ABC’s Revenge  (Sundays 10PMET) which had its season four premiere last Sunday gained in the ratings and performed well!

According to TV By The Numbers:  “With a +53% build, the season premiere  was Sunday’s biggest gainer in Adults 18-49 among the broadcast networks. In addition, Revenge posted a much larger lift in L+3 than last year’s premiere among young adults (+53% vs. +43%).  The series attracted 8.1 million Total Viewers (up +2.4 million from 5.7 million in L+SD) and earned a 2.3 rating in Adults 18-49 (up +53% from a 1.5 in L+SD).

The series which got a reboot with some of the characters and the story being re-set, and the show not using a flash-forward story telling device.  Now it looks as if the drama will be telling the story of Victoria’s revenge on Emily AKA Amanda, or is it?

Look for the soap in the Hamptons  to continue its success tonight when finally Victoria Grayson (Madeleine Stowe) comes face-to-face with her former lover David Clarke (James Tupper) who she threw to the wolves and ultimately caused his “death”.   And as is teased,  it looks as if she actually comes clean and tells David that she is responsible for what happened to her, in which he in turn gives her two hands around her throat!

ABC also previews for tonight’s episode entitled, “Disclosure”:  Emily (Emily VanCamp) confronts former friends and a lifelong enemy in a desperate search for Victoria, while the fallen Queen of the Hamptons finds herself at the mercy of her own darkest secret!  Watch a clip of the big moment between Victoria and David after the jump!  Then, let us know are you enjoying how the new season is set-up?

Most hate Victoria, not me..
Conrad and Emily AKA Amanda both have done some horrible thing to her, Victoria deserves her revenge the same as Emily does..
The two women are even up ..
Can’t wait to see which one gets the next good punch in !!

Hope Conrad comes back he is badly needed!!
(losing Conrad is much like losing Victor Y&R would be)

‘This Is Us’ Season 6 to have Midseason Premiere and 18 Episode Order as It Concludes

The beloved Pearson family drama This Is Us will end after its sixth and final season, and news today from NBC executives Susan Rovner and Frances Berwick revealed that when the show returns for its last run, it will have a midseason, not a fall, premiere date.

Add to that, the fact that the show will wrap with an 18-episode order.  The execs shared to TV reporters and outlets including Deadline: “We know that saying goodbye to the Pearsons is going to be hard enough. So what we wanted to do is honor the fans and get them as close to an uninterrupted run as we could, which is only possible in midseason,” said Berwick.

Susan Rovner expressed: That by starting the story midseason, it will help make the send-off “a great event for the fans to enjoy.” She went on to say, “I think in Dan’s (Fogelman) hands, it’s going to be fantastic.”

In response to the announced season six conclusion, creator Dan Fogelman tweeted: “Whoever casually first said ‘All good things must come to an end’ never had to end their favorite thing. While sad to have just 1 season left, also grateful to NBC for letting us end the show how, and when, we always intended. We’ll work hard to stick the landing.”

For the past five season the cast has featured: Milo Ventimiglia, Mandy Moore, Sterling K. Brown,Chrissy Metz, Justin Hartley, Susan Kelechi Watson and Chris Sullivan, and there are still two more episodes of the current season, until the season finale on May 25th in a special time 10 p.m. ET/PT.

So, are you ready to say goodbye to the story of Randall, Kevin, and Kate and the rest of the family? Comment below.

DAYS Jackée Harry Joins Freeform Comedy Pilot ‘Everything’s Trash’ in Recurring Role

Jackée Harry is one busy actress in Hollywood!  On the heels of learning that Harry has signed on more full-time on Days of our Lives in her role as Paulina, comes this bit of casting news.

Harry will join the cast of the Freeform comedy pilot, Everything’s Trash along with another notable actor, George Wallace.  Both will have recurring roles in the show should it go to series.

In story, Everything’s Trash follows Phoebe (Phoebe Robinson), a 30-something podcast star navigating her messy life. When her younger brother Jayden emerges as a leading politician, she’s forced to grow up, so she relies on her friends and close-knit family to help her figure out adulthood, since she doesn’t seem to have a clue. The series is inspired by Robinson’s book, “Everything’s Trash But It’s Okay.”

According to Variety, “Harry will star as Zora, Phoebe and Jayden’s mother. She and her husband are mid-Western transplants, but they have made a home in NY . They love and support their children equally, but truth be known, Zora acts (and dresses) younger than she is and straddles the line between “I’m my daughter’s mother” and “I’m my daughter’s best friend.”  Meanwhile, Wallace will play the role of Abraham, Phoebe and Jayden’s father and husband to Zora.

So, looking forward to hopefully seeing Jackée on a half-comedy sitcom at night, and doing her role on Days of our Lives? Comment below.
