the set of General Hospital. I think he heard me say, ‘This is so much fun. I miss being on the set.’ He goes, ‘You should come out. I’ll bring you on the show. We can make you a character.'”
A few years later, Patrick’s dream became a reality! “Then, by the summer of 2018, I was playing Wyatt, the scout, and shared scenes with Wes Ramsey (Peter August), and the best was when I shared a scene with Roger Howarth and Michael Easton (ex-John, OLTL and ex-Silas, Finn et al, GH), it was like chemistry from the old days.”

IT’S ALL IN THE NUMBERS
As to his future aspirations, it’s a career in the finance game that has piqued Gibbons’ real-life interest. But never say never to a return to acting. Patrick explained, “I’ve always enjoyed numbers. And on top of that, one of the biggest parts of finance is being personable and outgoing.”
He continued, “That’s one of the greatest skills I developed growing up. I really love the markets. I’m super interested. I’m never going to close the door to acting. I’m always open to that because I just love it so much. It’s such a great art.”

‘General Hospital’ Alum Chad Duell Admits That He Didn’t Expect the Role of Michael Corinthos to be Recast, and Would Consider Working on Another Soap (Exclusive)
Chad Duell, the Daytime Emmy-winning actor, who stepped away from the pivotal role of Michael Corinthos on General Hospital, opened up about: his previous decision to leave the series after nearly 15 years, where’s he’s at now after time away from the demands of a daytime soap opera, and took a stroll down memory lane with some of Michael’s most-acclaimed storyline during his run, during a livestream chat on August 19 on You Tube’s Michael Fairman Channel.
Viewers last saw Duell on-screen as Michael in January of 2025, and with his successor in the role, Rory Gibson making his debut at the GH Nurses’ Ball in episodes that aired later in May. It was clear that during the conversation, Chad was a bit surprised that the GH brass decided to recast him when he thought he was just taking some much needed time off.
Burn-out of the daily grind of being on a soap was definitely a part of Chad’s decision to take a break. Duell explained “People know when you’re doing something for so long or your character is kind of in the same place for so long or doing the same stuff over and over again, you do get a a little burnt out, you get a little stiff, stale, a little stiff at times. I didn’t want that to be any sort of lasting impression. I have 15 years of a body of work of I’ve done on that show, which is fantastic.”

WHILE CHAD WAS AWAY GH RECAST MICHAEL CORINTHOS WITH RORY GIBSON
Chad shared, his mindset when leaving GH was, “I’m taking some time away, we’ll see what happens.” Then he added, “Obviously, they decided to go in a different direction with Michael when I was gone. I didn’t think they were going to bring somebody back in my place. But you know, it’s the business. You never know what can happen.”
Duell also shared he has not watched a single episode of General Hospital since he left the series, but now feels he reenergized following the loss of his father and stepping away from the GH, “I’m in a place now mentally, where I’m ready to sink my teeth into it again.”

Even though he is no longer Michael on GH, Chad was very happy with his final storyline where Michael was set on fire when a bomb exploded at Sonny’s (Maurice Benard) penthouse. “It was fun to put him in a dangerous situation, because I was wanting Michael to be in something scary instead of trying to be a hero character or just things happening around him, but to be the center point of tragedy happening to him. (I always saw) Michael as the heart of the (Corinthos) family.”
When Michael was badly burned the show chose not burn his face, which normally a soap does when they are recasting role and switching actors. Chad weighed-in, “They didn’t burn my face because I told Frank Valentini (EP, GH) I’m willing to come back. It was just a little bit of a break. So, I assumed that if they would have burned my face, they could have brought somebody back looking different than me… if that’s what their plan was.”

MEMORABLE MICHAEL STORYLINES
One of Chad’s most memorable performances was the in the storyline of Michael’s rape while he was sentenced to prison in 2010 and the confession of it in 2011. “It was so well-written and I was very nervous,” recalled Chad. “When I get really nervous about something, it ends up being really good when I do it, because it just means I care a lot about it”
“I have to put a lot of effort and work into it, and I really want it to be good. I was working with Dominic Zamprogna (Dante) and Steve Burton (Jason) a lot during those scenes, and Laura Wright (Carly). It was great working with Steve and Dominic, especially, during that storyline.
A NEW SOAP ROLE FOR CHAD?
As to a future soap opera role, Chad is open to the idea and would love to jump back in to a juicy role, “I know people over at The Bold and the Beautiful, and The Young and the Restless. They know that if they’re interested, I would love to come in for a screen test or something, and they can see what I’m doing.”

Yay! I would be surprised if the writers hadn’t already planned for Castillo’s maternity leave. Like most fans, I hate temporary recasts.
Jen Lilley was a brilliant temporary recast for Maxie when Kirsten had to go on medical leave.
She’s not a good replacement for Sabrina. I’m not good with all of the forced changes. I still want the old Lulu back. Hmmm!
Yes she was – and as much as I love Kirsten, I was sorry to see Jen go. Isn’t she on DOOL now?

A temp…
I read from another page that the casting call was for a doctor. So, Sabrina will not have a recast.
I think it’s classy that they are indicating the actress will not be replaced, which would keep the mystery out of any temp re-casting.
Yes, I think it was classy too. Sabrina is a breath of fresh air, someone without an agenda, and we love her!
She had an agenda. She USED Emma, a child grieving her mother, to get a grieving widower, Patrick to pay attention to her. She is far from sweet & innocent like people want to think.
@Debbie…wow! Sabrina so did NOT use Emma…I don’t know where or how you’d interpret that. You can like Sabrina or not…but she’s nothing if not loving and her feelings for Emma were and are completely sincere. It’s amazing how people can be so off about a character’s sensibility.
I completely agree with @Rebecca1! Sabrina is a sweetheart! She helped Patrick & Emma move on, & she did not do it in a spiteful way! She had no hidden agenda, just pure love & compassion for them. To speak so harshly of such a wonderful character is blaffing.
@Debbie…agenda? Sabrina? A lot of viewers may not like her acting skills, but Sabrina’s personality and heart are not capable of plotting any schemes. Are we watching the same soap?
I agree. Sabrina ia a breath of fresh air. I like her. I hope they do not destroy her character. I hope they leave some “good” in the world.

Robin can never be recast. Kimberly McCullough has been on and off that soap since she was about 7 years old. Robin is truly HER character. I cannot imagine anyone else EVER playing Robin other than Kimberly!

Ha! Too bad Sean Kanan left on bad terms and has another gig. He could have come back as Jason…the Cassadine’s could have rearranged his face to cause a lil havoc…Sonny would be eternally conflicted now that his best friend has returned with the face of the man he murdered…Michael could have a two-for-one…his beloved Uncle Jason walking around in the face of his beloved bio dad. And we’d get Sean back! Win/win!

When Teresa goes on maternity leave i think Sabrina goes back to Puerto Rico for bit and the new character could be someone she meets down there or a relative who follows her back to Port Charles to make sure Sabrina is okay.Plus even though the show is casting now the character may not show up onscreen for awhile.Also this new character could be connected to Carlos too somehow.
I think it is an medical doctor for Patrick. She will fall in love with Patrick dating and Sabrina will be jealous. That is my though.
I’m curious, what do you like about her?
For me she is a breath of fresh air in a very stale and IMO entitled group. I love the energy, strength, and heart Teresa adds to the character. I like that her character is different, unique, and relatable. I also like the fact that she has made me laugh out loud, cry and smile. Hope you feel the same way about your fave. 🙂
Boo. I was excited for a minute there. Although I’d rather get rid of Sabrina completely. Terrible character played by a mediocre actress.
Teresa Castillo is a good actress, she plays her part as written and directed for her, very well..

That’s great news that she’s not getting replaced. Teresa is a very talented actress one would say a 1,000,000% better that Kimberly. All you Sabrina haters keep your comments to yourself, Teresa is a much better actress than Kimberly will every be. No one trashes the character of Robin or the actress that plays her so for all of us Sabrina (Teresa) fans have the same courtesy and respect that we show Robin aka: Kimberly.

FWIW, I am a Robin fan, I have no interest in Sabrina, but I don’t go around trashing the character or the actress. Also, just as you are entitled to express your love for Sabrina, others are allowed to express their hate. So they don’t need to keep their comments to themselves, everyone is entitled to an opinion.

Ok, I wont bash Sabrina, I will praise Robin. First off, she is a wonderful actor. Secondly, she has been on the show forever and has amazing history with her character and her parents are legends. Robin is connected to Sonny, Carly, Jason, Stone, Patrick, Robert, Anna, Duke, ect.

Sabrina is a delightful and beautiful character played by an awesome character. I am so tired of waiting for Patrick to wise up and realize that Sabrina is way better than that pompous arrogant and spoiled Robin. She always acts like she is better than everyone else.
Patrick wised up the day he saw his true love Robin standing before him in the church. He comes alive being around Robin. Patrick is dull and boring with the nurse. Watching paint dry is more exciting.
Arrogant is the glorified babysitter nurse who made Patrick ignore the calls from Robin. . Pompass is the glorified babysitter nurse who makes everything about her. He chose his Wife ROBIN, enough said. The babysitter lied about wanting Emma happy since Emma wanted her MOTHER Robin who makes her happy. So glad Emma told babysitter nurse “your not my mommy”
Kimberly is talented and didn’t have to be propped like Glorified babysitter. In fact Kimberly made THREE pairing popular.I dO agree with Kimberly and JT, that Robin and Patrick are soulmates. She and JT should know. There are a supercouple! Patrick nor JT ever had to carry Robin/Kimberly in scenes. In fact JT said he was thrilled Kimnerly his close friend was back because they just know each other and work so well together and you don’t get that with others.
There is no need for Patrick to wise up as you say because he made his choice he choice his wife because after everything that Sabrina tired and failed he still went back to Robin because in his heart of hearts he never stopped loving her. He may have been grateful to Sabrina but there is a huge difference between gratitude and love he does not and never has been in love with Sabrina but he is and always has been in love with Robin. Robin is it for Patrick no matter how hard Sabrina fans try and convince themselves the truth is the truth. And another thing the baby was never suppose to be written into the story line it was done to accommodate the actress which in my book is extremely unnecessary other actresses have been pregnant on the show and they were never afforded the same courtesy makes you wonder why this particular actress is being treated so differently. If a person didn’t know any better you would swear there is some type of favortisim at work here. Not cool GH and TIIC

Totally agree was a mistake from the get go, and TIIC refuse to accept that she is neither fits or is wanted. a small faction of people like the character but majority finds her as one dimensional as a colorfom figure. She is flat, uninteresting and has totally dragged down the character or Patrick. He has been reduced to puppet and she is the puppeteer. It sad for long-time fans to watch this destruction of a character that had so much bravado, confidence & attitude reduced to this in favor of someone who is by no means an equal. Best thing that could happen is Sabrina stays gone. You want to move Patrick on and away from Robin I understand that but do it with an actress who is his equal not some Disney Princess Wannbe.

Thank you! I don’t like Sabrina and to be honest, I never have. Same with Britt, she never caught on with me. I’m hoping they write Teresa Castillo out when she goes on maternity leave because personally, I don’t see the point of her character. It’s not that I think she’s a bad actress, I would just much prefer to see Patrick with Robin, even if that means a recast. Elizabeth Hendrickson would be great IMO

I don’t know how to do this, but it seems like you all know what’s been going on so anyplace is a good place to ask. It was my understanding that Kimberly was ready to come back but she only came back on a 6 mo contract. Whose idea was that? I read that the actress would return. After 50 years I am, considering getting away from GH. I started watching this almost from day one if not for day one, with my mother. IMHO I think when you watch a program for this long you feel vested in the characters you like. The idea of a Sonny that has never goes to jail is ridiculous. I guess I’d better stop here since this is about Sabrina and her actor. Maybe you could direct me to a place I can get information such as has passed here. Thanks.

That’s what I was thinking too, are they seriously bringing on ANOTHER new character? And the casting call said for a female doctor… look at how the other two new female doctor roles – Sabrina and Britt – have played out. Not many people are fans of either of these characters. I don’t think this is the right move.
We may not like these characters, but they are far from having been played out. Whether Sabrina is recast or not, this protagonist has a lot of story left…and Britt’s story is just starting…..I still believe Sabrina has a connection with Sonny and we know that Britt’s feet are firmly planted on GH’s floor…..just my opinion.
FV&RC do one helluva job giving us new people to create new stories and not let us sit in a stale rut..

Could not agree more. I love Carlos and Sabrina together. They have incredible chemistry. Love the characters and actors who portray them. IMO I don’t think Patrick is really all that thrilled about Sabrina having his baby. He’s just there out of obligation. I don’t care if Robin comes back or not or whether her and Patrick get back together or not. Robin didn’t have any business leaving her family after being away from them for so long. So if Robin comes back and has no family waiting for her she has only herself to blame. I won’t feel sorry for her.

I think RC has done and is doing a great job as the head writer. Most stories have been very interesting and he’s found ways to connect so many characters and stories together.
Yes, there have been some stinkers, like A.J.’s death and Robin’s return and exit, but for the most part, he and FV are doing a great job with the show.
Honestly, I really like sabrina, and the actress who plays her. I like them together as well.(Patrick, and sabrina) . I felt they were so good together, that I didn’t like him back with robin. It felt wrong, and in scenes from yesterday where he runs into pregnant sabrina, it felt awkward…because of the way he did truly love her. Now she is treated like a stranger . also, It didn’t feel right that he went to robin, at the alter, because of how he felt about sabrina…I think they are good together…I don’t understand how Patrick’s character, treats her like he is…doesn’t make sense at all…jmho. I didn’t like him with robin this time around..

Patrick should have stayed at the alter and married Sabrina. That baby is Patrick’s baby..not Carlos’. Carlos even said that baby is NOT his last week.Patrick fell in love with Sabrina and she helped him move-on with his life (along with other characters…like Liz, Sam etc) .
Robin left her husband and child, AFTER ALL they went through as a family. Patrick needs to make his own life, with Sabrina, Emma and new baby.
Sabrina is a vital Character. Patrick and Sabrina are the PERFECT couple. Hopefully Robin falls into the vat where the hunksicle Jason (Steve Burton) is located and is NEVER heard from again. I don’t miss Robin, I don’t want her back. As far as Jason unless Steve Burton is Jason, leave him a frozen hunksicle until such time that Steve Burton is available to return as Jason.
Sabrina is as vital as day old bread. she is not needed nor wanted she is dragging the character of Patrick down. He deserves more than a wannbe. Set him free and let him let him interact with someone who does not see everything through rose colored glasses and fairy dust it is old and tiresome. He is not Prince Charming and she certainly is no Cinderella!

Consider Elizabeth Hendrickson as Robin and Billy Miller as Jason. I think that would be PERFECT casting, should the roles be recast. SB is staying at Y&R for the foreseeable future, and if all of KMc’s returns are going to be short-lived as her most recent one was, they should really recast Robin for story purposes
As for Sabrina, she is not a vital character. If she was written out, neither the show nor story would be effected by it. In fact, it might help things story-wise because it would be one less character for RC to write for. I’ve never liked her as a character but TC is an okay actress. However, she is not needed.

Well since I’m Teresa’s #1 fan and supporter I’ll say that she fit the part to the max. You can see that some of personality has become part of the character Sabrina, which is genuine and selfless. She has only been on GH for just over a year and she has a vast number of fans that truly love her, not just as Sabrina but also as Teresa. One more thing, Teresa is beautiful, sweet, and you get what you see with her. Just a kind hearted, fun person who I love dearly. Its time that Patrick character is given the freedom to move on with his life and be with the woman who is always there for him and Emma; Sabrina.

There is also no need to tell me who to like and make another character in this case Britt so evil that people had to like the princess. Wake up princess, get your own man, Patrick loves and belongs with Robin.

Totally agree Cathy. The scenes between Robin and Patrick had an effortless flow and that was not the case with Sabrina and Patrick it was forced and painful to watch. I can’t for life of me figure out why TIIC have such a hard on for this character I don’t see anything that would make me want to invest in this pairing until Patrick and Robin who immediately caught my attention from their first scenes together. It is like comparing apples and pears they just are not the same at all.
I don’t care either way. Sabrina was a character I could handle. She was not mob or resurrected! But it is difficult to root for her and Jason as I want him to be with Robin. A Jason-Sabrina baby seems dumb to me, as did the Robin departure after all the buildup to a return from the dead.

I wanted Patrick and Robin to stay together, as much as it seemed Patrick could move on with Sabrina. For Patrick and Sabrina to have a baby disappoints me, after all the buildup to have Robin return. I would have preferred a recast of Robin for the sake of story. Patrick and Robin are the end game for me and I would have liked to have enjoyed the story of them rebuilding their relationship.
Don’t worry too much about Sabrina and Patrick having a baby together. I doubt it will turn out that way. I strongly suspect Carlos is the baby’s daddy.

I liked Teresa and her character from the beginning. Teresa can only portray Sabrina the way Ron and the others write her, so I think it’s unfair for people to say that Teresa isn’t doing a great job. Unthinking people blame the actress (any actress or actor) for what is most often the writers’ deficiencies.
Having watched Kimberley McCullough from the first day she began on G.H. and her frequent exits and comebacks, I find it too jarring to have her come and go as she has the past few times due to her other passion of directing. As much as I love the character of Robin, I’d rather see that character not return any more than go through any more heartbreaking exits from her family and we viewers.
As a Canadian, I love seeing Jason Thompson on my screen — which doesn’t happen nearly often enough — and I think he has chemistry with Teresa and would like to see Patrick and Sabrina as a couple again, for themselves as well as for their baby. But all of these characters are at the mercy of the head writer and his team, and if Ron can’t be bothered to write good stories (or any at all) for all of the characters on screen [did he EVER like A.J.?], then the show will become the G.H. that Bob Guza wrote. As far as I’m concerned, it’s already well on its way to that terrible time when the only characters written for on a regular basis were Sonny and Carly; add Franco to that list now.
Fans/posters: Please re-read what you’ve typed for spelling and grammar before you press the Submit button, and for the few of you who have negative comments, at least don’t be hateful. How would you feel if some stranger wrote horrible remarks on your personal character or life? There’s such a thing as constructive criticism without being mean and destructive.
A writer writes the lines, a director directs the actor/actress…but, so far and do much…the rest is up to the protagonist….
I actually like Teresa as Sabrina. I think the problem with the show is that there are way too many recurring characters. With so many characters, both the characters and their storylines get lost in the shuffle, we lose interest, then a quick end to the storyline is developed to wrap it up. It’s a disservice to the viewers. We no longer have supercouples, mysteries, cliff-hanger Fridays. Clean house with the newcomers and focus on the contract and veteran actors. Get rid of the tween scene, too. Way too many of them.
My biggest fear is the Nurses Ball again….really not looking forward to that at all….

Sabrina, if I remember right is a cousin to Sonny’s long dead wife Lily. Sabrinais going to Puerto Rico perhaps Lily is coming back from the dead. That would make life in Port Chuck interesting.

I love Sabrina’s character! I think her a Patrick should be together. I don’t think they should bring Robin back unless it is when a replacement for Steve Burton is found and Jason returns! The writers obviously want them together considering every time she leaves it is somehow or another connected to Jason. Also, I think Eric Winters would be an AWESOME Jason! He used to play Rex on Days of Our Lives! He is AMAZING!
I really like Sabrina (Teresa). I’m so happy they’re not replacing her. She did the right thing for Robin and Patrick. Now, that Robin chose to leave – yet again, I would like to see her with Patrick and Emma. Let them get married, have their family, and let’s finally have a “normal” family on GH.
We love Sabrina and it will not be the same without her. When she goes to have her baby, please bring her back. No one else can play sweet Sabrina. Patrick won’t be right without our Sabrina.
Sabrina should be with Carlos. He is way hotter than Patrick and he is the one that truly loves Sabrina, not Patrick. Carlos loves Sabrina more than Patrick ever could or ever would. He even offered to raise another man’s child. Don’t know too many men who would do that. Patrick is just interested in this baby of Sabrina’s out of obligation that’s it. You can even tell by the way he acts around Sabrina. It even mentioned that he missed several Dr’s appointments with Sabrina but Carlos showed up in case Patrick wasn’t going to show up again. I thought that was the sweetest thing ever and it speaks volumes about how Carlos would be there for Sabrina and her baby. Carlos was right when he asked Patrick, “When have you ever put Sabrina and her baby first 100%?” Another comment he made that was also true was when he said, “If your wife walked through that door right now you would drop Sabrina so fast her head would spin.” He was absolutely correct on that….just wish he would get out of the mob and get a regular job so he, Sabrina and baby can live happily ever after….
Please don’t take Theresa as sabrina off of General hospital and why change anything as the old saying goes why fix something that isn’t broke she is doing a great job but i don’t think she needs to be with Patrick as we all know robin is coming back but as a replacement you all shouldn’t have broke up the wedding between Patrick and Sabrina when Robin came back and break Sabrinas heart that way as you all knew Robin wasn’t staying..Now let her move on to someone else that will love her and Please let her precious baby live..You all don’t listen to us anyway as i said from the get go we become to love people on there then you killl them off like AJ he was beginnning to be good then you killed him off please let Ava pay for her crimes…
Teresa Castillo(as Sabrina)plays one of the most refreshing characters on the show. Robin’s return was wonderful for Emma but so devastating to Sabrina who handled it with dignity and class. Robin and Patrick had no chemistry this time around.
I love GH and have watched it forever, but right now there is way too much dysfunction ! They need to have one beautiful love story on there right now. Patrick and Sabrina were it! I sincerely hope that after Teresa’s maternity leave, she will return and the writers will bring them back together again.

Sabrina had so much more chemistry with Patrick than Robin. Robin was the cutest kid ever, but she seems a little cold as an adult.
If possible I would like if sabrina returned to GH , or replace her but keep the character alive.
